Abstract

A positive brand image and favorable word of mouth can lead consumers to be loyal to the online games they play, prompting them to repurchase the products and even promote them to other consumers. This study aims to determine the influence of brand image and word of mouth on the online game purchase decisions of students at Cendana Polytechnic. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. A sample of 53 consumers was selected using incidental sampling. The results of the study indicate that both brand image and word of mouth have a significant simultaneous effect on consumer loyalty. Partially, brand image has a significant impact on consumer loyalty, and word of mouth also significantly influences consumer loyalty. Both brand image and word of mouth are important factors in fostering consumer loyalty to the offered products; positive brand image and word of mouth will enhance consumer loyalty. Dengan Brand image yang baik, dan Word of mouth yang diterima dengan positif maka konsumen akan loyal terhadap game online yang dimainkan dan akan membeli kembali produk bahkan sampai mempromosikannya kepada konsumen lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand image dan Word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian game online oleh mahasiswa Politeknik Cendana. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 53 konsumen dengan metode insidental sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan Brand image dan Word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Secara parsial brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kosumen dan wom berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Brand image dan Word of mouth salah satu faktor penting agar konsumen loyal terhadap produk yang ditawarkan, karena dengan Brand image dan word of mouth yang positif, maka akan terjadi Loyalitas konsumen. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan di PT. Asia Mulia Transpasifik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode deskriptif, jenis penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Populasi penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian adalah seluruh pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa perusahaan selama periode 2021 sebanyak 98 pelanggan. Dikarenakan jumlah populasi yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 98, maka teknik penentuan sampel akan menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana seluruh pelanggan akan dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda dan uji statistik yaitu uji-t (parsial) dan uji-F (simultan). Hasil pengujian yang menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dimana pengaruh yang diberikan yaitu sebesar 46,6%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah secara parsial, variabel kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan di PT. Asia Mulia Transpasifik.

Abstract

The problem of online learning is one of the problems felt by all children and adults. As in the learning era in the midst of a pandemic, learning has not yet obtained maximum results and is even lagging behind other countries. The purpose of this community service is so that school-age children do not feel bored because of online learning and have a high interest in learning in the future. Then knowledge and understanding are given to the target regarding the procedures for building interest in learning, so that it is hoped that they can learn according to government regulations. The target achieved in this service is to increase interest in learning and will increase knowledge in being a student in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic. The method used is to provide socialization on procedures for building interest in learning to redefine knowledge that was left behind due to the pandemic. The resulting learning process to the government and provide knowledge, understanding and skills of learners. The lecture method and visits from participants as well as evaluating explanations about increasing interest in learning using learning media will provide a more real assessment of the target for the success of this activity. It is hoped that the target will participate in the socialization seriously and is targeted to produce knowledge and skills in general knowledge both online so that it can provide even better benefits in increasing knowledge.

Abstract

Shaping and redeveloping a sense of interest in learning in every child during the covid-19 pandemic which is one of the main problems. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, learning hours have also reduced so that children are lazy to study and prefer to play. This causes laziness in children and does not provide enthusiasm for learning. The purpose of implementing community service is intended for children to realize the importance of learning for their education, not only children but also parents to monitor their children's learning more and Community Service is intended to provide more lessons in their free time. The target achieved in this community service is to increase children's interest in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic and increase their language knowledge. The method used is to provide an explanation of how to read and count and speak English correctly, a socialization session in the form of questions and answers about the material presented, and evaluating the ability of village children by holding a competition at the end of the meeting. Kutomulyo Dusun 1, Sibiru-biru District, is to see how far the children in Kotamulyo village understand the lessons that have been conveyed by their teachers through online learning, and we can also improve the learning abilities of children in Kutomulyo village.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the role of work-life balance on work engagement among married female employees at Bank ABC Medan Branch. The population in this study consisted of 55 employees. Sampling in this study was conducted using total sampling technique, where the entire population became the sample. This study used a quantitative approach. The instruments used were validated and reliable work-life balance and work engagement questionnaires. The data were analyzed using simple regression analysis. The results indicate that work-life balance plays a role in work engagement, with a calculated F value of 62.276 > table F value of 4.03 and a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05)..Keyword: work life balance; work engagement; bank; employee; medanAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran work life balance terhadap work engagement Pada Karyawan Wanita Menikah Pada Bank ABC Cabang Kota Medan. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the impact of job stress and job satisfaction on psychological well-being among employees of private universities in Medan. The population in this study consisted of 3,000 employees of private universities in Medan. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, where the population was selected based on specific criteria and using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample size of 352 employees of PTS City of Medan. The study employed a quantitative approach. The instruments used were validated and reliable questionnaires on Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, and Psychological Well-Being. This study was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) There is an impact of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Psychological Well-Being with F calculated = 168.053 > F table value = 3.02 with a significance value of 0.000 (p< 0.05) (2) There is a negative and significant impact of Job Stress on Psychological Well-Being with a calculated T value of -4.071 > T table = 1.967, and a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05) (3) There is a positive and significant impact of Job Satisfaction on Psychological Well-Being with a calculated T value of 3.982 > T table = 1.967, and a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05).Keyword: Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Psychological Well-BeingAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Job Stress dan Job Satisfaction Terhadap Psychological Well-Being Pada Karyawan PTS Kota Medan. Abstract

Abstract: This Community Service Program was conducted at Al-Ikhlas Mosque, IDI Complex Medan, focusing on two major activities: a mosque cleaning program and a management capacity-building session for the Mosque Prosperity Board (BKM). The primary objective of this program was to improve the physical cleanliness and comfort of the mosque environment while simultaneously strengthening the managerial capacity of the BKM to ensure that mosque governance is implemented professionally, transparently, and sustainably. The methods employed included field observation, collective cleaning activities, lectures, group discussions, and technical assistance for BKM members. The results indicate that the cleaning activities successfully created a more hygienic, comfortable, and conducive worship environment, while also increasing community participation and awareness. The management training contributed to enhancing the BKM’s knowledge and understanding of organizational structure, role distribution, financial administration, program planning, and facility maintenance based on standard operational procedures. The program also fostered stronger collaboration between the implementing team and the local community, thus supporting the realization of good mosque governance principles. Overall, the program had a positive impact on strengthening the institutional capacity of the mosque and can serve as a replicable model for similar community service initiatives in other mosques with comparable needs. Sustainability of the program is recommended through the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cleanliness and administration, as well as follow-up training sessions for BKM members. Keywords: community service, mosque management, BKM, mosque cleanliness, community empowerment. Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Masjid Al-Ikhlas Komplek IDI Medan dengan fokus pada dua program utama, yaitu kegiatan bersih-bersih masjid dan pemaparan manajemen Badan Kemakmuran Masjid (BKM). Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan fisik masjid sekaligus memperkuat kapasitas manajerial pengurus BKM agar tata kelola masjid dapat berjalan secara profesional, transparan, dan berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi lapangan, gotong royong kebersihan, ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan pendampingan teknis kepada pengurus BKM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan bersih-bersih masjid berhasil menciptakan lingkungan ibadah yang lebih bersih, nyaman, dan higienis, serta meningkatkan partisipasi jamaah. Sementara itu, program pemaparan manajemen memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pengurus BKM terkait struktur organisasi, pembagian tugas, administrasi keuangan, penyusunan program kerja, dan manajemen kebersihan berbasis standar operasional. Kegiatan ini juga memperkuat kolaborasi antara pihak pelaksana dan masyarakat sehingga mendorong terciptanya tata kelola masjid yang lebih baik sesuai prinsip good mosque governance. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kapasitas kelembagaan masjid dan dapat dijadikan model pengabdian yang dapat direplikasi di masjid lain yang memiliki kebutuhan serupa. Keberlanjutan kegiatan direkomendasikan melalui penyusunan SOP kebersihan dan administrasi serta pelatihan lanjutan bagi pengurus BKM. Kata kunci: pengabdian kepada masyarakat, manajemen masjid, BKM, kebersihan masjid, pemberdayaan masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the partial influence between the work environment on the performance of CV. Faldi Advertising employees, to determine and analyze the partial influence between work discipline on the performance of CV. Faldi Advertising employees, to determine and analyze the partial influence between work motivation on the performance of CV. Faldi Advertising employees, to determine and analyze the simultaneous influence between the work environment, work discipline and work motivation on the performance of CV. Faldi Advertising employees. This research is a quantitative research type, where the procedure used in this study is a correlational model.The sample in this study was all permanent employees at CV. Faldi Advertising, totaling 35 people. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence the performance variable because the significance value is smaller than 0.05. The Adjusted R Square value in the table above is 0.819 or 81.9%. This condition explains that 81.9% of the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation variables have a significant effect on the performance of CV. Faldi Advertising employees. The remaining 18.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This means that of the many factors supporting the performance of CV. Faldi Advertising employees, the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation factors have the most influence on performance, namely 81.9%. Keywords: The Influence of Work Environment, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract: The research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis approaches. The focus of the research is to develop a decision support system (DSS) that uses six main criteria: academic service quality, administrative service quality, availability of facilities and infrastructure, time management efficiency, student satisfaction, and waste reduction. Data were collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires distributed to 67 private universities in the LLDIKTI Region I North Sumatra as research samples. The collected data were processed according to the steps of the AHP-TOPSIS model. The results of this study are Academic services in first place with a weight of 0.78, Administrative services in second place with a weight of 0.72, Library & IT in third place with a weight of 0.65, Campus facilities in fourth place with a weight of 0.58, and Financial & payment services in fifth place with a weight of 0.49.Keywords: Lean Servive; Measurement; Management; Academic; Service Quality
