The objective of this research is to analyse the correlation between organizational culture and pedagogic competence with innovation of civil servant teachers. The design of this study was survey and correlational approach. The research applies survey method to collect the data and correlational approach, the research that is designed to get the information about the correlation between variabel in the population. The population in this research is all civil servant teachers in state elementary school se-gugus 6 Pancoranmas district, Depok city totally 120 teachers. This research applied proportional random sampling design which determine a sample taken from a representative of each of the existing schools in the population whose numbers were adjusted by the amount of each allocation formula, using proportional random sampling using the formula with the total sample slovin as many as 93 teachers. The research revealed that there is positive and highly significant relationship between the organizational culture with teachers innovation. INFORMATION LITERATION AND INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION STRENGTHENNING EFFORTS TO IMPROVE TEACHING EFFECTIVENESSThis study was intended to find strategic and method to increase teaching effectiveness through information literation and interpersonal variables. The study utilyzed a correlational approach and SITOREM analysis which consist of two independent variables, they were information literacy and interpersonal communication, and one dependent variable that was teaching effectiveness. This research was conducted at a private vocational school in Rancabungur District in 2021. The population in the research was 155 teachers and 112 samples were selected using proportional random sampling. The method used in this study was a survey and data analysis techniques, with statistical tests of correlation and simple liniear regression and multiple linear. The results were as follow; firstly, there was a significant positive relationship between literation information (X1) and Teaching Effectiveness (Y) variables where correlation coefficient ry1 = 0,494 and determination coefficient r2 = 0,244. Secondly, There was a significant positive relationship between Interpersonal communication variable (X2) with Learning Activity (Y), where the correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.788 and determination coefficient r2 = 0.620. Thirdly, there was a significant positive relation  between Literation Information (X1) and  Interpersonal Communication variable altogether compare with Learning Effectiveness (Y) which was pointed as correlation Coefficient ry12 = 0.825 and also Determination Coefficient r2y12 = 0.681. Based on those findings, it could be concluded that Learning Effectiveness could be risen up by strengthening Information Literation and Interpersonal Communication.

The teachers creativity is a behavior that shows acceptance and implementation of performance changes either in the form of ideas, processes or products that have added values to achieve the goals of quality education. This study is a correlation research consisting of two independent variables and one dependent variable, namely the teachers professional commpetence and achievement motivation with teachers working creativity. This research was carried out in 20 of State Elementary School in North Telukjambe Region of Karawang district in west java with total population are 198 state teacher, using survey method. The total sample are 133. The sampling technique is the proportional random sampling. The data were analyzed using correlational and simple linier regressional statistical technique. The hypothesis were tested at the 0.05 significance level. The research result shows that 1) there is positive correlation between a teachers professional commpetence (X1) with teachers creativity (Y) with an rx1y = 0.417 with regression equation ? = 133.5 + 1.186 X1, 2) there is positive correlation between teachers creativity (X2) with teachers working creativity with an rx2y = 0.456 with regression equation ? = 51.91+ 0.753X2, 3) there is positive correlation between a teachers professional commpetence and achievement motivation together with teachers creativity with an rx1x2y = 0.554 with regression equation ? = 49.420 + 0.919X1 + 0.620X2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka meningkatkan komitmen organisasi Widyaiswara KLHK melalui kajian terhadap hubungannya dengan budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 133 widyaiswara yang sedang bertugas aktif di Lembaga Diklat Lingkup Kementerian LHK, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang, yang penentuannya menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan toleransi kesalahan sebesar 5%. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen dalam bentuk kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga hubungan yang positif dan signikan. Pertama, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi Widyaiswara KLHK dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,779. Kedua, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi Widyaiswara KLHK dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,640. Ketiga, terdapat huhungan yang positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama dengan komitmen organisasi Widyaiswara KLHK dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,802. CHARACTER EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT AT SCHOOL OF UNIVERSE BOGOROne of the facts of the problem in our country recently is the large number of unemployed, due to lack of employment. Based on CNBC Indonesia's news source, October 30, 2019 the Indonesian (society) prefers to become an online motorcycle or taxi driver because of the gap in applying for another job. People who already got a job often become an online motorcycle or taxi drivers for additional income. To overcome these various problems of education, this people need an educational method which is most effective in character building. Nowadays, there are many educational experts in some regions in Indonesia managing to develop educational institutions which are certainly unique and able to stimulate student character formation. Entrepreneurship is one of the educational characters which can be the point of economic movement of the nation. Entrepreneurship is needed for the progress of the nation's economy, because by entrepreneurship the nation will be able to build up an individual independency attitude. It is aimed to reducing the sense of the dependent on others, thus providing a great opportunity to create jobs and reduce unemployment. The School of Universe (SoU) to combining some methods that should be carried out by a school that requaring his pupil progression by using the concept of nature and directing students to their interests and talents. In this case, SoU focuses students on entrepreneurship development with a number of views on some world prominent business and also supported by technology facilities. By these programs, Indonesia is expected to get a generation that will be able to create jobs so as to reduce the number of unemployement.  It is also expected to be a new breakthrough idea of Indonesia to organize a better education system. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara budaya sekolah dan kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan kreativitas guru secara sendiri-sendiri dan secara bersama-sama. Penelitian kuantitatif ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan korelasional yang terdiri atas dua variabel bebas, yaitu budaya sekolah dan kompetensi pedagogik serta kreativitas guru sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri di Kecamatan Cileungsi Kabupaten Bogor pada tahun 2017. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 152 orang guru PNS yang diambil secara proportional random sampling dari populasi sebanyak 245 guru SDN. Temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara budaya sekolah dengan kreativitas guru, terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan kreativitas guru dan Terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara budaya sekolah dan kompetensi pedagogik guru secara bersamasama dengan kreativitas guru. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu kreativitas guru dapat ditingkatkan dengan budaya sekolah dan kompetensi pedagogik guru secara sendiri-sendiri dan secara bersama-sama. EVALUATION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAMS USING ANDROID-BASED APPLICATIONS IN THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIAThis study is intended to find out of how to develop Evaluation Development Program for Archival Education and Training Based on Android System. This research was conducted on the Nation Archive of Republic Indonesia. The research method used in this research was R D and the instrument of the study was a questionnaire distributed to participants in archival education and training. The results showed that in developing program following the 3-D model. The 3-D model consists of 3 stages: define, design and develop. In the first stage (defining), it was found that the evaluation carried out was still utilizing paper media. It did not support the implementation of e-Government systems. The second step (design) was started from making the design, and continued with validating the product to the  team experts. The third step was development. This last stage was carried out by a small scale of trial which was participated with 47 participants. In the small-scale of trial phase was to detect the shortcomings of the product development and further development products would be fixed and be ready for large-scale trials. The large-scale of trial was attended by 95 participants. The aims of this research are to find out : the effect difference between implementation of cooperative learning model's Group Investigation and type, and Guided Inquiry model's to Increase Biology Literacy , and the effect interaction between implementation of cooperative learning model's and student's on the learning motivation to Increase Biology Literacy. The research was in the Senior High School in the Rancabungur District academic year 2016/2017. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method with a two factorial design. The population of the research is students at the twelth grade Senior High School in the Rancabungur District. The samples of research consist of 80 students. Instruments used for collecting data are achievement test of Biology and the questionnaires of study motivation. To get appropriate and accuracy of the Biology achievement test Technique of t test with significance level of = 0.05. The result of the research are as follows : there is a significant difference in effect of implementation of cooperative learning Group Investigation (GI) and type, and Guided Inquiry model's on Increase Biology Literacy (F h Ft , 0.05 = 2.58 1.99). The questionnaire results showed that students and teacher responded positively to the Group Investigation and Group Inquiry Learning Model. Based on those findings, the research concludes that learning achievement of Biology can be increased throught learning models and improving the student's achievement motivation. The improving of learning quality is able to be achieved through the use of cooperative learning model's Group Investigation and type, and Guided Inquiry model's and by pay attention to the student's Increase Biology Literacy.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif-eksperimen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh  model problem posing dan problem solving dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran materi sistem ekskresi . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Cigudeg tahun akademik 2016/2017. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan teknik sampel acak. Sampel untuk kelas eksperimen adalah XI IPA-4 yang diberikan perlakuan model pembelajaran  Problem Posing dengan jumlah 39 orang siswa dan XI IPA-5 diberikan perlakuan dengan model Problem Solving dengan jumlah 38 orang siswa. Rata-rata n-gain  untuk kelas problem posing adalah 68 dan kelas problem solving adalah 64.  Berdasarkan hasil uji t pada taraf signifikansi ɑ = 0,05 diperoleh thitung 2,74 sedangkan ttabel 1,99 sehingga diperoleh thitung   ttabel, dengan demikian hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan model problem posing dan problem solving dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Hasil kemampuan berpikir kritis kelompok problem posing lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok kelas problem solving. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis, Problem Posing, Problem Solving.

The objectives of the research is to find the correlation between the knowledge of ecosystem  and environmental ethics with students participation in environmental hygiene.  The research was conducted at the Junior High School in District Telanaipura, Jambi City, with a sample of 107 students were taken by proportional random sampling. The research used survey method and data analysis technique using the correlation and simple linier regression statistic test, the hypothesis test was conducted on a 0.05 and 0.01significance level. The research produced three main conclusion i.e. First, there is a significant positive correlation between the knowledge of the ecosystem (X1) with hygienic behavior (Y)coefficient ry1 = 0.777 and regression equation Ŷ = 28.794 + 0.730 X1. Secondly, there is a significant positive correlation between Environmental Ethics (X2) with hygienic behavior (Y) with ry2 correlation coefficient = 0.790, the regression equation Y = 21.250 + 0.745 X2. Thirdly, there is a significant positive correlation between knowledge about the ecosystem (X1) and Environmental Ethics (X2) together with hygienic behavior (Y) with ry.12 correlation coefficient = 0.790 and the regression equation Y = 19.522 + 0.284 X1 + 0.477 X2. Based on the results of this study concluded that a hygiene life behavior can be improved through knowledge about the ecosystem and environmental ethics
