Abstract

PERPUSDes Mapper Village is the only village library in Pamekasan Regency. This library is managed by village youths who have enthusiasm in efforts to increase reading interest in the Pamekasan Regency community in general and the Mepper Village community in particular. Over time, PERPUSDes Mapper Village began to be known by the wider community, but library management has not been optimal. Community service activities were initiated by STIE Bakti Bangsa students through the Village Development Holistic Program with the aim of increasing public interest in reading. Several activities and empowerment programs for the Mapper Village PERPUSDes manager were provided so that the library could develop and could help increase public interest in reading. The results of this community service show that with the availability of reading media, such as the increasing number of reading books, a set of computers, the improvement of reading rooms, and the procurement of spot selfies at several points around the library, has been proven to increase the number of visits at the Mapper Village PERPUSDes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Operational Cost Efficiency (EBO), Liquidity, and Cash Flow on the Profitability of one of the restaurant subsector companies in Indonesia PT Fastfood Indonesia Tbk. This research is quantitative. The data collection techniques used in this study are library studies and documentation studies. The type of research data used is company secondary data in the form of annual financial statements from PT Fastfood Indonesia Tbk taken from the web official company, https://kfcku.com. The data is in the form of an annual company financial report from 2015-2020. From the test results obtained the result that the EBO had a negative and significant effect on Profitability, then Liquidity had a positive and insignificant effect on Profitability, while cash flow had a negative and insignificant effect on Profitability. Abstract

Jaringan Irigasi Panaikang I terletak di Kelurahan Bonto Manai Kecamatan Bissappu Kabupaten Bantaeng mengaliri areal persawahan seluas 146 Ha pada saat musim kemarau menyebabkan kurangnya debit air untuk pengairan lahan pertanian yang dialiri oleh Jaringan Irigasi Panaikang I serta Jaringan Irigasi Panaikang I tidak mampu memasok air yang cukup untuk persawahan sehingga penting untuk mengetahui apa yang menyebabkan kehilangan air pada Daerah Irigasi Panaikang I.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jumlah kehilangan air dan tingkat efisiensi pengaliran pada Jaringan Irigasi Panaikang I. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada saluran sekunder. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus pada Daerah Irigasi Panaikang I dengan menggunkan metode kuantitatif survei dengan melaksanakan pengukuran langsung pada saluran yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian air yang hilang disebabkan oleh faktor fisik saluran dengan kehilangan air rata-rata Saluran Sekunder Panaikang I sebesar 17,36%. Kehilangan air terkecil terdapat pada ruas 5 yaitu sebesar 4,39 % dan kehilangan air terbesar terjadi pada ruas 1 yaitu sebesar 39,49%. Efisiensi rata-rata Jaringan Irigasi Panaikang I adalah sebesar 82,64 % sehingga disimpulkan bahwa Jaringan Irigasi Panaikang I masuk dalam kategori tidak efisien.

Abstract

Menurut World Health Organization (WHO, 2021), prevalensi anemia pada wanita usia 13-49 tahun di dunia sebesar 29, 9 % dan di indonesia sebesar 23%. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Status Gizi, Lama Menstruasi, dan Kepatuhan Konsumsi Tablet FE terhadap Kejadian Anemia pada Remaja putri di SMP Negeri 21 Kota Bengkulu. Bahan dan Metode: Desain Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel dengan rumus total sampling yaitu 167 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan alat ukur tinggi badan, timbangan, easy touch GCHb dan kuesioner. Analisis uji menggunakan chi square dan regresi logistik untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan anemia. Hasil: Hasil penelitian dari remaja putri berjumlah 167 remaja putri mengalami anemia sebesar (13,2%) berjumlah 22 orang. Remaja putri yang status gizi kurus sebesar (31,1%) berjumlah 52 orang, lama menstruasi tidak normal sebesar (43,1%) berjumlah 72 orang, dan tidak patuh mengkonsumsi tablet Fe sebesar (37,1%) berjumlah 62 orang. Ada hubungan bermakna antara Hubungan Status Gizi, Lama Menstruasi, dan Kepatuhan Konsumsi Tablet FE. Faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi yaitu Kepatuhan Konsumsi Tablet FE memiliki nilai Exp (B) paling tinggi sebesar 29,761. Kesimpulan: Diharapkan pelayanan kesehatan terkait, tempat penelitian, mahasiswa dan peneliti lain agar dapat melakukan penyuluhan/edukasi/pendidikan kesehatan agar dapat meningkatkan ilmu tentang Status Gizi, Lama Menstruasi dan Kepatuhan Konsumsi Tablet Fe terhadap kejadian Anemia pada Remaja putri.

Abstract

This research analyzes the efforts made by the Indonesian government in drug smuggling cases, especially in the maritime region of Aceh. This research will also further examine the various challenges faced by the Indonesian government in handling drug smuggling cases. These include Indonesia's lack of information technology capabilities that have not been able to compete with the technological advances used by organized criminal networks. The results of this study show that although Indonesia has cooperated with various regional and international organizations to obtain financial assistance for the implementation of rehabilitation for drug users and victims as well as support in the more innovative information technology sector, this has not shown significant results in reducing the number of smuggling cases that occur along Indonesian waters, especially in the Aceh region. In addition, the lack of awareness and active participation of the local community towards the destructive impact of illegal drug abuse is also an obstacle in realizing the future of Indonesia free from the threat of narcotics.

Abstract

This research analyzes the implementation of medical waste management policies in Indonesia, focusing on the challenges of infrastructure, public awareness, and law enforcement. In addition, it explores the impacts of poorly managed medical waste on marine ecosystems, which include threats to marine life, disruption to the food chain, and health risks to humans. The results showed that medical waste management in Indonesia still faces significant obstacles, mainly related to the lack of public awareness on the importance of sustainable medical waste management. The lack of public understanding of the long-term impact of medical waste containing hazardous chemicals and microplastics results in improper waste disposal practices. Waste such as masks, gloves, and other medical equipment often end up in the ocean, disrupting the ecosystem and threatening of sustainability pf the food chain. The results of this study emphasize the importance of increasing public awareness and enforcing stricter regulations in maintaining the health of the marine environment and ecosystem.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhkeadilan dan kepuasan atas gaji terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Anugrah Pratama. Menggunakan analisis regresiberganda, penelitian ini akan menguji secara individual dan bersama-sama pengaruh kedua faktor tersebut terhadapkinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik keadilan maupunkepuasan kompensasi secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerjakaryawan PT. Anugrah Pratama. Artinya, denganmeningkatkan keadilan dan kepuasan gaji, perusahaan dapatmeningkatkan kinerja karyawan. ​ Kata kunci: Keadilan kompensasi, Kepuasan, Kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of use of project-based learning models of students in class XI Religion MAN 1 Polewali Mandar, to determine the creativity of students in class XI Religion MAN 1 Polewali Mandar, and to determine whether there is an effect of project-based learning models on the creativity of students in class XI Religion MAN 1 Polewali Mandar. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Polewali Mandar using quantitative research. The results showed that there was an influence between the Project-Based Learning Model on the Creativity Level of Students in class XI Religion MAN 1 Polewali Mandar. From the analysis obtained the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.406, which means that the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 40.6% and as much as 59.4% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the general description of spatial visual intelligence of students from grade VII of SMP in solving solid figure flat side problems based on the initial ability level of geometry. This research used Hass Theory which classifies the characteristics of spatial visual intelligence based of imagining, conceptualizing, problem solving, and problem seeking. The type of this research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. The research subjects were 3 students. The first subject has high initial ability in geometry, the second subject has moderate initial ability, and the third subject has low initial ability. The research instrument used consists of the initial ability of geometry test questions, spatial visual intelligence of solid figure flat side test questions, and interview guidelines. The research result showed that: (1) The most dominant characteristic that appears in students was the characteristic of problem seeking and imagining, while the least dominant characteristic was problem solving. (2) Subjects who had high initial ability of geometry was able to fulfill 3 spatial visual intelligence characteristics, those were imagining, conceptualizing, and problem seeking. (3) Subjects who had moderate initial ability of geometry was able to fulfill 2 spatial visual intelligence characteristics, those were imagining and problem seeking. (4) Subjects who had low initial ability of geometry was not able to fulfill all the characteristics of spatial visual intelligence.
