Abstract

This study seeks to develop a context-sensitive collaborative governance model to enhance multi-sectoral convergence in stunting reduction within decentralized public health systems. Despite the existence of national convergence policies in Indonesia, implementation at the district level remains fragmented due to sectoral silos, institutional ego, and limited cross-sector accountability. Drawing on a qualitative case study conducted in Sidenreng Rappang, an agriculturally productive yet nutritionally challenged district, this research employed in-depth interviews with 23 stakeholders across health, agriculture, education, social protection, and community sectors. Using thematic analysis supported by NVivo software and guided by Emerson and Nabatchi’s Collaborative Governance Regime (CGR) framework, the study identified three critical barriers: misalignment between national policy and local implementation, budget fragmentation, and the absence of shared performance indicators. Despite these constraints, informal collaboration among street-level actors emerged as a key enabler of convergence. The study proposes a governance model comprising institutional bridging forums, convergent resource mapping, and shared learning systems to integrate structural and relational mechanisms. This model offers a replicable strategy for institutionalizing multi-sector collaboration in stunting programs. The research highlights that successful convergence requires not only coordination structures but also trust, mutual incentives, and adaptive capacity. While limited to one district, the findings provide a transferable framework for other decentralized settings. Future studies should validate the model through comparative or multi-region analyses.

Abstract

Pemasaran merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam keberhasilan sebuah usaha, terutama dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompleks. Strategi pemasaran yang efektif tidak hanya berfungsi untuk meningkatkan penjualan, tetapi juga untuk memperkuat posisi pasar serta membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Rezeki Unggas, sebuah bisnis yang bergerak di bidang penjualan produk unggas di Desa Bulo, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Dalam penelitian ini, metode kualitatif digunakan untuk memahami dinamika pemasaran yang dijalankan. Subjek penelitian meliputi pemilik usaha, karyawan, pelanggan setia, masyarakat sekitar, serta pihak-pihak lain yang berhubungan langsung maupun tidak langsung dengan Rezeki Unggas. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu dengan purposive sampling melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling untuk memastikan data yang diperoleh relevan dengan fokus penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan pengumpulan data (data collection), reduksi data (data reduction) dan penyajian data (data display). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai strategi pemasaran yang paling efektif bagi Rezeki Unggas. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan bagi pelaku usaha sejenis di wilayah Desa Bulo dan sekitarnya dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran mereka. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Bulo, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The impacts that often arise due to lack of personal hygiene include disorders in the human body such as cavities and toothaches due to caries, the appearance of lice in the hair, and problems with nails. In addition, the habit of not washing hands properly can lead to worm infections and diarrhea. Based on Indonesian statistical data in 2022, out of a total of 69.4 million adolescents in Indonesia, 63 million of them still have poor hygiene behavior, which reflects limited knowledge, inadequate facilities, and lack of social support. This study aims to examine the determinants of behavior and its relationship with personal hygiene among students of SMP Negeri 5 Panca Rijang. This research is expected to provide insight into the various factors that influence students' personal hygiene in an effort to maintain their personal health. The method used in this research is quantitative method, data collection techniques are questionnaires, literature study and observation, using a cross sectional study approach with chi-square test. The population in this study were all students of SMP Negeri 5 Panca Rijang, namely 98 people with sample collection, namely total sampling technique. The results revealed that there was no significant relationship between the level of knowledge and personal hygiene behavior of students, as indicated by a p-value of 0.517. This value is higher than the significance limit (p 0.05), thus indicating that adequate knowledge is not always followed by good personal hygiene behavior in learners. In contrast, analysis of facility availability showed a significant relationship with students' personal hygiene behavior, with a p-value of 0.005 which is lower than the significance limit (p 0.05). This indicates that the availability of adequate facilities plays an important role in improving personal hygiene behavior. In addition, there is also a significant relationship between social support and students' personal hygiene behavior, with a p-value of 0.016 which is also smaller than the significance limit (p 0.05), which indicates that sufficient social support can encourage increased personal hygiene behavior in students. Keywords: Social Support, Facility Availability, Knowledge, Personal Hygiene.  ABSTRAK Dampak yang sering timbul akibat kurangnya kebersihan diri meliputi gangguan pada tubuh manusia seperti gigi berlubang dan sakit gigi akibat karies, munculnya kutu di rambut, serta masalah pada kuku. Selain itu, kebiasaan tidak mencuci tangan dengan benar dapat menyebabkan infeksi cacingan dan diare. Berdasarkan data statistik Indonesia tahun 2022, dari total 69,4 juta remaja di Indonesia, sebanyak 63 juta di antaranya masih memiliki perilaku kebersihan yang kurang baik, yang mencerminkan adanya keterbatasan pengetahuan, fasilitas yang belum memadai, serta kurangnya dukungan sosial. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor penentu perilaku serta hubungannya dengan personal hygiene di kalangan siswa SMP Negeri 5 Panca Rijang. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan dampak berupa wawasan mengenai berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi personal hygiene peserta didik dalam upaya untuk menjaga kesehatan pribadi mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner, studi pustaka dan observasi, menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional study dengan uji chi-square. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik SMP Negeri 5 Panca Rijang yaitu 98 orang dengan pengumpulan sampel yaitu teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan perilaku personal hygiene peserta didik, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai p-value sebesar 0,517. Nilai ini lebih tinggi dari batas signifikansi (p 0,05), sehingga menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan yang memadai tidak selalu diikuti oleh perilaku personal hygiene yang baik pada peserta didik. Sebaliknya, analisis terhadap ketersediaan fasilitas menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan dengan perilaku personal hygiene peserta didik, dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,005 yang lebih rendah dari batas signifikansi (p 0,05). Hal ini menandakan bahwa ketersediaan fasilitas yang memadai berperan penting dalam meningkatkan perilaku personal hygiene. Selain itu, terdapat pula hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dan perilaku personal hygiene peserta didik, dengan nilai p-value 0,016 yang juga lebih kecil dari batas signifikansi (p 0,05), yang mengindikasikan bahwa dukungan sosial yang cukup dapat mendorong peningkatan perilaku personal hygiene pada peserta didik. Kata Kunci: Dukungan Sosial, Ketersediaan Fasilitas, Pengetahuan, Personal Hygiene

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the relationship between the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and the quality of healthcare services in the UPT Puskesmas Rappang work area, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the speed of service of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and the frequency of network errors/disruptions on the quality of healthcare services. This study employs a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional method. The sampling technique was conducted using simple random sampling with the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 91 patients in the Puskesmas Rappang work area. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to patients, as well as secondary data from reports on the use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in several auxiliary community health centers (Pustu) and health posts (Poskesdes) in the region. Data analysis was conducted using the Chi-Square test to observe the relationship between the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and the quality of healthcare services. The results showed that the p-value was greater than the set significance threshold (p 0.05), indicating that there is no significant relationship between the speed of service and error frequency of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with the quality of service in the UPT Puskesmas Rappang work area. Keywords: Electronic Medical Records, Quality of Health Services, Public Health Centers, Patient Satisfaction.  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Hubungan Implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) dengan Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan di Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Rappang, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecepatan pelayanan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) dan frekuensi error/gangguan jaringan terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 91 orang pasien di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rappang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada pasien, serta data sekunder dari laporan penggunaan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) di beberapa Puskesmas Pembantu (Pustu) dan Poskesdes di wilayah tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Chi-Square untuk melihat hubungan antara implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME)  dengan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai p-value lebih besar dari batas signifikansi yang ditetapkan (p 0,05), sehingga tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecepatan pelayanan dan frekuensi eror dari Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) dengan kualitas pelayanan di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Rappang. Kata Kunci: Rekam Medis Elektronik, Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan, Puskesmas,  Kepuasan Pasien.

Abstract

Participation of BPJS Health participants in screening activities remains low, particularly at UPT Puskesmas Rappang, which only reached 12.7% of 21,615 participants in 2025. This low coverage indicates the presence of factors influencing community participation in early disease detection programs. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and health worker support with participation in screening activities. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. Sampling was conducted using accidental sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using chi-square tests. The results showed that attitude (p=0.01) and health worker support (p=0.01) had significant relationships with participation, while knowledge (p=0.40) was not significantly related. This indicates that knowledge alone is insufficient to drive behavior without supportive attitudes and external encouragement. In conclusion, participation is more influenced by attitudes and health worker support rather than knowledge. Therefore, behavior-based health education and strengthening the role of health workers are essential to improve community participation in screening programs.

Abstract

Digital technology development has transformed public financial transaction patterns toward non-cash payment systems. One of the innovations developed by Bank Indonesia is QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard), which facilitates payment processes through a single standardized QR code. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived ease of use on consumer preferences in using QRIS at Bolabaru Toys Store in Sidrap. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression to test the effect of the independent variable (ease of use) on the dependent variable (consumer preference) using SPSS 2021. The results show that ease of use has a positive and significant effect on consumer preferences in using QRIS. Based on the t-test results, the calculated t-value is greater than the t-table value and the significance value is less than 0.05, indicating that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Therefore, ease of use is proven to have a significant influence on consumer preferences in using QRIS at Bolabaru Toys Store in Sidrap. The higher the level of perceived ease, the greater the likelihood that consumers will choose, reuse, and recommend QRIS as a payment method.

Abstract

Fenomena meningkatnya pemanfaatan media sosial, khususnya Instagram, menunjukkan perannya sebagai sarana promosi yang efektif bagi pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Aura Motor sebagai salah satu usaha di bidang otomotif memanfaatkan Instagram untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan interaksi dengan konsumen, serta membangun citra merek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan Instagram di Aura Motor, mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan penjualan, serta mengidentifikasi strategi optimalisasi yang paling efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta dibantu aplikasi Nvivo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Instagram telah dimanfaatkan sebagai media promosi dan komunikasi, namun belum optimal. Aktivitas yang dilakukan masih terbatas pada pengunggahan konten sederhana tanpa perencanaan yang terstruktur. Dari empat indikator optimalisasi, yaitu membangun hubungan, berbagi informasi, menampilkan citra usaha, dan memberikan hiburan, aspek interaksi dan kreativitas konten menjadi yang paling rendah, ditandai dengan minimnya penggunaan fitur interaktif serta kurangnya variasi konten yang menarik perhatian audiens.

Abstract

Seseorang dapat membentuk citra positif melalui personal branding, sehingga mendorong dukungan atau simpati dari orang lain. Saat ini, personal branding sering digunakan sebagai strategi komunikasi dalam bisnis untuk menunjang pertumbuhan perusahaan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui media. Menurut Desy Tri Anggraini dalam jurnal “Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Personal Branding dalam Membangun Citra dan Popularitas dalam Media Sosial,” terdapat tiga prinsip penting (3C): Credibility, berdasar integritas; Consistency, selalu menghadirkan nilai nyata; dan Clarity, memastikan tujuan dan makna jelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui Field Research (observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi) dan Library Research (studi pustaka). Data primer berasal dari pemilik dan karyawan, sedangkan data sekunder dari literatur dan dokumen terkait. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif analitik, menggambarkan data dalam kata, gambar, atau visual, bukan angka. Penelitian bertujuan menambah ilmu tentang usaha sablon dan wawasan masyarakat terhadap profesionalisme kerja. Hasilnya diharapkan memberi kontribusi pada kajian akademis rumah sablon dan menjadi sumber pengetahuan bagi pelaku usaha dalam menghadapi persaingan melalui strategi personal branding.

Abstract

Instagram has become one of the most widely used social media platforms in digital marketing due to its ability to reach a large audience quickly, interactively, and extensively. Through various types of content such as photos, videos, and product information, this platform can influence consumers’ perceptions and behavior, particularly in making purchasing decisions. This study aims to examine the effect of Instagram promotional content on consumer purchasing decisions at Apotek Indah in Sidenreng Rappang Regency.The research employs a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, documentation study, and the distribution of questionnaires to followers of the official Instagram account of Apotek Indah. The population in this study consists of all 144 followers of the Apotek Indah Instagram account, with a sample of 105 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. The survey data were analyzed using simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software to determine the influence of promotional content on consumer purchasing decisions.The results indicate that Instagram promotional content has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a t-value of 29.961.

Abstract

Social media, particularly Instagram, is one of the most effective platforms for marketing activities as it enables businesses to reach consumers more quickly, widely, and interactively. The use of Instagram with appropriate digital marketing strategies—such as visual content, promotions, and interaction with followers—plays an important role in increasing consumers’ purchase intention.This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing strategies through Instagram on consumers’ purchase intention at Honey Pet Shop Rappang in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection techniques including online questionnaires distributed to consumers, observation of promotional activities on Instagram, and documentation studies. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software.The results show that digital marketing strategies through Instagram have a positive and significant effect on consumers’ purchase intention, with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a t-value of 3.318.
