Abstract

This study aims to measure the validity, practicality and effectiveness of science comic media with the material Processing Waste in class IV students at SDN 8 Pule, Pule District, Trenggalek Regency. This research is Development Research by adopting the ADDIE development model which has 5 stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. There are 4 validators, 2 from material experts and 2 from media experts. Practicality is measured by analyzing the results of respondents' (students') responses. The respondents in this study were 15 students consisting of 6 female students and 9 male students in class IV of SDN 8 Pule, Pule District, Trenggalek Regency. The effectiveness of learning with science media was analyzed using the N-gain formula. The results of the research show that the science comic media has an average validation value of 76 (Valid), which means it is suitable for use with revisions. The practicality percentage of the science comic media is 97% in preliminary activities, 100% in core activities, 97.2% in closing activities. The N-Gain value is 0.7 (high: 0.07-100) which means that the effectiveness of learning using science comic media is high or very effective, student response is very good (90%). Student learning outcomes in the critical thinking aspect increased from an average score of 30 to an average score of 80. Students looked active, enthusiastic and enthusiastic in answering every question asked by the teacher, and students looked enthusiastic in participating in every learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of interactive LKPD in improving student learning outcomes in science learning with the topic of recognizing the cycles of living things in class III at SDN Sangen 01. This research uses the class action research (PTK) method. The number of students in this study was 8 class III students at SDN Sangen 01, consisting of 3 male students and 5 female students. This research was carried out in two cycles and began with pre-cycle actions. Each cycle is carried out with planning, implementation and reflection activities. Based on the results of this research, it shows that student learning outcomes in this pre-cycle action are still low with an average score of 60 and learning completeness of 37.5%. In the first cycle stage, it shows that student learning outcomes are quite good because there is an increase with an average score of 76 and learning completeness of 62.5%. Meanwhile, in the second cycle stage, data was obtained that student learning outcomes were higher than the previous cycle, with an average score of 83 and learning completeness of 87.5%. Students' responses to the use of interactive LKPD were initially from adequate to very feasible and the learning process was included in the good category. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of Korean Street Food marketing strategies on MSMEs in Pasar Cidu Makassar on increasing sales volume, with social media as an intervening variable. Quantitative methods were used in this research by collecting data through surveys of 50 MSME owners or managers at Pasar Cidu Makassar who actively use social media in their marketing strategies. The results of multiple regression analysis show that marketing strategy has a significant direct influence on social media (path coefficient = 0.541, p < 0.05) and sales volume (path coefficient = 0.646, p < 0.05). In addition, social media also has a significant influence on sales volume (path coefficient = 0.062, p < 0.05), acting as a mediator between marketing strategies and increasing sales volume. Path analysis shows that the total effect of marketing strategy on sales volume is 0.6795, which indicates the existence of significant direct and indirect effects. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating marketing strategies and social media in an effort to increase the sales volume of Korean Street Food MSMEs at Cidu Makassar Market.

Abstract

Permasalahan anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum sangatlah merisaukan, untuk itu diperlukanya suatu sistem pradilan yang menjamin perlindungan anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum. Anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum adalah anak yang melakukan tindak pidana atau yang anak yang melakukan perbuatan yang dinyatakan dilarang bagi anak baik menurut perundang-undagan maupun menurut peraturan hukum lain yang hidup dan berlaku dalam masyarakat yang bersangkutan.Proses penanganan anak dapat menimbulkan permasalahan karena mereka harus ditangani secara hukum.Tingkah laku yang demikian disebabkan karena dalam masa pertumbuhan sikap dan mental anak belum stabil, dan juga tidak terlepas dari lingkungan tempat anak bergaul. Pendekatan ini dilakukan dengan meneliti data sekunder yang berhubungan dengan obyek penelitian, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mengadakan penelitian langsung dilapangan.Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh disajikan secara deskriptif dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketentuan Pasal 16 ayat (3) Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak sudah diimplementasikan oleh Polres Padangsidimpuan dalam kasus pencurian yang dilakukan oleh anak, Polres Padangsidimpuan tidak melakukan penangkapan dan penahanan sepanjang ada orang tua/keluarga yang bisa menjamin. Dalam penanganan perkara ini Polres Padangsidimpuan juga berhasil dalam mengupayakan proses diversi.

Abstract

Ibu yang bekerja menjadi salah satu hambatan dan tantangan tersendiri bagi ibu dalam memberikan ASI. Hasil survei yang dilakukan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik menyebutkan bahwa cakupan ASI Eksklusif yang terdapat pada ibu bekerja lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan ibu yang tidak bekerja. Rendahnya cakupan ASI Eksklusif pada ibu bekerja disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi breastfeeding self efficacy. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan antara dukungan suami dan dukungan tempat kerja dengan breastfeeding self efficacy pada ibu yang bekerja dalam pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 72 responden, diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan menggunakan rumus slovin. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dukungan suami yaitu The Partner Breastfeeding Influence Scale, kusiner dukungan tempat kerja dan kuesioner Breastfeeding Self Efficacy Scale yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis yang digunakan univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil analisis diperoleh mayoritas responden berada pada kelompok usia dewasa awal 70.8%, tingkat pendidikan SMA 70.8%, jenis pekerjaan Pegawai Swasta 80.6%, status paritas multipara 55.6%, jenis persalinan normal 66.7 %. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan uji chi square menunjukkan nilai p-value 0.037 < 0.05 untuk dukungan suami dengan breastfeeding self efficacy, dan hasil p-value 0.004 < 0.05 untuk dukungan tempat kerja breastfeeding self efficacy. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan suami dan dukungan tempat kerja dengan breastfeeding self efficacy.

Abstract

Pizza rolls are snacks in the form of small rolls that usually contain typical pizza ingredients, such as tomato sauce, cheese, meat such as pepperoni or sausage, and various other toppings. The outer crust of pizza rolls is usually made from thin dough such as bread or pastry, then fried or baked until crispy. Pizza rolls are a small snack that combines the classic taste of pizza with a practical form that is easy to eat at any time. Its popularity makes it a favorite choice for casual events, parties or just an afternoon snack. Seeing the increasing food trend, the author took the initiative to make pizza rolls with topping variants in order to provide education to people who want to become entrepreneurs in the culinary field, especially snacks. Pizza rolls are known as a practical and delicious snack, but their health benefits depend on the ingredients used and how they are made. Some of the potential benefits of pizza rolls, especially if made with quality ingredients and consumed in moderation, are a source of fast energy, rich in protein, a source of calcium, contain vitamins and minerals, a healthy alternative with modifications, and improve mood. The methods used in this activity include lectures, questions and answers or discussions, and training. The results obtained were (1) The participants responded well to the training in making pizza rolls with topping variants; (2) Strong motivation and interest from training participants so that it supports the transfer of information and skills from service providers to participants, and each participant can fully absorb the training material offered; and (3) The training product for making pizza rolls with topping variants can be consumed daily and can be used as an entrepreneurial product.

Abstract

The existence of management of facilities and infrastructure to serve the entire community in the school through a joint effort to achieve goals both effectively and efficiently. The formulation of the research problem is; How to Manage School Facilities and Infrastructure to Support Student Learning Achievement at MTS Assalam. The aim of the research is to find out how the management of school facilities and infrastructure supports the achievement of student participants at MTS Assalam Penuguan Banyuasin. Qualitative research method, using a descriptive approach. Information is obtained from interviews, hand notes, documents and visual materials such as photos and videos, materials from the internet and other documents. As a result of the research, findings were obtained regarding: The availability of facilities and infrastructure in schools can make it easier for students and teachers in the learning process, if they have adequate facilities and infrastructure, teachers' strategies and skills in teaching and use the facilities and infrastructure appropriately. Complete educational facilities and infrastructure can create better learning conditions. Based on the research results, conclusions from interviews with management informants of facilities and infrastructure at MTS Assalam can be said to support student learning achievement, because at MTS Assalam the infrastructure is good. And the suggestion is that schools need to increase creativity and innovation in maintaining facilities and infrastructure. So doesn't cost too much money or procurement funds for maintenance. For example, holding a class wall cleaning competition. So that student creativity increases, maintenance is maintained and expenses for purchasing wall paint are minimized.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is empirically examine the effect of deferred tax expense and tax planning on earnings management. The data in this study uses financial report data from food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period from 2020 to 2022. Financial report in this study were obtained from www.idx.co.id. The samples used in this study were 12 companies using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that deferred tax expense and tax planning have no effect on earnings management.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of Indonesian and Gen Z languages ​​among teenagers in the song "Komang" by Raim Laode. This song was chosen because of its popularity among teenagers and the use of interesting language, namely a mixture of Indonesian and Gen Z languages. The research method used was content analysis with a qualitative approach. Research data in the form of the lyrics of the song "Komang" were analyzed to identify the use of Indonesian and Gen Z languages, as well as the meaning and function of the use of these languages. The research results show that the song "Komang" uses both types of language creatively and effectively. Indonesian is used to convey the main message of the song, namely an expression of love and admiration for someone named Komang. Meanwhile, Gen Z language is used to create a familiar, relaxed and contemporary impression, so that this song is more easily accepted and understood by teenagers. Gen Z's use of language also functions as identity and self-expression for teenagers, as well as strengthening feelings of connection between generations. The conclusion of this research is that the song "Komang" successfully combines Indonesian and Gen Z languages ​​in its lyrics, thus creating a work that is relevant and attractive to teenagers. This song also shows that language can be a bridge between generations, as well as an expression of identity and creativity.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam institusi pendidikan Islam memiliki peran strategis dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi berbasis nilai-nilai Islami. Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi rekrutmen, pengembangan tenaga pendidik Islami, serta penilaian kinerja secara holistik. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik berbasis studi literatur, data diperoleh melalui analisis dokumen terkait pengelolaan SDM Islami. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa rekrutmen tenaga pendidik menitikberatkan pada aspek kejujuran, amanah, kompetensi profesional, dan karakter Islami. Pengembangan tenaga pendidik dilakukan melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan yang mencakup aspek spiritual, pedagogik, dan profesionalitas. Penilaian kinerja diterapkan secara holistik dengan mempertimbangkan profesionalisme, akhlak Islami, serta kontribusi tenaga pendidik dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Studi ini berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan teori dan praktik pengelolaan SDM Islami dengan menekankan pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam setiap aspek pengelolaan tenaga pendidik, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang berkualitas dan berlandaskan prinsip-prinsip keislaman.
