Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi program Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) oleh PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan dalam perspektif manajemen risiko, dengan studi kasus Program Edukasi Pilah Pilih Sampah Sejak Dini. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap delapan informan yang terdiri dari pihak manajemen TJSL, kepala sekolah, dan mitra komunitas, serta dilengkapi dengan observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan siswa melalui sosialisasi, penyediaan infrastruktur pemilahan sampah, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Identifikasi risiko meliputi rendahnya kesadaran lingkungan, keterbatasan infrastruktur pengelolaan sampah, dan potensi resistensi dari pihak sekolah. Strategi mitigasi yang diterapkan meliputi penguatan akuntabilitas, transparansi, partisipasi stakeholder, serta sinergi dengan regulasi dan norma internasional. Integrasi prinsip ISO 26000 dalam pelaksanaan program terbukti dapat membantu perusahaan mengelola risiko sosial dan lingkungan secara lebih efektif. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa TJSL yang terstruktur dan selaras dengan kerangka manajemen risiko dapat berfungsi sebagai strategi preventif untuk menjaga keberlanjutan perusahaan dan hubungan harmonis dengan masyarakat.

Abstract

Water quality is one of the key indicators of environmental health that impacts aquatic life and human health. Water quality monitoring is important to measure the impact of human activities and ensure water meets quality standards. Conventional methods of manual water sampling face challenges such as distance, safety risks, and long analysis times, making it less effective for rapid monitoring to address environmental pollution. Following Law No. 32 of 2009, the government requires environmental information for environmental management policies. The Ministry of Environment and Forestry encourages using ONLIMO (online monitoring) technology for automated monitoring, with data published through the MoEF's ONLIMO website. This study was conducted to introduce and analyze the efficiency of ONLIMO technology in water pollution control so that policies and actions can be taken quickly and appropriately. Field verification shows physical factors such as indicators of garbage around the Cipinang River water flow, visible murky watercolor, pungent smelling water, dense residential settlements around the Cipinang River water flow, and the number of industries built in the Cipinang River flow indicate that the Cipinang watershed water quality recorded through ONLIMO water quality monitoring sensors and field verification shows a state of mildly polluted conditions. This factor suggests that the ONLIMO KLHK automatic monitoring tool has the effectiveness and efficiency of water quality monitoring because the data entered into the ONLIMO KLHK database through data loggers and field conditions directly show data similarities. Therefore, the ONLIMO KLHK automatic monitoring tool can be an effective early warning system and allows increased efficiency in water pollution control because the data obtained is real-time and by the original water quality conditions at the location.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the management of work-family conflict, family-work conflict, job stress, and its implementation that affect employee satisfaction of PT Langgang Buana Perkasa. Work and family are two important spheres in an adult’s social life. The need will not be met if unemployed. Today, a profession is also a mirror of self-actualization. Without family, individuals will feel alone and there is no place to give love. PT Langgang Buana Perkasa is a company engaged in ground handling services and transportation services on several airlines, which is located at Sultan Babullah airport, Ternate, North Maluku Province, Indonesia. This research used a qualitative descriptive method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and questionnaires. Literature and documentation studies are carried out to collect secondary data related to the object of research, including employees of PT Langgang Buana Perkasa, flight schedules, and PT Langgang Buana Perkasa. The data sources were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that (1) There are three characteristics of work-family conflict. Based on these three characteristics, it indicates that most employees experience conflict in work-family, but it does not affect job satisfaction; (2) There are five characteristics of family-work conflicts but employees still apply professionalism. This indicates that there is no direct conflict but it can trigger stress due to family demands on religious holidays and public holidays; (3) Physical exhaustion can lead to conflict when faced with family demands regarding that role.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an in-depth overview of the application of the creative economy during the COVID-19 pandemic to increase economic income. Human Management Resources in an organization are not just administrative but lead to developing the potential of human resources to be creative and innovative. A creative economy is an economic concept combining something with an element of creativity by combining ideas, ideas, and knowledge from human resources as a production factor. The condition of the COVID-19 pandemic is very unsettling for the community. Therefore it requires skills and the desire of business actors to develop a creative economy. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with respondents, samples from the Tafure community and the Sulamadaha community, respectively, as many as four people who have a business with key informants from the local community who have had a business for 8 and 10 years. Retrieval data in the form of observations and interviews with eight people consisting of 6 field informants and two key informants. The data collection technique uses triangulation in which researchers compare information from the field with information and data from informants, both field informants and key informants, with conditions in the local area. Research data analysis is inductive; some data and information are obtained and then developed into a hypothesis. The COVID-19 pandemic has made the economic life of a business very impactful on people’s financial income. Tafure community business actors have implemented creative economy human resource development through participation in education and training activities.

Abstract

This study examines the level of transparency in the management of independent mosque funds in Medan City, North Sumatra, Indonesia, evaluates adherence to accountability principles, and provides actionable recommendations for improvement. Using a quantitative research approach, questionnaires and observations were used to collect data from mosque administrators, worshippers, and donors at the Al-Musabbihin Mosque. These instruments were designed to assess trust and participation in mosque activities. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS 3.0, focusing on Outer and Inner Model evaluations. The results reveal that human resource (HR) competency, internal control systems, technological integration, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with financial management standards significantly impact transparency and accountability in mosque fund management. Additionally, organizational commitment amplifies the positive influence of HR competency and internal controls on these outcomes. The study highlights the critical need for ongoing HR development through targeted training and education to ensure effective and accountable fund management. Furthermore, establishing comprehensive internal control systems is essential to prevent fund misuse and build public trust. The findings demonstrate that transparent and accountable fund management fosters public confidence, optimizes resource utilization, and enhances the mosque’s capacity as a vibrant and empowered social institution.

Abstract

This article aims to examine and compare two forms of contemporary Islamic education development, namely international Islamic education and global Islamic education. This research uses a literature study method using a descriptive qualitative approach, the discussion focuses on the characteristics, scope, curriculum, and use of technology of the two educational models. The results of the study show that international Islamic education emphasises a formal academic system with a global standard curriculum such as Cambridge and IB, while global Islamic education is more flexible and emphasises the spread of Islamic values through non-formal and digital approaches across countries. This comparison is important in facing the challenges of globalisation and the needs of Muslims for quality education rooted in Islamic values.

Abstract

Education systems in Europe are highly diverse, reflecting the complexity of each country's history, culture and socioeconomic conditions. This article presents a comparative study between Finland and Germany to explore the conceptual frameworks, problems and education policies implemented by the two countries. Finland stands out with its equity-based approach, student welfare and curriculum flexibility. Germany, on the other hand, promotes a vocational education system based on dualism and decentralization of education policy. This research uses a descriptive qualitative literature study method with a content analysis approach to describe the main characteristics, contemporary challenges and ongoing policy reforms. The results show that the success of the education system is largely determined by the alignment between the basic philosophy of education, local challenges, and adaptive policy strategies. In addition, the study also shows that policy adaptations that are responsive to changing times, such as technology integration and improving teacher professionalism, are important elements in responding to global demands. The findings are relevant for developing countries that want to improve the quality of national education through benchmarking successful international systems. The study provides strategic insights into how education systems can be designed to meet the challenges of social inequality, demographic change and the needs of a 21st century skills-based economy.

Abstract

Pendeteksian kecepatan kendaraan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pengawasan lalu lintas dan keamanan jalan. Dalam penelitian ini, kami mengusulkan sebuah sistem pendeteksian kecepatan kendaraan berbasis Arduino yang menggunakan sensor inframerah dan teknologi pengolahan sinyal digital. Sensor infra merah dipasang pada dua titik tertentu di jalan, dengan jarak tertentu di antara keduanya. Ketika kendaraan melintas, sensor infra merah mendeteksi perbedaan waktu yang diperlukan untuk sinyal infra merah yang dipancarkan dan diterima kembali oleh kendaraan. Informasi ini kemudian diproses oleh Arduino untuk menghitung kecepatan kendaraan. Implementasi sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat keras sederhana dan mudah didapat, yaitu Arduino Uno, sensor infra merah, dan beberapa komponen pendukung lainnya. Pengujian dilakukan di lingkungan simulasi dan lapangan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja sistem dalam berbagai kondisi. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendeteksian kecepatan kendaraan berbasis Arduino mampu memberikan estimasi kecepatan kendaraan dengan tingkat akurasi yang memadai, meskipun dengan keterbatasan tertentu terkait dengan lingkungan dan kondisi operasional. Kesimpulannya, sistem ini dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif yang efektif dan terjangkau untuk memonitor kecepatan kendaraan di berbagai lokasi dan kondisi lalu lintas.Keywords: Arduino, Sensor Infrared, Mikrokontroler, Baser, LCD.

Abstract

: This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the profitability of companies before and after mergers and acquisitions in companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index by analyzing the Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) of companies before and after mergers and acquisitions. This research method is quantitative comparative. The population of this study is companies that conduct mergers and acquisitions in the Jakarta Islamic Index. The total number of samples found was a total of 27 enterprises. Using documentation techniques in the form of secondary data.  The data analysis technique of this study used a comparative statistical test analysis of two samples. Testing was conducted using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that (I) there was no difference in the company's npm (Net Profit Margin) before and after the merger and Acquisition (ii) there was no difference in the company'S ROA (Return on assets) before and after the merger and Acquisition (iii) there was no difference in the company'S ROE (Return on Equity) before and after the merger and acquisition (iv) there was no difference in the company'S GPM (Gross Profit Margin) before and after the merger and acquisition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki praktik pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di UPT SLB-E Negeri Pembina Tingkat Provinsi, dengan fokus pada akuntabilitas dan transparansi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara dengan kepsek, bendahara dana BOS, dan guru di sekolah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesadaran yang kuat dari semua pihak akan pentingnya meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan dana BOS. Tantangan yang dihadapi termasuk keterbatasan teknologi, kesiapan SDM, dan koordinasi dengan pihak eksternal. Solusi potensial diidentifikasi dalam penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi, tetapi diperlukan investasi dalam pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM. Dengan kerja sama dan komitmen bersama, sekolah ini dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan dana BOS dan memberikan manfaat yang maksimal bagi pembangunan pendidikan di lingkungan mereka.
