Abstract

Arabic is a language full of polymorphism. Where Arabic verbs have an inflectional form and derivative of agglutinative type. This study aims to analyze and explore various types of isim (nouns) in Arabic, which has various affixation variations. Various forms of Arabic word processing give rise to various meanings. This research is library research with qualitative approach and descriptive syncronic method. The findings of this study resulted that the variety of affixation isim (nouns) can be formed from verbs and adjectives with the addition of letters. The affixing process can occur early / prefix (as-sabiq), infixs / insertion (ziyadah), and confixs / prefix and suffixs (as-saabiq wa al-laahiq). The addition of the affixes of the prefix verbs, and the base of the hamzah prefixes, of the adjectiva and verb infix using alif letters, from the noun base consist of suffix ya 'syaddah, alif-nun confixs, nun-wawu, nun-ya' and nun-alif-ta'. Basic verb conjunction with mim-alif, mim-ta' and mim-wawu. Meanwhile, the conceivable meanings include isim alat, isim maf’ul, isim faa’il, isim makan, dan isim zaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami latar belakang terbentuknya majelis zikir Ratibul Haddad sebagai media komunikasi transendental dalam upaya menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis. Sebagai penelitian lapangan, maka data diambil langusng dari lokasi yang ditetapkan, yaitu RW 02, Kelurahan Gondangwetan, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Pengambilannya menggunakan teknik purposive dengan menetapkan kriteria informan terlebih dahulu, baik terkait sumber data primer ataupun sekunder. Data tidak hanyadiperoleh dengan wawancara, tetapi juga melalui pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Ketiga teknik sekaligus digunakan sebagai bagian dari trainggulasi untuk memperoleh data yang valid. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis secara deskripstif kualitatif melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa perilaku sosial keagamaan terlihat dilakukan oleh para ibu sebagai instrumentasi komunikasi transendental melalui zikir Ratibul Haddad. Kegiatan tersebut terbukti membawakan efek psikologi sosial berupa ketenangan batin dan kesadaran kolektif untuk tetap optimis dalam menghadapi wabah pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Students' social cognition refers to their ability to think and interact with the social environment. Albert Bandura's social cognitive theory states that individuals can learn and choose to perform or refrain from certain behaviors by observing others. This learning process is known as observational learning. Currently, observational learning is not only conducted in real-life settings but also in virtual environments. The presence of technology in social cognitive theory is understood as a medium for implementing modeling learning to students. The advent of technology in the Society 5.0 era is said to be capable of replacing the role of a teacher. So, how can students adapt to technology? The aim of this research is to understand the social cognitive aspects of students in adapting to technology in the Society 5.0 era. The method in this research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a literature study method, which involves gathering data from various digital literary sources such as books, articles, and journals that support the research, with a time limitation of the last 3 years (2019-2022). This research provides new insights into the forms of technology adaptation in the Society 5.0 era, which include: 1) Students building awareness of the importance of technology, 2) the students are knowledgeable about the proper use of technology, 3) students utilizing technology for work flexibility and critical thinking. From the conceptual findings, this study offers new information about the reconstruction of adaptation forms that can be applied in every future era, particularly in the field of education.

Abstract

The role of technology in the education sector is increasing and has impacted the realm of learning activities. Technology-integrated learning is highly needed to facilitate both teachers and students in their activities. Using asynchronous learning models provides flexibility with easy and efficient access in terms of time. The research aims to describe the implementation of the asynchronous learning model assisted by videos in the subject of akidah akhlak, as well as the learning outcomes of the experimental and control groups, and the effectiveness of the asynchronous learning model assisted by videos in improving student learning outcomes. The research method used is quantitative with a proper experimental design. The experiment takes the form of a pretest-posttest control group design, with an experimental class receiving treatment in the form of asynchronous learning assisted by videos, and a control class implementing conventional methods. The research results show that the questionnaire on video implementation obtained a TCR score of 82.95% for variable X and 81.79% for variable Y, both falling within the 81-100% interval scale, indicating a "Very Good" category. The post-test results of the experimental class yielded a score of 86.43, while the control class scored 76.57. The paired sample t-test showed an average difference of 15.29 for the experimental class, while the control class had an average difference of 8.71, with a n-gain value of 0.27 for the control class, indicating a "low" category, whereas the experimental class had a n-gain value of 0.53, falling within the "middle" category. The implementation of engaging video learning media creates a non-monotonous learning atmosphere, and the questionnaire on video implementation received a "Very Good" rating. The use of the asynchronous learning model assisted by videos effectively improves student learning outcomes in Islamic creed and ethics, as evidenced by a larger difference in the experimental class compared to the control class.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the educational model of the pesantren kiai's family in shaping the character of lora/ning in Pamekasan. By using a qualitative approach in the form of descriptive-analytic research, the researchers targeted several pesantren in Pamekasan Regency which were represented by various models of pesantren, that is pesantren of salaf, pesantren of semi modern and pesantren of Modern. The results of this study are that the educational model of the pesantren kiai's family to cultivate the character of lora/ning is; First the tarbawiah model in carrying out various activities that emphasize exemplary aspects, such as: worshiping, praying, reading the Qur'an, qiyamul lail, hanging out with pious people, obligatory fasting, sunnah fasting on Mondays and Thursdays, and multiplying dhikr every time, and the two models of ta'limiah in carrying out various activities that emphasize knowledge, such as: awakening from an early age to study, growing awareness of thinking, maintaining health ratios, and social education.

Abstract

The blended learning method emerged as an answer to the weaknesses of face-to-face and online learning. With this, the researchers were moved to discuss the student's interest in learning Arabic using the blended learning method. This research uses qualitative research and descriptive approaches. The methods used in data collection include three things: interviews, questionnaires, and observations. Data sources were obtained from students and Arabic language teachers, and research was conducted in MAN 2 Malang City by being analyzed using data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The result is that implementing blended learning can increase students' interest in learning Arabic lessons and find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the performance of combined learning models in Arabic language learning. This study aims to determine students' interest in learning Arabic using blended learning as a reference for teachers in the future.

Abstract

Computational thinking has become a crucial skill in the 21st century, particularly in fostering critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. In their research, the Arabic Language teacher for Grade X Religion 1 at MAN 2 Banyuwangi has employed computational thinking skills in teaching Arabic text. This article aims to investigate students' computational thinking in analyzing Arabic texts. The research methodology employed a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis utilized the qualitative analysis technique, specifically the interactive model version by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The research findings indicate that among the 32 students in Grade X Religion 1, all demonstrated 100% proficiency in the decomposition indicator with 32 students. In the pattern recognition stage 72% with 23 students demonstrated proficiency. Meanwhile, in the algorithmic thinking, abstraction, and generalization stages 16% with 5 students showed proficiency. Students with high computational thinking skills were able to meet all indicators, including decomposition, pattern recognition, algorithmic thinking, abstraction, and generalization. Students with moderate computational thinking skills fulfilled the decomposition and pattern recognition indicators, whereas those with low computational thinking skills only met the decomposition indicator. Thus, through the exploration of computational thinking, students are able to solve problems in analyzing Arabic text critically and creatively.

Abstract

The development of the digital creativity world has transformed the education paradigm, and aspiring teacher leaders are not left behind. In an increasingly connected world, the graphic design application Canva has become a revolutionary force that sparks their creativity. The aim of this research is to explore the influence of the Canva application on the creativity of teacher leaders. This study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. The subjects of this research were participants of the 7th cohort of prospective teacher leaders in Bojonegoro Regency, with a population of 125 participants. A sample of 52 participants was selected using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a Likert-scale questionnaire. The research findings indicate that the use of the Canva application has a positive impact on the creativity of prospective teacher leaders. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended to utilize the Canva application as an effective and efficient solution to enhance the creativity of prospective teacher leaders in creating instructional content.

Abstract

Arabic is a lesson that guides, develops, encourages, and fosters students' language skills. Many students feel insecure and have difficulty in speaking Arabic. Therefore, this paper used probing-prompting learning model to facilitate student’s speaking skill of Arabic. This research used a quantitative quasi experimental design. The results revealed that student’s speaking skill of arabic was very good by applying probing-prompting model. This paper contributes to the arabic teacher use probing-promting learning model to to improve student’s speaking skill of arabic
