Abstract

This research was conducted by using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The quantitative approach was chosen to be tested theories by examining and measuring variables in the form of relationships, differences, influences, contributions, and the others. The research was carried out by describing the students acquisition data on the new student admission (PPDB) using zoning system based on the academic year 2019–2020 and the student acquisition data on the academic year PPDB 2018–2019 as a comparison. Based on the results of the study, the new students of PPDB using zoning system was considered lower in terms of economic and educational background of parents. There were more parents with less education (elementary & junior high school) in the zoning system than in the rayon system, whereas parents with higher education in the zoning system were fewer than the rayon system. Likewise, in terms of income, there were more people with low income in the zoning system than in the rayon system, and those having high income were fewer than in the rayon system. The study showed that the intelligence and the result of National Examination Score (NUN) in the zoning system is lower than in the rayon system. The intelligent level of the students in the zoning system is mostly dominated by the scores under 90–109, while in the rayon system were dominated by the scores above 90–109. The National Examination Scores (NUN) in the zoning system were evenly distributed from a range of scores 0 to 30, while in the rayon system the scores were dominated by a range of scores 28–30, with the lowest score 24.

Abstract

The Influence of Tik Tok Social Media on the Character of Politeness of Grade V Students of UPT SPF SD Inpres Mannuruki II, Makassar City.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of TikTok on the character of fifth-grade students of the SPF Unit of SD Inpres Mannuruki II, Makassar City. The method and type of this research were quantitative, with an ex-post facto research design, or measurement after the event. The sample in this study was 33 fifth-grade students. Data collection used a quantitative descriptive survey method. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis (Correlation Test).The results of this study indicate that TikTok has a significant effect on the character of fifth-grade students of the SPF Unit of SD Inpres Mannuruki II, Makassar City. From the results of the hypothesis test, r H (0.8497) > r T (0.312) was obtained with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 and if seen from the correlation coefficient interpretation table, the level of influence is on a very strong scale. then the hypothesis is rejected and is accepted meaning there is an influence of the Tik Tok Application on Students' Polite Character and if seen from the results of the SPSS correlation table and hypothesis test, the r H value obtained is negative then the use of Tik Tok social media which continues to increase has an effect on the decline in the polite character of class V students of UPT SPF SD Inpres Mannuruki II Makassar City.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut sekolah dasar untuk beradaptasi melalui inovasi dan digitalisasi manajemen. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bentuk inovasi, strategi digitalisasi, serta dampaknya terhadap tata kelola dan mutu pembelajaran di UPT SD Negeri 34 Libureng. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi manajemen dilakukan melalui penguatan administrasi digital, penggunaan aplikasi pendidikan (DAPODIK, ARKAS, SIPLah,), pengembangan media pembelajaran digital, serta penguatan literasi digital guru. Dampak digitalisasi terlihat pada peningkatan efisiensi administrasi, transparansi anggaran, efektivitas komunikasi, serta meningkatnya motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa inovasi dan digitalisasi manajemen menjadi strategi penting bagi sekolah dasar untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan dan membangun budaya kerja yang adaptif.
