Abstract

Strategic management plays an important role in improving company performance by setting clear goals, conducting environmental analysis with SWOT analysis, making proper decisions, implementing plans effectively, evaluating and measuring performance, developing competitive advantages, and creating an organizational culture that is result-oriented. This study focuses on strategic management in improving company performance through literature study from previous research references that are relevant to the topic of study. The results obtained by integrating aspects of management accounting and strategic management can significantly improve company performance for the short, medium, or long term.

Abstract

Spinny leaves (Amaranthus spinosus L.) are widely used in traditional medicine in the community, apart from their function as a food ingredient. Spinach leaves contain active compounds that can treat inflammation. This study investigates the effect of thorn spinach leaf extract on carrageenan-induced oedema of the legs of female white rats (Rattus norvegicus). An experimental method with a randomized block design (RAK) was employed, which consisted of five treatments and three repetitions. The study results showed that spinach leaf extract (Amaranthus spinosus L.) significantly reduced carrageenan-induced inflammation in the feet of female white rats. The anti-inflammatory effect of spinach leaf extract is practical at a dose of 1250 Mg/kg BW.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kelayakan investasi mesin percetakan tersebut layak atau tidak untuk dilaksanakan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kuantitaif. Perusahaan ini akan menginvestasikan mesin percetakan dengan Harga 300 Juta. Dengan Umur ekonomis 3 tahun. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh  dari Perhitungan metode  Payback period (PP), adalah 1,5 Tahun. Lebih kecil dari umur ekonomis investasi yaitu 3 tahun. Sehingga dari kriteria tersebut investasi mesin percetakan layak dilakukan. Dari Hasil perhitungan Net Present Value (NPV) didapatkan NPV Positif Sebesar Rp 197.360.000 lebih besar dari Nol. Dari hasil tersebut maka investasi mesin percetakan layak dilaksanakan, hasil Analisis dari Profitability Indeks (PI) adalah 1,65 lebih besar dari 1. Dengan demikian proyek ini layak dijalankan. Dan dari hasil perhitungan Internal Rate of return (IRR) Sebesar 50,058% lebih besar dari CoC yaitu 7,50% dengan demikian investasi mesin tersebut layak dilakukan. Berdasarkan ke empat metode yang kami gunakan, metode payback period adalah metode paling efektif yang digunakan dalam menganalisis kelayakan investasi dikarenakan metode ini mengukur seberapa cepat suatu investasi bisa kembali. dan dasar perhitungan yang digunakan adalah aliran kas bukan Laba.Kata kunci: Investasi, Kelayakan

Study This use approach quantitative with type study that is Classroom Action Research consisting of of two cycles, where cycle second done For finish cycle problems first one yet resolved or Not yet missed. Population in study This is all over class XI IPS SMAN 2 Medan year teachings 2024/2025 consisting of from eight class, and make it sample as much ie class XI IPS 1 had 38 participants educate. On every cycle held 2 meetings with 4 stages arranged ie planning, implementation action, observation, and reflection. From the results analysis and calculation of the data obtained that's it on stage before action / pre-action obtained mark complete classic low namely 45%. On learning through implementation approach constructivism has increase motivation learn history as seen from mark results Study students in the main discussion incident Proclamation Indonesian Independence in class XI at SMAN 2 Medan. This matter indicated by activity student in the learning process by researchers in cycle I, meeting 1 and meeting 2, was 60% and 63.3% and increased in cycle II, meeting 1 and meeting 2, namely amounting to 80.1% and 94.8% were in very good category. As well as teacher activities in the learning process experience increase, namely in cycle 1 amounted to 62.5% and 68.2% and increased in cycle II amounted to 80.7% and 94.3%. Improvement results Study can seen in cycle I, meeting 1 and meeting 2, completeness classical 45% and 55% with amount completed students individual. In cycle II, students complete 38 individuals each at meeting 1 and 38 people at meeting 2, with completeness classic 87% and 100%.

Abstract

This study seeks to detail how class XI Asteroids students at SMA Negeri 2 Medan were able to increase their learning activities by using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) paradigm to content related to the history of colonialism and imperialism. The classroom action research (PTK) approach is used in this study to address a range of issues that transpire inside the educational setting. The four steps of this PTK are preparation, execution, evaluation, and review. Increasing students' historical learning activities is the primary goal of this study, and these four steps repeat themselves in a cycle to achieve this goal. The study was place in July and August of 2024 at SMA N 2 Medan and included students from class XI ASTEROID. Each of the two cycles of this study included two sessions. The study shows that with each cycle, pupils get more engaged in learning about history. The average proportion of student learning activities, which was 48.91% in cycle I and 75.78% in cycle II, shows this growth. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the research success indicator has been met, with an average proportion of student learning activity reaching or above 70%, during cycle II.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see the effectiveness of implementing Kahoot-based interactive quiz learning media in increasing interest in learning history in class XI Komet students at SMA Negeri 2 Medan. The method used in this research is classroom action research (PTK) methodology which consists of II stages (Cycles) using a quantitative approach. Questionnaires and observations are data collection instruments (techniques) that are used to see the level of students' interest in learning after using the Kahoot quiz learning media. The population taken was students from SMA Negeri 2 Medan with a sample of class XI Komet students consisting of 36 students consisting of 10 male students and 26 female students. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it is known that the results of the analysis of observation and questionnaire data in stage I which was carried out on 09 August 2024 obtained a percentage of 72.69% and in stage II which was carried out on 12 August 2024 it increased by 89.40%.  Based on the conclusions that have been produced, the researcher states that the use of Kahoot-based interactive quiz learning media has been proven to stimulate and foster students' interest in learning.

Abstract

Konsep Baitul tamwil melakukan kegiatan pengembangan usaha-usaha produktif dan investasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas ekonomi pengusaha mikro dan kecil dengan antara lain mendorong kegiatan menabung dan menunjang pembiayaan kegiatan ekonomi. Penelitian ini fokus kepala pola penyelesaian sengketa pembiayaan bermasalah pada produk murabahah di BMT NU Cabang Camplong Sampang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya sengketa serta pola penyelesaian sengketa pembiayaan bermasalah pada produk murabahah di BMT NU Cabang Camplong Sampang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Dalam tekhnik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data primer, yakni data yang diperoleh langsung dari objek studi penelitian dengan cara wawancara langsung kepada berbagai elemen atau personalia yang berkaitan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan di BMT NU Cabang Camplong Sampang. Data pelengkap (sekunder), yakni data yang diperoleh dari kajian kepustakaan dan membaca berbagai literatur lain. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Sengketa pembiayaan bermasalah pada produk murabahah yang terjadi di lokasi penelitian disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi pihak BMT kurang baiknya pemahaman atas bisnis anggota, anggota kurang jujur dan teliti dalam mengisi data investigasi, dan faktor ekonomi berasal dari turunnya pendapatan ekonomi anggota.

Abstract

Restorative justice has emerged as a promising alternative to traditional punitive systems on a global scale, particularly in the context of addressing juvenile crime. This article explores the effectiveness of restorative justice in responding to child crime by analyzing its core principles, implementation strategies, and outcomes. Employing a blend of qualitative and quantitative research methods, the study delves into case studies, interviews with stakeholders, and statistical data from jurisdictions that have adopted restorative justice practices. The findings indicate that restorative justice can effectively reduce recidivism rates, promote community reintegration, and improve the psychological well-being of both offenders and victims. However, the research also highlights challenges, including inconsistent application and cultural barriers that can impede its effectiveness. To address these issues, the paper offers several recommendations, such as standardizing policies, enhancing facilitator training, and fostering community engagement to optimize the impact of restorative justice initiatives.

Abstract

Bullying has become a widespread issue in schools, with significant consequences for the victims. This study aims to explore the detrimental effect of bullying on students' academic achievement and stress levels. the study used mixed method approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data.A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 223 students at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkep using a Likert scale instrument. The findings reveal that bullying behavior, which encompasses students' thinking, feelings, attitudes, actions, and responsibility, is generally in the "good" category. However, the study also found a significant negative correlation between bullying and student achievement, as well as a positive correlation between bullying and student stress levels. The qualitative results found that bullying effects the students in learning and concentrate at school. This study underscores the importance of addressing bullying in schools to support student well-being and academic success. These results highlight the importance of addressing bullying in schools to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh daya tarik iklan, harga, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Indomie Real Meat pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Andi Djemma Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, daya tarik iklan, harga, dan citra merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Indomie Real Meat. Namun, secara parsial atau terpisah, variabel daya tarik iklan dan Citra merek tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut harus dipertimbangkan secara bersama-sama untuk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen.
