Abstract

The research study examines how classroom management practices together with digital literacy skills together with school environmental conditions create an effect on educational service delivery at higher education institutions. The research background establishes the need for higher education service improvement because of international competition and educational digital transformation. The researchers conducted their study through a quantitative explanatory approach which used survey data collected from 200 active students who were selected through purposive sampling. The researchers performed data analysis through multiple linear regression after they established both validity and reliability and validated their classical assumptions. The study results show that educational service quality benefits from classroom management practices and digital literacy skills and school environmental conditions which create positive substantial effects. The study presents theoretical contributions which enhance research on educational management and higher education service quality through its empirical demonstration of factors that determine educational service quality. The research findings provide higher education institution managers with strategic guidance which they can apply to create policies and practices that will improve learning together with educational technology and campus environment management, thus enhancing educational services.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping the mindset and practical skills students need to navigate the ever-evolving workplace. However, learning practices that focus too heavily on theory lead to suboptimal development of entrepreneurial skills. This study aims to analyze a learning management model that can strengthen students’ motivation, creativity, and entrepreneurial competency. This study employed a qualitative case study approach, collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Thematic analysis was used to process the data through six phases: identifying the data, developing initial codes, identifying and reviewing themes, and producing a final report. The results indicate that hands-on experience, entrepreneurial projects, mentoring, and community collaboration play a significant role in shaping students’ business attitudes and skills. This model has been shown to enhance their independence, problem-solving abilities, and practical readiness for entrepreneurship. However, challenges such as limited facilities and the need for teacher training remain. These findings provide a theoretical contribution to the development of entrepreneurial learning management and offer an applicable model that other schools can adapt.

Abstract

Educational institutions need to establish operational adaptability through their educational space transformations which occur on a continuous basis. The research investigates how digital work culture and team collaboration together with faculty members' psychological capital impact higher education institutions' ability to achieve organizational agility. The researchers employed quantitative research methods together with an explanatory research framework as their study approach. The research collected data through a survey which used a structured questionnaire to gather information from 180 faculty members who worked at various Indonesian higher education institutions. The researchers performed data analysis through multiple linear regression after establishing both validity and reliability together with the classical assumption tests. The research demonstrates that digital work culture and team collaboration together with faculty members' psychological capital create a positive impact which leads to improved organizational agility. The research finding shows that academic institutions develop their organizational agility through three elements which include cultural elements social elements and psychological factors. The strategic results show higher education leaders the way to develop organizational development policies which enable their institutions to become adaptive while creating sustainable progress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the principal’s leadership strategies in integrating multicultural values into the curriculum and school culture at SMK Bhakti Loa Janan. The research employs a qualitative case-study approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires involving the principal, teachers, and students. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, supported by source and method triangulation. The results indicate that the principal’s leadership plays a strategic role in integrating multicultural values through school policies, curriculum implementation, and the development of an inclusive school culture. Values such as tolerance, mutual respect, and diversity are internalized not only in the learning process but also in daily social interactions. Questionnaire results also show that students demonstrate a high level of tolerance and can interact harmoniously in a diverse environment. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of principal leadership, curriculum, and school culture in multicultural education, strengthened by data triangulation, contributing to more inclusive and contextual educational practices.
