Abstract

Pembelajaran IPA pada topik bentuk dan perubahan energi kerap menimbulkan kesulitan bagi siswa karena konsep yang dipelajari bersifat abstrak dan tidak didukung media visual yang memadai. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji sejauh mana simulasi digital PhET efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif melalui kajian literatur. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur terhadap sejumlah artikel ilmiah yang membahas penggunaan PhET dalam pembelajaran IPA. Proses analisis dilakukan dengan teknik analisis isi untuk mengidentifikasi temuan, metode, dan hasil penelitian yang berkaitan dengan efektivitas media tersebut. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa PhET mampu meningkatkan penguasaan konsep, hasil belajar, serta kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik melalui penyajian visual yang konkret, interaktif, dan memungkinkan eksplorasi mandiri. Selain itu, media ini turut meningkatkan motivasi, minat belajar, dan keaktifan siswa karena memberikan pengalaman belajar yang dekat dengan eksperimen nyata. Di sekolah dengan fasilitas laboratorium terbatas, PhET juga dapat menjadi alternatif praktikum yang efektif. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan simulasi PhET dinilai mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPA pada materi energi dari aspek kognitif maupun afektif. Pengintegrasian PhET ke dalam model pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri atau eksplorasi disarankan untuk memperkuat keterlibatan siswa dalam memahami konsep secara mendalam.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum encourages learning transformation that focuses on character development and 21st-century competencies through the integration of deep learning, value education, and eight dimensions of the Graduate Profile. This article aims to describe the results of community service in the form of a workshop for 60 high school Biology teachers in Cirebon Regency, which aims to improve teachers' understanding and skills in designing integrative learning. The method used is participatory-based training, equipped with pre-post assessment, simulation of lesson plan preparation, and assessment of Teaching Program Plan (RPP) products with standardized rubrics. The results of the analysis showed a significant increase in understanding the concept and application of character values ​​in the RPP. Pre- and post-workshop assessments showed significant improvements in teacher competencies: the mean pre-assessment score on deep learning understanding increased from 32% to 78% (Δ=46%, p<0.01), while awareness of values ​​integration increased from 45% to 85% (Δ=40%, p<0.01). In addition, 88% of participants reported increased confidence in designing values-based lesson plans. These quantitative findings, supported by qualitative reflections, demonstrate the effectiveness of the workshop in changing teaching practices. This suggests that the integrative workshop can build teachers’ pedagogical competencies and realize meaningful, contextual, and values-oriented Biology learning.

Abstract

The role of Islamic banks in building partnerships to support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 17 in West Sumatra. This point emphasizes the importance of collaboration between various parties to achieve inclusive, sustainable, and equitable development. As financial institutions based on Islamic principles, Islamic banks have a social responsibility to play an active role in community economic empowerment and strengthen cross-sector collaboration, particularly in the micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) sector. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with secondary data obtained from the financial reports of Islamic banks in West Sumatra from 2021 to 2023. The results indicate that Islamic banks play a role in building partnerships through various financing schemes such as murabahah, mudharabah, and musyarakah. Furthermore, Islamic banks also establish strategic partnerships with local governments, businesses, and local communities to strengthen financial literacy, expand financial inclusion, and promote economic equality within the community based on Islamic values. Despite their significant contribution, Islamic banks still face challenges such as low public understanding of Islamic financial products, limited technology and human resources, and suboptimal synergy between institutions. Therefore, regulatory strengthening, innovation in Islamic banking services, and support from all stakeholders are needed to ensure effective partnerships and maximize their contribution to achieving the SDGs in West Sumatra.

Abstract

Manajemen kurikulum ialah suatu proses kegiatan seperti perencanaan, pengaplikasian, penerapan dan pengevaluasaian suatu pedoman pembelajaran yang berisikan bahan ajar dan kagiatan pembelajaran yang sudah direncakan atau dibuat sebagai suatu upaya untuk membantu peserta didik dan guru dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Guru merupakan peran terpenting terhadap kurikulum karena ia merupakan penyelenggara kurikulum, sehingga ia harus mampu menjelaskan, memaparkan, mengimplementasikan bahkan memanajemen kurikulum. Kurikulum merupakan alat pendidikan yang mana dalam pengimplemenasiannya diperlukannya manajemen kurikulum agar dapat mempermudah pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Dapat dilihat betapa pentingnya peran dan tugas seorang guru dalam manajemen kurikulum pada kegiatan pembelajatan, yang mana hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya membantu memperlancar mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang ingin diacapai karena tanpa peran seorang guru kurikulum sebagai pedoman pembelajaran tidak akan efektif

Abstract

Education is a necessity for every human being. Through education, each individual can update the knowledge he has in order to keep up with the increasingly sophisticated times, demanding that each individual has the ability to think well. Individuals who have good thinking skills will be able to solve more complex problems than individuals whose thinking ability is still low. The existing reality, until now, is still felt that the condition of education is still not good. Learning facilities are still inadequate, be it the completeness of books in the school library, the use of laboratories that have not been utilized optimally, limited educational facilities and infrastructure, lack of professionalism of educators in teaching, both in preparing teaching materials and in delivering subject matter, lack of discipline of educators, and lack of educator knowledge about the effective learning process so that the real educational goals became unattainable. There are several alternatives that can be done to solve educational problems. First, it provides motivation for the importance of educational supervision for educators. Second, strive for adequate educational facilities and infrastructure. Third, apply the discipline of educators. Educators are an example for every learner.

Abstract

Educational planning in planning management in the field of Islamic education, the ultimate goal is to improve the quality, output competitiveness (graduates) with indicators of both intellectual competence and skills as well as high social competence of students/graduates. In achieving these results, the implementation of educational planning in quality management in Islamic education organizations needs to be done in real terms, not half measures. By utilizing all the quality entities that exist within the organization, our education will not run as it is today. Implementation of education quality management planning in organizations, especially in Islamic education institutions is not easy. There are obstacles in the work culture, the performance of teachers and employees greatly affects. It cannot be denied that the work culture, performance and discipline of civil servants in our country are very low. This greatly affects the effectiveness of the implementation of quality education.

Abstract

The Community Service (PKM) activity aims to provide knowledge to medical records staff, especially at the Belimbing Community Health Center, regarding the importance of accurate diagnosis coding to support data accuracy and the validity of health reports. Accurate diagnosis coding is the process of determining standard codes (usually ICD-10) that are accurate and appropriate to the patient's medical condition, which is very important for the quality of medical records, billing (INA-CBGs), health data analysis, and the quality of hospital services. The results of the activity showed that medical records staff were very enthusiastic when given socialization regarding the importance of accurate diagnosis coding. In conclusion, the Rules and Procedures for Diagnosis Coding at the Belimbing Community Health Center in Padang are not fully in accordance with the regulations of the Minister of Health No. 24 of 2022, because the implementation is still carried out by nurses, not medical record staff who have competence in this field. The main factors causing inaccurate coding are the incompatibility of task implementers with qualifications, lack of technical training, the unavailability of special SOPs, and minimal understanding of the use of the e-Puskesmas system and ICD-10

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Tosnus System in enhancing digitalization and improving the efficiency of container loading and unloading operations at PT Prima Multi Terminal by utilizing secondary data from previous journal studies, industry reports, and information from news websites and official company publications. A descriptive qualitative approach is used to analyze how the implementation of Tosnus contributes to accelerating information flow, reducing manual processes, and increasing operational accuracy. The findings indicate that the Tosnus System significantly improves coordination between operational units through integrated digital information, resulting in more structured, transparent, and easily monitored container handling activities. Secondary data also shows a reduction in vessel waiting time and improved equipment efficiency supported by real-time monitoring features provided by the system. However, several challenges remain, including dependence on digital infrastructure stability and the need for continuous system updates to maintain optimal performance. Overall, Tosnus demonstrates a positive contribution to advancing port digitalization and enhancing the operational efficiency of PT Prima Multi Terminal

Abstract

Pembelajaran persamaan linear di sekolah dasar merupakan bagian penting dalam pengembangan kemampuan berpikir aljabar dan logis siswa. Namun, berbagai penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep persamaan linear sering dianggap abstrak dan sulit dipahami oleh siswa sekolah dasar. Oleh karena itu, strategi guru memiliki peran kunci dalam menjembatani pemahaman konsep tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai strategi guru dalam mengajarkan persamaan linear di sekolah dasar berdasarkan hasil-hasil penelitian yang relevan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menelaah artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan dalam rentang sepuluh tahun terakhir. Proses penelusuran literatur dilakukan melalui basis data seperti Google Scholar dan jurnal nasional terakreditasi, dengan kriteria inklusi yang mencakup topik persamaan linear, strategi pembelajaran, dan konteks sekolah dasar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang sering digunakan guru meliputi pendekatan kontekstual, penggunaan media konkret dan visual, pembelajaran berbasis masalah, serta integrasi aktivitas kolaboratif. Strategi-strategi tersebut terbukti membantu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi guru dan peneliti dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran persamaan linear yang lebih efektif di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of management psychology in the organizational problem-solving process. Organizational problems arise not only from structural and technical aspects but are also influenced by psychological factors of individuals and groups, such as perception, motivation, emotions, and work interaction dynamics. This study employs a literature review method by analyzing scientific journals and reference books related to management psychology and organizational behavior. The findings indicate that management psychology plays an important role in supporting comprehensive problem identification, improving decision-making quality, and enhancing the effectiveness of problem-solving through effective communication, teamwork, and cognitive bias management. The application of management psychology enables organizations to develop more accurate, adaptive, and sustainable solutions in addressing organizational challenges.
