Abstract

The Contribution of Education in the Family to Form Muslim Personality Qualified. This article describes about the contribution of education in the family to form muslim personality qualified. The family has an important role in determining the progress of a nation, so they theorize that the family is a very important unit in society. Therefore, all kinds of community depravity is the result of weak family institutions. For a child the family is the first and foremost place for growth and development. The main function of the family is as a vehicle to educate, nurture and socialize children, develop the ability of all its members in order to perform its functions in the community well, and, to provide satisfaction and a healthy environment in order to achieve prosperous family. The family is the earliest and most effective place to run the functions of the education and welfare. If the family fails to teach the truth, the spirit, the desire to be the best, and master the basic abilities. Because the failure of the family in shaping the character of the child will result in the growth of people with bad character or not character.

Abstract

Today change is taking place so rapidly following the currents of globalization and technological advances. Therefore, education has an important role in preparing Human Resources (HR) who have a variety of skills in order to face a dynamic life. The Merdeka Belajar Policy – Kampus Merdeka is here to improve the competence of graduates from universities in the form of soft skills and hard skills in order to adjust to the needs of the times. In this study, the type of research used is library research. The data collection used is the documentation method. The MBKM policy includes four main policies, namely: ease of opening new study programs, changes in the higher education accreditation system, the ease of universities becoming legal entities, and the right to study three semesters outside the study program. Learning activities outside the study program and outside of higher education include internships, rural projects, teaching in schools or madrasah, student exchanges, research, entrepreneurship, independent projects, and humanitarian projects. Broadly speaking, curriculum development has three stages, namely the curriculum design stage, learning implementation, and learning evaluation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh pengelolaan kelas guru terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran fiqih di MI Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research), dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V di MI Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah empat puluh tujuh orang. Dengan demikian, jumlah seluruh populasi sebagai sampel berjumlah 47 orang.Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka disimpulkan sebagai berikut:Pertama, Terdapat pengaruh yang berarti pengelolaan kelas guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa  fiqih. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari nilai sig uji t yaitu nilai sig 0,021  0,05 yang artinya  ditolak atau  diterima. Kedua, Terdapat pengaruh yang berarti pengelolaan kelas fiqih terhadap hasil belajar siswa bidang studi fiqih. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari nilai sig uji t yaitu nilai sig 0,021  0,05 yang artinya  ditolak atau  diterima. Ketiga, Terdapat pengaruh pengelolaan kelas guru fiqih terhadap terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa . Hal itu dapat dilihat dari nilai sig uji t (X1) yaitu nilai sig 0,021  0,05 dan (X2) yaitu nilai sig 0,004  0,05 yang artinya  ditolak atau  diterima.

Abstract

This article describes the application of early childhood multicultural education to create a tolerant character in the globalization era. Multicultural education must provide contextual and tolerant moral ideals in very diverse societies such as Indonesia. The research method used is the library research method. This research is a type of descriptive-qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out by reviewing documents, archives, national and international repute journals, and books related to the topics discussed. The results obtained are that multicultural-based education has an important role in fostering tolerant and tolerant attitudes and working with different faiths or religions. Multicultural education to children from an early age should enable the growth of brotherhood and tolerance in togetherness from an early age to build a new generation of civilization that is more meaningful to all humankind. Multicultural education is an effort to instill the value of tolerance to children at an early age, especially to stimulate the child to be ready to accept the existence of others and have a tolerant attitude toward the pluralist.

Abstract

This research is about how to manage of reading and writing Al-Qur'an in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Plus Ja-alhak Bengkulu. This research method is descriptive qualitative, that is analyzing and presenting facts systematically. With the aim of systematically and accurately describing the facts and characteristics of the management of Koran reading and writing in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Plus Ja-Alhak. The result of this research is the learning management of reading al-Qur'an especially in MI Plus Ja-alhak has been running well, proved by the learning process which is in accordance with the existing teaching system such as: introductory activity, core activities and cover of learning. In addition, the evaluation of learning for both students and teachers is conducted regularly. The evaluation model implemented in MI Plus Ja-alhak Bengkulu is an effort to support the improvement of the quality of learning which includes the quality of students and the quality of teachers.

Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel ini menganalisis tentang tantangan pendidikan berbasis multikultural dalam pelestarian budaya lokal nasional di era globalisasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis masalah ini adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Fenomena yang kini dihadapi masyarakat adalah perubahan sosial dan budaya yang sangat mendasar. Percepatan informasi gelombang globalisasi membawa perubahan signifikan dalam masyarakat, baik pada tingkat struktur luar (pola perilaku dan sikap) maupun struktur dalam (sistem nilai, pandangan hidup, filosofi dan keyakinan). Perubahan terjadi karena adanya kontak budaya antar negara yang ditafsirkan sebagai dialektika nilai-nilai baru dengan nilai-nilai lama yang mendominasi satu sama lain, yang memungkinkan homogenisasi dan neoliberalisasi di semua aspek kehidupan termasuk nilai-nilai budaya lokal yang telah menjadi pedoman masyarakat. Kondisi ini menimbulkan perubahan nilai karena masyarakat lebih mengagungkan nilai modern dengan mengesampingkan nilai transendental. Akibatnya ada berbagai bentuk penyimpangan nilai-nilai moral yang tercermin dalam gaya hidup masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penguatan dan pewarisan nilai-nilai budaya lokal perlu dilakukan secara intensif untuk generasi muda.ملخص: حاول هذا المقال تحليل تحدّيّات التربية على أساس تعدديّة الثقافات في إبقاء الثقافة المحلية الوطنية في عصر العولمة. والطريقة المستخدمة للتحليل هي بحوث المكتبية بالمدخل النوعي. والظاهرة التى يواجهها الناس الآن هي التغير  الاجتماعي والثقافي أساسيا. وسرعة أمواج معلومات العولمة تؤدّى إلى تغيّر هام في المجتمع سواء أكان في الجانب الخارجي (التصرفات والمواقف) أو الجانب الداخلي ( نظام القيمة، وفلسفة الحياة، والعقيدة). وقعت هذه التغيرات نتيجة الاتصال الثقافي بين البلدان وفُسرت هذه بالحوار بين القيم الجديدة والقيم القديمة السائدة فيما بينهم التي يمكن بها التجنيس وتكوين الليبرالية الجديدة في جميع نواحي الحياة، وفيها قيم الثقافة المحلية التي أصبحث توجيها للمجتمع. أدت هذه الحالة إلى تغيرات القيم، لأن المجتمع يفضّل القيم العصرية ويهمل الغيبيات. وأدت هذه إلى وجود عدول القيم الأخلاقية المتمثّلة في أسلوب حياة المجتمع. لذا فإن من المهم تقوية وتوريث القيم الثقافية المحلية المتواصلة للشباب.

Abstract

Socio-cultural values that prioritize the formation of noble characters are gradually starting to be considered incompatible with the times, students are more fond of popular culture presented by various media available in the community. In fact, each region has a rich culture that can be developed to become the basis for character education for students in the area. The method used in writing this article is a qualitative method, using a phenomenological approach. The respondents in this study were teachers, community, local government in rural communities. To obtain data, the authors used interviews and observations at the research site. Social and cultural changes in society can affect the educational process as a result of a shift in the educational paradigm, such as changing the way of life, ways of learning, ways of communicating and thinking and others. The process of Islamic education in rural communities schools of South Sumatra must improve by changing the paradigm of sociocultural-based education in order to answer the demands of the times. In addition, Islamic education in schools must develop the values of peace, tolerance, human rights, democracy and justice. Educators in certain ethnic-religious-based schools should teach universal human and justice values that uphold the values of peace. Islamic education in schools with a sociocultural basis must teach students about universal religious values. Educators must teach and instill religious and cultural values that are friendly to differences, non-violence, uphold peace, and justice.

Abstract

The Kubu tribe life is governed by the rules, norms and customs that apply in accordance with their belief. With these conditions, the problem which need to be discussed is how to acculturate modern civilization in the Kubu tribe. This research method is descriptive qualitative, the research intended to investigate the circumstances, conditions or other things that have been mentioned, the results of which are presented in the form of research reports. In this study, data were obtained from interviews with community leaders, traditional leaders, and the Kubu community. The results show that the implementation of acculturation of modern civilization in the Kubu Tribe is approaching the Kubu Tribe group, because they are still ashamed and inferior about mingling with the outside community. One strategy used by community leaders in introducing modern civilization to the Kubu tribe groups is approaching and providing counseling and model community life patterns as usual such as providing counseling in the fields of law, politic, education, religion, trading and introducing other community cultures. Unfortunately, the percentage of the allocation of funds for the empowerment of Kubu tribe is still relatively small compared to other social problems such as unemployment, homeless people and education problems.

Abstract

Religious teachers are very important in the moral formation of students, because morals are not enough just to learn, without any strategy to form a moral person. Cultivating the values of good morality have been familiarized in daily life, the habit will be something light. Emotional rational approach is assumed to be able to reduce the number of student delinquency in this problem. Emotional rational approach is an attempt to approach by improving through thinking patterns and eliminating irrational thinking patterns. So this study aims to reveal the effect of emotive rational approaches by religious teachers on student behavior at school. This research method uses quantitative methods, the sample of which is students and teachers of Religion in State Senior High School 4 of Bengkulu City. The results showed that the emotive rational approach affected the behavior of students in State Senior High School 4 of Bengkulu City. Proven by t test calculation of -21,897. While the Sig (2-tailed) value of 0,000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that (Ha) is accepted and (Ho) is rejected, so Ha states that there is an influence of emotive rational approach to student behavior in State Senior High School 4 of Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Nature education is a responsibility shouldered the burden of someone, or a group on education due to something being performed, either because the concepts or ideas, words and deeds or because it doesn't do anything. Islamic education is actually very konprehensif in order to guarantee the outcome of a quality Islamic education because education in islam is not only in view of the realization of humanitarian responsibility but it is a religious responsibility. Islamic education is the embodiment of the top education family, society and the Government are synergistic. Responsibility of the respective responsibilities of the institutions of Islam could be financing, energy, materials, ideas, information, creation of a conducive educational, infrastructure and education. Each is involved in education should be mempertanggung with the dipikulnya the slightest burden either vertical (habl min Allah) or horizontally (habl min al-nas).
