Abstract

Growing demands for higher education quality require universities to model and optimise lecturers’ professional commitment through culturally rooted approaches. This study explores how local wisdom can enhance professional commitment among lecturers at Pancasila University, using the POP-SDM (Professional Organisational Performance-Human Resource Management) framework. It examines the relationship among local wisdom, organisational culture, and professional development in fostering greater commitment to teaching and academic responsibilities. Data was gathered through surveys and interviews with lecturers, followed by statistical analysis to identify key factors influencing professional commitment. The findings emphasise the significance of integrating local cultural values into the academic environment to improve lecturers’ job satisfaction, performance, and commitment. This research offers strategies to enhance lecturer professionalism in Indonesian higher education institutions and demonstrates how local wisdom can be applied in modern academic settings. By incorporating indigenous knowledge, the study shows that local wisdom not only strengthens professional commitment but also enriches the broader institutional culture, fostering a deeper connection between educators and the communities they serve. This model offers a sustainable approach for improving academic professionalism and institutional performance across Indonesian universities.

Abstract

This research has the purpose of analyzing the communication, Self Esteem & Self Efficacy to the job satisfaction and the impact on the performance of nurses in the ' Aisyiyah Kudus Hospital. The research population is 146 nurses. Sample research of 120 respondents, sampling techniques using proportional sampling. Test the data instrument using validity and reliability tests. Analytical techniques used in AMOS SEM. Based on the results of the analysis shows that communication, self esteem and self efficacy to job satisfaction as well as to the performance of the nurse has a significant positive direct influence. That job satisfaction is able to increase or reinforce the direct influence between communication to nurse performance. Job satisfaction is able to increase or reinforce the direct influence between self esteem on the performance of nurses. Job satisfaction is able to increase or reinforce the direct influence between self efficacy to performance.Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan menganalisis Komunikasi, Self Esteem & Self Efficacyterhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Perawat di Rumah SakitAisyiyah Kudus. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 146 perawat. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 120 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional sampling. Uji instrument data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan AMOS SEM. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi self esteem dan self efficacy terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun terhadap kinerja perawat mempunyai pengaruh langsung yang positif signifikan. bahwa kepuasan kerja mampu menambah atau memperkuat pengaruh langsung antara komunikasi terhadap kinerja perawat. Kepuasan kerja mampu menambah atau memperkuat pengaruh langsung antara self esteem terhadap kinerja perawat. Kepuasan kerja mampu menambah atau memperkuat pengaruh langsung antara self efficacy terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the analysis of the Effect of Education and Training and Competence on the Performance of Village Population Administration Information System Operators (SIAPKEDESA) in Rembang Regency with Motivation as an Intervening Variable. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive survey form or explanatory pattern. Research design with causal patterns. The population was the SIAPKEDESA application operator in Rembang with proportional random sampling technique. The sample size is 120 respondents. Data collection methods and using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results and implications of this study education and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on motivation, education and training have no positive effect on employee performance, competence has no positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. employees, motivation is able to mediate the effect of education and training on employee performance, motivation is able to mediate the influence of competence on employee performance. Based on the results of this research, it is suggested that management pay more attention and increase employee motivation, so that it can provide maximum performance and more optimal quality of work results.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Serta Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Operator Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan Desa (SIAPKEDESA) Se Kabupaten Rembang Dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan bentuk deskriptif survey atau pola eksplanasi. Desain penelitian dengan pola kausal. Populasi adalah Petugas Operator Aplikasi SIAPKEDESA di Kabupaten Rembang dengan teknik sampling proportional random sampling. Besar sampel sebanyak 120 responden. Metode pengumpulan data serta menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil dan implikasi dari penelitian ini pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kineja pegawai, Kompetensi  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompetensi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi mampu memediasi pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi mampu memediasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitan ini disarankan agar manajemen dapat lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai, sehingga bisa memberikan kinerja yang maksimal dan kualitas hasil kerja yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

Arabic language learning at the mubtadi' level in Elementary Schools is currently still hampered by various factors, such as less interesting learning methods, limited learning media, and lack of student learning motivation. Therefore, innovation is needed in Arabic language learning to improve student interest and learning outcomes. One innovation that can be implemented is the use of the DILA BISA multimedia-based application. This study aims to analyze the use of the DILA BISA multimedia-based application in Arabic language learning at the mubtadi' level at elementary school. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research approach. Research data were collected through observation, interviews, and documents. The results show that the use of the DILA BISA multimedia-based application can improve student interest and learning outcomes in Arabic language learning at the mubtadi' level at elementary school. This is evidenced by increased student participation in learning, increased student understanding of Arabic language materials, and increased student test scores.

Abstract

The 30% delay in construction progress on the Normalization and Embankment Construction project in Sei Berapit, Indragiri Hilir Regency, where as of the last week of November 2025 only 70% of the work had been completed, indicates that heavy equipment productivity has not met the planned target. This study aims to analyze the productivity of amphibious excavators and determine the effective number of equipment alternatives to accelerate project completion. The method used is a quantitative method with a case study approach, with productivity analysis based on work cycle time data, equipment efficiency, and actual production capacity from field observations. The analysis results show that in Alternative I, namely the use of two amphibious excavators, daily production capacity increased significantly to around 980,627 m³/day, so that the remaining work volume of 5,760.416 m³ could theoretically be completed in around 6 working days. This increase in productivity not only has an impact on accelerating the duration of implementation but also provides better operational flexibility in anticipating field disruptions. Compared to other equipment addition alternatives, Alternative I is considered the most rational because it reduces unproductive time, minimizes the risk of delays due to equipment damage or other operational disruptions, and remains within an acceptable daily operational cost level of IDR. 27,363,200. This finding confirms that productivity control and determining the number of amphibious excavators play a crucial role in time and cost management. Therefore, heavy equipment productivity evaluation should be conducted from the project planning stage, especially for excavation work in flooded terrain, to ensure optimal achievement of implementation targets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Amtsilati instruction and students’ understanding of Arabic grammar at MA Ma’arif NU Kencong. The phenomenon of students’ limited ability to apply Arabic grammatical rules to authentic texts is the primary rationale for this study. This study employs a quantitative, correlational design. Data were collected via a questionnaire distributed to students who had participated in the Amtsilati program, with rigorous validity and reliability testing. Given the non-normal distribution of the data, statistical analysis was conducted using the Spearman Rank correlation test. The main results of the study indicate a significant positive relationship between Amtsilati learning and students’ understanding of Arabic grammar, with a correlation coefficient of 0.606 and a significance level of 0.001. The main conclusion of this study is that the Amtsilati method, which is systematic, practical, and pattern-based, has been empirically proven to have a strong association with improving students’ linguistic competence. This finding confirms that practical methods can be an effective solution to the challenges of teaching Arabic grammar at the Madrasah Aliyah level.
