Abstract

Abstrak Islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan merupakan upaya integratif yang bertujuan menghapus dikotomi antara ilmu agama dan ilmu sekuler dalam sistem pendidikan Islam. Latar belakang penelitian ini berasal dari kesadaran bahwa pemisahan dua jenis ilmu tersebut telah menyebabkan ketimpangan dalam penguasaan keilmuan dan penurunan kualitas moral di kalangan umat Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi model-model Islamisasi ilmu yang dapat diterapkan dalam pendidikan Islam kontemporer. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan dengan menelaah buku, artikel ilmiah, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga model utama Islamisasi ilmu: (1) model purifikasi, yang menekankan penyucian ilmu dari nilai non-Islami; (2) model modernisasi, yang mendorong pembaruan pemikiran dan integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kemajuan ilmu; dan (3) model neo-modernisme, yang menggabungkan warisan intelektual klasik dengan pendekatan ilmiah kontemporer. Ketiga model ini dapat menjadi kerangka kerja dalam reformasi kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran di madrasah dan pesantren, guna mencetak generasi Muslim yang religius, berpengetahuan luas, dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman.   Kata kunci: ilmu pengetahuan; Islamisasi; modernisasi; neo-modernisme; pendidikan Islam   Abstract The Islamization of knowledge is an integrative effort aimed at eliminating the dichotomy between religious and secular sciences in Islamic education systems. The background of this idea stems from the awareness that the separation of these two fields has led to a lack of scientific competence and a decline in moral quality among Muslims. This study aims to identify applicable models of Islamization of knowledge within contemporary Islamic education. The method employed is a qualitative descriptive approach through library research, analyzing relevant books, scientific articles, and previous studies. The findings reveal three main models of Islamization: (1) purification model, which emphasizes cleansing knowledge from non-Islamic values; (2) modernization model, which encourages renewal of thought and integration of Islamic values into scientific advancement; and (3) neo-modernism model, which combines classical Islamic intellectual heritage with modern scientific approaches. These models offer a strategic framework for curriculum reform and learning methods in Islamic institutions such as madrasahs and pesantrens, aiming to produce Muslim generations who are religiously devout, intellectually competent, and responsive to contemporary developments.

Abstract

Abstract (in English) Research aim: The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of discounts, free shipping and flash sales on purchasing decisions. purchase The Originote skincare products on shopee Good in a way separated and also in a way simultaneously . Design/Methode/Approach: This study applies a quantitative approach with a type of research that focuses on causal relationships. The sampling technique involved 40 customers who had purchased The Originote skincare products on Shopee. For data analysis, multiple linear regression tests were used, and data processing was carried out using SPSS version 25. Research Finding: This study shows that discounts, free shipping, and flash sales have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for The Originote skincare products on Shopee. Theoretical contribution/Originality: This study enriches the literature on digital marketing by analyzing the factors that influence purchasing decisions on e-commerce platforms. With a focus on discounts, free shipping, and flash sales, this study provides new insights into how marketing strategies can influence consumer behavior in the digital era. Practitioner/Policy implications: This study provides practical benefits for The Originote company in increasing purchasing decisions for The Originote skincare products on Shopee. Research limitation: This study only focuses on discounts, free shipping, and flash sales as independent variables. Abstract

The era of globalization of radicalism develops rapidly, especially through the social networks accessed by high school students and university students. Thus, it is necessary to measure students' radicalism attitudes to know the description of students’ characters so that the institution can take prevention or coaching actions. This study aimed to develop a college entrance test instrument, especially the entrance test at IBM ASMI. The developed instrument was the Personal Characteristics Test (TKP) instrument which could identify radicalism. The research method was R & D development research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The content of the instrument was validated through the experts judgment and proven by construct validity by conformatory analysis and proven reliability. The results of this study was a valid and reliable measurement instrument that could identify radicalism for students. There were 5 dimensions of radicalism, starting from religion, family, personality, political views, and social relations. Focus Group Discussion produced 5 dimensions, 13 indicators, and 35 items that could be used to measure students’ radicalism attitudes. The results of the validity test contained 2 items that needed to be improved. The results of the reliability of the instruments developed were high and the instrument was ready to use.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and increasing environmental awareness, organizations are required to not only pursue productivity and profits but also ensure operational sustainability through Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) strategies. This study aims to evaluate the influence of green abilities and green motivation components on employee performance and examine the mediating role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in strengthening this relationship. A survey was conducted on 175 Civil Servants (Pegawai Negeri Sipil/PNS) in West Sumatra, and quantitative approach was used, and a survey was conducted on 175 Civil Servants (Pegawai Negeri Sipil/PNS) in West Sumatra. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results show that green abilities significantly influence AI utilization and employee performance, while green motivation directly improves performance but has no effect on AI utilization. The role of AI is also proven to be positive, having a direct impact on performance and serving as a mediator between green abilities and employee outcomes. Conversely, AI does not mediate the relationship between green motivation and performance in a statistically significant manner. These findings emphasize the importance of building environmental competencies through green training and integrating AI-based solutions to support sustainable performance in the public sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi operasional dalam menciptakan keunggulan bersaing pada UMKM Ikan Bakar Aru Lubuk Begalung. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai kondisi operasional UMKM, khususnya terkait pengelolaan bahan baku, proses produksi, manajemen operasional, pencatatan keuangan, dan pelayanan pelanggan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan pemilik usaha sebagai informan utama, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi operasional belum diterapkan secara optimal, yang ditandai dengan tidak adanya pencatatan stok yang sistematis, ketiadaan standar operasional prosedur (SOP), serta pencatatan keuangan yang masih sederhana. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi menurunkan efisiensi operasional dan konsistensi kualitas produk. Namun demikian, penerapan solusi berupa pencatatan operasional sederhana, penyusunan SOP, dan perencanaan berbasis data dinilai mampu meningkatkan efisiensi internal dan memperkuat keunggulan bersaing UMKM secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran produktivitas operasional sebagai strategi daya saing dalam meningkatkan kinerja usaha kuliner pada UMKM Rumah Makan Lamun Ombak. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai praktik operasional yang dijalankan oleh pelaku usaha dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan pemilik usaha yang memiliki peran utama dalam pengambilan keputusan operasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas operasional memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap penciptaan daya saing usaha, khususnya dalam aspek efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya, konsistensi kualitas produk, dan kualitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Namun demikian, penerapan produktivitas operasional di Rumah Makan Lamun Ombak masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti belum adanya pencatatan stok yang terstruktur, ketiadaan standar operasional prosedur tertulis, serta pencatatan keuangan yang belum sistematis. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada keterbatasan usaha dalam melakukan perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi produktivitas operasional secara terarah dan sistematis berpotensi meningkatkan kinerja usaha kuliner sekaligus memperkuat daya saing UMKM secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Background: Adolescence is a transitional period from childhood to adulthood characterized by physical, psychological, and social changes, including the biological functioning of the reproductive organs. Menstrual pain that is not promptly managed can affect an individual’s mental and physical functioning, thus requiring immediate intervention through pharmacological or non-pharmacological therapies. Acupressure therapy can be used as a treatment for dysmenorrhea by applying massage techniques to specific meridian points on the body. One of the points that can be used to relieve dysmenorrhea is the Hegu (LI4) point. Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of acupressure therapy on dysmenorrhea among adolescent girls at SMPN 5 Jagoi Babang. Methods: This study employed a quasi-experimental design with a pretet-posttest two-group design approach. The sample consisted of adolescent girls selected using a total sampling technique. The participants were divided into two groups: the control group received no intervention, while the experimental group received acupressure therapy at the LI4 point. The paired t test was used for within-group analysis, and the independen t test was used for between-group analysis. Results: The results showed that acupressure therapy was effective in reducing dysmenorrhea among adolescent girls (p < 0.000). The administration of LI4 acupressure therapy was more effective than no intervention (p = 0.000). Conclusion: Acupressure therapy at the LI4 point is clinically effective and statistically significant in reducing dysmenorrhea compared to no intervention. Abstract

The simultaneous regional head elections were over, but during the campaign until it was decided to become regional head there were many comments, both pro and contra. The city of Medan is one of the regions that will hold the 2020 ELECTION during the pandemic. The Medan City Election has decided that the pair Bobby Nasution and Aulia Rachman have won. This victory certainly gets a variety of comments on social media, especially Twitter. This study conducts sentiment analysis to see the sentiment that occurs, namely seeing negative, positive, or neutral comments. This sentiment analysis uses two methods to see the resulting accuracy, namely Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC). This study also looks at the interactions that occur using Social Network Analysis (SNA). In addition to sentiment analysis and SNA, this study also looks at the existence of BOT accounts used in the #PilkadaMedan. The results obtained from the sentiment analysis show that NBC has the highest accuracy, which is 81, 72% with a data proportion of 90:10. Then on SNA, the @YanHarahap account got the highest nodes, namely 911 nodes. Then from 10326 tweets, 11% were suspected of being BOT by the DroneEmprit Academic system.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and communication on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable at Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat. The method used was multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis, by distributing a questionnaire to 51 respondents to Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat employees, 51 respondents returned the questionnaire. The results obtained show that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership on work motivation of Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat employees. There is a positive and insignificant effect of communication on work motivation of Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat employees. There is a positive and significant influence of leadership on employee performance for Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat employees. There is a positive and insignificant effect of communication on employee performance for Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat employees. There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee performance among Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat employees. Work motivation is able to mediate the influence of leadership on employee performance for Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat employees. Work motivation has not been able to mediate the influence of communication on employee performance for Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat employees. Finally, the author suggests to Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat to further improve leadership because it has the most dominant influence on employee performance so it is hoped that employee performance can increase. Abstract

The natural perfume industry has experienced rapid growth due to increasing consumer awareness of environmentally friendly and sustainable products. This trend requires manufacturers to select appropriate production processes and design operational systems capable of accommodating diverse natural ingredients, flexible formulation development, and consistent product quality. This study aims to analyze the application of process selection and system design in the development of a natural perfume production industry from an operations management perspective. A conceptual study approach was employed using the process–volume matrix and facility layout analysis as analytical frameworks. The results indicate that a combination of batch and job shop processes is the most suitable production method for small to medium-scale natural perfume industries, as it provides greater flexibility in product variation and formulation development. Furthermore, the implementation of a process layout combined with a cellular system can improve workflow efficiency while maintaining consistent product quality. These findings highlight that flexible and adaptive operational system design plays a crucial role in supporting the sustainable development of the natural perfume industry.
