Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan pendidikan Indonesia dengan pendidikan Finlandia. karena pendidikan di Indonesia tertinggal jauh dari bangsa lain. Pendidikan adalah salah satu masalah paling mendesak yang dihadapi umat manusia saat ini. Kualitas pendidikan Finlandia menunjukkan bahwa dunia telah mengakui keberhasilan pendidikan. Perbandingan pendidikan tampaknya sangat berbeda dengan Indonesia. Metode penelitiannya adalah tinjauan literatur, di mana data dikumpulkan dari buku atau jurnal yang telah dianalisis berdasarkan masalah yang diketahui. Ada beberapa perbedaan antara Indonesia dan Finlandia dalam hal pendidikan, antara lain sebagai berikut: 1) pendidikan Indonesia lebih dominan pada arena kompetensi, sedangkan Finlandia menganut prinsip pemahaman; 2) Indonesia memiliki sistem kehidupan kelas bagi siswa yang kemampuannya di bawah rata-rata dan peringkat siswa; 3) Indonesia memiliki beban belajar +/- 40 jam per minggu; Finlandia belajar +/- 30 jam per minggu; 4) Indonesia mengajar terutama di ruang kelas, sedangkan Finlandia menggunakan pendekatan pemecahan masalah Terakhir, 6) pendidik di Indonesia tidak boleh kurang dari D4, jika kemampuan pendidik Finlandia pada dasarnya adalah ahli (S2). Siswa di Indonesia diharuskan memiliki surat rekomendasi tertulis dari guru mereka sebelumnya untuk mendaftar di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Rekruitmen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di pendidikan dasar adalah proses krusial dalam memenuhi kebutuhan akan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas di tingkat pendidikan dasar. Tujuan dari rekruitmen ini adalah untuk menarik individu yang memiliki kualifikasi, kompetensi, dan motivasi yang sesuai untuk menjadi pendidik yang efektif di lingkungan pendidikan dasar. Rekruitmen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di pendidikan dasar melibatkan proses penerimaan dan seleksi calon guru, kepala sekolah, staf administrasi, dan tenaga pendukung lainnya. Faktor-faktor seperti kualifikasi akademik dan profesional, kompetensi dalam mengelola pembelajaran, peran komite sekolah, dan aspek keberagaman harus diperhatikan dalam proses rekruitmen ini. Melalui pendekatan yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan dalam rekruitmen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di pendidikan dasar, diharapkan dapat terpenuhi kebutuhan akan pendidik yang berkualitas, meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, dan menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang inklusif dan beragam.

Abstract

The research in this thesis whos motivated by the impact of mobile phone use on elementary school student’s social interactions. The aim this research is to find out the negative and positive impacts of using mobile phones for elementary school students 013 Muara Jalai and how to overcome these impacts. This study uses case study research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation and field notes. The results of the study show that the use of mobile phones can provide results of observations and interviews for class IV at elementary school 013 Muara Jalai, so the accompanying problems are found, namely: the negative impact of using mobile phones on students' social interactions, the attitude of children to their friends imitating what is shown on mobile applicationsn, some there are children who dance, like those in the tik tok application, work from home is neglected.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning activity of fifth-grade students of UPT SD Negeri 017 Singkuang Ranch. This study aims to increase the learning activities of fifth-grade students of UPT SD Negeri 017 Singkuang Ranah, which consists of 25 students. The research used was Classroom Action Research (PTK), carried out in two learning cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings and four learning stages: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques in the form of documentation, observation, and tests. In contrast, the data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on the data analysis, the results of the learning activities of class V UPT SD Negeri 017 Ranah Singkuang in the pre-action were obtained with a learning completeness percentage of 63.04%. In Cycle 1 Meeting I, with a learning completeness percentage of 67.61%, and in Cycle 1 Meeting II, there was an increase with a learning completeness percentage of 72%. In cycle two, the first meeting also increased with the rate of learning activities at 75.62%. In cycle 2, the second meeting experienced another increase, with the speed of learning completeness at 84.75%. Thus, applying the peer lesson type active learning model can increase the learning activities of class V UPT SD Negeri 017 Ranah Singkuang.Keywords : Model Active learning type peer lesson, Activities learning and Elementary School Students

Abstract

This research aims to improve the critical thinking skills of class IV MI Baitul Haq Bumi Mulya students in the 2022/2023 academic year, which consists of 15 students. This research method is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two learning cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings and four learning stages, namely: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. When the research was carried out in May 2023. Data collection techniques were in the form of documentation, observation and tests. The results of the critical thinking skills of grade IV MI Baitul Haq Bumi Mulya students in the pre-action average value of 72.53 with a proportion of learning completeness of 40%. At the meeting of cycle 1 the average value was 49.33 with a proportion of learning completeness of 40% and in cycle 1 of meeting II there was an increase with an average value of 63.86 with a proportion of learning completeness of 53%. At the cycle 2 meeting there was also an increase with an average score of 80.06 with a proportion of learning completeness of 67%, and at the cycle 2 meeting there was an increase again with an average score of 82.13 with a proportion of learning completeness of 87%. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model can improve the critical thinking skills of class IV MI Baitul Haq Bumi Mulya students.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low social skills of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 017 Ranah Singkuang. This study aims to improve the social skills of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 017 Ranah Singkuang, with a total of 25 students. The research used was Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out in two learning cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings and four learning stages, namely: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques in the form of documentation, observation and tests. While the data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the social skills of class V students at SD Negeri 017 Ranah Singkuang were obtained in the pre-action with a learning mastery percentage of 40%. In cycle 1 meeting I with a learning completeness percentage of 60% and in cycle 1 Meeting II there was an increase with a learning completeness percentage of 76%. In cycle 2 the first meeting also increased with a learning completeness percentage of 84%, and in cycle 2 the second meeting experienced another increase with a learning completeness percentage of 96%. Thus it can be concluded that by applying the social inquiry learning model it can improve the social skills of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 017 Ranah Singkuang.

Abstract

This study uses a STEAM approach to learning outcomes of biological innovation, using a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method with a posttest-only design with a nonequivalent group design. The population in this study are fourth-semester students of Biology Tadris UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, class IVA, IVB, IVC, and VI D, totaling 36 people. Samples were taken using class IVA and IV D with the purposive sampling technique. The instrument in this study was in the form of five essay test questions. Data analysis used t-test and correlation test (phi (Φ)). Analysis of t-test data from the calculation results shows that the use of the STEAM approach is proven to be better than online lectures without using the STEAM approach. The results of the study were continued with a correlation test (phi test (Φ)), from the results of the calculations, it was concluded that the STEAM approach had a significant effect on the learning outcomes of students’ cognitive domains in the biology learning innovation course.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan STEAM terhadap hasil belajar inovasi biologi, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain posttest only dengan nonequivalent group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester IV Biologi Tadris UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi kelas IVA, IVB, IVC, dan VI D yang berjumlah 36 orang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas VIA dan IV D diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa 5 soal tes essay. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t dan uji korelasi (phi (Φ)). Analisis data uji t Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan pendekatan STEAM terbukti lebih baik daripada perkuliahahan online tanpa menggunakan pendekatan STEAM. Hasil penelitian dilanjutkan dengan uji korelasi (uji phi (Φ)), dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pendekatan STEAM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar ranah kognitif mahasiswa pada mata kuliah inovasi pembelajaran biologi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari kenyataaan bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran masih bersifat monoton dan pengembangan aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor siswa kurang berkembang dengan baik, sehingga hasil belajar PKn siswa belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Untuk mengatasinya dilakukan tindakan dengan menggunakan metoda role-playing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran PKn di kelas II SDN 003Bangkinang Kota. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara tes dan pengamatan melalui lembar pengamatan aspek guru dan siswa.Metoda role-playing ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut.Dari hasil analisis data penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metoda role-playing dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas II SDN 003Bangkinang Kota. Dari hasil evaluasi yang telah dilakukan oleh siswa pada siklus I nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa 65,53% dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan dengan rata-rata yang diperoleh yaitu 84,3%

Abstract

Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 41 tahun 2007 mengisyaratkan penggunaan pendekatan tematik dalam pembelajaran kelas 1 sampai kelas 3 Sekolah Dasar (SD). Bahkan dewasa ini pasca diberlakukannya Kurikulum 2013, pendekatan tematik wajib diimplementasikan dari kelas 1 sampai kelas 6 pada proses pembelajaran. Adalah menjadi hal yang penting bagi guru SD untuk dapat melaksanakan pendekatan tematik sebagai tanggung jawab profesi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menganalisis pemahaman guru SD tentang pendekatan tematik, 2) mendapatkan profil kemampuan guru SD dalam melaksanakan pendekatan tematik, dan 3) mengetahui hambatan-hambatan guru dalam mengimplementasikan pendekatan tematik di SD. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian guru kelas 1 sampai kelas 3 di lima SD Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Triangulasi dilakukan melalui focus group discussion antara peneliti, guru, dan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara konsep guru memahami pendekatan tematik dengan baik, namun pada pelaksanaannya 6 dari 9 orang guru yang diteliti tidak melaksanakan pendekatan tematik dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa sebagian besar guru mengalami kendala dalam mengimplementasikan pendekatan tematik pada proses pembelajaran

Abstract

Based on observations, indicating civic learning still conventionally implemented where teachers are still using instructional media were confined to the textbook. This causes make the students is not actice in the learning process and learning results obtained are low. Focused on the problem, this research aims to improve the planning, implementation and assessment of learning civics by using audio-visual media. This classroom action research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. In practice, this research consisted of two cycles was taken collaboratively with classroom teachers. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing measures are accompanied observations and reflections on each cycle. The research was conducted in the second semester of the academic year 2015/2016 in 016 Bangkinang City Elementary School with the research subjects were all students in fourth grade. The research data was collected through observation, interviews, field notes, documentation and test. The results of data analysis showed that the use of audio-visual media can improve student learning outcomes in learning in fourth grade Civics 016 Bangkinang City State. It is seen from (1) The results of student learning in the cognitive an increase of the average value of 7.1 in the first cycle to 8.0 in the second cycle, (2) the affective domain increased from an average value of 7.8 on I cycle to 8.5 in the second cycle, and (3) on psychomotor increased from an average value of 6.4 in the first cycle to 7.9 in the second cycle. Seeing the results of this study, the class action research in the use of audio-visual media in Civics learning needs to be applied and developed in order to improve the quality of education in the future.
