Abstract

In adaptive physical education learning for the mentally disabled, the most effective way is through playing sports with modifications to the game rules. Games for the mentally retarded are the main form of social learning activity for them. Games for mentally retarded children are activities that create a happier atmosphere which are carried out only to create a greater sense of enjoyment during the activity itself, not also to gain something that is felt through the activity. Where a game that tends to involve a lot of basic movement skills is games. The playing approach used is a chase tom game. Where there is a student who is responsible for running to avoid being caught, and one of the students runs to catch his friend. The type of research carried out was experimental with pretest-posttest treatment and used descriptive methods. The research was conducted at SLNB Kedungkandang, Malang City with the number of research subjects being 7 students with intellectual disabilities. Based on the research results, the asymp sig = 0.041. Because the result of asymp sig = 0.041 < α = 0.06 means learning athletics for running numbers before treatment and after treatment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas keterampilan passing dalam olahraga futsal melalui latihan permainan 1 dan 2. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan (action research) dengan melibatkan 17 siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal sebagai sampel. Tes passing dilakukan sebelum tindakan (pre-test) dan pada setiap akhir siklus untuk mengukur perkembangan kemampuan passing. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa hanya 41,1% dari pemain yang mencapai ketuntasan, sementara 58,9% belum tuntas. Setelah penerapan latihan permainan 1 dan 2 pada siklus pertama, persentase ketuntasan meningkat menjadi 52,9%. Pada siklus kedua, seluruh pemain mencapai ketuntasan dengan persentase 100%, menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 47,1% dibandingkan siklus pertama. Refleksi dari siklus pertama menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan passing pemain meningkat, mereka lebih aktif mencoba, dan lebih percaya diri. Siklus kedua memperlihatkan efektivitas yang lebih tinggi dari latihan ini, dengan seluruh pemain mencapai ketuntasan. Kesimpulannya, latihan passing dengan metode permainan 1 dan 2 terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan passing pemain futsal. Rekomendasi diberikan kepada pelatih dan pemain futsal untuk mengimplementasikan metode latihan ini guna mencapai hasil yang lebih baik dalam keterampilan passing. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teknik dasar futsal yang lebih baik melalui latihan yang terprogram dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Teaching materials are one of the factors that can affect the smoothness of the learning process and student learning outcomes. Design and Learning Strategies courses are compulsory subjects taught at the S1 level of the Health and Recreation Physical Education Study Program at IKIP Budi Utomo. Teaching materials for Design and Learning Strategies courses that are currently used are limited to printed teaching materials which contain material descriptions. The purpose of this study was to determine the needs of students in learning Design and Learning Strategy Subjects, especially in providing learning resources at IKIP Budi Utomo. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The research subjects were students of the 2018 IKIP Budi Utomo Recreation and Physical Education Study Program. The sample was randomly selected. They are collecting data through interviews with Subject Management Lecturers and student questionnaires. The results of the interviews show that the teaching materials used so far are still limited to printed teaching materials which contain descriptions of design materials and learning strategies in general, there are no specific examples of Physical Education learning designs and also important concepts of Physical Education learning. The results of the student need questionnaire analysis show that: 1) the teaching materials needed by students are in the form of electronic teaching materials (e-books), 2) the material in the teaching materials is material related to the specifications of the field of science, namely physical education learning.

Abstract

There are still many parents who have autistic children who experience parenting problems, especially in self-help activities. Where the educational background and occupation of parents greatly influence how parenting is implemented for their daughters. One way to solutions with this problem is to provide self-development activities accompanied by movement activities with play. With the aim of ensuring that autistic children have a better and optimal quality of life, so that they can carry out self-development activities independently without expecting help from others. This research refers to a qualitative descriptive methodology. Then the data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation of parenting of autistic children. The research subjects were three parenting of autistic children in the Malang City area. The results of the research obtained are that parenting have sincerely accepted whatever their child's condition is. Movement activities carried out by parents in an effort to increase the self-development activities of autistic children are by providing outdoor activities such as walking outside the house, running, rolling, crawling, walking on footbridges, throwing and catching, bouncing a ball, cycling, swimming, zig-zag walking, brain exercises and so on. Understanding the factors that determine when dealing with autistic children requires understanding and cooperation from both parents themselves. So, good parenting and the right environment will be able to support autistic children to have optimal independence.

Abstract

Ilmu kepelatihan olahraga merupakan suatu disiplin ilmu yang mempelajari masalah-masalah latihan olahraga, pengkondisian fisik dan mental, gizi, wasit, kompetisi dan evaluasi untuk mencapai tujuan olahraga. Tujuan dari usulan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi, pemahaman, pengetahuan dan keterampilan melalui kegiatan pelatihan, serta ikut serta dalam pengembangan keterampilan di bidang olahraga khususnya atletik di Provinsi Sukoharjo.Metodologi yang akan digunakan dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan praktik terbimbing berdasarkan penelitian ilmiah di bidang olahraga. Setelah melaksanakan latihan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa para atlet Kabupaten Sukoharjo pada saat latihan akan lebih fokus dan serius setelah melaksanakan latihan dengan pengetahuan dasar versi olahraga yang maksimal. Pembinaan atlet olahraga Kabupaten Sukoharjo dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25 September 2023 sampai dengan 30 Oktober 2023 dengan peserta yang hadir sebanyak 21 orang. Kegiatan yang dilakukan antara lain pemberian peralatan dan mempraktikkan secara langsung model latihan dasar atlet, khususnya cabang olahraga yang memerlukan energi anaerobik dengan latihan pengembangan jangka menengah. Atlet Kabupaten Sukoharjo dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok yaitu kelompok lari, lempar, dan lompat. Masing-masing kelompok melakukan praktik secara langsung setelah mendapat penjelasan dari kelompok yang melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Hasil aktual dari setiap sesi disertai dengan evaluasi pelatihan terstruktur.

Abstract

Learning effectiveness is the success of teachers and students in achieving learning goals. The existence of effective learning can improve learning outcomes. Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) has an important role in the internalization of character-based education today. The independent curriculum which is currently the trigger demands that teachers must be able to facilitate students in the form of students' character, talents and interests. However, there are several factors that make the talent for playing table tennis among Class VII and IX students at Muqorrobin Islamic Middle School very low, including a lack of knowledge and training to play table tennis properly and correctly. This became the basis for the author to carry out table tennis training for 2 months with good results, namely the students were very happy with this training, those who initially didn't like table tennis became like it and their ability to play table tennis became even better.

Abstract

Physical fitness is an essential component in supporting the development of children, including those with intellectual disabilities (ID), who face challenges in motor skills and cognitive abilities. The “Healthy Movement” program aims to partisipasi the physical and motor skills of children with Intellectual Disabiity through guided adaptive physical activities in a school setting. This program employs a participatory approach involving teacher, parents and program facilitators. The activities were implemented in three phases: planning, execution and evaluation. Physical activites included simple game, rhytmic movement and basic motor exercises tailored to the needs of children with Intellectual Disability. Data were colected through observation, fitnest test, interviews and documentation and analyzed descriptively. The results revealed significant improvements in balance, coordination and muscle strenght among children with Intellectual Disability. Additionally, the children exhibited increased confidence and enthusiasm in participating in the activities. Teachers and parent gained new insights into the importance of physical fitness and effective strategies for guiding chidren with Intellectual Disability. This program successfully created positive impact on children with Intellectual Disability and raised awareness of the impportance of physical fitness in supporting their well-being. The program’s sustainabillity is ensured through the integration of the “Healthy Movement” module into the physical education curriculum at schools.

Abstract

Sepak bola merupakan olahraga yang menggabungkan berbagai keterampilan seperti fisik, teknis, dan taktis yang tinggi. Daya tahan respirasi menjadi salah satu unsur kunci dalam mendukung kondisi fisik para pemain sepak bola. PON XII akan diselenggarakan di Aceh-Sumatera Utara dan Provinsi Jatim ikut andil dalam kegiatan tersebut. Salah satu tim yang berpartisipasi adalah tim sepak bola putri Jawa Timur. Namun, proses menentukan pemain dalam sebuah tim yang solid dibutuhkan kualifikasi dan seleksi yang ketat agar dapat bersaing dengan tim-tim provinsi lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebugaran jasmani melalui parameter tes respirasi pemain putri Pra PON Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah eksperimen. Sampelnya seluruh pemain sepak bola putri Pra PON sejumlah 38 orang pemain. Data tes yang diambil adalah post test menggunakan MFT, karena peneliti menggunakan desain penelitian Posttest Only Control Group Design. Hasil analisis post test diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 34.3368 dengan signifikansi <0.05 dan VO2Maks termasuk dalam kategori Baik. Namun, jika dilihat dari hasil rata-rata, hasil kebugaran jasmani pemain sepakbola putri Pra PON Jawa Timur belum masuk dalam kategori Baik Sekali (berdasarkan Test Value=41). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemain sepak bola putri Pra PON Jawa Timur dalam kondisi atau kriteria baik.

Abstract

Physical education learning for ABK is more in the form of movement activities in the form of games to attract more attention of ABK students in carrying out the physical education learning process. Therefore, it is necessary to make volleyball game models that can increase student enthusiasm. The method used in this research is research and development. The model used is the development of a 4-D model. The instrument used is an assessment using 2 (two) scales consisting of In accordance with the value of 1 (one) and Not in accordance with the value of 0 (zero). Where this assessment is assessed by homeroom teachers, learning experts and volleyball experts. With a small group trial subject, namely class IV students totaling 10 students. While the subject of the large group trial, namely the students of class V and class VI, totaled 23 students. The product of this development research is the Jurjit Siwali learning model for mild mentally retarded children which contains 6 learning models, namely: (1) War Ready, (2) Enemy Spying, (3) Enemy Chasing, (4) Battle, (5) Joint Formation, (6) Strategy Competition. The results of the assessment of each learning model by experts are as follows: The Ready for War Model gets a value of 100, the Enemy Scouting Model gets a score of 93, the Enemy Chasing Model gets a score of 95, the Battle Model gets a score of 93, the Joint Formation Model gets a score of 95 and the Strategy Fighting Model gets a value 90.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sedentary lifestyle terhadap indeks massa tubuh pada siswa. Sedentary lifestyle adalah kebiasaan menonton televisi, bermain gadget, bermain game, duduk santai yang dilakukan dalam waktu berjam-jam. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskripsi kuantatif, kuesioner SBQ (Sedentary Behavior Questionnaire) sebagai instrumen penelitian pengumpulan data serta mengukur tinggi dan berat badan. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 31 siswa dengan usia responden 9-11 tahun yaitu siswa kelas 5 SDN 02 Baturetno, Singosari. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment Pearson. Pada analisis responden siswa kelas 5 dinyatakan bahwa mayoritas siswa termasuk dalam kategori sedentary lifestyle sebesar 78,45%, kemudian pada analisis indeks massa tubuh siswa termasuk dalam kategori kurang yaitu sebesar 71% sebanyak 21 siswa. Hasil akhir penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sedentary lifestyle terhadap indeks massa tubuh pada anak usia dini. Oleh karena itu, peran orang tua dan sekolah harusnya saling sinergi dalam membatasi bermain gadget pada anak usia dini. Sedentary lifestyle memberikan hal negatif pada anak, seperti resiko jantung, metabolism tubuh yang buruk, diabetes, depresi dan kecemasan.
