Abstract

MSMEs, resilient and resistant to the economic crisis, can absorb labour, thereby reducing unemployment. Therefore, activities for MSMEs are needed to develop their business in a better direction. Tlogo Hamlet business actors still need to pay more attention to recording reports; there is no separation between personal money and business money, and lack of knowledge about the benefits of recording simple financial statements. The purpose of implementing community service activities in Education Report Recording for MSMEs in Tlogo Hamlet, Sutopati Kajoran Village, is to provide education and assistance to MSMEs related to recording financial statements, how to record and their benefits for businesses. Assisting MSMEs in implementing bookkeeping in their daily activities. The PAR (Participatory Action Research) method is the method of implementing this community service. To solve existing problems, the activities carried out consist of investigations, actions, and reflections. Inquiry is the stage where the team searches for problems and needs, which can obtain the main problems and programs needed. Action is the stage carried out to carry out the program, which consists of two activities: forming partnerships and implementing activities needed by partners. Partners in implementing this service consist of MSMEs actors, women farmer groups, and PKK groups. The reflection stage is the stage that shows the results of activities and reviews activities that have been carried out. The results of the community's implementation and research are aware of the benefits, understanding and increased knowledge about the importance of recording simple financial statements for business actors. This service activity implies that MSMEs actors, especially in Tlogo Hamlet, Sutopati Kajoran Village, can understand good ways of entrepreneurship through financial records to make it easier for them to develop achievements and know progress through cash inflow and outflow transaction activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about the strategy carried out by the wasp honey shop mr. ipin to provide customer trust and satisfaction with qualitative methods with SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is an assessment of the situation, in determining conditions categorized as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities or threats. The results showed that the word of mouth marketing strategy carried out had a major influence on consumer trust and consumers were satisfied with the experience and quality of honey obtained. Abstract

Gunung Andong terletak di Kabupaten Magelang yang populer di kalangan remaja, dewasa, anak-anak bahkan usia lanjut. Karena Gunung Andong memiliki trek yang mudah khususnya bagi pendaki pemula dan memiliki daya tarik sendiri sebagai gunung yang tidak terlalu tinggi. Tujuan dari Penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi daya tarik wisata Gunung Andong dalam meningkatan pendapatan penduduk Desa Sawit. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dengan Grounded Theory guna mengetahui fenomena dan minat kunjungan wisatawan ke Gunung Andong. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi di Gunung Andong dan wawancara kepada pihak pengelola, para pedagang dan beberapa wisatawan secara random. Analisis data pada penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian bahwa Gunung Andong memiliki daya tarik wisata tersendiri yaitu adanya makam dan warung di puncak, gunung yang hanya memiliki ketinggian 1726 mdpl namum memiliki pemandangan gunung-gunung eksotik, pemandangan sunrise dengan lautan awan yang menawan. Dengan adanya daya tarik wisata alam, Gunung Andong sangat populer sehingga banyak wisatawan yang datang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan Gunung Andong memiliki daya tarik yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan penduduk Desa Sawit dengan banyaknya wisatawan yang berkunjung ditinjau dari Maqashid Syariah. Kata Kunci: Gunung Andong, Daya Tarik, dan Maqashid Syariah

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts made by managers in developing the Lintang Waterpark Tempuran Hot Spring Tourism Object to increase the number of tourist visits. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study are managers, employees and the surrounding community who will later provide data on tourism development. While the object of this research is the promotion, management, strengths and weaknesses of the Lintang Waterpark Tempuran Hot Spring Tourism Object affecting the economic progress of the people in the area because it opens up job opportunities for the surrounding community starting from employees, traders, to the land used for parking. Of course this is very helpful for the community in improving the family economy. With relatively cheap prices and easily accessible locations, it affects the number of tourist visits. The Lintang Waterpark Tempuran Hot Springs Tourism Object has strengths and weaknesses, namely the strengths of the Tempuran Lintang Hot Springs Tourism Object include the pool design which is suitable for all ages ranging from children, adolescents, to adults. Meanwhile, the weakness of the Lintang Waterpark Tempuran Hot Spring Tourism Object is the access road to the location is damaged. Keywords : Management, Hot Springs, Maqasid Syariah, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

The use of the internet is currently growing rapidly, making the exchange of information even easier and faster, this is what makes people tend to prefer using the internet for long-distance communication. Social media has many benefits in everyday life, including in the field of business, social media as a means of marketing or promotion of a product so that it can be reached by many consumers, plus this Pandemic period where the government recommends reducing people's activities outside the home so that prevent the spread of Covid-19. Product marketing through social media is very easy and is currently an alternative that people are interested in. The research objective is to find out the use of social media as a means of marketing student businesses in Magelang. Maqasid sharia has the goal of achieving mutual benefit and preventing harm. So that maqasid sharia has policy problems in the field of Islamic economics. In this study using a type of qualitative research by interviewing five business actors run by students in Magelang Regency. The data in this study used primary data, which was conducted by interviewing, documenting and direct observation of business actors.

Abstract

One alternative that is expected to overcome the problem of poverty is the active participation of the community in developing cash waqf or management of productive waqf. If the potential of this waqf can be coordinated and managed properly, then this can provide an alternative contribution to the positive solution to the problem of poverty. However, the potential of waqf cannot be utilized optimally because of obstacles. This study is qualitative research that uses descriptive exploratory research designs. The data collection techniques used are conducting interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive qualitative analysis. The use of the analytical method is in accordance with the type of data produced, namely qualitative data in the form of interviews and documentation, regarding what are the obstacles in the management of productive waqf. After the research was carried out, the results found that the obstacles in the management of the first productive endowments were HR or Nazhir factors. Employment as Nazhir was a side job, so work as Nazhir was carried out if there was free time. Both the allotment property or waqf pledges. In general, wakif, when carrying out waqf pledges, immediately mentions the allocation of waqf assets. Third, the socialization has not been maximized. Fourth is financial or fund factors because managing waqf assets requires no small amount of funds.

Abstract

Public speaking or public speaking skills are one of the most essential language skills to master, including for junior high school level students. This is because speaking skills are beneficial for expressing oneself, such as conveying thoughts and ideas according to the goals you want to achieve. However, many students still need good public speaking, including students at Mts Walisongo 2. Community service activities are carried out at Mts Walisongo 2 in Sukomakmur Village, Kajoran District, using the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The service team used the drill learning method to improve students' public speaking skills in carrying out the activities. This mentoring was implemented successfully and significantly impacted the public speaking skills of Mts Walisongo 2 students.

Abstract

The Dominant Logic Perspective is a marketing strategy. The dominant perspective of Logic consists of 8 aspects, namely operating means, resource acquisition, services and experiences, value plans, dialogue, value creation networks, and marketing cooperation. This study examines the extent to which the Magelang Vertical Rafting Rafting Tour is implemented in a marketing perspective based on the service concept to determine the marketing strategy used by the company. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach method. The results of this study indicate that the Magelang Vertical Rafting Rafting Tour implements the concept of service dominant logic in 8 existing aspects according to the principles of Maqashid Syariah. Only, of course, there is 1 aspect that has not been maximized, namely the aspect of Operational Resources, so a strategy is needed to increase the number of employees to help expedite the operation of services. Abstract

Regional development in rural areas is required to play a more intensive role in catching up with other regions in Indonesia and face global competition. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an essential role in development in Indonesia. One of the MSMEs that produce many agricultural products is in Tlogo Hamlet, Sutopati Village. The resulting product is processed agriculture, which has been innovated into various types of ready-to-sell food and beverages that are still conventional in their daily marketing. The era of information technology continues to multiply, and people must be aware of technological developments supporting their businesses. This activity aims to empower the community by digitizing the sale of agricultural products. The results of the dedication produced are in the form of increasing the ability of MSME actors to market their products online. MSME actors also have digital marketing online buying and selling accounts on several e-commerce sites.

Abstract

Schools are a form of educational institution that can be spearheads in improving the community's and students' health status by prioritizing preventive and promotive efforts. Diseases commonly occurring in notable settlements can be prevented and screened from the start so they can be prevented and receive early treatment. Ma'arif Walisongo Kajoran Vocational School emphasizes its students to always behave healthily and cleanly through various methods, one of which is washing their hands. This service aims to assist students in implementing PHBS as an early prevention effort for various diseases. The method used in this service activity is participatory action research or PAR. Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out, all students at Ma'arif Walisongo Kajoran Vocational School are very enthusiastic about implementing PBHS as an effort to prevent various diseases by washing their hands with soap, always wearing masks, keeping the environment clean, exercising regularly, eating nutritious food and other.
