This literature review delves into the multifaceted transformation of education through the lens of character development, literacy promotion, and the strategic integration of technology. Drawing from the perspectives of global education experts, the study navigates the evolving landscape of education in Indonesia, highlighting challenges and opportunities within its decentralized system. The significance of character development is underscored, emphasizing its role in shaping well-rounded individuals capable of navigating a rapidly changing world. Exploring Literacy in the modern educational context, the review defines its broader scope, encompassing traditional and digital forms. Global initiatives to improve literacy rates and successful programs are examined, shedding light on effective strategies for fostering a reading culture and enhancing critical thinking skills. Technology integration is investigated as a transformative force, redefining teaching and learning experiences globally. The literature showcases initiatives and case studies that illustrate successful technology integration in education while addressing challenges and proposing solutions for maximizing benefits. The synthesis of these components reveals an intricate interplay between character development, Literacy, and technology. The interconnectedness of these elements forms the foundation for a holistic educational approach, preparing students both academically, ethically and technologically. Global perspectives on integrated approaches showcase exemplary educational systems, emphasizing the transformative potential of a comprehensive, student-centered education.

Abstract

An organization's and management's success is greatly dependent on its leadership. The force that guides an organization's members' efforts toward achieving its objectives is known as leadership. For a company to compete successfully, good leadership is said to bind, harmonize, and encourage the potential of organizational resources. Higher education organizations must have collaborative leadership to monitor societal developments constantly. Higher education institutions are required to be able to adapt to various theoretical developments and institutional management concepts that continue to develop which can impact the development of higher education organizations in an even better direction. It is imperative and necessary to have highly competitive higher education institutions. Every university aspires to have a highly competitive university, but this is a difficult goal to realize. Optimizing the leadership role is crucial to reaching this objective. The notion of collaborative leadership, including academic leadership, the connection between quality and leadership in higher education, leadership theory, quality-based leadership, leadership and change in higher education, leadership as a tool to boost competition, and factors that affect collaborative leadership are all covered at the outset of the discussion. Through a literature review, descriptive-analytic techniques were employed in this qualitative research approach.

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen students' business skills through digital-based entrepreneurship training. The initiative responds to rapid technological development, requiring students to develop adaptive skills for building businesses in the digital realm to compete globally. Activities were designed using a participatory approach encompassing four stages: planning, training implementation, mentoring, and evaluation. The training combined material delivery, interactive discussions, case analysis, and hands-on practice based on the learning by doing principle, with practical sessions focused on creating digital business accounts and developing online marketing strategies. Results indicate a significant improvement in participants' knowledge and skills in digital entrepreneurship, as reflected in pre- and post-training evaluation scores and participants' ability to apply the learned material. The program also positively impacted students' motivation, creativity, and confidence in starting digital businesses. Throughout the activities, participants demonstrated active involvement and high enthusiasm, ultimately producing a simple business plan as a final achievement. Overall, this program contributes meaningfully to improving students' business competencies while fostering an independent and innovative entrepreneurial mindset. Continuous follow-up through mentoring programs and advanced training is recommended to ensure the benefits obtained can develop optimally.
