Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah PSR, ZPR, EDR dan IIvsNII berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan bank muamalat Indonesia dan bank islam Malaysia berhad. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik dokomentasi dengan melakukan studi pustaka berupa jurnal dan penelitian terdahulu serta annual report untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perbankan syariah Indonesia dan perbankan syariah Malaysia tahun 2015-2019 dengan jumlah sampel dua perbankan yaitu bank muamalat indoensia dan bank islam Malaysia berhad. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan nilai signifikan PSR adalah 0.378, ZPR adalah 0.738, EDR adalah 0.361 dan IIvsNII adalah 0.958 dimana nilai tersebut lebih besar dari α = 0.05. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa PSR, ZPR EDR, dan IIvsNII tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan bank muamalat Indonesia dan bank islam Malaysia berhad.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh cashback, flash sale, dan tagline "Gratis Ongkir" terhadap impuls buying generasi "Z" pada platform e-commerce Shopee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan populasi 2.012 mahasiswa aktif Universitas Bina Insan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 95 mahasiswa yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cashback dan flash sale memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap impuls buying generasi "Z", dengan nilai t-statistics masing-masing 4.309 dan 2.503, yang lebih besar dari t-tabel 1.985, serta p-value 0.000 dan 0.012 yang lebih kecil dari 0.05. Sementara itu, tagline "Gratis Ongkir" tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan, dengan t-statistics 0.554 yang lebih kecil dari t-tabel 1.985, dan p-value 0.580 yang lebih besar dari 0.05. Hasil regresi F menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi cashback, flash sale, dan tagline "Gratis Ongkir" memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap impuls buying generasi "Z" dengan nilai F sebesar 941.370 dan p-value 0.000, yang lebih kecil dari 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to reconstruct the discourse of digital-based village financial management based on the concept of raso jo pareso. This study uses primary data obtained from observations and interviews with informants. The research approach used is a qualitative method. The research paradigm consists of data collection procedures, data presentation, data reduction and drawing conclusions/verification. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there has been a shift in cultural values ??manifested in village financial management. The moral degradation that occurs and regulatory pressures that limit the scope of the actors involved in village financial management. Therefore, it is necessary to revitalize the values ??of raso jo pareso in village financial management which are manifested as shared moral values ??based on fear of God and shame and politeness towards fellow human beings. Thus, a village financial management order is created that upholds moral aspects to have an impact on improving the performance of village entities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Internal Control System and HR Competence as determinants of the quality of financial reports. The research approach used is the quantitative method. This study uses primary data obtained from a survey of respondents. The population consists of 129 employees of the Medan City Financial and Regional Asset Management Agency with a sample of 35 people after going through a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis consists of data quality testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that analyzing the Internal Control System and HR Competence partially or simultaneously has a significant effect on the quality of financial reports.

Abstract

Meat from qurban animals that are slaughtered halal and true, safe and common and decent for human consumption, will produce a taste of high quality. Meat may contain chemical residues, microbial contamination, and hazardous elements (hazard) that are harmful and disruptive to human health, so it is said that meat is a potentially hazardous food ingredient (potentially dangerous food = PHF). The purpose of this community service is to sacrifice qurban animals for takmirs of Surabaya City Mosque to provide "asuh" - thoyyiban meat, stress-free and bacterial contamination. The technique of selecting and maintaining qurban livestock is still not understood in accordance with the requirements of religion and animal welfare, thus impacting the absence of qurban animals and animal health, especially for skin diseases and disability, There is still a lack of understanding of the slaughter of qurban cattle to produce halal meat without causing stress, resulting in unhealthy meat quality, based on the color and pH of the meat, still does not understand the hygienes processing technique. So that it has the effect of producing meat that is not thoyyiban and contains contaminating bacteria, it still does not understand environmental sanitation after the slaughter of qurban animals. Training and simulation in the form of lectures on qurban selection techniques, maintenance, health, animal welfare, livestock slaughter, meat processing and distribution techniques, and halal slaughter of qurban animals by practicing directly at the Pegirian Animal Cut House in Surabaya. Participants' knowledge increased sharply after the distribution of materials from informants, during the ante and postmortem examinations, several types of diseases were found but medically harmless to human health, the process of managing and implementing qurban was good in accordance with the requirements of the Director General of Veterinary Public Health, Ministry of Agriculture, the quality of meat produced from the slaughter of qurban animals is quite good, although there are indications that animals experience severe stress before the slaughter, bacterial contamination is still within the threshold limits specified by SNI 3932:2008.

Abstract

The activity "Network Development, Collaboration Between MSMEs in Pematang Serai Village: The Role of Human Resources in Increasing Synergy and Shared Growth" is an initiative that aims to strengthen the relationship between micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) units in Pematang Serai Village. This research explores how network development and collaboration between MSMEs can contribute to synergy and shared growth at the local level. Through a participatory approach, various business actors in Pematang Serai Village engage in training activities, workshops, and discussion sessions to increase their understanding of the benefits of collaboration. In an ever-changing global context, these efforts are directed at building the sustainability and resilience of local economies by optimizing the potential of human resources (HR). The result of this activity is an increase in awareness and collaboration capabilities among MSMEs, encouraging the exchange of knowledge and resources, and stimulating sustainable business growth. Through strong partnerships between MSMEs, it is hoped that Pematang Serai Village can better face future challenges and opportunities, and have a positive impact on the local economy and the community as a whole.

Abstract

Prevalensi anemia masih cukup tinggi di Indonesia. Salah satu penyebab anemia adalah kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai anemia. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan tingkat pengetahuan mengenai anemia pada kelompok Tim Penggerak PKK, serta berkontribusi dalam pencegahan anemia di Kalurahan Ngargosari, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada kelompok Tim Penggerak PKK Kalurahan Ngargosari Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. Kegiatan dilakukan berupa pendidikan kesehatan mengenai anemia dengan media edukasi poster. Sebelum pendidikan kesehatan dilakukan pretest dan sesudah pendidikan kesehatan dilakukan postest. Hasil program pengabdian kepada masyarakat didapatkan terdapat peningkatan rata-rata tingkat pengetahuan sebelum (77,50) dan sesudah (95,00). Berdasarkan hasil uji t Berpasangan (Paired Sample t-Test) bahwa edukasi yang dilakukan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil posttest dan efektif meningkatkan tingkat pengetahuan mengenai anemia.

Abstract

The low level of financial literacy and inclusion of Indonesian society, especially among parents with lower-middle educational and economic backgrounds, is a challenge in managing family finances. This condition influence parents' ability to meet children's educational needs and build long-term family welfare. This community service activity aims to strengthen the capacity of family financial management and investment through education and training for parents/guardians of students at AUM Sekolah Majelis Dikdasmen PNF Gresik. The method used is Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) which emphasizes active community participation from the planning, implementation to evaluation stages. The activity was carried out through an interactive seminar discussing three main topics: financial planning, budget management, and family investment. The results of the activity showed that out of 81 targeted participants, 20 parents attended and showed active participation. The training material was considered very relevant and applicable. The participants expressed an increase in understanding and high interest in more systematic family financial management, including the desire to continue advanced training related to investment and the use of digital budgeting tools. This activity shows that community-based educational interventions are able to increase parents' awareness and capacity in managing family finances wisely, so that they are worthy of being replicated in other communities with local adjustments.

Abstract

This paper presents the experimental results of leakage current testing on nanosilica (nSiO₂)-filled room-temperature vulcanized (RTV) silicone rubber (SiR) coatings for outdoor insulators. Nanosilica composition is prepared based on the optimization results of surface hydrophobicity, surface resistivity, and relative permittivity of the RTV SiR matrix with varying nSiO2 contents. The study found that the insulator with a 4 wt.% nSiO₂-filled RTV SiR coating had the highest surface resistivity, better hydrophobicity, and higher permittivity compared to the unfilled RTV SiR coating. Leakage current tests are performed under several conditions (dry, clean fog, and salt fog) to evaluate the insulation characteristics of the modified RTV SiR coating applied on an actual high-voltage insulator. The results indicate that the 4 wt.% nSiO2-filled RTV SiR-coated insulator significantly reduces the leakage current magnitude and Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) when compared to that of the uncoated as well as to that of unfilled RTV SiR-coated insulators. Under all fog conditions, the 4 wt.% nSiO2-filled RTV SiR-coated insulator with a polluted surface showed the smallest leakage current THD percentage of all insulator samples. Additionally, the cross product of the leakage current magnitude and THD is also calculated to determine the condition of the insulator. The cross-product results show that the 4 wt.% nSiO₂-filled RTV SiR-coated insulator is more effective at reducing it under dry conditions, with a reduction range of 68%–81% compared to the uncoated isolator and 70%–77% compared to the unfilled RTV SiR-coated isolator. This study shows the effectiveness of RTV silicone rubber coating material with nSiO2 filler particles in reducing the magnitude of leakage current and harmonics in polluted environments.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah : Pertama, untuk mengetahui kisah Nabi Musa a.s dan Khidir di dalam Al-Qur’an. Kedua, untuk mengetahui analisis israiliyyat dalam QS. al-Kahfi [18] : 60-82 dalam kitab tafsir at-Tahrir wa at-Tanwir. Ketiga, untuk mengetahui cara menyikapi penafsiran cerita Nabi Musa a.s dan Khidir yang terdapat unsur israiliyyat dalam menafsirkan Al-Qur’an. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori ad-Dakhil, israiliyyat, asbab an-nuzul, dan periwayatan. Penelitian yang digunakan merupakan riset kepustakaan (library research), dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Al-Qur’an dan kitab tafsir at-Tahrir wa at-Tanwir sebagai sumber data primer dan buku yang berkaitan dengan pembahasan ini sebagai sumber data sekunder. Hasil penelitian dapat di diketahui bahwa di dalam kitab tafsir at-Tahrir wa at-Tanwir karya Ibnu ‘Asyur terdapat israiliyyat pada kisah yang menceritakan perjalanan Nabi Musa a.s ketika berguru kepada Khidir.
