Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of headmasters’ transformational leadership on teachers’ performance, the effect of work motivation on teachers’ performance, and the simultaneous influence of headmasters’ transformational leadership and work motivation on teachers’ performance. This research was conducted in public elementary schools in Kecamatan Tayu, Kabupaten Pati. The study employed a quantitative correlational research design. The sample consisted of 144 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to teachers. The data were then analyzed through validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis, which were processed using IBM SPSS version 24. The results of the study indicated that: (1) headmasters’ transformational leadership (X1) had a significant effect on teachers’ performance in public elementary schools in Kecamatan Tayu, Kabupaten Pati; (2) work motivation (X2) had a significant effect on teachers’ performance in public elementary schools in Kecamatan Tayu, Kabupaten Pati; and (3) headmasters’ transformational leadership and work motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on teachers’ performance in public elementary schools in Kecamatan Tayu, Kabupaten Pati, accounting for 77.6% of the variance in teachers’ performance.

Abstract

Teachers of Special Schools (SLB) are demanded to have professionalism in teaching. The teachers’ professionalism represents the commitment of teachers to improve their professional abilities and to develop their skills in carrying out their duties and functions as teachers. This study aimed to determine the effect of education, training, and teaching experience on teachers’ professionalism of special elementary school (SDLB) teachers in Kabupaten Kudus. This study was an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were 63 SDLB teachers in Kabupaten Kudus. The samples were selected through total sampling technique. The data were collected through a questionnaire and were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that education partially had a positive and significant effect on the professionalism of SDLB teachers in Kabupaten Kudus. Similarly, teaching experience partially gave a positive and significant effect on the professionalism of SDLB teachers in Kabupaten Kudus. Overall, this study found that both education and teaching experience had a positive and significant effect on the professionalism of SDLB teachers. This was supported by the result of the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.645, showing that the influence of education and teaching experience on teacher professionalism was 64.5%. Moreover, teaching experience had the greatest influence on teachers’ professionalism at 55.4%, while the effect of education was 9.1%. This study concluded that the professionalism of SDLB teachers in Kabupaten Kudus could be increased by providing more teaching experience and training as an effort to improve teachers’ competence.

Abstract

Computational Thinking (CT) is an essential competence for students in vocational education to support problem-solving, systematic thinking, and adaptability to workplace demands. However, the development of CT in vocational high schools is often limited to technical instruction and has not been fully integrated into students’ learning culture. This study aims to examine the role of Virtual Reality (VR) Game-Based Learning in strengthening the culture of computational thinking among vocational high school students. The study focuses on how VR-based game learning activities foster habitual patterns of logical, systematic, and problem-solving thinking within vocational classroom practices. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through classroom observations, analysis of learning activities, and student reflections, this research explores changes in student engagement, learning interactions, and thinking habits during the implementation of VR Game-Based Learning. The findings indicate that VR-based games create an immersive and contextual learning environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and sustained engagement, contributing to the formation of a computational thinking culture relevant to vocational learning contexts. This study suggests that VR Game-Based Learning can function as an effective pedagogical practice to support the development of a positive learning culture aligned with the needs of vocational education.

Abstract

Implementasi kebijakan publik merupakan faktor penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik. Salah satu kebijakan yang berperan strategis dalam pengendalian dampak transportasi adalah Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 17 Tahun 2021 tentang penyelenggaraan Analisis Dampak Lalu Lintas (Andalalin). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 17 Tahun 2021 terhadap efektivitas kerja dalam penerbitan izin Analisis Dampak Lalu Lintas pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Kuningan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian adalah masyarakat pelaku usaha di Kabupaten Kuningan yang mengajukan izin Andalalin, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 26 orang dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel melalui teknik sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan studi literatur. Variabel implementasi kebijakan diukur melalui dimensi komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi atau sikap, dan struktur birokrasi, sedangkan efektivitas kerja diukur berdasarkan pencapaian tujuan, ketepatan prosedur, dan ketepatan waktu pelayanan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis jalur untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan simultan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 17 Tahun 2021 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja dalam penerbitan izin Andalalin dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 70,73%. Dimensi komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas komunikasi kebijakan, kecukupan sumber daya, sikap pelaksana, serta kejelasan struktur birokrasi.

Abstract

Air merupakan kebutuhan utama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, baik untuk rumah tangga, industri, maupun pertanian. Pemantauan dan pengendalian volume air secara manual memiliki keterbatasan dalam efisiensi dan akurasi, terutama ketika dilakukan secara berkala tanpa adanya sistem yang terintegrasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem monitoring dan kontrol otomatis volume air berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang dapat memantau dan mengontrol ketinggian air secara real-time.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Research and Development (R&D) dengan dua fokus utama, yaitu: merancang produk sistem monitoring dan kontrol air berbasis sensor ultrasonik dan NodeMCU, dan menguji efektivitas sistem dalam pengoperasian otomatis dan manual melalui aplikasi Blynk. NodeMCU berfungsi sebagai mikrokontroler utama yang membaca data dari sensor HC-SR04 dan mengaktifkan relay pompa air sesuai level air yang ditentukan. Tampilan data dan kontrol pompa dilakukan melalui antarmuka Blynk pada smartphone. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan rancangan, dengan tingkat keakuratan pengukuran air berkisar antara 0–0,2 cm dari ketinggian aktual. Sistem mampu merespons perubahan level air dengan baik dan dapat diakses secara jarak jauh. Meskipun koneksi jaringan menjadi salah satu kendala, sistem tetap menunjukkan performa yang stabil dan layak untuk diterapkan pada skala rumah tangga atau instalasi kecil.

Abstract

Pencapan etsa disebut juga pencapan discharge yang artinya penghilangan atau perusakan baik sebagian maupun keseluruhan pada dasar warna kain, pencapan etsa terbagi menjadi dua yaitu etsa putih dan etsa warna. Metode ini biasanya menggunakan zat reduktor atau oksidator yang dapat merusak gugus zat warna pada molekul zat warna. Pencapan etsa dapat dilakukan pada kain kapas menggunakan zat warna belerang, karena zat warna belerang tidak tahan terhadap oksidator, maka dilakukan percobaan pencapan etsa putih menggunakan natrium hipoklorit (NaOCl) dengan sebagai zat pengetsa. Penelitian pencapan etsa putih dilakukan pada kain rajut kapas menggunakan NaOCl 5% dengan variasi konsentrasi 500 g/l, 550 g/l, dan 600 g/l dengan waktu steaming 5 menit, 10 menit, dan 15 menit. Pengujian yang dilakuan pada penelitian ini, meliputi pengujian viskositas (SNI 06-6311- 2000), nilai ∆L (lightness) dan derajat putih (SNI ISO 106-J02:2011), kekuatan jebol kain (SNI ISO 13938-1:2010), dan analisa citra morfologi serat menggunakan SEM. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa semakin tinggi konsentrasi NaOCl 5% dan waktu steaming yang digunakan pada proses pencapan etsa, maka semakin tinggi nilai ∆L dan derajat putih kain tetapi kekuatan jebol kain semakin menurun. Kondisi optimum diperoleh pada konsentrasi 600 g/l dengan nilai viskositas 8.720 cps, nilai ∆L 16,97 dan nilai derajat putih 20,41, kekuatan jebol 7,81 kgf/cm2 Hasil citra morfologi SEM bahwa menunjukkan permukaan serat yang terbuka, bertekstur kasar dan tidak rata pada dinding serat kapas. Ketajaman motif dari hasil pencapan etsa, menghasilkan warna putih menunjukkan keberhasilan dari proses tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the problem of integrating Pancasila student profile with Islamic Religious Education materials through the implementation of content differentiation learning in elementary school. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. The subjects include teachers, principals, and students from several elementary schools in the research area, while the object of study is the implementation of content differentiation in PAI learning. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured using source and method triangulation. This study found that integrating the Pancasila Student Profile with Islamic Religious Education (PAI) materials through content differentiation is hindered by limited teacher understanding, lack of planning time, and insufficient resources. The causes include low teacher competence, an unsupportive curriculum, and weak collaboration. Recommended solutions include teacher training, curriculum development, and strengthening stakeholder collaboration.The conclusion highlights the importance of improving teacher competence through continuous professional development, creating practical guidelines for content differentiation, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to provide adequate resources. The study recommends intensive training for teachers and the development of a curriculum that supports the implementation of content differentiation, aiming to shape students' character in alignment with the values of the Profile of Pancasila Student.
