Abstract

This study used a sample of 30 employees of Raharja College, Cikokol, Tangerang which were taken randomly to test the effect of the quality of human resources, job evaluation, incentives on employee productivity. The survey method with path analysis technique was used to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables with the aim of knowing the direct or indirect effect of a set of independent variables (exogenous) on the dependent variable (endogenous) with data analysis using the smart PLS 3.0 version software. The results show that the quality of human resources has a positive effect on employee productivity with a path coefficient value of 0.145, the quality of human resources has a positive effect on incentives with a path coefficient value of 0.121, incentives have a positive effect on productivity with a path coefficient value of 0.784, while performance evaluation has no positive effect on employee productivity with a path coefficient value of -0.103. It can be said that all the hypotheses in this study only one that does not have a positive effect while the rest have a positive effect. From the results of the data analysis, it can be seen that the quality of human resources directly affects employee productivity at Raharja College. Thus, the hypothesis which states that the quality of HR has a direct effect on employee productivity is accepted.

Abstract

Suicidal tendency among youngsters is one of emerging issue in society.This not only results in loss of life but also has disruptive psychosocial and adverse socio-economic effects. It accounts for 1.4% of all deaths. It is also reported that men die more than women. If we look at male to female ratio regarding suicide death, then it is 1.5 to 1 and is highest in richest countries. Each year, approximately 800,000 people die by suicide worldwide. Fast life style, academic pressure, relationships, drug addiction etc, are major causes of this. This is exacerbated by the presence of new factors that arise as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, which puts new pressures on society, which of course worsens the mental condition of today's society.Governments and NGOs are highly concerned about it. In this paper, we are concerned about the role of technology to prevent it. We will discuss how artificial intelligence can help in keeping the wellbeing of the mental state of human beings. Our focus would be on use of artificial intelligence in predicting and preventing suicide attempt. We will share our perspective on how other techniques excluding AI can help to alleviate this menace.AI based applications are playing a vital role to assist mental health. Our purpose is to study the role of AI in mental health.

Abstract

In the digital era, shifting consumer behaviors and advancing technology ne- cessitate innovative marketing strategies. This study examines how brands leverage on-demand platforms like Gojek and Grab to enhance sales, market reach, and engagement, situated within global digital transformation trends akin to platforms like Uber Eats. Employing a qualitative case study and literature analysis, it identifies strategies grounded in theories such as consumer loyalty and customer value, including location-based promotions (used by 70% of businesses), data-driven personalization, and loyalty programs (adopted by 80%). These approaches improve distribution and create personalized cus- tomer experiences, with reviews and analytics informing decisions. However, challenges like high commission fees and algorithm dependency, particularly for MSMEs, require strategic solutions. Findings highlight that platform col- laborations drive competitive advantage, mirroring global platform economies. This research offers actionable insights for MSMEs and enterprises to design effective digital strategies and recommends exploring platform applications in non F&B sectors for future studies, contributing to digital marketing literature and practice in dynamic markets.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of incentives and work motivation on em- ployee productivity at PT Panelindo Graha Nusantara, a company operating in the electrical panel manufacturing sector. The importance of employee produc- tivity in achieving organizational goals motivates this research, particularly in the context of human resource management strategies. The objective is to analyze both the partial and simultaneous effects of incentives and motivation on sample of 72 employees. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed through classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and determination coefficient analysis using SPSS software. The results indicate that incentives and work motivation both have significant positive effects on employee productivity individually and simultaneously. The partial tests show significance with t-values exceeding the critical t-value, and the simultaneous test reveals a significant F-value well above the threshold. The coefficient of determination suggests that 65.3% of the productivity variance can be explained by these two variables. In conclusion, the findings emphasize the critical role of properly designed incentive systems and motivation strategies in enhancing employee productivity. These insights provide valuable guidance for managers aiming to optimize workforce performance in similar industrial settings

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi parameter genetik beberapa galur jagung generasi S5 hasil selfing dari populasi F2 hasil hibridisasi antara P8IS dengan NK212 dan NK7328, guna mendukung pengembangan varietas jagung unggul tahan kekeringan. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan mengamati karakter agronomis utama, serta menghitung nilai koefisien keragaman genetik (KKG) dan heritabilitas arti luas. Penelitian menggunakan 30 galur S5 dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan dua ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bobot biji kering pipil per tanaman memiliki nilai KKG tertinggi (16,23%) dan masuk dalam kategori keragaman genetik luas, sedangkan karakter lain seperti tinggi tanaman dan diameter tongkol memiliki keragaman sedang. Nilai heritabilitas tertinggi tercatat pada karakter bobot biji pipil (49,55%), sementara karakter seperti bobot tongkol kering panen memiliki heritabilitas rendah (3,64%). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa galur S5 tertentu memiliki potensi genetik tinggi untuk dikembangkan sebagai varietas jagung tahan kekeringan, khususnya melalui seleksi terhadap karakter-karakter dengan heritabilitas sedang hingga tinggi.

Abstract

The partner of the Beginner Community Empowerment Program (PMP) is the ITQ AR-Rahamn Elementary School in Bima City, which is committed to its vision of producing a generation that not only excels in science and technology to increase economic competitiveness but also has noble morals and a strong understanding of religion. Because the school's main focus is on strengthening religious and Qur'anic learning for students, the Principal hopes that students can have social knowledge and skills such as entrepreneurship so that they can have independence in society in the future. Through this grant program (PMP), together with partners, they carry out edupreneurship activities through motivational classes, coaching classes and creative classes as well as mentoring and program evaluation. Based on the evaluation results, it shows that 95.45% are happy with the product design activities with canvas and presenting in front of teachers and friends, 93% know how to prepare a simple business plan and 94% of participants are enthusiastic about becoming kidspreneurs. From the activities carried out by the PMP team, the E-module “Entrepreneurship Inspiration Project”, the E-Module “Successful Entrepreneurship Project”, the E-Module “My Business Mini Plan”, The E-Modul “Edupreneurship” and the “Kidsprenuer” Video were produced.

Abstract

The property and real estate sectors play an important role in supporting a country's economic growth. In Indonesia, this sector shows dynamic development and tends to fluctuate but continues to move forward. The 2019 to 2023 timeframe includes a number of significant events, including the COVID-19 pandemic that had a significant impact on various sectors, including property and real estate. This study aims to empirically examine the influence of capital structure, profitability, and liquidity on company value in issuers in the Property and Real Estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, with a population of 92 companies based on IDX Statistics 2023 data. The sampling technique was carried out purposively, resulting in 58 companies that met the criteria, and multiplied by the 5-year observation period, a total of 290 panel data observations were obtained. Data processing is carried out with the help of EViews software version 13. The results of the t-test showed that the variables of capital structure, profitability, and liquidity did not have a statistically significant influence on the company's value. Furthermore, the results of the F test also showed that simultaneously the three variables did not have a significant influence on the value of companies in the property and real estate sectors during the 2019-2023 period.

Abstract

Perubahan iklim memberikan tekanan besar terhadap sistem pertanian Indonesia, terutama melalui dampaknya pada komunitas mikroba tanah yang berperan penting dalam siklus nutrien, kesehatan tanah, dan ketahanan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak peningkatan suhu, kekeringan El Niño 2023–2024, variabilitas kelembapan, dan peningkatan CO₂ terhadap struktur serta fungsi mikrobioma tanah, sekaligus mengevaluasi peran mikroba indigenus sebagai strategi adaptasi. Kajian dilakukan menggunakan metode systematic literature review (SLR) berbasis PRISMA terhadap 20 artikel unggulan yang memenuhi kriteria kualitas ilmiah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa suhu di atas 32°C menurunkan kolonisasi mikoriza hingga 45%, kekeringan mengurangi keanekaragaman mikroba sebesar 41,7%, dan perubahan pola presipitasi memicu pergeseran komunitas menuju bakteri termotoleran. Namun, aplikasi PGPR, mikoriza arbuskular, Trichoderma, dan konsorsium Bacillus terbukti meningkatkan toleransi tanaman melalui produksi osmoprotektan, aktivasi enzim antioksidan, serta modulasi ekspresi gen stres. Teknologi bioinokulan, agroforestri, dan integrated nutrient management juga dinilai efektif meningkatkan ketahanan mikrobioma tanah, hasil tanaman, dan efisiensi input. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan mikrobioma tanah sebagai strategi kunci dalam memperkuat ketahanan pertanian Indonesia terhadap perubahan iklim.

Abstract

Pertanian lahan kering di Lombok Tengah menghadapi kendala utama berupa keterbatasan air, penurunan kesuburan tanah, dan rendahnya produktivitas. Sistem Pertanian Peternakan Terpadu (SPPT) dipandang sebagai strategi yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi sumber daya dan ketahanan produksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap publikasi tahun 2020–2025 untuk menilai efektivitas SPPT pada agroekosistem lahan kering. Dari 82 artikel yang ditemukan, 24 jurnal memenuhi kriteria dan dianalisis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa SPPT meningkatkan kesuburan tanah melalui pemanfaatan pupuk kandang dan biomassa tanaman, memperbaiki retensi air, serta menurunkan ketergantungan pada input kimia. Secara ekonomi, SPPT mampu menekan biaya pakan dan pemupukan serta meningkatkan diversifikasi pendapatan petani. SPPT juga memperkuat ketahanan sistem produksi terhadap kekeringan melalui peningkatan struktur tanah dan efisiensi nutrisi. Meski demikian, adopsinya masih terkendala keterbatasan air, modal awal, dan kapasitas teknis petani.

Abstract

Deforestasi menjadi masalah lingkungan yang serius di Indonesia, terutama akibat perluasan pertanian dan perkebunan. Agroforestri, sebagai bagian penting dari agroekologi, dinilai mampu menyeimbangkan kebutuhan ekologi dan sosial-ekonomi secara berkelanjutan. Kajian ini menggunakan metode narrative literature review dengan menelaah 36 artikel terbitan 2010–2025 untuk menilai fungsi, manfaat, dan tantangan agroforestri dalam mengendalikan deforestasi. Hasilnya, agroforestri membantu meningkatkan kesuburan tanah, menjaga keanekaragaman hayati, menyerap karbon, dan mengendalikan erosi. Selain itu, sistem ini mendukung diversifikasi pendapatan, ketahanan pangan, dan pembangunan pedesaan. Namun, penerapannya masih terkendala keterampilan teknis yang terbatas, akses pasar yang lemah dibanding komoditas monokultur, insentif ekonomi yang kurang, dan ketidakpastian hak atas lahan. Agroforestri berpotensi besar menekan deforestasi jika didukung koordinasi lintas sektor, insentif ekonomi dan ekologi yang seimbang, serta penguatan kapasitas.
