Abstract

One of the most fundamental problems in the process of improving employee performance in a company is employee competence which is influenced by talent management. This study aims to determine and justify the influence of competence on employee performance through talent management in PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development. The method in this study uses quantitative methods using the path analysis method (path analysis) to measure the influence of competence on employee performance through talent management. The results of this study show that competence has a positive and significant effect on talent management, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through talent management.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Bira merupakan desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Bontobahari, desa yang memiliki keragaman dan potensi yang besar akan keindahan alamnya, budaya dan penduduk lokal yang ramah. Akan tetapi potensi-potensi yang terdapat disana masih terhambat akibat beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah kurangnya motivasi wirausaha di kalangan warga desa dalam mengembangkan usaha-usaha pada sektor pariwisata. Di lain sisi juga kurangnya literasi keuangan yang menjadi kendala dalam mengelola usaha dan mengambil keputusan yang tepat. Karena itulah, pelatihan kewirausahaan dan literasi keuangan menjadi Solusi yang tepat dalam meningkatkan motivasi wirausaha warga desa wisata Bira. Dalam pelatihan ini, warga desa akan diajarkan mengenai konsep dasar bisnis, perencanaan, manajemen operasional, pemasaran dan manajemen sumber daya manusia, juga dalam pelatihan literasi keuangan akan memberikan pemahaman tentang pengelolaan keuangan pribadi dan bisnis. Lalu dari hasil pengabdian ini, diharapkan warga desa wisata Bira dapat mengembangkan potensi-potensi kewirausahaan yang dimiliki, mampu meningkatkan kemandirian finansial dan menjadi salah satu agen perubahan dalam Masyarakat sekaligus mengembangkan potensi wisata yang ada.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassadors and product quality on purchasing decisions with brand image as an intervening variable for users of Scarlett Whitening products in Makassar City. This research is a quantitative research, the data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to research objects. The population in this study are users of Scarlett Whitening products in Makassar City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that a sample of 385 respondents was obtained. The analytical method used in this study uses regression analysis through the PLS (Partial Least Square) method with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 Software. The results of the study show that (1) brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on Scarlett Whitening's brand image; (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on Scarlett Whitening's brand image; (3) brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for users of Scarlett Whitening products in Makassar City; (4) brand ambassadors have a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions for users of Scarlett Whitening products in Makassar City; (5) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for users of Scarlett Whitening products in Makassar City; (6) brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through brand image for users of Scarlett Whitening products in Makassar City

Abstract

In order to understand how customer satisfaction is affected by convenience, transaction process, system quality, content reliability, and customer service, as well as how this affects customer complaints and repurchase intentions, these factors will be examined in this study. We employed the descriptive research method in conjunction with conclusive research in this study. For this study, a cross-sectional design was employed. A questionnaire was used in this study's data collection process. Those who have utilized the mobile application and filed complaints with customer support make up the demographic under investigation. With a sample size of 100 participants, judgmental sampling was used in this study. The structural equation model method will be used to examine the data in this study. The data analysis's findings highlight a number of significant conclusions. Firstly, there is no evidence that convenience significantly affects customer happiness. Second, client happiness is greatly enhanced by the transaction procedure. Third, customer satisfaction is positively impacted by system quality as well. Fourth, customer happiness is positively impacted by content reliability as well. Fifth, customer satisfaction is positively impacted by customer service. Sixth, complaints from customers are negatively impacted by consumer satisfaction. Seventh, the propensity to repurchase is positively impacted by customer satisfaction. Eighthly, however, there is a negative correlation between consumer satisfaction and propensity to repurchase. These results, notwithstanding certain discrepancies, imply that factors other than customers' degree of satisfaction might also affect their intention to make another purchase.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas bisnis UMKM Gonda Mangrove Park di Desa Laliko, Polewali Mandar, melalui implementasi Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan strategi pemasaran media sosial. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan untuk memperkenalkan konsep BMC dan penggunaannya dalam menyusun strategi bisnis yang terstruktur, serta meningkatkan keterampilan pemasaran digital melalui platform media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan Twitter. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta mengenai BMC dan pemasaran media sosial, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan interaksi dengan pelanggan dan penjualan produk. Implementasi pendekatan ini menunjukkan efektivitasnya dalam mengatasi tantangan utama yang dihadapi UMKM dan memberikan dampak positif yang berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM di Kota Parepare, khususnya Gerai Risolle Indonesia, melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan berbasis Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI). Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi strategi bisnis, pelatihan penerapan teknologi, dan pendampingan intensif. Fokus utama adalah revitalisasi perencanaan bisnis, redesain kemasan, dan optimalisasi manajemen persediaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman peserta terkait perencanaan bisnis berbasis BMC dan penggunaan AI, serta kemampuan dalam manajemen persediaan. Redesain kemasan produk berhasil meningkatkan daya tarik dan potensi pemasaran Gerai Risolle Indonesia. Hal ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan daya saing usaha di pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Every employee wants to succeed, thus many are loyal. Some company loyalists seek justice. Businesses must encourage employee performance to succeed. Motivation, compensation, and work environment affect employee performance. This study analyzes and provides evidence that motivation, compensation, and work environment improve employee performance. This literature review article develops a conceptual framework on employee performance based on motivation, compensation, and work environment theories. According to the literature review, motivation, compensation, and work environment can boost employee performance and corporate performance. This study supports Abraham Maslow's theory (The Need Hierarchy Model) that motivation substantially influences human behavior. Motivation directs persons to their needs. A leader must know his subordinates' requirements. This study's research model and arguments can advance corporate or business management and administration discussions. This research is relevant for future quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research.

Abstract

Social media has become an important platform in building and maintaining customer engagement. So social media is the most effective way to increase customer engagement towards products or services. In this study, this study uses quantitative research. This study aims to determine social media marketing as a moderation of the influence of content and events on customer engagement. This study focuses on e-commerce customers, by applying the Non-Probability Sampling technique to determine the sample. And the population obtained in this study was 200 respondents. The analysis technique in this study used Smart PLS. The results of this study found that content and events have an effect on customer engagement. Social media as a moderating variable is able to moderate the influence of content and events on customer engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fleksibilitas, fokus, budaya organisasi, pengalaman, dan kreativitas terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui agilitas pegawai di Bank BRI Kanca Kolaka, Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Pegawai bank BRI KANCA KOLAKA, Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 280, dengan mengambil 100 orang pegawai sebagai sampel, Sampel yang diambil berdasarkan teknik probability sampilng; simple random sampling.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis data kuantitatif. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Fleksibilitas, Budaya, Pengalaman, dan Kreativitas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap agilitas pegawai Bank BRI Kanca Kolaka, Fokus berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap agilitas pegawai Bank BRI Kanca Kolaka, Fleksibilitas berpengaruh langsung negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Fokus, Kreativitas, dan Agilitas berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Pengalaman berpengaruh langsung positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Fleksibilitas berpengaruh langsung positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Agilitas, Fokus berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Agilitas, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Agilitas, Pengalaman dan kreativitas berpengaruh langsung positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Agilitas. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan yang bertujuan untuk: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dimensi kualitas layanan yaitu tangible (bukti fisik), reliability (kehandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), emphaty (empati), terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Sengkang. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dimensi kualitas layanan yaitu tangible (bukti fisik), reliability (kehandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), emphaty (empati), terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Sengkang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui menyebaran kuesioner kepada sebanyak 98 nasabah sebagai sampel dari seluruh jumlah nasabah mulai tahun 2019 sampai 2021 sebanyak 6.271 nasabah, pengumpulan data dilakukan dari bulan September sampai November 2022. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan bantuan Program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara parsial dimensi kualitas layanan yaitu tangible (bukti fisik), reliability (kehandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), emphaty (empati), berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Sengkang. (2) secara simultan dimensi kualitas layanan yaitu tangible (bukti fisik), reliability (kehandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), emphaty (empati), berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Sengkang. Kata Kunci: Tekanan Keuangan, Kapitalis Pasar, Nilai Pasar Perusahaan
