ABSTRAKTujuan dalam penelitian ini yakni, (1) mengetahui proses pengembangan e-modul berbasis web, (2) menganalisis mengenai kelayakan e-modul berbasis web, dan (3) menganalisis respons peserta didik terhadap e-modul berbasis web. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development/R&D). Dengan model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Tetapi penelitian ini berakhir pada tahap develop. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh skor keseluruhan variabel pada validasi materi yakni 90,6% dengan kriteria sangat layak dan total skor keseluruhan variabel pada validasi media yakni 100% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Sedangkan total skor keseluruhan variabel pada respons peserta didik memperoleh persentase skor 94% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Sehingga ditarik kesimpulan bahwa e-modul berbasis web layak digunakan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran komunikasi bisnis.Kata Kunci: Model Pengembangan, E-Modul, Pembelajaran Berbasis Web, Mengidentifikasi Pelanggan

The transition to digital records management raises significant concerns regarding the integrity and authenticity of electronic archives. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the MD5 cryptographic hash algorithm in ensuring the integrity of electronic records in the post- cryptography era. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, various document formats were tested to observe the sensitivity of MD5 against small data changes compared to SHA-256. The results show that MD5 can detect even minimal modifications; however, its vulnerability to collision attacks remains a significant limitation. Although MD5 remains efficient and practical for low-risk applications, SHA-256 is strongly recommended for securing critical archives. This research emphasizes the need for archival institutions to gradually migrate to stronger cryptographic standards to ensure long-term data authenticity and security in electronic recordkeeping practices.

Penelitian ini dirancang untuk menggali secara mendalam bagaimana para investor disektor keuangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)membuat keputusan investasi dengan mempertimbangkan faktor ukuran perusahaan dan tingkat leverage.Dalam studi ini,populasi yang diteliti mencakup analis sekuritas yang mampu memberikan wawasan profesional mengenai penilaian investor terhadap perusahaan,manajer investasi yang dapat menjelaskan strategi serta preferensi investasi mereka,dan investor individu yang menawarkan perspektif lebih luas mengenai berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan investasi mereka.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan dan tingkat leverage memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi saham di perusahaan sektor keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Higher education as an institution must be able to provide brilliant solutions that are in accordance with the interests of students, one of which is in the field of services and facilities available at the College. Has a formulation of the problem of how the description of Services and Facilities on Student Satisfaction which is part of the 2020 batch of Management Study Programs at Bandar Lampung University is related to the Services and Facilities provided. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the level of service and the quality of facilities with the level of student satisfaction in the university environment. This study uses a quantitative approach and applies a descriptive approach. The focus of the study was on Management students in the Class of 2020. Data was collected through the use of a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, while data analysis involved Multiple Linear Regression Test utilizing the support of SPSS for Windows version 23.0, and Hypothesis Tests such as T Test and F Test were also conducted. The findings of this study show that Service contributes positively and significantly to the level of Student Satisfaction. Furthermore, the Facility variable also has an impact on the level of Student Satisfaction, and overall, Services, Facilities as a whole have a positive and significant impact on student satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to test how much financial literacy and financial attitudes contribute to interest in using SPinjam on the Shopee platform. The objects of this research were FEB students at Bandar Lampung University. Primary data was collected from students by distributing questionnaires to 76 respondents online using a Likert Scale. The accepted sampling method is a probability technique with an emphasis on simple random sampling. By analyzing the data using multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS Statistics 26, the results of the analysis show that financial literacy has a significant effect on interest in using SPinjam, as evidenced by the sig. 0.035 < 0.05. On the other hand, financial attitudes do not show a significant effect on interest in using SPinjam, seen from sig. 0.210 > 0.05. However, when financial literacy and financial attitudes are examined simultaneously, both have a significant impact on interest in using SPinjam, with sig. 0.003 < 0.05.

In early March 2020, Indonesia announced its first Covid-19 case, which led to a significant decline across various economic sectors. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of companies in the mining sector from 2019 to 2022, this research can assist companies in evaluating their financial performance and their competitors. It employs a quantitative method using two ratios: liquidity ratios utilizing indicators such as the quick ratio and current ratio, and profitability ratios including the Net profit margin ratio, Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE). The research findings indicate that Covid-19 did have an impact, although not significant. There were observed variations in both decreases and increases in liquidity and profitability ratios among different companies.

The aim of this research is to analyze the role of the family in forming children's character at Ma'arif Islamic Middle School and analyze the challenges faced in implementing these principles. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection uses observation, interviews, documentation. There were seven informants for this research. The data analysis technique uses Milles and Huberman's data analysis techniques. The research results show that the role of the family in forming children's character applies the principles of discipline, love and effective communication which play a very important role in forming children's character. Other findings show that education in the family plays a very important role in forming a child's character. However, there are challenges in consistently applying these principles in the family environment. Difficulty in applying consistent discipline, lack of understanding of the importance of effective communication, and uneven application of affection are the main obstacles. These findings provide relevant insights for improving character education in families and can be the basis for more effective intervention programs to support children's character development in the family environment.

This study aims to investigate EFL pre-service teachers' readiness to use technology in English Language Teaching (ELT) classrooms and identify the factors that influence their readiness. A phenomenological research design was employed, involving 30 final-semester EFL pre-service teachers enrolled in a teacher education program, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through open-ended surveys and interviews and analyzed thematically to extract key themes related to readiness, technological competence, and influencing factors. Findings demonstrated a high level of readiness among participants, supported by strong technological competence and confidence. Participants showed proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), Canva, and game-based applications like Kahoot to create interactive and engaging learning environments. Internal factors (such as self-confidence and technological skills) and external factors (such as institutional support, courses, and workshops) influenced their readiness. The findings provide a framework for enhancing teacher training curricula and suggest ways to improve student engagement and learning outcomes through effective technology integration. This study contributes to the limited literature on technology integration readiness among EFL pre-service teachers in Indonesia.

Program les privat di Desa Buniwangi, Kecamatan Gegerbitung, Kabupaten Sukabumi merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca, menulis, dan berhitung pada anak-anak. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan pendekatan berbasis pembelajaran kontekstual dengan metode interaktif yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing anak melalui strategi personalisasi, interaktif, pemberdayaan lingkungan dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian berupa les privat terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam minat baca anak-anak, penguatan keterampilan dasar membaca dan menulis, serta peningkatan kesadaran orang tua akan pentingnya pendidikan literasi. Program ini berhasil mengatasi tantangan utama seperti rendahnya minat baca dan keterbatasan metode pembelajaran melalui pendekatan yang lebih interaktif dan inovatif. Keberhasilan program tidak hanya berdampak jangka pendek tetapi juga memiliki potensi keberlanjutan melalui peningkatan motivasi belajar dan keterlibatan aktif orang tua dalam pendidikan anak.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah variabel praktik evaluasi dan supervisi guru merupakan permasalahan yang ada di SMAN 1 Narmada. Fokus penelitian dibatasi pada program supervisi yang dilakukan di SMAN 1 Narmada dan bagaimana cara seorang supervisor di SMAN 1 Narmada melakukan proses supervisi guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian single case study. Teknik penelitian dilakukan dengan studi dokumen, wawancara dan observasi. Wawancara dilakukan dengan metode semi terstruktur. Sedangkan proses observasi dilakukan dengan metode unobstructive. Proses wawancara dilakukan dengan mengambil random sampel dari guru-guru yang mengajar di SMAN 1 Narmada. Observasi dilakukan dengan metode unobstructive, dimana proses observasi yang dilakukan tidak boleh mengganggu jalannya proses belajar mengajar di SMAN 1 Narmada. Proses pemeriksaan dokumen dilakukan dalam rangka melihat sejauh mana proses administrasi yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan supervisi di SMAN 1 Narmada sesuai dengan hasil wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ternyata memang telah terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara bagaimana dokumen yang ada dan evaluasi supervisi yang harus dilakukan dengan realita proses di lapangan. Sehingga dibutuhkan perbaikan dalam hal mekanisme maupun teknis program supervisi di SMAN 1 Narmada agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru.
