Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) sendiri adalah sebuah sistem formal dan informal yang menyajikan informasi mengenai sejarah, situasi saat ini, dan proyeksi masa depan melalui komunikasi lisan dan tulisan, terkait dengan berbagai operasi perusahaan dan lingkungan di sekitarnya. Selain itu, Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (Decision Support System) menjadi komponen penting dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan untuk menyeleksi penerima beasiswa Kip Kuliah pengelola yayasan Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu memerlukan pendekatan yang lebih sistematis. tujuan penelitian untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan membantu yayasan dalam proses seleksi penerima beasiswa. mempertimbangkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu, sistem diharapkan memberikan rekomendasi yang lebih akurat, sehingga proses seleksi dapat berjalan. Manfaat dari penelitian ini membantu pengelola mengambil keputusan lebih tepat. Metode SAW terdiri dari penilaian atribut setiap alternatif dan direpresentasikan dalam matriks penilaian keputusan. Matriks digunakan untuk menentukan seluruh kriteria dan skor dari setiap alternatif. Metode SAW memerlukan normalisasi matriks keputusan (X) untuk dibandingkan dengan peringkat alternatif yang ada. Metode SAW atribut kriteria ke-untungan (benefit) dan kriteria biaya (cost), Perbedaan dari kedua kriteria ini adalah dalam pemilihan kriteria mengambil keputusan.Kesimpulannya, dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan ini diharapkan proses seleksi penerima beasiswa KIP-Kuliah di Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu dapat berjalan dengan lebih efisien dan menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih akurat.

Abstract

The digitization of the healthcare sector through the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) increases the risk of patient data security due to the potential for unauthorized access and misuse of sensitive information. The large volume of activity log data makes conventional sampling-based auditing processes ineffective in identifying security threats in real time. This study aims to implement user data access variables into the Isolation Forest algorithm framework to build an intelligent anomaly detection mechanism in the information system of Dr. M. Djamil Padang General Hospital. The research methodology applies an unsupervised machine learning-based Isolation Forest algorithm to isolate deviant behavior through anomaly scoring on random isolation trees. The pre-processing stage involves extracting request, status, and data size variables and performing numerical transformation using Z-Score standardization to maintain computational stability. The research dataset is sourced from the activity logs of the HMIS web server at Dr. M. Djamil Padang General Hospital, with a total sample of 5000 user access transactions. The analysis results show that the model successfully identified 718 data points, or 14.36%, as anomalies with an accuracy rate identical to that of manual calculations. The application and implementation of the Isolation Forest technique proved to be effective in solving the problem of early detection of suspicious data traffic patterns in large data flows. The contribution of this research enhances hospital information security management through a data-based early warning system to improve the overall accountability of health information access.

Abstract

Student major recommendations are compiled to help students in the Communication Studies Program at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Dehasen University, Bengkulu, determine the most suitable concentration based on academic characteristics and learning data patterns. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to analyze major recommendations for students in the Communication Studies Program at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Dehasen University, Bengkulu, based on course grades.The Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) was used in the process of weighting and assessing academic criteria, while K-Means was used to form major clusters based on the assessment results. This data set consists of 103 communication science students from the Faculty of Social Sciences obtained from the Dehasen Bengkulu University academic information system portal. The results of this study can recommend majors for Communication Science students at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Dehasen Bengkulu University, based on a decision support system. Based on the research results, Journalism was the most popular major with 63 students. This shows that students are more interested in journalism than in other majors. Meanwhile, Public Relations was chosen by 40 students. The contribution of this research is to improve the accuracy of student major selection in the Communication Studies Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Dehasen University of Bengkulu. The use of the K-Means algorithm and the SMART method enables the Communication Studies Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Dehasen University of Bengkulu to be more objective and efficient in the process of managing academic majors.

Abstract

Perundungan siber pada platform komunikasi daring menimbulkan dampak psikologis yang serius bagi korban, sementara mekanisme moderasi Discord saat ini masih bertumpu pada pelaporan manual yang tidak skalabel untuk menangani volume pesan yang besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem deteksi perundungan siber otomatis untuk pesan berbahasa Indonesia pada platform Discord sebagai solusi atas keterbatasan tersebut, menggunakan algoritma Multinomial Naïve Bayes dengan pembobotan TF-IDF. Sebanyak 71.591 pesan mentah diekstraksi dari empat server Discord dan dibersihkan menjadi 49.712 pesan. Kandidat perundungan disaring melalui empat tahap berlapis, yaitu pencocokan leksikon kata kasar, pemindaian pola frasa, penyaringan dibantu model, serta pemindaian penanda identitas, sehingga diperoleh 3.027 pesan berlabel dalam enam kelas. Data diproses melalui tujuh tahap praproses dan diklasifikasikan pada dua skema, yaitu enam kelas dan biner. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan akurasi 0,802 dengan macro-F1 0,531 pada skema enam kelas, serta akurasi 0,822 dengan macro-F1 0,687 pada skema biner. Validasi silang lima lipat menghasilkan hasil yang stabil (0,817 ± 0,010 dan 0,823 ± 0,014). Dibandingkan penebak kelas mayoritas, model meningkatkan macro-F1 sebesar 55,9 persen. Analisis kesalahan memperlihatkan 74,6 persen kekeliruan berupa pesan perundungan yang terlewat, sedangkan kekeliruan antar kategori hanya 0,8 persen. Uji ablasi membuktikan bahwa penyeimbangan kelas melalui penggandaan data justru menurunkan kinerja karena mendistorsi peluang awal. Dengan kinerja yang stabil dan tingkat kekeliruan antar kategori yang sangat rendah, sistem ini layak digunakan sebagai alat bantu moderator Discord untuk memprioritaskan pesan yang berpotensi mengandung perundungan, bukan sebagai penindak mandiri.

Abstract

Traditional Business Intelligence (BI) frameworks rely heavily on data professionals to manually map relational metadata into structured star schemas during the ETL process, creating a significant operational bottleneck in data preparation and downstream interpretation of insights. To address these limitations, this study introduces an augmented analytics framework for autonomous schema discovery and hybrid Natural Language Generation (NLG) driven Augmented BI. In the data representation layer, a weighted hybrid feature fusion mechanism combines structural database metadata with contextual text embeddings produced by a pre-trained Sentence Transformer (all-MiniLM-L6-v2). In the multi-model machine learning layer, a multi-paradigm execution engine combines unsupervised geometric clustering models (K-Means, K-Medoids, DBSCAN) and supervised classifiers (SVM, Random Forest), and performance is evaluated using Leave-One-Out Cross-Validation (LOOCV). The resulting schemas are then dynamically projected into an in-memory OLAP cube. At the downstream insight interpretation layer, a Hybrid NLG engine combines a context-aware, rule-based router with an autoregressive generative decoding mechanism to autonomously produce adaptive, actionable business commentaries triggered by user-driven OLAP exploration states. Experimental results demonstrate that applying linear semantic scaling optimization (α) substantially mitigates statistical semantic blindness and protects the framework from structural schema misclassification. On the E-Commerce dataset, the proposed K-Medoids+Semantic configuration demonstrated topological superiority, achieving a peak Silhouette Score of 0.611 and a compressed Davies-Bouldin Index of 0.514. Meanwhile, on the high-dimensional Superstore dataset, the pipeline maintained high functional flexibility, stabilizing overall classification accuracy up to 94.74%. Furthermore, the downstream Hybrid NLG engine (Template+Generative) demonstrated high factual integrity and linguistic flexibility, achieving a ROUGE-1 score of 0.85, a ROUGE-2 score of 0.82, and a BLEU score of 0.15. This research provides ABI frameworks that enable accelerated executive decision-making through seamless, data-to-insight automation.
