Abstract

This study aims to analyze education according to Al-Ghazali in his book Ayyuhal Walad. The research method used in this research is library research using a qualitative research approach. The approach used in this study is a historical approach and a philosophical inquiry approach. The results of this research analysis show that the concept of education contained in the Ayyuhal Walad book is seen from the aspect of the educational objectives offered by Imam Al-Ghazali with the law of year no. 20 of 2003 that the purpose of education is still relevant, namely to form children who draw closer to God. The material contained in the Ayyuhal Walad book is the same as the material taught to students, namely the formation of morals is in the lesson of aqidah morals. Not all of the methods offered by Imam Al-Ghazali are relevant to today's level of modern education, collaboration between Imam Al-Ghazali's methods and existing methods is necessary.

Abstract

Graduate competency standards have a fundamental role in regulating the curriculum each year, graduate competency is calculated from the thinking capacity and expertise of each student which aims to evaluate their affective and psychomotor abilities. These graduate competency standards are known in the school environment as a curriculum. The curriculum is a component that must be lived by each student, if the student cannot complete every curriculum in his school, the child cannot be declared graduated. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah core competencies are skill levels in achieving graduate competency standards that must be possessed by SD/MI students at each grade level. These competencies are made for certain classes, through these core competencies, cross-coordination in the initial competencies in the learning of each class can be monitored. The target of the 2013 curriculum is stated in the graduate competency standards. Meanwhile, the targets of the 2013 curriculum are listed in the content standards as a cluster of graduate competency standards, which consist of basic competencies and core competencies.

Abstract

This academic paper discusses the creativity of third-grade teachers in improving students' interest in reading at MI Negeri Bengkulu Selatan, as well as identifying the supporting and inhibiting factors for teachers' creativity in enhancing students' interest in reading. The research type is field research, which is conducted directly in the field using a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The creativity of third-grade teachers in enhancing students' interest in reading includes: a) Developing teaching programs to enhance students' interest in reading, such as syllabi and lesson plans; b) Providing interesting books; c) Giving motivation, encouragement, and guidance for reading; d) Visiting the library; e) Developing learning strategies, such as introducing various books to students, including workbooks, textbook packages, comic books, storybooks, and others; f) Creating enjoyable and meaningful learning experiences, such as greeting students warmly and enthusiastically, showing appreciation, and singing together to create a joyful classroom atmosphere; g) Utilizing learning media effectively, such as visual and audio-visual media, images, and videos, and developing diverse teaching materials with attractive visuals and engaging content; g) Generating new innovations through guidance and counseling sessions. Otherwise, inhibiting factors for teachers' creativity in enhancing students' interest in reading include the lack of learning resources and available teaching media, as well as students' lack of awareness regarding the importance of reading books. Supporting factors, on the other hand, include teachers' interest in reading method books and learning strategies, as well as their active participation in KKG forums to attend training on teacher creativity.

Abstract

This research analyses the political ramifications of Islamophobia in Indonesia, particularly how the apprehension linked to radical Islamic ideologies shapes the responses of government and political entities. Utilising a qualitative library research approach, this paper scrutinises an array of academic books, peer-reviewed journals, and scholarly articles to explore the interplay between religious anxieties and political measures. The findings indicate that the government's approach to combating perceived threats from Islamic movements involves strict enforcement of Pancasila, alleviation of fears regarding the replacement of national ideology by a caliphate, and promotion of religious moderation to deter extremism. The study highlights the politicisation of radicalism and Islamophobia, revealing the strategic use of these concerns to influence public policy and political discourse in Indonesia.

Abstract

This article aims to reveal how the education system developed for early childhood in the Islamic concept, which includes curriculum, methods and evaluation of education. The method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the discussion indicate that the education that should be given to early childhood, is to include; first, the aqidah education, this is given because Islam puts the education of faith in the most fundamental position, Second, the Education of worship, so that someday they grow into beings who really piety, that is the devout man to carry out all religious commands and obedient also in steer clear of any ban. Third, moral education, in order to educate morals to the children, in addition to be given the right example, should also be shown about how to respect and to manners with fellow human beings. Islamic educational methods that can and should be applied to early childhood educational activities are exemplary methods, methods of practice and practice, game methods, songs, and stories, methods of targhib and tarhib, methods of praise and flattery and inculcation of good habits. The evaluation for the assessment of the educational process of children at an early age can be done in various ways, among others through the observation and recording of anecdotes which is a record of the attitude and behavior of children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh beberapa kendala yaitu siswa masih kurang memahami materi dan merasa bosan dalam memahami pembelajaran. Oleh sebab itu dikembangkanlah e-modul untuk menarik minat belajar siswa agar pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung siswa bisa lebih mandiri dan kreatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan E-Modul IPA Berbasis E-Learning Melalui Flipbook Hakikat Ilmu Sains, Pengukuran Dan Metode Ilmiah Kelas VII Di SMP. Adapun jenis penelitian ini menggunakan research and Development (R&D) dan instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket validasi terhadap kelayakan e-modul dan respon siswa terhadap e-modul IPA. Dari hasil perhitungan uji-t satu sampel pada taraf signifikansi 0.05 dan derajat kebebasan (df) = 27, diperoleh thitung = 5.376 dan ttabel = 2.05183 Karena thitung > ttabel maka (H0) ditolak dan (Ha) diterima. Hasil pembelajaran IPA siswa di SMP Islam Al Azhar 52 Bengkulu dengan menggunakan e-modul berbasis e-learning melalui flipbook lebih tinggi daripada KKM (75).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan adanya beberapa kendala diantaranya siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, siswa menganggap mata pelajaran IPA adalah mata pelajaran yang sulit dan membosankan, siswa yang kurang memahami pembelajaran dikarenakan kurang menarik dan efektif, maka dari itu dikembangkan e-modul untuk menarik minat siswa agar siswa belajar lebih mandiri dan kreatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan E-Modul IPA Berbasis Integrasi Islam-Sains Pada Materi Zat dan Perubahannya Untuk Siswa Kelas VII SMP. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah research and development (R&D). Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket validasi terhadap kelayakan e-modul dan respon siswa terhadap e-modul IPA Subjek dalam penelitian adalah 3 orang dosen Universitas Islam Negeri Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu yang terdiri dari masing-masing 1 orang dosen menjadi validator ahli media, materi bahasa, dan 1 orang guru IPA serta siswa SMP kelas VII yang terdiri dari 28 orang siswa. Data dari analisis angket dengan menghitung persentase pencapaian pada setiap komponen yaitu 86,00% (ahli media/design). 85,50% (ahli bahasa), 86,90% (ahli materi) dengan kategori layak digunakan. Kepraktisan e-modul IPA berdasarkan data hasil respon persepsi siswa dan persepsi guru IPA yang dilakukan pada uji coba skala besar menunjukkan bahwa E-Modul Berbasis Integrasi Islam-Sains Pada Materi Zat dan Perubahannya termasuk kriteria sangat praktis digunakan tanpa direvisi dengan persentase secara berurutan sebesar 90,71%. Pada pelaksanaan pretest rata-rata skor siswa 46,07 dan untuk postest menunjukan rata-rata skor yang lebih tinggi sebesar 89,71. Pada perhitungan uji-t satu sampel pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dan derajat kebebasan (df) = 27, diperoleh thitung = 11.661 dan ttabel = 2.05183. Karena thitung > ttabel. Data menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pembelajaran postest siswa yang menggunakan e-modul lebih tinggi dari nilai pretest. kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah e- modul yang dikembangkan sangat efektif digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam menunjang proses belajar mengajar pada materi zat dan perubahannya untuk siswa kelas VII SMP Islam Al Azhar 52 Bengkulu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis wordwall terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VII pada materi sistem tata surya di SMP Negeri 14 kota bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan Pretest-Postest Control Group Design. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 14 Kota Bengkulu dengan jumlah 192 orang. Sampel dalam penelitiann ini adalah 47 orang yang terdiri dari kelas (VII) F sebagai kelas eksperimen dan gan jumlah siswa 22 orang dan kelas (VII) G sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah siswa 25 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunkan tes (soal). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu soal tes berjumlah 20 butir pertanyaan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMP Negeri 14 Kota Bengkulu. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis wordwall berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa. Dengan data analisis yang diperoleh menunjukkkan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 yang berarti signifikan < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis Wordwall berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penerapan PhET Interactive Simulation pada pembelajaran IPA Materi Getaran Gelombang Dan Bunyi Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 14 Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes (pretest dan posttest) dan teknik dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian ini menggunakan satu kelompok eksperimen dan satu kelompok kontrol yaitu kelas VIII E sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa 22 orang dan kelas VIII D sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah siswa 22 orang. Analisis data kedua kelas menggunakan uji-T (Independent sampel test) dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 26,0. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII yang menggunakan media penerapan PhET Interactive Simulation lebih tinggi dibanding dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional atau metode ceramah yaitu 75,22 > 45,45. Selain itu berdasarkan perhitungan uji-T (Independent sampel test) dengan taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh nilai sig. (2-tailed) < 0,05 atau (0,000 < 0,005) maka dapat dikatakan bahwa Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Dengan demikian, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dalam penerapan PhET Interactive Simulation pada Pembelajaran IPA Materi Getaran Gelombang Dan Bunyi Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 14 Kota Bengkulu

Abstract

This paper examines the impact of Dutch colonial policies on Islamic education in Palembang during the colonial period. Under Dutch rule, strict regulations were enforced on Islamic education, primarily aimed at controlling religious teachers and preventing them from using educational institutions to foster anti-colonial sentiment. The colonial government sought to weaken local resistance, often targeting influential ulama who played a key role in the dissemination of Islamic knowledge. In Palembang, traditional Islamic education was the dominant system during the Sultanate period, but with the rise of Dutch colonial power, Islamic education became marginalized, with a particular emphasis on the role of ulama and traditional Islamic teaching. Over time, the local society began to recognize the need for Dutch-style education, driven by the promise of better job opportunities for those holding Dutch school diplomas. Despite the establishment of Dutch-run schools, educational standards in Palembang remained low compared to other regions of Indonesia. This was due to both the limited public awareness of the importance of education and the inability of the colonial government to fulfill the educational aspirations of the local population. The paper highlights the complex interplay between colonial educational policies, local traditions, and the changing perceptions of education in Palembang during the colonial era.
