The teaching and learning process certainly requires interesting media and does not tend to be boring. For this reason, it is necessary to use media that can attract students' interest by using electronic pocket book media. This study aims to determine the quality of electronic pocket books and determine the effectiveness of electronic pocket book media. This development research uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The analysis stage is an analysis of the needs of students. The design stage is the making of an electronic pocket book media design. The Development stage is an assessment of the feasibility of experts, namely material experts, media experts and teachers at SMA PGRI 1 Bogor. The Implementation stage is an assessment of the feasibility of the media and the Evaluation stage is a measurement of development achievement. The results showed the feasibility level of electronic pocketbook media, according to material experts, electronic pocketbooks were included in the appropriate category, while according to high school biology teachers and students, electronic pocketbooks were included in the very feasible category. The results of the analysis of student learning motivation before and after using the media were obtained, this showed a significant difference between before and after using the media, so it can be concluded that the electronic pocket book learning media can increase students' learning motivation.

This study aims to increase teacher creativity. The approach applied is a correlational approach and SITOREM analysis. The implementation of this research was carried out at public elementary schools in Cibungbulang District. With a population of 166 teachers and a sample of 117 teachers, this sample was selected using the proportional random sampling method. Furthermore, the methods used in this research are survey methods and data analysis techniques, with correlation tests and simple linear and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the research that has been carried out the show: 1. there is a significant positive relationship between the variables Achievement Motivation (X1) and Teacher Creativity (Y) with ry1 = 0.714. 2. There is a significant positive relationship between Information Literacy (X2) and Teacher Creativity (Y) variables with ry2 = 0.529. 3. there is a positive and significant relationship between the variable Achievement Motivation (X1) and Information Literacy (X2) together with Teacher Creativity (Y) with ry12 = 0.723. Improving Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through Strengthening Charismatic Leadership and Spiritual IntelligenceThe purpose of this study was to find the ways to improve teachers organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through analysis on the strength of the relationship between charismatic leadership, spiritual intelligence, and teacher OCB, either individually or together. This research was conducted at private Islamic elementary schools in East Telukjambe sub-district, Karawang regency, involving 104 teachers of permanent foundation teachers. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with correlation analysis. The instruments used for data collection consisted of teacher OCB, charismatic leadership, and teacher spiritual intelligence. The result of the study; 1) there was a positive relationship between Charismatic Leadership and OCB Teachers (ry1 = 0.696, 0.01), 2) there was a positive relationship between teacher spiritual intelligence and OCB teachers (ry2 = 0.710, 0.01), 3) there was a positive and very significant relationship between Charismatic Leadership and Spiritual Intelligence together with OCB (ry12 = 0.775, 0.01). Pembelajaran Biologi abad 21 memerlukan berbagai inovasi terkait dengan pembelajaran berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis video 3D hologram materi sistem imun sehingga menjadi media pembelajaran biologi bagi siswa SMA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D), dengan objek penelitian merupakan video 3D hologram dengan materi sistem imun dan subjek penelitian terdiri dari 2 dosen ahli media, 2 dosen ahli materi dan 10 guru biologi yang dilaksanakan dari bulan Januari hingga September 2020. Prosedur penelitian ini menggunakan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Dissiminate). Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media video 3D hologram materi sistem imun tergolong pada kategori sangat layak. Hal ini didasarkan pada persentase rata-rata dari ahli media 88%, ahli materi 94,67% dan guru 87,80%. media video 3D hologram mendapat respon positif dari guru biologi dan diharapkan dapat menjadi media untuk siswa SMA. Video 3D hologram ini memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan HOTS dikarenakan berisi berbagai konten yang menjadikan siswa lebih terlatih dalam melakukan analisis, evaluasi, dan menciptakan solusi permasalahan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah video 3D yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan pada pembelajaran biologi dan berpotensi meningkatkan HOTS.

IMPROVING LEARNING EFFECTIVENESS WITH STRENGTHENING SCHOOL ACADEMIC ATMOSPHERE, AND TEACHER KNOWLEDGE ABOUT 2013 CURRICULUMThis study aimed to determine how the learning effectiveness can be improved by examining the relationship between, 1) a school climate by learning effectiveness, 2) knowledge of the teachers about the curriculum 2013 with the effectiveness of learning, 3) the climate of the school and the teacher's knowledge of curriculum 2013 together with the effectiveness of learning. This study used a survey method with the correlational approach undertaken in servant teachers at SMAN Sukabumi. The population in this study amounted to 254 with a sample of 155 people. The collection of data for each variable studied was using questionnaires and tests. The statistical analysis was using regression correlation and partial correlation. The result produced three conclusions: firstly, there was a positive relationship between school climate by learning effectiveness. Secondly, there was a positive relationship between teachers' knowledge of curriculum 2013 with the effectiveness of learning. Thirdly, there was a positive relationship between school climate and teacher's knowledge of the curriculum 2013 together with the effectiveness of learning.

EVALUATION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAMS USING ANDROID-BASED APPLICATIONS IN THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIAThis study is intended to find out of how to develop Evaluation Development Program for Archival Education and Training Based on Android System. This research was conducted on the Nation Archive of Republic Indonesia. The research method used in this research was R D and the instrument of the study was a questionnaire distributed to participants in archival education and training. The results showed that in developing program following the 3-D model. The 3-D model consists of 3 stages: define, design and develop. In the first stage (defining), it was found that the evaluation carried out was still utilizing paper media. It did not support the implementation of e-Government systems. The second step (design) was started from making the design, and continued with validating the product to the  team experts. The third step was development. This last stage was carried out by a small scale of trial which was participated with 47 participants. In the small-scale of trial phase was to detect the shortcomings of the product development and further development products would be fixed and be ready for large-scale trials. The large-scale of trial was attended by 95 participants. INCREASING TEACHER INNOVATION THROUGH STRENGTHENING INFORMATION LITERACY AND SELF-EFFICIENCYTeacher innovation is closely related with new knowledge, methods and strategies as well as learning service. Those aspects are very important to support the achievement of national education as well. This study aimed to find out that there was a relationship between teacher innovation increase with information literacy and self-efficacy strength. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach using correlation analysis and SITOREM analysis. The research was carried out in 7 public high schools around Cibinong, Bogor Regency. The population of the study was 178 civil servant teachers. The results of the study as the following conclusions: 1) there was a positive and significant relationship between information literacy and teacher innovation (ry1 = 0.662), 2) there was a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and teacher innovation (ry2 = 0.643), 3) there was a positive relationship between information literacy and self-efficacy together with teacher innovation (ry12 = 0.801). The efforts that need to be improved in order to increase teacher innovation are; 1). utilization of information to solve problems, 2) introduction of required information, 3) commitment to goals, 4) creating new ideas in learning, 5) optimizing learning services, 6) developing ICT, 7) improving/renewing ideas in learning.

CHARACTER EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT AT SCHOOL OF UNIVERSE BOGOROne of the facts of the problem in our country recently is the large number of unemployed, due to lack of employment. Based on CNBC Indonesia's news source, October 30, 2019 the Indonesian (society) prefers to become an online motorcycle or taxi driver because of the gap in applying for another job. People who already got a job often become an online motorcycle or taxi drivers for additional income. To overcome these various problems of education, this people need an educational method which is most effective in character building. Nowadays, there are many educational experts in some regions in Indonesia managing to develop educational institutions which are certainly unique and able to stimulate student character formation. Entrepreneurship is one of the educational characters which can be the point of economic movement of the nation. Entrepreneurship is needed for the progress of the nation's economy, because by entrepreneurship the nation will be able to build up an individual independency attitude. It is aimed to reducing the sense of the dependent on others, thus providing a great opportunity to create jobs and reduce unemployment. The School of Universe (SoU) to combining some methods that should be carried out by a school that requaring his pupil progression by using the concept of nature and directing students to their interests and talents. In this case, SoU focuses students on entrepreneurship development with a number of views on some world prominent business and also supported by technology facilities. By these programs, Indonesia is expected to get a generation that will be able to create jobs so as to reduce the number of unemployement.  It is also expected to be a new breakthrough idea of Indonesia to organize a better education system. INFORMATION LITERATION AND INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION STRENGTHENNING EFFORTS TO IMPROVE TEACHING EFFECTIVENESSThis study was intended to find strategic and method to increase teaching effectiveness through information literation and interpersonal variables. The study utilyzed a correlational approach and SITOREM analysis which consist of two independent variables, they were information literacy and interpersonal communication, and one dependent variable that was teaching effectiveness. This research was conducted at a private vocational school in Rancabungur District in 2021. The population in the research was 155 teachers and 112 samples were selected using proportional random sampling. The method used in this study was a survey and data analysis techniques, with statistical tests of correlation and simple liniear regression and multiple linear. The results were as follow; firstly, there was a significant positive relationship between literation information (X1) and Teaching Effectiveness (Y) variables where correlation coefficient ry1 = 0,494 and determination coefficient r2 = 0,244. Secondly, There was a significant positive relationship between Interpersonal communication variable (X2) with Learning Activity (Y), where the correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.788 and determination coefficient r2 = 0.620. Thirdly, there was a significant positive relation  between Literation Information (X1) and  Interpersonal Communication variable altogether compare with Learning Effectiveness (Y) which was pointed as correlation Coefficient ry12 = 0.825 and also Determination Coefficient r2y12 = 0.681. Based on those findings, it could be concluded that Learning Effectiveness could be risen up by strengthening Information Literation and Interpersonal Communication.

Teachers must implement and improve innovative work behavior to maintain educational professional development and school organization. This study aims to analyze the influence of a proactive personality on teachers' innovative work behavior by considering the mediating role of knowledge sharing. The method used in this research was a quantitative survey. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 194 private elementary school teachers and analyzed using a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, a Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) technique. The result shows that proactive personality and knowledge sharing significantly influence innovative work behavior. A proactive personality also has a significant influence on knowledge sharing. And the important finding of this research is knowledge sharing as a mediator of proactive personality to innovative work behavior. Thus, the study's findings can be used to develop a strategy to increase teachers' innovative behavior in schools by creating teacher knowledge-sharing activities and enhancing their proactive personality traits.
