Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of multiple role conflict on the performance of female employees mediated by work life balance. This research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were female employees, totaling 56 employees. This research used non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is path analysis with the help of the SPSS 29 program. The results showed that multiple role conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, multiple role conflict has a negative and significant effect on work life balance, work life balance has a positive effect and significant effect on employee performance, and work life balance can be a mediating variable between multiple role conflicts on employee performance.

Abstract

The discussion of tolerance has become a hot topic discussed in various studies, both in the form of writing and verbally through various dialogues and forums. Tolerance is an easy topic to discuss in sharing forums, but in its realization and application there is still a lot to learn. The problem of tolerance is a test in itself in society, because although there are many scientific studies that discuss the necessity and obligation of a culture of tolerance in society. But in reality tolerance is always a problem in realizing it. This sometimes becomes difficult in its realization because it is found that there are still many citizens, groups or even certain cultures who are intolerant in various ways. Aceh, an area that applies Islamic law in Indonesia, is a test in itself in implementing a culture of tolerance in Aceh. There were several cases that caused Aceh to become intolerant, starting from the DI/TII rebellion in 1953 which was intolerant of Indonesia, the displacement of other ethnic groups during GAM's burning of houses of worship in Aceh and various other cases that indicated that Aceh was intolerant. Seeing this reality, this study wants to see another angle on the problem of tolerance in Aceh. The author sees from the perspective of culture and history, Aceh is very tolerant in religious matters. So that in the course of Aceh's history they can live, do business, diplomacy and discuss with various religions.AbstrakPembahsan tentang toleransi  menjadi topik yang hangat di bicarakan dalam berbagai kajian baik di berupa tulisan, maupun pembicaraan secara lisan lewat bergai dialog dan forum. Toleransi menjadi topik yang mudah untuk di bahas dalam berbagi forum namun dalam perwujudan dan aplikasinya masih harus terus banyak belajar. Masalah toleransi menjadi ujian tersendiri dalam masyarakat, karena meski banyak kajian ilmiah yang membahas harus, perlu dan wajibnya budaya toleransi dalam bermasyarakat. Namun kenyataannya toleransi selalu terjadi masalah dalam mewujudkan. Hal tersebut kadang menjadi susah dalam perwujudannya karena didapati masih banyak warga, kelompok atau bahkan budaya tertentu yang bersikap intoleran dalam berbahai hal.  Aceh sebuah daerah yang menerapkan syariat Islam di Indonesia menjadi ujian tersendiri dalam menerapakan budaya toleransi di Aceh. Ada beberapa kasus yang menyebabkan Aceh menjadi in toleran mulai dari pemberontaka DI/TII tahun 1953 yang tidak toleran dengan Inonesia, pengusian etnis lain pada saat  GAM pembak aran rumah ibadah  di Aceh dan berbagai kasu lain yang mengindikasikan Aceh intoleran. Melihat realitas tersebut kajian ini ingin melihat sudut lain dari permasalah toleransi di Aceh. Penulis melihat dari kaca mata budaya dan sejarah dulu, Aceh sangat toleran dalam masalah agama. Sehingga  dalam perjalanan sejarah Aceh bisa hidup, berbisnis, berdiplomasi dan berdiskusi dengan berbagai Agama.

Abstract

Pemberian ASI secara ekslusif kepada bayi sejak lahir sampai berusia 6 bulan dan meneruskan pemberian ASI sampai anak berusia dua tahun atau lebih termasuk dalam Resolusi World Health Assembly (WHA) No: 55.25 tahun2002 tentang Global Strategy on Infant and Young Child Feeding. Oleh karena itu dengan pengetahuan yang baik mengenai pemanfaatan dan penggunaan tanaman laktagogue pada ibu diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualiatas dan kuantitas ASI yang pada akhirnya mempengaruhi kecukupan gizi pada bayi dan anak. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan pada Ibu Menyususi di Desa Binaan Tangguh ASI untuk dapat memanfaatkan penggunaan tanaman laktagogue dalam menunjang pemberian ASI Ekslusif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan tentang pemanfaatan dan penggunaan tanaman laktagogue. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan ibu menyusui tentang pemanfaatan dan penggunaan tanaman laktagogue untuk menunjang pemberian ASI Ekslusif. Diharapkan kegiatan serupa dapat terus dilakukan secara berkesinambungan sehingga pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai ASI Ekslusif khususnya ibu menyusui dapat meningkat, ibu dapat memanfaatkan tanaman laktagoue disekitarnya untuk menunjang pemberian ASI EKslusif.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of literacy inclusion and financial management on the performance and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Binjai City, North Sumatra. Utilizing a quantitative research method, the study collected primary data through questionnaires and interviews with 105 MSME owners. The findings indicate that higher financial literacy and inclusion significantly enhance the ability of MSME owners to manage business finances, thereby improving both performance and sustainability. The study highlights the critical role of financial management in the growth and stability of MSMEs, particularly in distinguishing between personal and business finances. Moreover, it confirms that well-managed finances positively influence sales turnover and decision-making processes within MSMEs. The research contributes to understanding the factors that drive MSME success in a regional context, offering practical implications for policy and training programs aimed at improving financial literacy and inclusion among MSME operators.

Abstract

Home financing is widely used by people to get the desired housing. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah also handled problem financing in the form of financing restructuring for mortgages in accordance with OJK Regulation (Financial Services Authority) Number 11/POJK.03/2020 and Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 40/POJK.03/ 2019. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The purpose of this study is to explain the financial performance in the restructuring of Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah mortgages before and after the covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study indicate that the calculated F value is 503,490 with sig 0.000, thus it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, or there is a significant difference between financial performance before and after covid-19 and the Anova test on financial performance after covid shows that the calculated F value is 97,284 with sig 0.000, thus it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, or there is a significant difference between financial performance before and after covid-19 at CIMB Niaga Syariah Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Quality of Work Life which is divided into two independent variables, namely Work Participation and Work Environment, as well as another independent variable, namely Islamic Work Ethic at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Medan Adam Malik. This study uses quantitative methods and associative approaches, data collection techniques using questionnaires and the population and sample in this study were 31 employees at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Medan Adam Malik using saturated sampling technique. The data obtained were then processed using SPSS Version 25, then analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that Work Participation on the Work Environment has a correlation value of 0.762 indicating a strong correlation. While the Work Environment on Islamic Work Ethic has a correlation value of 0.535 indicating a moderate correlation. From the results of the Hypothesis Test (First) Work Participation, Work Environment, and Islamic Work Ethic have a significant effect on Employee Performance, this can be seen from the t-count value for the Work Participation variable of 3.162 > t.table 2.051, t-count Work Environment 4.843 > 2.051, and t-count Islamic Work Ethic of 4.162 > t-table 2.051. Meanwhile, from the results of the Hypothesis Test (Second) Work Participation, Work Environment, Islamic Work Ethic, and Employee Performance have a significant effect on Employee Loyalty, this can be seen from the t value for the Work Participation variable of 2.300 > t. table 2.051, t count Work Environment 3.093 > 2.051, t count Islamic Work Ethic of 3.773 > t table 2.051, and t count Employee Performance of 3.681 > t table 2.051. And from the path analysis results show that the Employee Performance variable is not able to strengthen the influence of Work Participation, Work Environment, and Islamic Work Ethic on Employee Loyalty.

Abstract

This is driven by the ongoing prevalence of social welfare issues in the city of Padang. Among the social welfare issues are the problems of street children, homeless people, beggars, street musicians, and street vendors. Regional regulation number 1 of 2012 has addressed that issue. Among the efforts made in regional regulations are preventive efforts, repressive efforts, and rehabilitation efforts. Has that been implemented to the fullest in the city of Padang, and how is it being applied. This study examines the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah on regional regulation number 1 of 2012 and its implementation in the city of Padang. The author uses field research. The data source consists of the primary source, the Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2012, and the secondary data is derived from a variety of literature related to the discussion in this study. The collected data was then analyzed using a content analysis approach. The results of the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2012 are still hindered by several obstacles. Among the challenges faced are: the limited facilities and infrastructure to provide guidance for street children, homeless individuals, beggars, street musicians, and street vendors. There is still minimal allocation of funds from the local government to carry out the construction. The development carried out by the Social Service of Padang City can only address the issue of street children and has not yet been implemented effectively, resulting in many individuals who have been rehabilitated being caught in raids again.

Abstract

Research to determine the level of online shopping among MTsN 11 Pesisir Selatan teachers. Online shopping has become a habit or necessity for teachers. Principal, he said that almost every day an online package delivery courier comes to the school. Therefore, the author wants to examine the level of online shopping among teachers. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method by explaining data in the form of numbers into information. The objects of this research are teachers from various levels. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires via Google form with a total of 65 respondents consisting of civil servants, honorary teachers, and P3K, administrative employees. Data collection was carried out from July to early August 2023. The analytical tool used in this research used Microsoft Excel by distributing questionnaires via Google form to 65 respondents. The results of this research are that teachers often shop online at Shopee and Tiktok Shop stores by buying Fashion category products such as clothes, bags, shoes and others. Apart from that, they also buy skincare and makeup.

Abstract

Gampong Nya terletak di Kecamatan Simpang Tiga Kabupaten Aceh Besar merupakan desa yang memiliki luas lahan 70 ha dengan mayoritas penduduk bekerja sebagai petani. Pandemi Covid-19 membuat perekonomian keluarga menjadi tidak stabil sehingga berdampak terhadap penurunan pendapatan keluarga. Ibu rumah tangga mempunyai peranan besar dalam mendukung ketahanan perekonomian keluarga. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah ibu – ibu tidak dapat bekerja di luar rumah dikarenakan harus mengurus anak – anak dan kebutuhan lainnya. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah memberikan pelatihan pembuatan souvenir gantungan kunci berbahan dasar kain flannel dan pemasaran produk secara e-commerce sehingga dapat dikerjakan dari rumah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga melalui peningkatan kemampuan ibu – ibu rumah tangga dalam menghasilkan souvenir berbahan baku kain flannel dengan berbagai desain yang menarik meningkatkan keinginan berwirausaha dengan menjual souvenir hasil karya sendiri serta meningkatkan ketrampilan dalam mempromosikan souvenir secara e-commerce. Tahapan Pengabdian terdiri dari survei pendahuluan, tahapan persiapan, tahapan pembuatan souvenir dan tahapan pemasaran produk secara e-commerce menggunakan platform Marketplace Facebook dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil yang didapat peningkatan ketrampilan ibu – ibu rumah tangga dalam pembuatan souvenir gantungan kunci berbahan dasar kain flannel semakin lebih baik, peningkatan pengetahuan ibu – ibu dalam teknik pemasaran produk secara e-commerce dan terbukanya peluang berwirausaha bagi ibu – ibu rumah tangga sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the link between audit fees and the following variables: 1) the number of audit committee meetings; 2) the size of the internal audit; 3) the number of internal audit assignments; and 4) the number of branches. This study is an example of causal associative research, a kind of quantitative research that uses secondary data acquired from research sample websites. According to the study's findings, audit fees are influenced by the following factors in the following orders: 1) the size of the internal audit has an effect on audit fees; 2) the number of internal audit assignments has no effect on audit fees; and 4) the number of branches has an effect on audit fees.
