Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam buku bahasa Indonesia SMP kelas VII dan SMA kelas X. Data penelitian berupa kata, frasa, kalimat, paragraf, dan wacana yang memuat penerapan Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada buku ajar Bahasa Indonesia SMP kelas VII dan SMA kelas X. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian merupakan peneliti yang dibekali teori mengenai Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Selain itu, peneliti dilengkapi dengan instrumen berupa kartu data yang memuat Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Instrumen tersebut divalidasi dengan validasi konten oleh pakar (expert judgement). Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan teknik pemeriksaan teman sejawat melalui diskusi atau Focus Group Discusion (FGD). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di dalam buku bahasa Indonesia jenjang sekolah menengah terdapat penerapan Profil Pelajar Pancasila meliputi dimensi (1) beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan berakhlak mulia, (2) berkebhinekaan global, (3) bergotong royong, (4) mandiri, (5) bernalar kritis, dan (6) kreatif.Kata kunci: bahasa indonesia, buku, penerapan, profil pelajar pancasila

Abstract

Implementing Indonesian language learning in elementary schools, educators or teachers certainly have learning models that are suitable to the material to be delivered. This learning model is very important because with the right learning model it will trigger students to be active and creative. The Project Based learning model is a learning model that guides students to increase creativity in learning. The aim of this research is to determine students understanding in learning Indonesian through picture series media to improve the narrative essay writing skills of class IV students in the Indonesian language subject. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation. This results of the research show that the project Based Learning model is very suitable to apply to increase student creativity in learning Indonesian through the media of picture series. It was proven that out of 28 student, 5 student began to develop, 17 student develop according to expectations, 6 student developed very well. The conclusion is that the innovation conduct by Project Based Learning model through the media of pictures series has a great influence on improving narrative essay writing skills in grade IV elementary school students.

Abstract

The low ability to write procedure texts for making eco-prints for students in grades V and VI is caused by several things that must be observed. This is due to students' lack of understanding of procedural texts, difficulty communicating knowledge in written form, and difficulty composing effective sentences. This research aims to analyze Eco-print exploration activities as an effort to improve writing skills based on project-based learning (PjBL) integrated with Tri-N (niteni, niroake, nambahi). Tri-N concert encourages students to have the ability to observe and scrutinize an object or the stages of the Eco-print process. Then, imitate with a bank that will eventually grow creativity and innovation.  This research uses the narrative method to describe the steps of making eco-print, which serves as teaching material to improve students' writing skills. The data collection technique in this research is using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The research findings show that Eco-print exploration activities with the stages of the work creation process are able to explore, narrate the stages, and ultimately foster the ability to write a narrative based on project-based learning (PjBL) integrated with Tri-N (niteni, niroake, nambahi). Through the narrative approach, it can improve students' writing skills, especially in terms of writing descriptions and creativity. The implications of this study highlight the potential of using hands-on activities, such as eco-print making, to improve students' writing skills and enhance their understanding of the writing process.

Abstract

The background to this research is that there are difficulties among class VI students at Jagamangsan 2 State Elementary School in writing descriptive texts, which is indicated by the percentage of students who have not yet completed the KKM of 70 as much as 75%. The aim of this research is to describe the learning outcomes of class VI students in Indonesian language lessons in writing descriptions that utilize the school environment. As well as describing obstacles that arise during learning activities and how to overcome them. This research uses a PTK design. The subjects of this research were teachers and students of class VI at SD Negeri Jagamangsan 2 Berbah Sleman, totaling 24 students. Data collection techniques use observation and tests. The research results showed that the average percentage of learning implementation in cycle I reached 80.31%, while in cycle II it reached 86.54%. Student learning outcomes showed classical completeness in cycle I of 62.50% and increased in cycle II of 79.17%. Based on the results of these data, it can be concluded that utilizing the school environment can improve the description writing skills of class VI students at SD Negeri Jagamangsan 2 Berbah Sleman.

Abstract

This research aims to describe learning through the flipped classroom model on Indonesian language lesson content in grade VI elementary schools at SD Negeri Sendangsari. The type of research in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were 17 class VI students in the 2023/2024 academic year. Research data was obtained through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Questionnaires were given to students to see data on students' responses to Flipped classroom learning, observations were carried out to see the implementation of Flipped classroom learning, and documentation studies were carried out to examine students' values in learning. The data analysis used in this research is triangulation. The results of the research showed that the implementation of Indonesian language learning activities in class VI of SD Negeri Sendangsari ran smoothly. Educators carry out learning activities in the planned steps. Most students get scores above the KKM or complete. Learning with the Flipped classroom model can be well received by students so that students can get grades above the KKM after learning through the Flipped classroom model. Most students are enthusiastic about participating in learning using the Flipped classroom model.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the low reading culture of class VI students being a serious symptom for the continuity of learning in the classroom. Improving reading culture in students must be nurtured and nurtured from an early age and is a continuous process so that their reading culture grows and develops by utilizing reading corners. The aim of this research is to determine the increase in reading culture of class VI students by using a reading corner. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative with research methods in the form of observation and literature study. The research subjects were class VI students and the research object was the use of reading corners. The aim of using a reading corner is to stimulate students to be more fond of reading, to bring books closer to students, at any time students can read books without having to visit the library, as part of learning activities, to condition the class so that it is not noisy, to support independent learning activities, to provide opportunities to students to improve reading culture, develop thinking power, and enrich students' learning experiences.

Abstract

Comprehending narrative literature is a pressing matter for students. Reading entails more than the visual perception of symbols; it involves comprehending the significance conveyed by those symbols. This research aims to identify issues or difficulties in comprehending narrative texts during reading. The objective of this study is to delineate the difficulties encountered by grade VI students at SDN Pleret Lor in comprehending narrative reading texts. This study employs a descriptive methodology. The researchers selected a sample of 40 children in the sixth grade, with 3 of them being chosen as participants. The researchers employed observation and experimentation methodologies. The observation approach is employed to assess students' comprehension by gauging their grasp of the content conveyed through narrative in reading materials. The exam administered to the three kids had the lowest level of reading comprehension. The findings revealed that students encountered difficulties in comprehending narrative texts. Specifically, students struggled with understanding reading comprehension indicators, identifying the main idea of the text, comprehending the information presented, determining factual details, and drawing conclusions from the reading material. Recommendations for educators to employ more effective reading techniques and educators to evaluate reading comprehension.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan dadu kata tanya sebagai alat pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa dalam menggali informasi dari teks sejarah. Peneliti ingin mendeskrispikan apakah penggunaan dadu kata tanya dapat memfasilitasi siswa dalam mengajukan pertanyaan yang relevan dan mendalam tentang teks sejarah, serta meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang konten sejarah yang dipelajari. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan instrumen tes sebagai dokumen hasil belajar dan non tes berupa observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran dan disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media dadu kata tanya dapat meningkatkan kesiapan membaca, sehingga mampu mendukung pengembangan keterampilan berbicara siswa dalam menggali informasi dari teks sejarah.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing learning using the role playing method on students' speaking skills in Indonesian language lesson content. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK). This research applies planning, learning and evaluation activities until learning results are known. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and tests. The subjects in this research were class V of SDN Kiyaran 2 for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research results show that the application of the role playing method has a positive impact on students' speaking skills. This is shown by the increase in the value of students' speaking skills in the initial condition of 59.71, increasing in cycle I to 70.14 and in cycle II it increased to 81.86. Apart from influencing speaking skills, the application of the role playing method also influences student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the average value in the initial condition of 60.71, increasing in cycle I to 79.29 and in cycle II to 87.43.

Abstract

Based on the results of the evaluation of the reading comprehension skills of class III students at Tukangan State Elementary School, it was stated that the reading comprehension skills of class III students at Tukangan State Elementary School were still lacking. Thus, this research aims to improve reading comprehension skills in fairy tales using the Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) strategy for class III students at SD Negeri Tukangan Yogyakarta. This type of research is collaborative classroom action research. This research was carried out at Tukangan Yogyakarta State Elementary School with the research subjects being all 20 grade III students at Tukangan Yogyakarta State Elementary School, consisting of 10 male students and 10 female students. In this research, researchers used an action research design developed by Kemmis and Taggart with a spiral model. The data collection methods used are tests, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is quantitative descriptive statistics, namely by finding the average. The results of the research show that learning fairy tale reading comprehension skills using the Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) strategy can improve the fairy tale reading comprehension skills of third grade students at SD Negeri Temanan Yogyakarta. The increase in fairy tale reading comprehension skills up to cycle I, meeting 2 was 7.85, from the initial condition of 60.20, it increased to 68.05. In cycle II, meeting 2, it increased by 15.45, from the initial condition of 60.20 it increased to 75.65.
