Abstract

Shelf life is one of the main problems that is often found in micro and small enterprises (MSEs) that produce banana chips. As a product that has the potential to be marketed widely, it is necessary to estimate the shelf life of the product to fulfill the obligation to include expiry date on the packaging. Therefore, this study aims to determine the estimated shelf life of kapas banana chips. The method used to determine the shelf life of kapas banana chips in this research was Accelerated Shelf-Life Testing (ASLT) with the Arrhenius model. The experimental design in this research is a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with factorial experiments. The banana chips that will be used as research samples are kapas banana chips that are fried and packaged using aluminum foil packaging and then stored at 3 different temperatures, namely 30o C, 40o C, and 50o C. Sample characteristic were observed on days 0, 5, 10, 15, and 20. The samples are then analyzed for chemical properties, physical properties, and sensory properties. Based on data on the rate of increase in FFA levels, the estimated shelf life of banana chips stored at temperatures of 30o C, 40o C, and 50o C is 93.53 days, 78.37 days, and 66.41 days, respectively. If banana chips are stored at room temperature (28o C), their shelf life is longer, namely 97 days. This study contributes to providing information on the shelf life of banana chip products in terms of maintaining food safety for consumers.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with great potential, especially in the agricultural sector. One of the most widely used agricultural commodities is types of fruits such as bananas. Sale lilit is one of the processed foods with the main ingredient in the form of ripe bananas that have been dried and then processed and packaged using aluminum foil packaging. This study aims to examine the estimated shelf life of sale lilit. The method of estimating the shelf life used is the Accelerated Shelf-Life Testing (ASLT) method of the Arrhenius model. Sale lilit is stored at three different storage temperatures according to the treatment (30°C, 40°C and 50°C). Parameters observed include moisture content, FFA content, texture (hardness and crispness), color, aroma, taste and texture. These parameters were analyzed during storage at dat 0, 5, 10, 15 and day 20 of storage. The results showed that sale lilit stored at 30°C has the longest shelf life. Based on data on the rate of increase in FFA levels, the estimated shelf life of the sale is 56,119 days. This study implies that storage temperature plays an important role in extending the shelf life of sale lilit, so producers can optimize storage conditions, packaging, and product distribution.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the analysis of the Effect of Education and Training and Competence on the Performance of Village Population Administration Information System Operators (SIAPKEDESA) in Rembang Regency with Motivation as an Intervening Variable. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive survey form or explanatory pattern. Research design with causal patterns. The population was the SIAPKEDESA application operator in Rembang with proportional random sampling technique. The sample size is 120 respondents. Data collection methods and using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results and implications of this study education and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on motivation, education and training have no positive effect on employee performance, competence has no positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. employees, motivation is able to mediate the effect of education and training on employee performance, motivation is able to mediate the influence of competence on employee performance. Based on the results of this research, it is suggested that management pay more attention and increase employee motivation, so that it can provide maximum performance and more optimal quality of work results.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Serta Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Operator Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan Desa (SIAPKEDESA) Se Kabupaten Rembang Dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan bentuk deskriptif survey atau pola eksplanasi. Desain penelitian dengan pola kausal. Populasi adalah Petugas Operator Aplikasi SIAPKEDESA di Kabupaten Rembang dengan teknik sampling proportional random sampling. Besar sampel sebanyak 120 responden. Metode pengumpulan data serta menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil dan implikasi dari penelitian ini pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kineja pegawai, Kompetensi  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompetensi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi mampu memediasi pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi mampu memediasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitan ini disarankan agar manajemen dapat lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai, sehingga bisa memberikan kinerja yang maksimal dan kualitas hasil kerja yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

This research has the purpose of analyzing the communication, Self Esteem Self Efficacy to the job satisfaction and the impact on the performance of nurses in the ' Aisyiyah Kudus Hospital. The research population is 146 nurses. Sample research of 120 respondents, sampling techniques using proportional sampling. Test the data instrument using validity and reliability tests. Analytical techniques used in AMOS SEM. Based on the results of the analysis shows that communication, self esteem and self efficacy to job satisfaction as well as to the performance of the nurse has a significant positive direct influence. That job satisfaction is able to increase or reinforce the direct influence between communication to nurse performance. Job satisfaction is able to increase or reinforce the direct influence between self esteem on the performance of nurses. Job satisfaction is able to increase or reinforce the direct influence between self efficacy to performance.Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan menganalisis Komunikasi, Self Esteem Self Efficacyterhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Perawat di Rumah SakitAisyiyah Kudus. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 146 perawat. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 120 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional sampling. Uji instrument data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan AMOS SEM. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi self esteem dan self efficacy terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun terhadap kinerja perawat mempunyai pengaruh langsung yang positif signifikan. bahwa kepuasan kerja mampu menambah atau memperkuat pengaruh langsung antara komunikasi terhadap kinerja perawat. Kepuasan kerja mampu menambah atau memperkuat pengaruh langsung antara self esteem terhadap kinerja perawat. Kepuasan kerja mampu menambah atau memperkuat pengaruh langsung antara self efficacy terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Matriks merupakan materi yang sangat penting dalam pembelajaran matematika. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kesalahan dan miskonsepsi yang dilakukan siswa ketika mempelajari konsep materi matriks. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif . Subyek penelitian ini melibatkan 36 siswa kelas XI. Data dihasilkan dari analisis isi tanggapan tertulis para siswa terhadap 4 soal matriks. Wawancara dilanjutkan dengan dua siswa dengan kategori kemampuan sedang dan kemampuan rendah yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kesalahan yang siswa lakukan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa siswa memiliki berbagai kesalahan yaitu kesulitan menyatakan definisi matriks, kesalahan menyebutkan bukan contoh dua matriks yang dapat dikalikan, kesalahan dalam kesamaan matriks dan kesalahan konsep operasi perkalian matriks. Kesalahan-kesalahan tersebut mengidentifiksi bahwa tingkat pemahaman konsep matematika pada operasi matriks masih rendah. Guru disarankan untuk merancang pembelajaran yang efektif dengan memperhatikan kesalahan siswa untuk meminimalisir miskonsepsi siswa dalam memahami konsep matriks.

Abstract

This article aims to understand the transnational Islamic movement with a focus on three countries: Indonesia, Brunei, and Thailand. Transnational Islamic movement refers to the flow and influence of Islam that transcends national borders and has significant impacts on the social, political, and religious developments in the involved countries. This case study will discuss the key characteristics of the transnational Islamic movement in Indonesia, Brunei, and Thailand, as well as the factors influencing its development. Additionally, the article will also analyze how this movement plays a role in shaping the Muslim identity in these three countries. The research methods employed in this article are descriptive and comparative analysis. Data is obtained through literature studies and document reviews. The research findings indicate that the transnational Islamic movement in Indonesia, Brunei, and Thailand exhibits different characteristics depending on the respective countries' histories, cultures, and political situations. Factors such as migration, social media, financial support, and political issues play crucial roles in the development of this movement. In conclusion, the transnational Islamic movement has significant impacts within the contexts of Indonesia, Brunei, and Thailand.

Abstract

Ibn Sina, as a prominent philosopher and Muslim scientist, offered profound thoughts on education that emphasize the balance between intellectual and moral aspects. According to Ibn Sina, education not only aims to enlighten the mind but also to shape the moral and spiritual character of students. This study aims to examine the concept of Islamic education management in the thought of Ibn Sina, focusing on the integration of rationality and spirituality as the foundation for managing education. Ibn Sina, as a prominent philosopher and Muslim scientist, not only made significant contributions in the fields of medicine and philosophy but also had profound thoughts on education. In his view, education must shape a person holistically, being intellectually sharp and spiritually mature. A qualitative approach is used in this study with a literature review method of Ibn Sina’s major works, such as Kitab al-Shifa and Kitab al-Najat, as well as relevant secondary literature. The study’s results show that Ibn Sina emphasized the importance of a logical and systematic teaching method, yet still framed within ethical and religious values. This thought is relevant in the context of contemporary Islamic education management, which faces the challenge of balancing the cognitive and affective aspects of students. Thus, Islamic education management based on Ibn Sina's thought offers an integrative model that combines intellect and spirituality in the educational process sustainably. The thought of Ibn Sina offers a holistic and sustainable model of Islamic education management. This model integrates rationality and spirituality, making it a strong foundation for building an educational system that not only focuses on intellectual achievement but also on the formation of a solid moral character. Thus, Islamic education management based on Ibn Sina’s thought holds great potential to address contemporary educational issues that are often trapped in the separation between knowledge and spiritual values

Abstract

This assistance is provided to students of Madrasah ibtidaiyyah who live in wonosari village, puger subdistrict. To eliminate the thought of the difficulty of learning Arabic and memorizing it, students need assistance that is directed to self-creativity through the talents of the skills they have such as learning to memorize mufrodat about limbs by making paper miniatures that can be used in every lesson, especially at the basic education level and generally for various levels of education. This service research uses the community development method. The results of this mentoring activity showed an increase in motivation to memorize Arabic mufrodat and foster creativity in the mentor.

Abstract

Membaca Al Qur’an dengan lancar adalah hal yang urgen bagi santri. Kebenaran dalam harakat, makhraj juga kemampuan pendalaman ilmu tajwid adalah kompenen yang harus dikuasai untuk ketepatan bacaan. Kurangnya persiapan ketika mau membaca masih minim dalam belajar membaca Al Qur’an santri TPQ An Najah Puger Jember, juga bentuk kesalahan yang belum bisa dideteksi dengan baik adalah salah satu problem yang melatar belakangi kurang lancar dalam membaca. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca santri TPQ An Najah Puger Jember. Dengan mengaplikasikan metode Qiraah Jahriyah. Riset pengabdian ini menggunakan metode community developmen dengan menganilisis data observasi dan tes lisan yang berpedoman pada data primer dan skunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Qiraah Jahriyah sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al Quran pada santri TPQ An Najah. Karena metode ini mampu menumbuhkan antusias santri dalam mempersiapkan bacaan Al Qur’an dan memudahkan guru untuk mendeteksi bentuk kesalahan dalam membaca.

Abstract

Abstract Arabic is one of the foreign languages ​​that is difficult to understand, digest, and comprehend by children. Sometimes the level of difficulty for a child in learning Arabic is at the reading level because Arabic lessons are very different both in terms of writing and how to read them. The purpose of this community service activity is to carry out a work program through mentoring children in Pulo Village in reading the Qur'an. The Qur'an is a guide to life that is always used by Muslims. In this community service research, the community service method is used. Researchers also collect data through observation and documentation based on primary and secondary sources. The results of the research activities that have been carried out can be concluded that this Qur'an reading mentoring program shows that learning the Qur'an using methods and stages is more effective in the results that have been achieved. This shows that motivation for children is also very much needed in the learning process to increase children's enthusiasm.
