Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku kayu khususnya papan secara metode konvensional atau secara kebijakan perusahaan dan metode persediaan Just in Time di usaha mebel UD. Nila Gunungsitoli. Penelitian di latarbelakangi oleh perlunya strategi yang tepat dalam pengelolaan persediaan khususnya perusahaan manufactur sebagai salah satu upaya dalam meminimalisir pemborosan (waste) serta kerugian perusahaan yang berdampak pada keoptimalan proses produksi yang diakibatkan oleh penumpukkan bahan baku. Dalam menganalisis hal tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (Mixed Method) dengan model Sequential exploratory, dimana teknik analisis data dimulai dari pengumpulan data persediaan bahan baku papan di UD. Nila melalui wawancara dan observasi untuk kemudian di bandingkan menggunakan metode Just in Time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara efisiensi biaya persediaan secara konvensional dengan metode Just in Time. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa dengan menggunakan strategi persediaan yang tepat seperti metode Just in Time, perusahaan dapat menghemat biaya yang cukup besar serta menghindari perusahaan dari kerugian akibat penumpukkan bahan baku

Abstract

Saluran distribusi merupakan rangkaian aktivitas yang menghubungkan produsen dengan konsumen atau pengguna akhir, memastikan produk atau layanan dapat tersedia di tempat dan waktu yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui efektivitas saluran distribusi dalam meningkatkan Volume penjualan di UD. Mitra 88 Kota Gunungsitoli, untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang menyebabkan keterlambatan pengiriman barang di UD. Mitra 88 Kota Gunungsitoli dan untuk menegatahui Strategi distribusi apa yang paling efektif untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan di UD. Mitra 88 Kota Gunungsitoli. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah penelitian kualitatif. Adapun jumlah informan dalam peneltian ini ialah sebanyak 5 orang. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini ialah: Efektivitas saluran distribusi di UD. Mitra 88 dapat dikatakan cukup baik meskipun masih dilakukan secara manual. Koordinasi tim yang solid, sistem penjadwalan yang teratur, dan manajemen stok yang terjaga menjadi faktor utama dalam mendukung peningkatan volume penjualan. Kendala-kendala yang menyebabkan keterlambatan pengiriman barang di UD. Mitra 88 terutama berasal dari faktor eksternal seperti kondisi jalan dan cuaca, dan faktor internal seperti keterbatasan kendaraan dan komunikasi yang belum maksimal. Strategi distribusi paling efektif yang diterapkan UD. Mitra 88 untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan adalah pengelompokan wilayah pengiriman, penjadwalan pengiriman yang terencana, konsolidasi pengiriman, dan komunikasi yang efektif.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi finansial siswa melalui pemanfaatan spreadsheet sebagai alat pencatatan keuangan sederhana yang relevan di era digital. Program dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli Utara dengan pendekatan pelatihan interaktif yang mencakup pengenalan konsep pemasukan dan pengeluaran, penyusunan anggaran, serta praktik langsung pencatatan digital menggunakan spreadsheet. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemaparan materi, ceramah interaktif, dan pendampingan praktik sehingga siswa dapat memahami dan menerapkan pencatatan keuangan secara mandiri. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep literasi finansial serta kemampuan menggunakan spreadsheet untuk mengelola keuangan pribadi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu mendorong kemandirian finansial generasi muda serta memperkuat keterampilan digital siswa dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi

Abstract

The problem phenomenon that emerged at the research location was the emergence of current furniture trends and styles, ergonomically made by considering comfort, efficiency and minimalism that emphasizes simplicity but elegance that is in great demand by customers.The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. In this study, a sample of 30 people was taken from the population according to the guidelines.The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. From the results of the study, it was obtained that product design has a significant influence on product quality at UD. Meto. This is reinforced by the T-statistic value of 3.058 and the P-value (Sig.) Of 0.005 which is smaller than alpha (0.05). Therefore, improving product design can be an effective strategy to improve product quality. Process Design also has a significant influence on product quality at UD. Meto. The T-statistic value of 3.413 and the P-value (Sig.) Of 0.002 indicate that process design plays an important role in shaping product quality. Therefore, planning and process design strategy can improve the level of product quality. Together, Product Design and Process Design have a positive and significant influence on Product Quality at UD. Meto. The results of the F-Statistic test of 37.769 and P-value (Sig.) of 0.000 indicate that the combination of product design and process design has a greater impact on product quality.

Abstract

Thdiscounts, purchasing decisions, marketing strategiesis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price discounts on purchasing decisions for Morinaga products at Citi Mart Stores in Gunungsitoli City. The background of this study is based on the phenomenon of high consumer interest in Morinaga products when price discounts are applied, which shows the importance of price promotion strategies in increasing purchasing decisions. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 60 consumer respondents who have purchased Morinaga products at Citi Mart Stores during the promotional period. Data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and t-tests with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results showed that price discounts had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.018 (<0.05), a coefficient of determination of 9.2%, and a relationship level of 0.304 which is included in the sufficient category. This indicates that even though the influence is relatively small, price discounts still have a role in influencing consumer purchasing decisions, while there is the possibility that other factors are more dominant in influencing purchasing decisions, such as product quality, brand preferences, or consumer psychological factors. Thus, a discount strategy can be an effective promotional alternative, but it needs to be combined with other marketing factors to be more optimal in attracting consumer purchasing interest.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Kadoz Water drinking water depot, Gunungsitoli City branch. Researchers found that in its marketing activities there are still various shortcomings in each aspect of the marketing mix that have the potential to influence consumer perceptions of the product. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not there is an influence of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions and how much influence these variables have by using quantitative research methods and distributing questionnaires to 30 consumers of Kadoz Water, Gunungsitoli City branch. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the marketing mix (X) on purchasing decisions (Y) as indicated by the results of the t-test, obtained a significance value of 0.005 <0.05, and the calculated t-value (3.054)> t-table (1.701). In the determinant test, it was obtained that the influence of variable X on variable Y was 25% so that in this study that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected.

Abstract

In the modern retail industry, discounts and promotions at Alfamidi aim to increase sales and customer loyalty. However, improper recording can affect revenue, profit and loss, and marketing expenses. Discrepancies were found between shelf prices and cashier (POS) system prices, as well as weaknesses in internal control. An evaluation is therefore necessary to ensure that promotional management complies with Financial Accounting Standards (SAK), remains accurate, and does not cause distortions in financial statements or financial losses for the company.This research uses a qualitative method to gain an in-depth understanding of discount and promotion management at Alfamidi. The study was conducted at the store located on Jalan Diponegoro No. 03, Gunungsitoli, with primary data obtained through interviews and observations. The analysis was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to ensure validity and to describe the structure of financial statement recording.The results show that discount and promotion management follows structured procedures, starting from marketing proposals, financial verification, to implementation in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP). The recording refers to PSAK 23 and PSAK 1 issued by the Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia, supported by proper documentation and an ERP system. Challenges include delays in data input and differences in perception regarding classification. Daily monitoring, internal audits, data reconciliation, and ERP utilization serve as solutions to improve the accuracy and transparency of financial statements.The conclusion indicates that Alfamidi has structured procedures for discounts and promotions, with recording practices aligned with PSAK 23 and PSAK 1, although technical and coordination challenges remain. Improvements are needed through stronger internal controls and training. Future research is suggested to expand resources, deepen documentation analysis, identify constraints in greater detail, apply mixed methods, and broaden research objects to obtain more comprehensive and valid results.

Abstract

This study was conducted in Hiliganowo Village, Telukdalam District, South Nias Regency. Based on the observed phenomenon, declining family income may influence the characteristics and behavior of both husbands and wives, potentially leading to conflict and disputes within the household. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of demographic characteristics on family financial management behavior. Data were collected through observation and the distribution of questionnaires to 36 respondents. The data analysis techniques included validity testing, reliability testing, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, partial hypothesis testing using the t-test, and simultaneous testing using the F-test. This study employed a quantitative approach, with data processed using SPSS to obtain accurate results.The findings show that, simultaneously, gender (X1), education and financial knowledge (X2), and income level (X3) have an effect on family financial management behavior (Y). This is indicated by the F-count value of 565.532, which is greater than the F-table value of 2.883. Partially, gender (X1) has a significant effect on family financial management behavior (Y), as shown by a significance value of 0.000, which is below 0.05, and a t-count value of 4.447, which is greater than the t-table value of 0.68177. Furthermore, education and financial knowledge (X2) also have a significant effect on family financial management behavior (Y), as indicated by a significance value of 0.000, which is below 0.05, and a t-count value of 7.796, which is greater than the t-table value of 0.68177. Meanwhile, income level (X3) does not have a significant effect on family financial management behavior (Y), as shown by a significance value of 0.117, which is above 0.05, and a t-count value of -1.612, which is lower than the t-table value of 0.68177..

Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is an initiative of the Indonesian government aimed at reducing poverty through conditional cash transfers. The program is designed to improve poor families’ access to health, education, and social welfare services. However, despite its implementation, there are still indications of targeting inaccuracies in the distribution of assistance, such as benefits received by households that do not meet the criteria, while eligible families remain unregistered. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the targeting accuracy of PKH assistance distribution in Gunungsitoli City. The case study method was chosen as it allows the researcher to comprehensively explore how PKH assistance is distributed, how beneficiary criteria are applied, and what factors influence the program’s effectiveness in achieving its intended goals. The findings reveal that the targeting accuracy of PKH assistance distribution in Gunungsitoli City is relatively good, although several challenges remain. The study identifies key factors that potentially reduce targeting accuracy, including delays in data updating, limited inter-agency coordination, low beneficiary awareness in reporting changes, and the shortage of facilitators. To improve targeting accuracy, the Social Service Office of Gunungsitoli has undertaken efforts such as periodic data verification and validation, strengthening coordination among stakeholders, and encouraging greater community participation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in managing organizational culture at the Sirombu District Office, West Nias Regency. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants consisted of the Head of Sirombu District, structural officials, employees, and community members who were selected based on their involvement and understanding of the research object. The findings indicate that leadership plays a crucial role in developing organizational culture through open communication, exemplary behavior, motivation, guidance, and employee supervision. Effective leadership contributes to improving discipline, responsibility, teamwork, professionalism, and the quality of public services. However, the management of organizational culture still faces several challenges, including differences in employees’ mindsets, resistance to change, low discipline among some employees, limited facilities and infrastructure, and uneven employee participation in supporting organizational programs. To address these challenges, leaders have implemented various strategies, such as regular communication, personal coaching, persuasive and family-oriented approaches, performance evaluation, training programs, and employee motivation. The study also reveals that a positive organizational culture has a significant impact on improving public service quality, employee responsiveness, and community satisfaction. Therefore, strengthening organizational culture should be carried out continuously through enhanced communication, employee competency development, periodic evaluation, and the active involvement of all organizational members in achieving organizational goals.
