Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia dan mencerdaskan kehidupan setiap warga negaranya seperti yang termuat didalam Undang - Undang No. 20 Tahun 2003. Namun untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan tersebut diperlukan adminustrasi untuk mendukungnya. Administrasi Pendidikan merupakan suatu ilmu yang mempelajari penataan sumber daya untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Administrasi Pendidikan memiliki tujuan diantaranya agar tersusun dan terlaksana suatu sistem pengelolaan komponen instrumental dari proses pendidikan yang meliputi banyak hal diantaranya komponen siswa, pegawai guru, sarana/prasarana, organisasi, pembiayaan, tatausaha dan hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat, agar terlaksananya proses pendidikan yang efektif yang menunjang tercapainya tujuan dan sasaran pendidikan di madrasah. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektifnya pelayanan administrasi yang ada didalam Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Hulu Sungai Utara guna tercapainya tujuan dari pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yang memanfaatkan data kualitatif dan dijabarkan secara deskriptif, untuk itu peneliti melakukan observasi, wawancara serta studi dokumen untuk mendapatkan data, adapun lokasi nya bertempat di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Hulu Sungai Utara dengan waktu penelitian selama dua minggu dimulai pada tanggal 15 hingga 27 November 2021. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan adanya ketidakefektifan dari Pelayanan Administrasi di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Hulu Sungai Utara diantaranya 1). Tidak adanya pelayanan PTSP, 2). Kurangnya fasilitas pelayanan administrasi, 3). Adanya miss Komunikasi.

Abstract

This study is to find out how consumers shop through E-commerce Shopee in this pandemic era. The research method used in this study was a qualitative research method with comparative descriptive analysis. The data that the writers got were from the results of the google form questionnaire and online interviews. The target of this study is consumers of E-commerce Shopee. The result of this study determine consumers’ behavior in shopping through Shopee that can be found from the percentage of how often the consumers shop using Shopee platform, and what items they often buy. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku konsumen ketika berbelanja melalui E-commerce Shopee di era pandemi ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif komparatif. Data yang peneliti dapatkan adalah dari hasil kuesioner google form dan wawancara online. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah para konsumen yang menggunakan E-commerce Shopee. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan perilaku konsumen dalam belanja melalui Shopee, yang diperoleh melalui besaran persentase seberapa sering para konsumen berbelanja di Shopee dan barang apa saja yang sering mereka beli.

Abstract

Learning materials are all materials used to help teacher in their learning process in the classroom, and istima’ (listening skill) is one of the four language skills that are basis for mastering other language skills such as speaking, reading and writing. The book of Silsilah Al-Daurah Al-Mukathafah fi Al-Lughah Al-Arabiyah is a book whose teaching material is sourched from several books written by learning experts in the Middle East, such as ‘Arabiyah Bayna Yadayk and Durûs Al-Lughah Al-‘Arabiyah and others. Researchers want to know about how to fill and apply the material istima’ in the book Silsilah Al-Daurah Al-Mukathafah fi Al-Lughah Al-Arabiyah in order to provide the right solution to the problems in the book using Richards theory. This study uses qualitative descriptive method to analyze the content of the book and the application of istima’ material according to the book of Silsilah Al-Daurah Al-Mukathafah fi Al-Lughah Al-Arabiyah in the Al-Fathimiyah Islamic Boarding School in Tambakberas Jombang. This study also uses descriptive analysis methods in its applied research. According to Richards in the preparation of the material istima’ uses four approaches, Bottom-Up Processing, Top-Down Processing, Transactional and Interactional. The results of this study indicate that the istima’ material in the book Silsilah Al-Daurah Al-Mukathafah fi Al-Lughah Al-Arabiyah and the application using the Bottom-up Processing and Transactional, because the material and the application are more inclined giving a detailed meaning.

Abstract

The difficulties in learning maharah kalam at the level of suprsegmental phonemes are found when students learn Arabic. Intonation errors, stress, and pausing. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out these mistakes and the solutions given by teacher in SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Surabaya. This research is a qualitative descriptive with the population of 8th grade student and the sampling is 8th grade C. Data collection techniques used in this research are using the method of observation, interview and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used aredata reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed: 1) errors in word stress were 49 errors; 2) errors in intonation were 30 errors; 3) errors at pauses were 55 errors. The solutions given by teacher with these mistakes were: 1) instructing students to repeat the dialogue to use the right intonation, stress, dan pause; 2) translating the text of theconversation and students writing the translation in their books, then the students will better understand the difference in meaning from the differences in intonation, stress, dan pause; 3) the teacher gives examples of the correct pronounciation of words according to the right intonation, stress, and pause.

Abstract

The Covid-19 global pandemic has resulted in huge impacts on various human activities, including learning and schooling. This article aims to describe the historical learning during the pandemic. To grasp the aforementioned issues, we employ phenomenology approach. Numeroues literature were reviewed. We also collected data through observation and documentation with descriptive analysis techniques. We took history learning in SMA Jati Agung Al-Qodiry as a case study. The results of this study pointed out that contextualization is needed as a response to the situation, especially in prepareing the lesson plan, content development, portfolio-based activities, and authentic assessment.

Abstract

Arabic is a language full of polymorphism. Where Arabic verbs have an inflectional form and derivative of agglutinative type. This study aims to analyze and explore various types of isim (nouns) in Arabic, which has various affixation variations. Various forms of Arabic word processing give rise to various meanings. This research is library research with qualitative approach and descriptive syncronic method. The findings of this study resulted that the variety of affixation isim (nouns) can be formed from verbs and adjectives with the addition of letters. The affixing process can occur early / prefix (as-sabiq), infixs / insertion (ziyadah), and confixs / prefix and suffixs (as-saabiq wa al-laahiq). The addition of the affixes of the prefix verbs, and the base of the hamzah prefixes, of the adjectiva and verb infix using alif letters, from the noun base consist of suffix ya 'syaddah, alif-nun confixs, nun-wawu, nun-ya' and nun-alif-ta'. Basic verb conjunction with mim-alif, mim-ta' and mim-wawu. Meanwhile, the conceivable meanings include isim alat, isim maf’ul, isim faa’il, isim makan, dan isim zaman.

Abstract

The policy on Independent Learning was established by the Indonesian government to promote teacher performance in midst of disruption in the educational aspect during this COVID-19 pandemic. However, teachers may not share the same perspective related to the policy. This study aims to examine Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers’ perspectives on Independent Learning policy. The research participants were IRE teachers who passed the 2019 In-service Teacher Profession Training Program at a State Islamic University in East Java, Indonesia. The mix-method research design with a qualitative-quantitative sequential exploratory analysis was used in this study. Qualitative data were obtained through telephone interviews, non-participant observations, and investigative documentary tracing, while quantitative data were obtained through a survey using online questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using the descriptive qualitative phenomenological technique and descriptive statistics. The findings show that the increase in the use of mobile learning by IRE teachers is an implication of the disruption leading to the mobilization of the educational sector to approach the Independent Learning policy based on performances in three perspectives. First, the policy is considered a critique of traditional educational practices. Second, the policy serves as a space for independence with rules and regulations that are more open for students and schools. Third, the policy is an effort to free education from social and political pressures and restraints. This study provides a new understanding of the philosophical inter-connection in teachers’ perceptions to the practice of distant learning implementation based on informational technology.

The perception of young people, especially college students, as agents of change seems to have been eroded by the fact that unemployment of undergraduate graduates has increased. This problem, of course, begins with a lack of understanding by young people about real-life turmoil, resulting in them not trying to train skills or learn competencies that will be useful for life after becoming graduates. This study aims to describe the pattern of guidance based on Social Entrepreneurship carried out by the Sahabat Muda Community LagzisPeduli Foundation in overcoming the problem of youth unemployment in three ways; look at the program, strategy, and implications. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results obtained by SahabatMuda have succeeded in producing Young Social Leaders when the cadres have completed training. Social Entrepreneurship basis with three indicators carried by Sahabat Muda Community have proven to be successful in producing Young Social Leaders.

Abstract

Plagiarism prevention efforts are being evolved in various sector. Designing and developing plagiarism checker applications is the purpose of this paper. Specifically by knowing the percentage of similarity between the original document and the test document. Winnowing algorithm is used because it can detect plagiarism in documents up to sub-section of the document. In this paper using three validators consisting of computational mathematicians, software engineering experts, and users to test the feasibility of the application. Experiment using several scenarios, the result of the equation using winnowing algorithm is 90.12%.
