Abstract

Pengelolaan Rumah Negara Golongan II di lingkungan Kementerian Pertahanan dan TNI menunjukkan adanya ketidaksesuaian antara ketentuan normatif dan praktik di lapangan. Permenhan Nomor 13 Tahun 2018 Pasal 7 secara tegas mengatur bahwa rumah dinas hanya dapat dihuni oleh prajurit atau pegawai negeri aktif, namun fakta di lapangan menunjukkan rumah tersebut masih ditempati oleh purnawirawan, warakawuri, dan pihak yang tidak memiliki hubungan hukum dengan institusi pertahanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi regulasi tersebut serta hambatan yuridis dan administratif yang terjadi di wilayah Kodam V/Brawijaya, khususnya di Kota Malang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif-kualitatif melalui studi dokumen dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lemahnya penegakan regulasi, pengaruh kebijakan internal seperti Surat Telegram Mabesad, serta belum adanya instrumen hukum yang efektif untuk menertibkan penghuni ilegal. Implikasinya adalah terganggunya hak hunian prajurit aktif, menurunnya efisiensi pengelolaan aset negara, dan munculnya konflik sosial horizontal

Abstract

Designing The Brand Identity Of Batang Agam Tourist Destination Payakumbuh City West Sumatera. Batang Agam is one of the tourist destinations located in Payakumbuh City, West Sumatra Province. Batang Agam is a destination that has 4 types of tourism, including natural tourism, history, culture, and hydroponic agriculture. This tour has been quite widely known and visited by many local and foreign tourists, but until now Batang Agam tourism has not had a brand identity so that the brand name of this tour tends to change and is inconsistent. In addition, the name of Payakumbuh City is also better known than the name of the tourist itself. Therefore, the research with the title “Designing The Brand Identity Of Batang Agam Tourist Destination Payakumbuh City West Sumatera” aims to produce strategies, concepts, and visual designs of brand identity in order to encourage the creation of a brand image. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the method of designing works is carried out using 5 stages of Design Thinking, namely: empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test. The results of this brand identity design have formed strategies, concepts, and visual designs of brand identity in the form of logos, brand guidelines, and the application of identity to media in accordance with brand needs.

Abstract

This training is to give the method how to master to speak the English for the students of LKP Royal Skill Training Center. They do not have basic skill of speaking the English. The speakers tell about the technique to study speak English step by step. The methods are used in the descriptions in the field or the location. The students are studying to focus on the computer at the LKP Royal Skill Training Center, they are 18 (eighteen) students or the participants. They are 3 (three) methods to master the speaking English, namely: speak to themselves, to watch the western movie and listen to the English music or songs, the last is to give the respon from the speakers who talk about the materials in English so the listeners or the students have to respon in English so that they will have good habits in English by speaking in English. A few students give the respon by asking the questions and the speakers. The participants are so happy in the training because they have had tricks to master speaking English step by step by doing themselves.

Abstract

The participation rate in sports activities among Indonesians remains low, with the Sport Development Index (SDI) in 2022 recording only 30.93%, a decline from 32.80% in the previous year. Simple kind of sport can be followed is gym. This study aims to introduce and promote basic gym movements such as bench press, squat, and deadlift to encourage greater engagement in sports activities. This research utilizes Deep Learning technology based on Graph Convolutional Network (GCN) to classify gym movement images into three classes: benchpress, squat, and deadlift. The study focuses on comparing various hyperparameters, including model type, batch size, and dropout, to determine the optimal configuration with the best performance.The results indicate that the GCN model achieved an F1 Score of 0.8667, demonstrating strong performance in classifying gym movement images. A simple web-based application was developed as an implementation to facilitate automatic gym movement classification.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of a pro-innovation organizational climate, leader-member exchange, and intellectual capital on innovative work behavior at dr. Fauziah Bireuen Hospital. Data were collected through a survey method, using a questionnaire as the primary data collection instrument. The population of this study consisted of 71 employees at dr. Fauziah Bireuen Hospital. A quantitative approach was employed, with multiple linear regression analysis conducted using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software. The results indicate that a pro-innovation organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on the innovative work behavior of dr. Fauziah Bireuen Hospital employees. Similarly, the leader-member exchange has a positive and significant impact on innovative work behavior, as does intellectual capital. These findings suggest that fostering an organizational climate that supports innovation, building strong relationships between leaders and members, and effectively leveraging intellectual capital are essential for promoting innovative behavior among employees. The study provides practical implications for the management of dr. Fauziah Bireuen Hospital, emphasizes the importance of creating an innovation-supportive environment, strengthening leader-member relationships, and using intellectual resources to enhance employees' innovative capacities. By doing so, hospitals can improve the innovative capabilities of their staff, ultimately contributing to enhanced service quality and greater operational efficiency in healthcare delivery

Abstract

TK/TPA merupakan tempat menuntut ilmu bagi generasi Islam. Pada usia ini, anak-anak diajarkan banyak hal, seperti doa harian dan surah-surah. Dalam metode menghafal dengan dua metode Talaki dan Takrir ini, metode Talaki ini adalah metode menghafal Alquran yang dilakukan dengan mendengarkan pembacaan puisi Alquran yang dibacakan atas wasiat guru penghafal Alquran. Takrir berarti cara belajar Al-Qur'an langsung dari ahlinya dalam membaca Al-Qur'an dan metode Takril. Artinya, mengulang hafalan atau menghafal apa yang dihafal atau didengar guru. Sebagai hasil dari pengajaran doa harian dan menghafal juz 30, yaitu membantu santri dan santri wati mempraktekkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka, Anak yang berkepribadian mulia dan mumpuni dalam bidang agama dapat membantu siswa menghafal doa harian dan juz 30 dengan menyebutkan yang benar, dan membantu santri dan santriwati di TK/TPA Dapat meningkatkan hafalan

Abstract

Experiential marketing is a marketing method that is driven by experience. Many studies have been conducted on this subject, but among the various studies on experiential marketing, there has been no research that specifically addresses experiential marketing on the decision to use products and services in banking. This study aims to see and test the effect of the Experiential Marketing Approach on Decisions to Use Products and Services at Indonesian Sharia Bank Customers at the Abdullah Silondae Branch Office 2. The type of data this study uses is a type of research with quantitative methods. Meanwhile, based on the type of data collection, this research uses a survey research type. Survey research is directed to find out and study data from samples taken from the population, so that relative events, distribution, and relationships between variables can be found. This research uses quantitative methods. Samples were obtained by 96 respondents by taking samples using purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire method and library research. Data is processed using Microsoft Excel and SmartPLS 4.0 software. From the results of data processing, it shows that the Experiential Marketing variable has a positive and significant effect on the Decision variable on the use of products and services at BSI.

Abstract

Abu A'la al-Maududi is an accomplished speaker and a very productive writer, especially in the field of religion. In this connection it is important to always observe Abu A'la's views related to politics, the state, and Islam. Not much different from other thinkers. Abu A'la is a great thinker of Islam who is very well known in the Islamic world. Pakistan, more than any Islamic country, faces more interesting problems in its struggle to get its Islamic identity. Since the establishment of an Islamic state in 1947, the Pakistani nation has tried to show its importance in its existence. And the first choice fruit presents two types of modern Islamic states namely Maulana Abu A'la Maududi, a founder of a political organization (Jama'ati Islam) proposing a more traditional theocratic state form, while Fazlur Rahman a professor of Islamic studies from Cambridge University who is also the director of the Islamic Study Board who has the support of the government, provides an overview of a more modern Islamic state based on popular sovereignty. Although in the past Pakistan declared itself to be a Republican state, there was no one that had ever been compiled to implement Islam.

Abstract

This study develops an RFID tag cloning detection system based on edge computing to enhance security in educational environments by integrating three core approaches: Lightweight AES-128 encryption with automatic key rotation every 3 minutes, multidimensional signal fingerprinting analysis (RSSI, phase, and Doppler shift), and ensemble learning-based classification using the k-NN algorithm (k = 5) with dimensionality reduction via PCA. The system is implemented using a Raspberry Pi 4 as the main processor and an Arduino Nano for tag interfacing, supported by an Impinj R420 reader and RTL-SDR v3 for signal acquisition. The dataset consists of 1,200 RFID tag samples (800 genuine and 400 cloned) collected at Universitas Indonesia, with cloned tags generated using Proxmark3 and ChameleonMini. Experimental results show that the system achieves a detection accuracy of 96.7%, validated through 10-fold cross-validation, with a response time of 8.2 ms per tag and power consumption of only 34.6 mW. A Kappa coefficient (κ) of 0.82 indicates high classification consistency. In real-world implementation, the system successfully reduced cloning cases from 15 to just 2 per month. The system outperforms conventional methods such as EPC Gen2, which offers only 78.2% accuracy, and AES-256, which has significantly higher power consumption (62 mW). Its advantages lie in real-time operation with low power consumption, enabled by an edge computing architecture that eliminates the need for an external server. The findings demonstrate the effectiveness of the system as a reliable and practical RFID cloning detection solution suitable for resource-constrained educational environments.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama Islam meliputi pengajaran atau nilai-nilai akidah, akhlak dan syariah dimana peserta didik secara general harus bisa mendapatkan semuanya, dan mampu menjalankan dengan baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Untuk merealisasikan hal tersebut maka seorang guru harus memiliki strategi yang akan memotivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran, sebab strategi menjadi komponen yang sangat berpengaruh dalam dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru PAI dalam Improving Motivation belajar PAI pada siswa broken home di SMPN 2 Kediri Lombok Barat, mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor keberhasilan strategi guru PAI dalam Improving Motivation belajar PAI pada siswa broken home di SMPN 2 Kediri Lombok Barat, mendeskripsikan dampak strategi guru PAI dalam Improving Motivation belajar PAI pada siswa broken home di SMPN 2 Kediri Lombok Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus (case study). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk teknik analisis data melalui empat tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, Reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Strategi guru PAI dalam Improving Motivation belajar PAI siswa broken home dilaksanakan melalui a) perencanaan pendekatan, b) metode pembelajaran : Pembiasaan, Keteladanan, Kolaborasi, Tutor Sebaya; (2) Dampak strategi guru PAI dalam Improving Motivation belajar PAI siswa broken home ditandai dengan: siswa tekun mengerjakan tugas, siswa ulet dalam menghadapi kesulitan, adanya dorongan untuk belajar, memiliki perhatian terhadap tugas yang diberikan, dan memiliki hasrat untuk berhasil.
