Abstract

Atmospheric correction has been challenging task in digital image processing. It requires several atmospheric parameters in order to obtain accurate surface reflectance of objects within the image scene. One of the most crucial parameters required for accurate atmospheric correction is aerosol optical depth (AOD). AOD can be obtained by in-situ measurement or estimated from remote sensing observation. In this experiment, atmospheric correction was performed using second simulation of a satellite signal in the solar spectrum-vector (6SV) algorithm on Landsat-8 imagery in which AOD parameter was retrieved from surface reflectance inversion involving daily-global surface reflectance product of moderate resolution imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS). Furthermore, AOD retrieved from surface reflectance inversion was also validated using ground-based sun photometer observation data from aerosol robotic network (AERONET) station in Bandung, Indonesia. Our experiment shows the consistency between AOD from surface reflectance inversion and AOD from ground-based observation. Finally, 6SV was performed on Landsat-8 imagery to obtain the surface reflectance. We further compared surface reflectance of 6SV atmospheric correction and surface reflectance of Landsat-8 Level 2 product. The atmospherically corrected image also shared agreeable result with Landsat 8 Level-2 product.

Abstract

The scale value is an important part of the segmentation stage which is part of Object-Based Image Analysis (OBIA). Selection of scale value can determine the size of the object which affects the results of classification accuracy. In addition to setting the scale value (multiscale), selection of machine learning algorithm applied to classify shallow water benthic habitat objects can also determine the success of the classification. Combination of setting scale values and classification algorithms are aimed to get optimal results by examining classification accuracies. This study uses orthophoto images processed from Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) mission intended to capture benthic habitat in Karimunjawa waters. The classification algorithms used are Support Vector Machine (SVM), Bayes, and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN). The results of the classification of combination are then tested for accuracy based on the sample and Training Test Area (TTA) masks. The result shows that SVM algorithm with scale of 300 produces the best level of accuracy. While the lowest accuracy is achieved by using SVM algorithm with scale of 100. Abstract

Serum merupakan sediaan kosmetik dengan konsentrasi tinggi dan memiliki kemampuan lebih dalam mengangkut bahan aktif ke kulit sehingga lebih efektif dalam mengatasi permasalah kulit akibat radikal bebas. Daun binahong merah (Anredera cordifolia) diketetahui mengandung metabolit sekunder yang berpotensi sebagai antioksidan yaitu flavonoid, fenol, tanin, dan vitamin C. Serum dengan kandungan antioksidan dapat dibuat dalam bentuk nanopartikel karena memiliki tetesan kecil dan luas permukaan yang besar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan aktivitas antioksidan serum nanopartikel ekstrak daun binahong merah (Anredera cordifolia). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan model penelitian true experimental laboratory dan desain rancangan acak lengkap. Pembuatan NLC dilakukan dengan metode emulsifikasi-sonikasi, karakteristisasi serum meliputi ukuran partikel NLC dengan metode PSA dan efisiensi penjerapan NLC dengan spektrofotometer UV-Viss, kemudian serum di evaluasi dengan parameter uji organoleptis, uji homogenitas, uji pH, uji daya sebar, uji iritasi, uji kelembapan, dan uji aktivitas antioksidan dengan metode DPPH. Data yang dihasilkan dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA one way. Karakteristik NLC belum memenuhi ukuran partikel dengan rata-rata 3,811 µm dan efisiensi penjerapan 99,96%. Parameter evaluasi sediaan sudah memenuhi standar sediaan topikal pada uji organoleptis menghasilkan warna hijau muda, bau khas dan tekstur cair; hasil homogen; pH 5; dan daya sebar 5,5-7,5 cm. Serum tidak mengiritasi kulit dan memenuhi standar kelembapan kulit dengan rentang 46%-55%. Nilai IC50 F0, F1, F2, F3 berturut-turut 834,12 ppm, 149,71 ppm, 130,24 ppm, 99,44 ppm. Serum memiliki karakteristik, sifat fisik dan kimia sesuai dengan sediaan topikal dan aktivitas antioksidan dalam kategori kuat pada F3.

Abstract

Abstract: The role of parents, especially in the current era of globalization, is very necessary, especially with regard to technological sophistication. This research discusses the role of parents in overcoming the impact of social media use in Samuda 1 village, Kec. South Daha. The formulation of the problem in this research is: what is the role of parents in overcoming the impact of social media use in Samuda 1 village, subdistrict. south side. and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors. Based on the problem formulation, the aim of this research is to determine the role of parents in overcoming the impact of social media use in Samuda 1 Village, Kec. South Daha District. Upper South River. As well as supporting and inhibiting factors.The main subjects of this research are families or parents (father and mother) who live in the village of Samuda 1 Rt. 04. Meanwhile, the object is the role of parents towards children in responding to social media as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in overcoming the impact of social media. This type of research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The author used observation, interview and documentation techniques to collect data. and data processing techniques using editing techniques, data classification, and data interpretation. Then in analyzing the data the author used qualitative descriptive and concluded inductively.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the role of parents in overcoming the impact of social media use in Samuda 1 village has been effective, thereby fostering commendable moral habits. This is in accordance with the many religious activities participated in by parents, children and teenagers in the village. The effectiveness of the parent's role is driven by supporting and inhibiting factors that can be overcome by the parents themselves, community environmental factors, and social media factors that are used intelligently and wisely. Keywords: Coping, Impact, Media, Role, Social. Abstrak: Peran orangtua apalagi diera globalisasi seperti sekarang, sangat diperlukan terutama berkaitan dengan kecanggihan teknologi. Penelitian ini membahas tentang peran orangtua dalam menanggulangi dampak penggunaan media sosial di desa Samuda 1 Kec. Daha Selatan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: bagaimana peran orangtua dalam menanggulangi dampak penggunaan media sosial di desa samuda 1 kec. daha selatan. serta apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah tersebut maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran orangtua dalam menanggulangi dampak penggunaan media sosial di Desa Samuda 1 Kec. Daha Selatan Kab. Hulu Sungai Selatan. Serta Faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Subjek pokok penelitian ini adalah keluarga atau orangtua (ayah dan ibu) yang berdomisili di desa Samuda 1 Rt. 04. Sedangkan objeknya adalah peran orangtua terhadap anak dalam menyikapi media sosial serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam menanggulangi dampak media sosial.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Penggalian data penulis menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. dan teknik pengolahan data dengan teknik editing, klasifikasi data, dan interprentasi data. Kemudian dalam menganalisis data penulis menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan disimpulkan secara induktif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran orangtua dalam menanggulangi dampak penggunaan media sosial di desa Samuda 1 sudah efektif, sehingga menumbuhkan kebiasaan-kebiasaan akhlak terpuji. Hal ini sesuai dengan banyaknya kegiatan keagaman yang di ikuti oleh para orangtua, anak-anak, dan remaja di desa tersebut. Keefektifan peran orangtua ini didorong oleh faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang dapat diatasi oleh orangtua itu sendiri, faktor lingkungan masyarakat, dan faktor media sosial yang digunakan dengan cerdas dan bijak. Kata Kunci: Dampak, Media Sosial, Menanggulangi, Peran.

Abstract

Abstract In the life of the Lamaholot tribe, customs and beliefs are still developing strongly. It is still found in the Lamaholot tribal community in East Flores, East Nusa Tenggara regarding  "Belis" in the marriage process. "Belis" is a tradition of noble values and forms of respect for women. The purpose of "Belis" is the legal determinant of a marriage, as a sign that the girl has left her home family, and as a tool to raise the name / degree of the family There are various forms of "Belis" in East Nusa Tenggara that are used in the form of gold, silver, money, and animals such as buffalo, cows or horses. The uniqueness of the "Belis" lamaholot community is concrete in the form of value and size of elephant ivory that is difficult to obtain. Although elephant ivory is very difficult to obtain, this tradition still applies and is maintained by the Lamaholot community.The purpose of this study is 1) to find out how the traditional practice of "Belis" in the Lamaholot tribe community 2) to find out how the views of ulama, traditional leaders, and the viewpoint of Islamic law about the customs. The subjects of this research are the local community, community leaders and Ulama '. This research is a type of qualitative research using data collection methods and methods of observation, interviews, and documentation while the data processing is Editing, Classifying, Analizing and Concluding.The conclusions of this study are 1) that the tradition of "Belis" in the Lamaholot tribe is a legacy of ancestors and until now this tradition still exists 2) according to traditional leaders and different religious leaders, according to religious leaders that the tradition of "Belis" is contrary to the Shari'a Islam. And according to traditional leaders, adat belis does not contradict because adat has to be maintained. But to maintain the brotherhood between them, they are at peace and agree to improve the custom of "Belis". If viewed from the perspective of Islamic law that part of the traditional process of "Belis" is contrary to the basic method of Islamic law. Keywords: Belis, Tradition, Marriage

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik masyarakat Islam yang terdapat dalam surat Al-Hujurât menurut tafsir Fi Zhilâl al-Qur`ân. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan penelitian kepustakaan. Data tentang karakteristik masyarakat Islam didapat dari tafsir Fî Zhilâl al-Qur`ân yang ditulis oleh Sayyid Quthb mengenai pembahasan tafsir surat Al-Hujurât. Hasil penelitian yang didapat menjelaskan bahwa karakteristik masyarakat Islam yang terdapat dalam surat Al-Hujurât menurut tafsir Fi Zhilâl al-Qur`ân sebagai berikut: 1) Masyarakat yang beriman, 2) Masyarakat yang berakhlak mulia, 3) Masyarakat yang bersatu dan bersaudara, dan 4) Masyarakat yang menjaga nilai kemanusiaan.

Abstract

The research was conducted to find out the application and implementation of life skills education, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of Life Skills Education conducted by SLBN in East Kalimantan. Life skills education is very important for students with special needs. With life skills education, it is hoped that it can eliminate socio-economic disparities and minimize discrimination that students with special needs often experience. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Collecting research data using interviews, observation, and documentation Primary data sources are skills-coordinating teachers, school principals, and students. Furthermore, the data obtained will be tested for validity using triangulation techniques and analyzed using multi-site analysis techniques developed by collecting, reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The research results that have been found are as follows: Live skills education has an important role in the life development of SLB students; full support is needed to increase competency. This will have a big impact, especially on social life. With the provision of skills, SLB students can strive to improve their standard of living. Applicable skills such as sewing, hydroponic gardening, cooking or processing food from ingredients that are easily obtained from seafood, agriculture, and plantations in the surrounding environment, as well as creating goods from materials that are easy to obtain. At the same time, they are given the skills to market their work to other people and the public. All of these activities can help students grow and develop in parallel. The realization of these live skills education activities must also get support from various parties. Both parents, the government, teachers, and, of course, the wider community serve as users, or the community serves as facilitators.

Abstract

Pendidikan kesehatan penting dalam membentuk perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) terhadap santri, yang sangat relevan diterapkan di lingkungan pondok pesantren Al Charis Bojonegoro. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengeksplorasi pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat santri di Pondok Pesantren Adnan Al-Charish. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental, yang melibatkan santri Al Charis sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melului wawancara dan kuesioner, lalu dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan sikap santri terhadap praktik PHBS, termasuk kebersihan diri, lingkungan pondok, sanitasi, dan pola makan yang sehat. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan program pendidikan kesehatan sebagai alat untuk mengubah perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, serta memberikan kontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan pesantren Al Charis yang lebih sehat.

Abstract

This study focused on the application of microsatellite markers at the INRA032 locus for genetic diversity assessment in buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) populations in Pacitan and Tuban Regencies, East Java, Indonesia. The total number of samples used was 16, each population represented by 8 samples. Genetic diversity assessment parameters include allele frequency, the Polymorphism Information Content (PIC) and heterozygosity. The results showed that based on the INRA032 locus, the Tuban buffalo population had a higher allele frequency range (0.08 to 0.33) than the Pacitan population (0.18 to 0.31). The average PIC value in both populations was 0.39, so it can be concluded that the INRA032 locus is informative enough to detect polymorphisms in both populations. The percentage heterozygosity of the Pacitan buffalo population is 88%, which is higher than the Tuban population at 50%, suggesting that the genetic diversity of the two populations is still quite high despite the decreasing trend in population numbers.

Abstract

Hypertension can be caused by an imbalance between free radicals and antioxidants in the body. Consumption of sweetened herbal tea can affect antioxidant levels. This study aims to test the antioxidant activity of telang flower herbal tea as an alternative treatment for hypertension and hedonic testing of the formulated herbal tea. Telang flower herbal tea was formulated without sweetener, sugar sweetener, stevia leaf sweetener, sorbitol and cyclamate sweetener. Telang flower herbal tea was brewed with 70℃ water then phytochemical screening of flavonoids, saponins and tannins using standard methods and antioxidant activity using DPPH method. Hedonic test was conducted by assessing the liking of 20 panellists for herbal tea on a scale of 1-5. Unsweetened telang flower herbal tea, sugar sweetener, stevia leaf sweetener, sorbitol and cyclamate sweetener had values of 247.97 ppm; 178.38 ppm; 497.765 ppm; 164.87ppm; 224.96 ppm with hedonic test values of 3.25; 4.05; 3.55; 3.55; 3.35 respectively. The antioxidant activity of telang flower herbal tea with different sweeteners is in the weak to moderate category and panellists like herbal tea with sugar sweetener the most.
