Abstract

The efficiency of a PDF-to-auto print sticker can be achieved by using a bar-code program application that offers a more accurate and efficient solution in printing PDF data on labels that allows for accurate, efficient labelling and indication of important information, such as the date and time of preparation and usage, to ensure that the data is not wrong when it reaches the customer.By using a barcode program application such as a sticker/template label, operators can deliver services faster, as well as back offices can track valuable assets and improve process efficiency. Printers, for example, have a wide range of advanced functions and performance in durable and space-saving designs. Thus, the efficiency of PDF-to-auto printing sticker can be achieved by using a barcode application that offers a more accurate and efficient solution in printing PDF data on labels, as well as a thermal transfer printer that has advanced performance and space-saving. Automation in Indonesian can be understood as the use of technology to perform work automatically, without much human intervention. Keywords: Efficiency, Automatic.Auto

Abstract

A door is a medium that is used as a way to enter or exit a room. To make a job easier, an effective and efficient tool is needed. Conventional doors usually consist of a lock housing and a lock saddle to open them. Generally , in offices, doors can be made more practical. The door will automatically open if there is a stimulus (physical energy ) that moves it. For example, when someone wants to enter the room, the door will automatically open. Doors like this can be designed using automatic controls. This automatic door system can be designed using automatic control combined with sensors and motors. In terms of input equipment, a PIR (Passive Infrared) sensor is used that can detect the presence of a human approaching the door. This PIR sensor will send a signal to the control system unit . The controller will send the processing data to the motor so that it can open the door and close automatically. Keywords: Detection, Passive Infrared Sensor , Automatic Door

Abstract

The research results showed that the cleanliness aspect of the laboratory room received the highest level of satisfaction with 15.4% of respondents very satisfied and 48.7% satisfied. However, there was dissatisfaction with the lighting aspect with 2.6% of respondents dissatisfied and 4.9% very dissatisfied. The appearance and neatness of laboratory staff received the highest rating of very satisfied at 20.5%, while the response or speed of service and ease of communication access received several ratings of very dissatisfaction. In the aspect of equipment and materials, ease of use and the ability of tools and materials to help with work obtained the highest level of satisfaction with 12.8% of respondents being very satisfied. Overall, the user satisfaction level of the UNIMAR Industrial Engineering laboratory is quite satisfactory. The results of this research can provide input for laboratory managers to improve service quality, especially in the aspects of lighting and completeness of tools and materials, as well as speed and ease of access to communication with laboratory staff. It is hoped that these findings can support continuous improvement efforts in laboratory services to improve student learning experiences and academic achievements in the Industrial Engineering study program. Keywords: Student Satisfaction, Laboratory Services, SERVQUAL, Industrial Engineering

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of students in the Industrial Engineering Undergraduate Study Program at XYZ University with the services they receive, using the Service Quality (ServQual) framework. Student satisfaction is measured based on five dimensions of service quality, (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empahty). The research method used is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to students. The results of the analysis show that students consider the aspect of reliability in academic services important, followed by responsibility, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence. This research provides input for university management to improve the quality of academic services, so that it can increase student satisfaction and support the smooth teaching and learning process in the campus environment. Keywords: Analysis of student satisfaction, service quality, expectations

Abstract

This journal discusses the analysis of fructose inventory control at PT. API. The aim of this research is to optimize fructose supplies at PT. API by using appropriate inventory control methods. The data used in this research is data on daily fructose consumption at PT. API during the period May 2023 to May 2024. The methods used in this research are descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to describe fructose consumption data, while statistical analysis is used to determine appropriate inventory control methods. The research results show that the fructose supply at PT. The API is not well controlled. This is indicated by high fluctuations in fructose use and suboptimal supply levels. Keywords: Fruktose, Inventory control, Safety stock
