Abstract

ABSTRACT The School Operational Assistance (BOS) program is under the responsibility of the Ministry of Education and Culture, and the Ministry of Religious Affairs plays an important role in its implementation, distribution, and management. The Ministry of Education and Culture, the Ministry of Religious Affairs, and the Technical Ministry responsible for the implementation and management of the BOS program must issue technical guidelines for the use of BOS funds, which should guide the use of funds. This study aims to explain how school operational assistance (BOS) funds are managed at MI El-Nur El-Kasysyaf IV. This research employs a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques such as interviews, documentation, and observation being very important methods for collecting data. ABSTRAK Program Bantuan Operasional Seklah (BOS) berada di bawah tanggung jawab Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Kementerian Agama berperan penting dalam pelaksanaan, penyaluran dan pengelolaannya. Penggunaa dana harus berpedoman pada petunjuk teknis penggunaan dana BOS yang diterbitkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Budaya, Kementerian Agama, serta diawasi oleh Kementeri Teknis yang membidangi pelaksanaan dan pengelolaan program BOS. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk menjelaskan pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di MI El-Nur El-Kasysyaf IV. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi merupakan metode yang sangat penting untuk mengumpulkan data.

Abstract

The main aim of PAUD institutions, which are early childhood education organizations, is to develop students' intelligence. Implementation requires not only planning teaching and learning activities but also an integrated strategy that considers a number of variables, including educational objectives, teachers, students, facilities and the environment. PAUD institutions must pay attention to the human resources (HR) they have. Management of these institutions requires increasing the knowledge, skills and abilities of human resources. This research focuses on human resource management in education, especially in terms of teaching and education staff. By maintaining a conservation HR commitment, you can encourage work morale, provide inspiration, and increase employee productivity in the organization through effective strategic management.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of educational management strategies in developing teaching quality in RA Nurul Falah Sunyar Karawang. The educational management strategies implemented include competency-based curriculum planning, teacher professional development, and periodic evaluation and supervision. The main focus of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of these strategies in developing teaching quality and their impact on the teaching and learning process in the RA. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were several teachers and the principal of RA Nurul Salah Sunyar Karawang. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results showed that the implementation of planned and systematic education management strategies was able to significantly improve teaching quality, with indicators of increased teacher competence, the application of more innovative teaching methods, and increased parent and student satisfaction. This study provides recommendations for further development of managerial strategies to continue developing teaching quality in RA Nurul Falah Sunyar and similar educational institutions.

Abstract

Peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai administrator dalam pengembangan kompetensi guru di Tk Friends Tangerang. Manejemen kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kualitas pendidikan sangat berpengaruh besar terhadap pengembangan guru di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode deskriptif, bertujuan untuk menggambarkan, sifat sesuatu yang tengah berlangsung, pada saat riset dilaksanakan dan memeriksa sebab-sebab dari suatu gejala tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: kepala sekolah Tk Friends Tangerang mampu menjalankan perannya sebagai pimpinan dengan cara mengikutsertakan guru-guru penataran, untuk menambah wawasan para guru; berusaha menggerakan tim evaluasi hasil belajar peserta didik untuk lebih giat bekeja. Kepala sekolah mengakui bahwa profesional guru tidak dilihat dari kualifikasi akademik tetapi juga pada pelatihan dan pengalaman tambahan.

Abstract

This community service program focuses on the implementation and impact of the Al-Miftakh method in enhancing the ability to read religious texts at Garunggung Islamic Boarding School in Karawang Regency. The Al-Miftakh method is a structured approach aimed at improving the reading proficiency of religious texts by providing a systematic and practical framework for learning. The program seeks to enhance the santris' skills in reading classical Islamic texts, enabling them to gain a deeper understanding of both content and context. The community service involved a series of workshops and hands-on training sessions where santri were systematically guided through the Al-Miftakh method. The sessions were followed by assessments to evaluate their progress. The results indicated that the Al-Miftakh method significantly improved reading fluency and comprehension among the participants. Out of 85 students involved in the program, 89% reported an improvement in their skills based on post-training surveys. This program concludes that structured reading methods like the Al-Miftakh method are highly effective in contributing to the educational development of santri in Islamic boarding schools, offering them valuable tools to better understand religious texts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the educational supervision system in shaping student discipline in Raudhatul Athfal (RA).  Supervision in education has an important role in improving the quality of education through evaluation and control of conditions to support the achievement of educational goals. This research examines how the supervision system is implemented in RA Al Fajr to support optimal character building and student discipline. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the type of case study research. While the data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research on the educational supervision system play an important role in shaping student discipline at RA Al Fajr because through good supervision, students can be directed and fostered to comply with applicable regulations. Not only that, supervision is also carried out on the curriculum that has been prepared. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that discipline is very important for personal development, starting from childhood. Teaching discipline involves creating a disciplined environment at home and school. Observations and interviews show the importance of discipline in students and teachers.

Abstract

Abstract. This study looks at how SDIT Al-Ikhlas Cirejag's administration has been working to raise the bar for classroom instruction. Management strategy implementation primarily entails three stages: development, execution, and assessment. During the formulation stage, the principal and teaching staff work together to establish the school's vision and purpose, which centers on Islamic religious education. This will help to maximize the accomplishment of objectives. Establishing regulations, engaging teaching personnel, and providing learning-supporting facilities and infrastructure are all part of implementing a strategy. Training and the GUMELIS learning community are two of the initiatives that have been put in place to try to raise the bar on education quality and teacher competence. The purpose of conducting evaluations is to track progress toward goals, with an emphasis on raising standards in Islamic religious education and academic performance among students. Findings demonstrate that equitable distribution of educational quality, student motivation, learning outcomes, teaching quality, and the use of technology all benefit from wellmanaged educational programs at SDIT Al-Ikhlas Cirejag. Abstrak. Studi ini mengkaji bagaimana administrasi SDIT Al-Ikhlas Cirejag berupaya meningkatkan standar pembelajaran di kelas. Implementasi strategi manajemen terutama mencakup tiga tahap: pengembangan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian. Selama tahap perumusan, kepala sekolah dan staf pengajar bekerja sama untuk menetapkan visi dan tujuan sekolah, yang berpusat pada pendidikan agama Islam. Ini akan membantu memaksimalkan pencapaian tujuan. Menetapkan peraturan, melibatkan tenaga pengajar, dan menyediakan sarana dan prasarana pendukung pembelajaran merupakan bagian dari implementasi strategi. Pelatihan dan komunitas pembelajaran GUMELIS merupakan dua inisiatif yang telah dilakukan untuk mencoba meningkatkan standar kualitas pendidikan dan kompetensi guru. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan evaluasi adalah untuk melacak kemajuan menuju tujuan, dengan penekanan pada peningkatan standar dalam pendidikan agama Islam dan kinerja akademik di kalangan siswa. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa distribusi kualitas pendidikan, motivasi siswa, hasil belajar, kualitas pengajaran, dan penggunaan teknologi yang merata semuanya mendapat manfaat dari program pendidikan yang dikelola dengan baik di SDIT Al-Ikhlas Cirejag.

Abstract

Abstract. The problem that is currently a concern of the teachers is about the students' ability to recite the Qur'an which is decreasing due to a lack of understanding of reading and writing the Qur'an and the laws in it. This happens because most students today are lazy to read and study the Qur'an more deeply. If not told by parents or teachers, they will ignore it. This also happens because students have been addicted to gadgets which are the main trigger for lazy reading. This certainly should not be left unchecked. If left unchecked, it will produce a younger generation that is less intelligent and competent. Lack of literacy will make them not have much knowledge. We as researchers will try to provide recommendations to teachers so that learning to read and write the Qur'an can run optimally. The method used is descriptive qualitative and field interviews in order to get appropriate (valid) results. This research was conducted to utilize existing digital technology for religious purposes. Google Classroom became one of the findings of researchers who felt capable and suitable to help overcome the problems that occurred. In the end, the researcher hopes that through the efforts of implementing this program, it can improve the students' ability to recite the Quran both at school and outside of school so that they can compete in the outside world. Permasalahan yang saat ini menjadi keresahan dari para guru adalah mengenai kemampuan mengaji para siswa yang semakin menurun dikarenakan kurangnya pemahaman mengenai Baca Tulis Al-Qur'an dan hukum-hukum yang ada di dalamnya. Hal itu terjadi dikarenakan kebanyakan siswa pada zaman sekarang yang malas membaca dan mempelajari Al-Qur'an lebih dalam lagi. Jika tidak disuruh oleh orang tua ataupun guru, mereka tidak akan menghiraukannya. Hal ini terjadi juga karena para siswa telah kecanduan gadget yang menjadi pemicu utama malas membaca. Hal ini tentunya tidak boleh dibiarkan begitu saja. Jika dibiarkan, maka akan menghasilkan generasi muda yang kurang cerdas dan berkompeten. Kurangnya literasi akan membuat mereka tidak memiliki banyak ilmu pengetahuan. Kami sebagai peneliti akan mencoba memberikan rekomendasi kepada para guru agar pembelajaran Baca Tulis Al-Qur'an ini dapat berjalan dengan optimal. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dan wawancara lapangan agar mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai (valid). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital yang ada untuk kepentingan keagamaan. Google Classroom menjadi salah satu temuan peneliti yang dirasa mampu dan cocok untuk membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi. Hasil akhirnya, peneliti berharap melalui upaya pelaksanaan program ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengaji para siswa baik di sekolah ataupun di luar sekolah agar dapat bersaing di dunia luar.

Abstract

Doa memiliki peran sentral dalam meningkatkan kualitas ibadah dan kehidupan sehari-hari umat Muslim. Doa bukan hanya sebagai sarana komunikasi dengan Allah SWT, tetapi juga memberikan dampak signifikan dalam memperkuat hubungan spiritual dan mempengaruhi aspek praktis kehidupan seorang Muslim. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran doa dalam meningkatkan kualitas ibadah dan kehidupan sehari-hari umat Muslim. Doa menjadi sumber kekuatan dan ketenangan jiwa dalam menghadapi tekanan dan tantangan hidup. Doa juga mendorong umat Muslim untuk meningkatkan kesadaran spiritual, berintrospeksi diri, dan menghadapi cobaan dengan keyakinan kepada Allah SWT. Jurnal ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi umat Muslim untuk memaksimalkan peran doa dalam kehidupan mereka. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya menghadirkan doa dalam setiap aspek ibadah dan mengintegrasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pemahaman dan keterlibatan yang lebih dalam terhadap doa dapat membantu umat Muslim mencapai kualitas ibadah yang lebih baik dan menghadapi tantangan hidup dengan keyakinan yang teguh kepada Allah SWT.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of human resource management on student learning achievement at SMPN 1 Cikampel. This type of research uses quantitative methos through a correlational approach. The population in this study was 100 tool respondents the measure used is an instrument for collecting quantitative data or statistics. The data analysis technique used is statistical data analysis descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. Based on data analysis techniques, human resource management on student learning achievement is included in teh medium category.
