Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of location, price, and promotion on the decision to purchase plots in Puri Amartya Pandaan. The population in this study is all customers of Puri Amartya Pandaan plots. The sample in this study was a saturated sample with a sample of 66 respondents. The research method in this study uses quantitative research. Based on testing using simultaneous Test F analysis, the results showed a significant influence between variable X (Location, Price, and Promotion) simultaneously on variable Y (Purchase Decision) on customers of Puri Amartya Pandaan plot. Partial Test Analysis shows that location, price, and promotion variables each have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase plots in Puri Amartya Pandaan. Keywords: Location, Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the impact of Advertising Attractiveness, Influencer Marketing, and Online Customer Reviews on the Purchase Decision of Somethinc products. The research employs a quantitative method with a population of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Islam Malang, class of 2020, who have previously purchased Somethinc products. Purposive sampling was used to determine the sample, with a total of 87 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to the respondents.The results indicate that, simultaneously, Advertising Attractiveness, Influencer Marketing, and Online Customer Reviews have a significant impact on the Purchase Decision of Somethinc products. Partially, Advertising Attractiveness has an impact but is not significant in influencing the Purchase Decision of Somethinc, whereas Influencer Marketing and Online Customer Reviews significantly affect the Purchase Decision of Somethinc. The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that 60% of the variation in Purchase Decisions can be explained by Advertising Attractiveness, Influencer Marketing, and Online Customer Reviews, while the remaining 40% is explained by factors outside this model. Keywords: Advertising Attractiveness, Influencer Marketing, Online Customer Reviews and  Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the influence of perceived risk, service quality, ease of use and trust on Tokopedia e-commerce purchasing decisions. This research method uses a quantitative method using a proportional random sampling technique, namely a random sampling technique and the data source used is primary data with data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire for consumers who have made purchases on Tokopedia e-commerce. The sample calculation in this study used the Slovin formula which produced 87 respondents. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25 for Windows. The results of this research show that risk perception, service quality, trust in use and trust simultaneously and partially influence purchasing decisions in Tokopedia e-commerce. Keywords : Risk Perception, Service Quality, Ease of Use, Trust and Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract The concept of society 5.0 that has begun to emerge in Japan has become a major topic of social and economic change in the global era. This increasing use of the Internet in Indonesia has led to an increase in social media usage. The number of business operators operating in the same business and offering a variety of similar products or services makes it difficult for the public to decide their choice. The aim of this research is to analyze digital content marketing strategies in improving brand awareness and turnover on wishyouworeit. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data is collected with observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this research are the owner or owner wishyouworeit, the marketing wishyouworeit and the consumer wishyuworeit. Research results show that wishyouworeit strategies in content marketing determine objectives, target mapping, content ideas, content creation, content distribution, content amplification, content marketing evaluation, and content marketing improvisation. The strategy applied by wishyouworeit is able to improve brand awareness consumers and can make top of mind on the mind of consumers. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of dual roles, work environment and workload on performance through self-control as an intervening variable in female health workers at the Burneh Bangkalan Community Health Center. This research uses quantitative methods with Path Analysis techniques. The respondents for this research were 45 respondents at the Burneh Bangkalan. Data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). The results of this research show that: (1) Dual roles have a significant positive effect on the performance of female health workers, (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of female health workers, (3) Workload has a significant positive effect on the performance of female health workers, ( 4) Dual roles have an insignificant negative effect on self-control of female health workers, (5) Work environment has an insignificant negative effect on self-control, (6) Workload has a significant negative effect on self-control, (7) self-control has an insignificant positive effect on self-control. performance. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to test and determine the influence of trust, security and user convenience on digital transaction decisions on e-wallets (Study on Management Study Program Students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Users of the OVO Application). This research is a type of quantitative research. The sampling technique used Malhotra's formula with calculated results of 85 samples. To solve the problems in this research, SPSS was used with validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, F tests, and t tests. The research results show that simultaneously the variables Trust (X1), Security (X2), and Convenience (X3) have a significant effect on Transaction Decisions (Y). Partial research results show that Trust (X1), Security (X2) and Convenience partially have a significant effect on Transaction Decisions. Keywords: Trust, Security, Convenience, Transaction Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and describe the influence of word of mouth and service quality on customer satisfaction at ARK Interior & Exterior in Ponorogo Regency. The population in this study consists of customers who have used the services of ARK Interior & Exterior. The sample size was determined using the Malhotra formula, resulting in a total of 50 respondents. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires. To address the research problems, SPSS was employed, and the analytical methods used in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, F-tests, t-tests, and determination coefficient tests (R²). The results of the study indicate that word of mouth has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while service quality does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Word of Mouth, Customer Satisfaction, and Service Quality

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work ability, discipline and work ability on employee performance at PT. Adiputro Wirasejati in Malang City. The population in this study are employees consisting of 4 divisions who have 5 years of work experience, namely 26 people in the machinery division, 54 people in the body repair division, 30 people in the interior division, and 15 people in the finishing division at PT. Adi Putro Wirasejati.. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire with a sample size determined using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 95 respondents. Data testing techniques used in this research include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, f test, t test, and coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2). The results of this research simultaneously show that the influence of work ability, discipline, and motivation influences employee performance. Abstract

The creative sector in Indonesia has great potential for economic growth, but many Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face challenges in adopting product innovation for international expansion. This study aims to analyse the role of product innovation, marketing strategy, and collaboration with creative industries in supporting the international expansion of MSMEs. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with AMOS, involving 600 registered MSMEs in the creative sector. The results showed that product innovation, effective marketing strategies, and collaboration have a significant influence on the ability of MSMEs to enter the global market. The findings imply that an increased focus on innovation and the development of adaptive marketing strategies, as well as building strong collaboration with stakeholders, are critical to the successful international expansion of MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to see whether brand image, price, and lifestyle have a simultaneous or partial effect on the decision to purchase an iPhone in Malang City. This study applies a quantitative method with the research method used is a survey. In the context of this study, the population consists of iPhone users in Malang City. Based on BPS data, the population in Malang City in 2023 was 847,182. The sample in this study were consumer users who bought iPhone products in Malang Raya City. The population is not known for sure, so the sample size used, according to Malhotra's opinion, 5 x 16 indicators is 80 respondents. The results of the study show that the variables Brand Image, Price and Lifestyle have a simultaneous effect on the decision to purchase an iPhone. Brand Image has an effect on the decision to purchase an iPhone. Price has an effect on the decision to purchase an iPhone. Lifestyle has a positive and insignificant effect on the decision to purchase an iPhone. Keywords : Brand image, Price, Lifestyle and Decision to purchase
