Cervical cancer is one of the causes of death for woman in the world, including Indonesia. Cervical cancer is a malignant tumor that affects the surface layer (epithelium) and the cervix. The study aims to determine the effectiveness of health counseling on cervical cancer prevention with flipchart on the motivation of fertile age woman in early detection of cervical cancer. This study used a pre-experimental design, one group pre-test pos-test method. This research was conducted in the village of Labuh Baru Timur, Payung Sekaki sub district with 34 respondents as the samples and used purposive sampling technique based on inclusion criteria. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with the dependent t test an the Wilcoxon test. The test results of the dependent sample t test showed that p value was 0,000, wich means p value < 0,05. This means that H0 is rejected, it can be concluded that health education about cervical cancer prevention is effective in increasing the motivation of fertile age woman to prevent cervical cancer in early detection of cervical cancer.Keywords: Cervical Cancer; Flipchart; Health Counseling; Motivation.

Cervical cancer is a disease that can be prevented through early detection, one of which is the acetic acid visual inspection (IVA) method. IVA is done by applying acetic acid (3-5%) into the cervix which is seen from the color changes that occur. This study aims to describe the intention of WUS to carry out early detection of the IVA method. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive method. The sample used in this study were 34 people with snowball sampling technique. The results of the univariate test showed that the majority of respondents were aged 30-40 years (55.9%), the most education was SMA/equivalent (70.6%) and the majority of the respondents occupations were domestic workers (73.5%). Based on the results of the study, the frequency of intentions in the weak category was 18 people (52.9%), the medium category was 16 people (47.1%) and none was in the strong category. As input for WUS to always increase their activity in participating in programs carried out by the Puskesmas in increasing health-related intentions, especially for cervical cancer.Keywords : cervical cancer; early detection; intention; IVA; WUS

Visual Inspection Acetic (VIA) is one of the practical early detection efforts for cervical cancer, it is very easy to do with simple equipment and the price is affordable for the wider community. This study aims to determine the effect of health education with calendar poster media about VIA examination on the behavior of performing VIA in women of childbearing age for cervical cancer prevention. This study used a pre-experimental design with one group pre-test post-test design. This research was conducted in the Puskesmas Sapta Taruna, Bukit Raya with a sample of 34 respondents who were taken based on inclusion criteria using purposive sampling. Data collection tool using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used the Wilcoxon. The results of the univariate analysis of the majority of respondents were in the age of 30-40 years (52,9%). The majority of respondents are at the education level of SMA (58,8%). The majority of occupations are domestic workers (79,4%). The results of bivariate analysis with wilcoxon obtained p value (0.000) < α (0.05). This means that Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that there are differences in the behavior of women of childbearing age before and after being given health education with calendar poster. Health education with calendar poster media about VIA examination has an effect on the behavior of performing VIA in women of childbearing age for cervical cancer prevention. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference for health facilities in providing information and services regarding VIA examinations to improve behavior in conducting VIA as an early detection of cervical cancer.Keywords: calendar poster; cervical cancer; VIA examination; VIA screening.

Mastitis is one of the problems that mothers can experience during the breastfeeding process and this situation is the reason for mothers to stop giving exclusive breastfeeding to their babies, one of the influencing factors is the mother's level of knowledge. This study aims to determine the effect of using video media on increasing the knowledge of third trimester pregnant women about the risk of mastitis at the Harapan Raya Health Center. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design with a total sample of 34 respondents using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data analysis used is bivariate analysis using dependent sample t-test and independent sample t-test. The results of the dependent t-test obtained in the experimental group, namely p value 0.000 < 0.005, showed that there was a significant effect on health education using video media on increasing knowledge of third trimester pregnant women about the risk of mastitis, in the control group, p value 0.431 > 0.005 was not found. the effect of increasing maternal knowledge on the risk of mastitis. It can be concluded that video media has an effect on increasing the knowledge of third trimester pregnant women about the risk of mastitis Keywords: media videos, knowledge, Mastitis risk

Sampah merupakan salah satu permasalahan serius yang harus mendapatkan perhatiankhusus.Sampah plastik merupakan sampah yang sangat mudah ditemukan di lingkungan sekitar.Penggunaan sampah plastik di kalangan masyarakat hingga kini terus meningkat tetapi dibiarkanbegitu saja, sedangkan plastik sukar diuraikan bahkan tidak dapat diuraikan sama sekali oleh alamsehingga dapat menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan, seperti menyumbat saluran pembuangan dipemukiman. Apabila dibakar, akan menyebabkan polusi udara yang mengganggu kesehatanpernapasan. Permasalahan sampah plastic dapat diatasi dengan penerapan prinsip 5R (reduce, reuse,recycle, replace, replant). Di sini lebih dijelaskan proses daur ulang plastik (recycle) yang sederhanadan mudah untuk diterapkan pemula.Kata Kunci : daur ulang, 5r, pengolahan limbah.

Abstract : This research focuses on the lexical and grammatical meanings in the lyrics of Keisya Levronka's song "Tak Lagi Usai". This study uses a semantic approach. The purpose of this study is to first explain the grammatical meaning in the lyrics of the song "Tak Lagi Usai" by Keisya Levronka. The second explains the lexical meaning in the lyrics of Keisya Levronka's song "Unwanted to End". The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. This research is descriptive qualitative which means using interpretation (interpretative). The source of the data used is the song "Unwanted to End" by Keisya Levronka. The data analysis technique used is note-taking, namely by analyzing the grammatical and lexical meanings contained in the lyrics of the song "Tak Lagi Usai" by Keisya Levronka. The data in this study are all words, phrases, clauses, and sentences contained in the lyrics of Keisya Levronka's song "Tak Lagi Usai" which contain grammatical and lexical meanings. The results of the research conducted by the researcher concluded that there were 40 data, namely the first data of grammatical meaning, there were 22 data. Then the second data about lexical meaning there are 18 data.

Culture is all the results of human work, feelings and creations, namely the entire complex way of life, including knowledge, belief, art, morals, customary law and all other abilities and habits acquired by humans as members of society. One of the cultural relics is the Kusmala inscription at the Airlangga Kediri Museum. Philology can be interpreted as love of words or it can also be a love of speaking, speaking with arguments. That is the reason why philologists always play around and like words and texts. This research is qualitative research. This research aims to examine the cultural values of the Kusmala inscription. Data collection was carried out using test and interview methods. This research aims to analyze the contents of the Kusmala inscription, as for the informant named Novi BMW. Research data analysis is descriptive. The results of this research discuss cultural values, as well as the meaning contained in the Kusmala inscription

Literary texts are artistic products that write down the activities, behavior and social attitudes of society. Because of this, literature is seen as a photocopy of the reality of life. The aim of this research is to describe human relations in the literary novel Hari Mulai Terang by Arafat Nur. Human relations are human relations with social life including nature, God and oneself. Descriptive qualitative methods were used in this research with listening, reading and note-taking techniques. The analysis uses data content analysis which shows human relations. The results of the findings and analysis include: (a) human relations with themselves; (b) human relations with fellow humans; (c) human relations with nature; and (iv) human relationship with God. These findings encourage the existence of a social circle of figures who live in the local environment.

The material chemical bond is a complicated matter because memorization combined with reasoning, and just imagining something we can not see and we observe directly, making the student saturated and misinterpretation if only to hear the teacher to review the material. For that we should bear Jigsaw Learning Model we apply to dispose of burnout and boredom of students, so that students interested in chemical bonding materials and ambition to get achievement in basic competencies chemical bonds. Literally learning model is a strategy to enhance learning motivation, learning attitude among students, capable of critical thinking, social skills and achieving a more optimal learning outcomes. That's why the development of the traditional learning model is becoming obsolete replaced by modern learning model. One of them learning model Jigsaw Learning. From these results, the model of Jigsaw Learning is seen that the class X-2 JIGSAW LEARNING higher values with mastery 83%, while the control class X-1 value with 69% mastery.

This research is based on the phenomenon that found in Sinoman Karang Taruna Cahya Muda Dusun Tiga Taman Sari, regarding Sinoman culture which must be pursued by local teenagers, especially Karang Taruna youth. However, this is not supported by the presence of teenagers and even members of Karang Taruna participating in presenting Sinoman culture in Sungai Sahut Village. The aim of this research is to describe the forms of participation of Karang Taruna members in Sinoman Cultural Preservation activities. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, determining research informants using purposive sampling techniques, data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display, data verification. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the activities Karang Taruna in preserving Sinoman culture in Tiga Taman Sari Hamlet, Sungai Sahut Village, Tabir Selatan District, Merangin Regency, still has several obstacles. It is carrying out Karang Taruna activities which are caused by Karang Taruna members themselves, such as being less active and less participating in carrying out The task of the Karang Taruna is especially in Sinoman activities, while the effort that can be given by the Karang Taruna chairman in the Sinoman activity itself is by imposing fines with a nominal value determined by the Karang Taruna chairman by mutual agreement, where the fine money can be used to increase cash. youth organizations which in the future can be used for useful things. It can be concluded that Sinoman Culture is a routine activity that has been passed down from generation to generation which must still be preserved and pursued by the younger generation. it can be suggested from this research is increasing the assertiveness of the Karang Aruna Chair towards members but in a way that is easy for members to understand and understand.
