Abstract

Radicular cyst is a cyst at the apex of a non-vital tooth and is a sequel of pulp inflammation. The associated tooth is usually asymptomatic. Acute infectious episodes may cause pain. The lesion appears as a sharply circumscribed radiolucent lesion around the apex of the associated tooth. Several treatment options exist for such cysts. Many small cysts resolve with endodontic therapy (root canal treatment) of the involved tooth. Those lesions should be monitored to ensure such resolution. Cysts that fail to resolve with such therapy should be surgically removed. This is often accompanied by an apex resection of the tooth involved. This entails cutting off the end of the tooth and sealing, preventing the leakage of root canal filling. We present a case of Indonesian female, 24 years old with radicular cyst at second left maxillary incisor. The teeth was already performed root canal treatment, but the cyst did not decreased in size and the teeth was mobile. We decided to perform enucleation and apex resection of involved teeth. A mucoperiosteal flap over the cyst is raised a window is opened in the bone to give adequate access. The cyst is carefully separated from its bony wall. The entire cyst is removed intact. The apex was cutting off 3 mm and MTA was place at the orifice of the root. The edge of bony cavity are smoothened off, free bleeding is controlled and cavity is irrigated to remove debris. Mucoperiosteal flap is replaced back and sutured in place. Three weeks after surgery, the patient has no complain on operation area, the tooth was not mobile and no pain. Radiographic evaluation shows that the operation area is healing successfully.

Abstract

The local wisdom is capital for every resident so that they are able to survive and survive. Each village offers a variety of beauty, such as the hamlet of Nanasan which implies natural tourism potential as well as beautiful and interesting culture. Our psychology study program at Raden Rahmat Islamic University implements the tridharma of service in participatory programs in efforts to build and develop villages in Nanasan hamlet. The abundant natural wealth that we found is coffee, clove, ginger and sweet potato plantations. Including natural tourism in beautiful valleys accompanied by dance culture and customs which are always enlivened in celebratory ceremonies. The urgency of this service is how residents are aware of continuing to strive to protect and care for nature through developing human resources through useful education. Abstract

The National Health Insurance Program (JKN) organized by BPJS Health aims to improve access and quality of health services for all levels of Indonesian society. This research examines the effectiveness of the JKN program, with a focus on the use of the JKN mobile application, program implementation in health facilities, and factors that influence service quality. Based on case studies in several regions, the research results show that the JKN mobile application makes it easy for participants to access health-related services and information, although there are still obstacles such as a lack of public understanding of the application and technical problems. Apart from that, health services in hospitals and community health centers still face challenges such as a shortage of medical personnel, delays in services, and timeliness in administrative processes. Although the JKN program has expanded access to services, challenges in equal distribution of service quality and health resources still need to be overcome. Overall, the JKN program plays an important role in improving people's health and welfare, but improvements are needed in terms of community understanding, infrastructure and service efficiency to achieve more optimal and equitable health goals throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

Salep mata steril merupakan salah satu sediaan farmasi yang digunakan untuk mengobati gangguan dan infeksi pada mata. Penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai formulasi salep mata, meliputi bahan aktif seperti Econazole Nitrate dan Ketoconazole, serta penggunaan basis seperti ghee sapi yang meningkatkan penetrasi obat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa salep mata memiliki durasi kontak lebih lama dengan jaringan mata dibandingkan larutan, meningkatkan bioavailabilitas zat aktif, dan memberikan efek terapeutik yang efektif. Stabilitas formula, pengaruh wadah, dan metode penyimpanan juga menjadi faktor penting dalam menjaga efektivitas salep mata. Selain itu, penggunaan bahan alami seperti ekstrak daun zaitun memberikan manfaat tambahan sebagai agen antibakteri. Penelitian ini mendukung pengembangan salep mata steril yang aman, efektif, dan inovatif untuk aplikasi oftalmik.

Abstract

Digital marketing has become an essential strategy for influencing consumer purchasing decisions in the digital era. Technological and internet advancements have transformed how companies interact with consumers, enabling wider reach through platforms like social media, websites, and e-commerce. Besides enhancing brand awareness, digital marketing influences consumer preferences and behavior by offering personalized and tailored experiences. This study examines the impact of price, social media usage, and location on consumer buying interest on the Shopee platform. Using a quantitative method, data were collected through electronic questionnaires from 100 respondents and analyzed using SmartPLS with multiple linear regression. The results reveal that price significantly and positively influences buying interest (coefficient: 0.503, t-statistic: 6.234, P-value: 0.000). Social media usage, however, shows a positive but insignificant effect (coefficient: 0.138, t-statistic: 1.404, P-value: 0.164). Location also demonstrates a significant positive effect on purchase intention (coefficient: 0.316, t-statistic: 3.634, P-value: 0.000). The study concludes that price and location are critical factors in shaping consumer purchasing decisions on e-commerce platforms, particularly in the post-pandemic context. These findings underscore the importance of competitive pricing and convenient delivery as key drivers of purchase intention, providing valuable insights for businesses to refine their marketing strategies and adapt to evolving consumer preferences.

Abstract

Technological developments are currently experiencing very rapid progress, including in the fields of economics and marketing. The internet is an information mechanism that provides advice or facilities to obtain important data that is needed. Advances in the field of information and communication innovation, the world feels like there are no more boundaries, distance, and time. This study aims to determine digital literacy as a moderation of the influence of digital marketing and lifestyle on purchasing decisions in online marketplaces. The current analysis uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study are consumers who have shopped online. Samples were taken from this population, and the selection of this research sample was determined by random sampling to produce a sample of 150 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis, the results of this study found that digital marketing and lifestyle influence purchasing decisions in online marketplaces. Digital literacy is able to moderate digital marketing and lifestyle on purchasing decisions in online marketplaces.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the characteristics of sand grain gradation, mud content and specific gravity of Saddang River sand. Saddang river sand is the main source of sand used in construction activities in South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi. In order to ensure that Saddang river sand meets the quality standards used in the construction world, it is necessary to conduct research related to Gradation of grains, mud content and specific gravity of sand. These three factors are part of the factors that determine the quality of concrete and cement mixtures. The research was located at the Saddang River sand mine in Pincara Village, Patampanua subdistrict, Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The research method uses field surveys and laboratory analysis to analyze the gradation of sand grains, mud content and specific gravity. The results of the sieve analysis show that the Saddang River sand is classified as gradation zone no. 4 or classified as fine sand based on the fine aggregate gradation table SNI 03-2834-2000 and ASTM C-33. The results of the analysis of the Saddang River sand mud content ranged from 2.233% to 2.250%, fulfilling SNI 03-4804-1998 which has been determined at a maximum of 5%. The specific gravity analysis show the average value of bulk specific gravity (2,489 gr/m3), dry specific gravity (2,524 gr/m3), and visible specific gravity (2,600 gr/m3). meets SNI 03-1970-2008 standards ranging from < 1.6 gr/m3 to 3.2 gr/m3. The ater absorption in fine aggregate ranged from 1.5% to 3.8%, meeting SNI 03-1970-2008 with a maximum of 5%.

Abstract

The role of government in agriculture is very important in determining economic policy, in planning to mobilize actors there must be readiness, seriousness and commitment to implement it. In an effort to establish regional autonomy, readiness to face future challenges and effective and efficient management of the regional economy by utilizing regional potential and resources. support that has a comprehensive design is needed, in order to obtain information that is in accordance with the problem formulation and research objectives. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method. This research is located in Bolaang Mongondow district (North Sulawesi). Regarding the role of the government in controlling the level of competitiveness of farmer groups in Bolaang Mongondow district (North Sulawesi). Data collection methods This research uses secondary data. The role of the government as a regulator is that the government prepares the implementation of development (issuing regulations in the framework of the effectiveness and orderliness of development administration). capital through providing capital assistance to the community. The government as a catalyst, the village government has a position as an agent that accelerates the development of village potential. The research results show that the government's role in controlling the level of competitiveness of farmer groups in Bolaang Mongondow, North Sulawesi, is very important and has a positive impact. With support and assistance from the government, farmers can increase their productivity, expand markets, and increase their income.

Abstract

At the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, all sectors of the national and global economy were wholly paralyzed, the impact of which was that the economy's pace was hampered due to the limited space for economic transactions. During the soaring cases of Covid-19, not all parties are harmed, one of which is the health sector, which has increased its operational rate amid the pandemic. Furthermore, the health sector in the capital market has become the target of local and foreign investors. From the description above, this study intends to analyze the variable debt-to-asset ratio, return on equity, and current ratio on the stock price of the health sector. The research method is associative quantitative with multiple linear regression models on the SPSS 25 statistical tool. The population and sample in this study are health sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The results show that the return on equity variable does not affect the health sector stock price. In contrast, the debt-to-equity ratio and current ratio variables positively affect the health sector stock price.

Abstract

Holding shares that have been purchased by investors is a level of trust in the company itself, and whether or not investors hold their shares for a long time greatly influences the condition of the holding period. During a period of transition and global economic uncertainty, stock prices in the energy sector are a long-term alternative to be maintained. Thus this study aims to analyze the effect of bid-ask spreads, market value, and variance returns on the holding period of the energy sector. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of data on the number of outstanding shares, daily data on the volume of stock trading transactions, the bid price and ask price of shares, and the average stock return of energy sector companies during 2020-2021 with the type of time series data. The population and sample in this study are all companies going public in the energy sector on the Indonesian stock exchange, namely 58 companies on all accelerator boards for the period 2020-2021. The data analysis tool used is a multiple linear regression model to look for the effect of bid-ask spreads on market value and variance return on the holding period. The results of this study show that the bid-ask spreads variable has a negative effect on the holding period, and for market value variable results, the variance return does not affect the holding period.
