Abstract

Bimbingan belajar merupakan salah satu bimbingan yang di arahkan untuk membantu para individu atau siswa dalam menghadapi dan memecahkan masalah- masalah dalam hal belajarnya. Dengan adanya bimbingan belajar yang diikuti oleh peserta didik dan di setujui oleh orang tua peserta didik yang dilaksanakan di luar jam mata pelajaran sekolah dan diadakan di lingkungan sekolah maka dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil penelitian adalah pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan belajar di sekolah tersebut dapat membantu siswa mengurangi kesulitan belajar baik pembelajaran literasi maupun numerasi. Pada pelaksanaan bimbingan belajar ini terkadang hanya memberikan model tutor sebaya. Tujuannya agar siswa dapat saling belajar dan berbagi dengan siswa yang lain. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan belajar dalam mengurangi kesulitan belajar adalah siswa menunjukkan peningkatan prestasi belajar (nilai harian dan nilai ulangan), mengerjakan dan mengumpulkan tugas tepat waktu dan dapat berkonsentrasi dengan memperhatikan materi pelajaran yang diberikan guru.

Abstract

Education is a process of cultural transformation from one generation to another, the process of forming personality, the process of forming students into good citizens, and preparing the workforce so that the output of education can live properly in society. However, what has happened so far is not supposed to be, the practice of education so far is still oriented towards the process of pursuing and gathering scientific information as much as possible, but forgetting the fundamental aspect of education, namely how to give birth to a generation that is able to live life and life completely relying on Divine values.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah menciptakan tantangan besar bagi ketahanan nasional dan bela negara di Indonesia. Urgensi penerapan ketahanan nasional dan bela negara menjadi semakin nyata, menuntut kesadaran dan partisipasi aktif dari seluruh masyarakat. Penerapan protokol kesehatan, adaptasi terhadap "New Normal", dan dukungan terhadap program vaksinasi adalah bagian dari bela negara. Solidaritas dan gotong royong, yang berakar pada kearifan lokal, sangat penting dalam menghadapi pandemi ini. Tantangan utama adalah memastikan kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap protokol kesehatan dan membangun kembali komitmen kebangsaan yang kuat. Pemerintah, bersama dengan organisasi masyarakat sipil dan media, harus mensosialisasikan pentingnya bela negara dan solidaritas. Dengan komitmen kolektif yang kuat, Indonesia dapat mengatasi pandemi dan menjaga keutuhan serta kedaulatan negara. Pandemi ini menguji sistem kesehatan dan ekonomi, tetapi juga memperkuat rasa nasionalisme dan solidaritas masyarakat Indonesia.

Abstract

State anxiety in nursing students occurs of being triggered by stress during clinical practice. The problems decreasing student performance. Therefore, an intervention is needed to create an adaptive coping strategy, one alternative is using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on the level of state anxiety. The type of this study uses a quasi-experimental research with purposive sampling thechnique. The study was conducted on April 18-26, April 2022. The research respondent were student of the 4th term on Anesthesiology Nursing students who are undergoing clinical practice. Total population consist of 95 respondents with the sample used is 54 respondents. P-value show 0.000, it means there is a significant influence on the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy intervention on the level of state anxiety. State anxiety that occurs in nursing student during clinical practice can be overcome by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy intervention.   State anxiety mahasiswa keperawatan muncul akibat adanya peningkatan stres selama menjalani praktik klinik. Problematika yang terjadi menurunkan kinerja mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan intervensi yang ditujukan untuk menciptakan strategi koping yang adaptif, salah satu alternatifnya dengan menggunakan Terapi Perilaku Kognitif. Diketahuinya pengaruh Terapi Perilaku Kognitif terhadap tingkat state anxiety. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimental dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada 18-26 April 2022. Responden penelitian yaitu mahasiswa Keperawatan Anestesiologi semester 4 yang sedang menjalani praktik klinik. Total populasi terdiri dari 95 responden dengan sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 54 responden. Nilai p-value menunjukkan 0.000, artinya terdapat pengaruh Terapi Perilaku Kognitif terhadap tingkat state anxiety. State anxiety yang terjadi pada mahasiswa keperawatan selama menjalani praktik klinik dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan intervensi Terapi Perilaku Kognitif.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has made various efforts to overcome this health problem, such as through the National Health Insurance (JKN) program which aims to provide more equitable access to health services for the entire population. This study aims to identify and analyze key health policies in Indonesia, as well as evaluate the successes and challenges in their implementation. The research method uses the literature review method to analyze, identify and analyze key health policies in Indonesia, as well as evaluate the successes and challenges in their implementation. The research method uses the literature review method to analyze, identify and analyze key health policies in Indonesia, as well as evaluate the successes and challenges in their implementation. Literature review is an effective method for collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information from various sources relevant to the research topic. The results of the study show that the importance of health policies in Indonesia to improve public health. Through the identification of key health policies, evaluation of their successes, and challenges in their implementation, this study provides an in-depth understanding of the political dynamics that influence health policies. In conclusion, by identifying key health policies, evaluating their success, and facing challenges in their implementation, this study provides a comprehensive understanding of the political dynamics that influence health policies.

Abstract

The quality of oranges is important to determine selling value. However, citrus quality assessments are often subjective and inconsistent, which can impact consumer satisfaction and market efficiency. In the agricultural industry, especially in citrus commodities, there are difficulties in classifying fruit quality accurately and efficiently, which has an impact on the assessment and determination of market prices. Given the importance of citrus quality in the agricultural and food industries, there is an urgent need for objective and efficient methods for classifying citrus quality. Inappropriate classification can cause economic losses for farmers and distributors, as well as reduce consumer satisfaction with product quality. As a solution, this research proposes the use of the Random Forest method to classify orange quality data. The method used in this research involved collecting orange quality data, including characteristics such as color, texture, and size. This data is then analyzed using the Random Forest algorithm. The Random Forest method is used to process orange quality data, by utilizing features such as color, size and skin texture. This model is trained using historical data to predict fruit quality. The research results show that the Random Forest method successfully classifies citrus quality data with high accuracy, demonstrating its potential as an effective tool for future citrus quality assessment by proving its effectiveness in supporting decisions in the agricultural sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran penerapan Supply Chain Accounting (SCA) dalam meningkatkan kinerja logistik dan keuangan di perusahaan besar dalam industri air minum dalam kemasan (AMDK) di Indonesia, seperti Aqua, Le Minerale, dan Cleo. SCA diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan mengatasi tantangan berupa tingginya biaya logistik yang memengaruhi kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus pada beberapa perusahaan AMDK. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, studi literatur, dan analisis dokumen terkait implementasi SCA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SCA mampu meningkatkan efisiensi logistik melalui transparansi biaya dan pengelolaan rantai pasokan yang lebih baik. Selain itu, penerapan SCA berkontribusi pada pengurangan biaya operasional dan peningkatan profitabilitas perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan panduan penting bagi perusahaan AMDK dalam mengoptimalkan efisiensi operasional melalui pendekatan sistematis dalam pengelolaan rantai pasokan dan biaya.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the needs of teachers in shaping student character at SD Negeri 98 Pekanbaru in the context of implementing the Independent Curriculum. Through interviews, observations and documentation, this research found that teachers are committed to creating active and student-centered learning. However, teachers also face challenges in accessing relevant learning resources and keeping up with current developments. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method to obtain an in-depth picture of the needs of teachers in forming student characteristics at SD Negeri 98 Pekanbaru. In conducting research, certain data and data sources are needed that suit the needs or problems to be researched. Data was obtained from teachers at SD Negeri 98 Pekanbaru. Then additional data sources were obtained from articles/journals. Analysis of teachers' needs in building student character with the Merdeka Curriculum at SD Negeri 98 Pekanbaru shows that teachers need special training in character development, support in designing meaningful learning activities, or access to relevant resources.

Abstract

The rampant corruption that continues to be demonstrated by public officials makes it seem as if the law has run out of ways to overcome it. And corruption is a type of crime that is only committed by people who have high intellectual capacity and ability. They continue to try how to avoid corruption crimes, so one of the methods they use is the pattern of giving gifts which is actually intended as a form of bribery. This study analyzes the concept of bribery and gratification and the parameters that differentiate between the two as regulated in several Articles of the Corruption Eradication Law. This involves the application of normative legal research supported by court decisions to clarify the differences. The results of this study indicate that bribery requires a meeting of minds between the bribe giver and the bribe recipient which is not found in the decision . The reporting mechanism and reversal of the burden of proof do not apply to bribery while the sting operation does not apply to gratification because it cannot meet the provisions of Article 1 number 19 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Criminal sanctions are also imposed on both the giver and the recipient of the bribe, while the act of the giver of gratification is not a criminal act. Abstract

Debt policy is one of the crucial aspects in financial management both at the country and company level. Understanding the factors that have an impact on debt policy is very important by collecting and processing data on 57 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX and focusing on variables of profitability, liquidity, asset structure, and company growth. The research method used is panel data regression analysis. The results of the fixed effect model selection test resulted from the Chow test and the Hausman test. Profitability has a negative and significant impact on debt policy, company growth has a positive and significant influence on debt policy. While liquidity and asset structure have no significant impact. With a high level of significance, the independent variables affect DER jointly, as shown by simultaneous testing with the F test. The Adjusted R Square result of 67.6914% supports the idea that the model including the independent variables is responsible for most of the variation in DER. Nonetheless, the last variation of 32.3086% is accounted for by other variables not discussed from this study
