Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the forms of violence against children and the legal protection provided to children as victims of crime under Indonesian criminal law. Legal protection for children is a crucial issue that requires serious attention from various parties, including the government, society, and families. Children have fundamental rights that must be protected to ensure their proper growth and development. This paper discusses the concept of legal protection for children, the legal basis underlying child protection in Indonesia, as well as the challenges and solutions that can be implemented to improve legal protection for children.

Abstract

Hyperuricemia is a condition characterized by elevated levels of uric acid in the blood, which can lead to health issues such as joint pain, impaired kidney function, and gout. One of the main causes is the consumption of purine-rich foods, including red meat. In Islamic teachings, food consumption not only considers nutritional value but also the halal aspect and the prohibition of excess to prevent harm. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 68 congregants of Jami’ YARSI Mosque who participated in a Medical Check-Up and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire on red meat consumption patterns and uric acid levels measured with the Easy Touch GCU device. Results showed that among respondents with below-normal uric acid levels, 14 individuals (20.6%) had low risk and 9 (13.2%) had high risk. Among those with normal levels, 13 individuals (19.1%) had low risk and 1(1.5%) had high risk. For those with above-normal levels, 9 individuals (13.2%) had low risk and 22 (32.4%) had high risk. The Chi-Square test showed a p-value < 0.05, indicating a significant relationship between red meat consumption patterns and uric acid levels. From an Islamic perspective, maintaining health through dietary regulation, including meat consumption, is part of worship and a trust over the body. Therefore, education on healthy red meat consumption aligned with Islamic values is essential to prevent hyperuricemia risk.

Abstract

Abstract : This research focuses on the lexical and grammatical meanings in the lyrics of Keisya Levronka's song "Tak Lagi Usai". This study uses a semantic approach. The purpose of this study is to first explain the grammatical meaning in the lyrics of the song "Tak Lagi Usai" by Keisya Levronka. The second explains the lexical meaning in the lyrics of Keisya Levronka's song "Unwanted to End". The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. This research is descriptive qualitative which means using interpretation (interpretative). The source of the data used is the song "Unwanted to End" by Keisya Levronka. The data analysis technique used is note-taking, namely by analyzing the grammatical and lexical meanings contained in the lyrics of the song "Tak Lagi Usai" by Keisya Levronka. The data in this study are all words, phrases, clauses, and sentences contained in the lyrics of Keisya Levronka's song "Tak Lagi Usai" which contain grammatical and lexical meanings. The results of the research conducted by the researcher concluded that there were 40 data, namely the first data of grammatical meaning, there were 22 data. Then the second data about lexical meaning there are 18 data.

Abstract

Culture is all the results of human work, feelings and creations, namely the entire complex way of life, including knowledge, belief, art, morals, customary law and all other abilities and habits acquired by humans as members of society. One of the cultural relics is the Kusmala inscription at the Airlangga Kediri Museum. Philology can be interpreted as love of words or it can also be a love of speaking, speaking with arguments. That is the reason why philologists always play around and like words and texts. This research is qualitative research. This research aims to examine the cultural values of the Kusmala inscription. Data collection was carried out using test and interview methods. This research aims to analyze the contents of the Kusmala inscription, as for the informant named Novi BMW. Research data analysis is descriptive. The results of this research discuss cultural values, as well as the meaning contained in the Kusmala inscription

Abstract

Literary texts are artistic products that write down the activities, behavior and social attitudes of society. Because of this, literature is seen as a photocopy of the reality of life. The aim of this research is to describe human relations in the literary novel Hari Mulai Terang by Arafat Nur. Human relations are human relations with social life including nature, God and oneself. Descriptive qualitative methods were used in this research with listening, reading and note-taking techniques. The analysis uses data content analysis which shows human relations. The results of the findings and analysis include: (a) human relations with themselves; (b) human relations with fellow humans; (c) human relations with nature; and (iv) human relationship with God. These findings encourage the existence of a social circle of figures who live in the local environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penguasaan komputer akuntansi, khususnya aplikasi MYOB, terhadap kinerja praktis dan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan lulusan Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi Universitas Negeri Makassar. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan komputer akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja praktis serta kemampuan pengambilan keputusan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penguasaan teknologi akuntansi merupakan kompetensi penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kerja dan kualitas keputusan lulusan.

Abstract

The use of artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT is increasingly popular across various fields, including education, research, and creative industries. However, not all users obtain responses that align with their expectations. This article aims to examine strategies for providing effective prompts to ChatGPT to ensure that the generated output meets user needs. The method used in this study is a literature review, referring to various recent sources on prompt engineering techniques and best practices for interacting with generative language models. The results of this study indicate that word choice, sentence structure, and clear context in a prompt significantly affect the quality of responses produced by ChatGPT. This article also provides several examples of effective prompts as a guide for users to interact optimally with generative AI models.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the organizational communication strategy applied in the development and management of waste businesses by the Serdang Bedagai Regency Environmental Service. The main focus of this study is the communication strategy applied to improve understanding and cooperation between the government and business actors in the management of Hazardous and Toxic Materials (B3) waste. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Key informants in this study include Muhd ​​Arifin Pane, SP (Head of Waste Management), Supendi, S.AP. (Head of Waste Management Section), Sukawati, SP (Head of Hazardous and Toxic Materials Waste Section), and one waste business actor. The results of the study indicate that the organizational communication theory applied involves vertical communication between the government and business actors, which focuses on socialization and development. Barriers to communication include semantic, mechanical, and ecological barriers where business actors lack understanding of waste management in accordance with regulations, as well as minimal use of communication technology. This study concludes that a more participatory and integrative communication strategy is needed to increase business actors' awareness and compliance with waste regulations, as well as to create better relationships between the government and business actors.

Abstract

Wasting merupakan bentuk malnutrisi akut tandanya BB jauh rendah disandinglan TB (BB/TB). Deteksi dini kondisi ini fundamental guna mitigasi efek panjang berpeluang menghambat pertumbuhan anak. Kasus balita dengan wasting di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Semanding pada periode 2022 hingga 2024 menunjukkan angka peningkatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menilai tingkat pengetahuan ibu mengenai deteksi dini kejadian wasting pada balita. Studi mempergunakan model deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi studi mencakup semua ibu mempunyai balita pada Desa Boto, daerah Puskesmas Semanding Kabupaten Tuban, dengan jumlah 78 orang. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 65 responden yang ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen studi berbentuk kuesioner, sedangkan data dikaji deskriptif mempergunakan tabel, distribusi frekuensi, serta persentase. Temuan studi menggambarkan hampir setengah (46%) ibu berpendidikan SMA, sebagian besar (58%) ibu tidak memperoleh informasi wasting, Sebagian besar (54%) ibu bekerja, serta hampir setengahnya (45%) berumur 26-35 tahun. Sebagian besar (75%) ibu memiliki pengetahuan baik mengenai Deteksi Dini kejadian Wasting pada Balita. Berdasarkan Karakteristik, hampir seluruhnya ibu yang berpengetahuan baik memiliki Pendidikan di Perguruan Tinggi, pernah mendapatkan informasi tentang wasting, tidak bekerja, dan berusia 26-35 tahun. Pentingnya peran ibu dalam mendeteksi dini kejadian wasting sangat krusial, mengingat pengetahuan yang baik dapat mempengaruhi keputusan dalam mencari bantuan medis dan memberikan nutrisi yang tepat. Sehingga peningkatan akses informasi seperti program edukasi atau penyuluhan dan pendidikan bagi ibu sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung deteksi dini dan penanganan masalah gizi pada balita, guna mencegah dampak jangka panjang dari wasting.

Abstract

Kondisi yang dikenal sebagai hipertensi adalah saat tekanan darah seseorang meningkat hingga mencapai 140/90 mmHg atau lebih tinggi.”Penyakit ini berbahaya karena sering tanpa gejala sehingga dikenal sebagai “The Silent Killer”. Di Kabupaten Tuban, prevalensi hipertensi meningkat 14% pada tahun 2022–2023.” Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyajikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai penerapan gaya hidup sehat oleh penderita hipertensi yang berobat di Puskesmas Semanding, Kabupaten Tuban. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini ialah deskriptif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 44 orang anggota Prolanis yang menderita hipertensi. Seluruh populasi tersebut dijadikan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang berfokus pada variabel utama, yaitu gaya hidup sehat penderita hipertensi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan persentase. Temuan studi ini memperlihatkan bahwa responden didominasi oleh perempuan yang berusia 51 hingga 60 tahun, dengan latar belakang pendidikan SMA. Mayoritas dari mereka dilaporkan memiliki gaya hidup sehat dengan kategori "cukup". Faktor usia, jenis kelamin, dan pendidikan memengaruhi penerapan gaya hidup. Upaya peningkatan dapat dilakukan melalui diet hipertensi dan pemeriksaan tekanan darah rutin.
