Abstract

The realignment of the Islamic education system is not just modification or patchwork. Still, it requires reconstruction, reconciliation, and reorientation so that Islamic education can make a significant contribution to the achievement of the take-off stage. In this paper, the author tries to offer several solutive arguments as well as to become a plan for Islamic education. First, it needs a review of the Islamic education system that is currently running while still promoting the spirit of Islamic teachings. The vision is manifest in the form of an attempt to re-dialogue religious texts against every reality that occurs. Second, prepare more mature and quality human resources armed with comprehensive capabilities. Third, reaffirming the role of all elements in education, namely, individuals, families, communities, educational institutions, and the state. Fourth, to unite Islamic spirituality with science and technology as a strong basis for increasingly pressing challenges, Islamic intellectual tradition, is a hierarchy and interconnection between various scientific disciplines that enable the realization of unity (oneness) in diversity, not just in the realm of faith and religious experience, but also in the world of knowledge.

Abstract

This research aims to develop the MPI study program 's academic information to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of education services by web-based information systems by updating the State Civil Establishment (ASN) values, using the approach of Participatory Action Research (PAR). The solution to the issue of web-based academic services in IAIN Palopo 's Islamic Education Management Study Programme, namely 1) conducting consultations related to web design of the Islamic Education Management Study Programme; 2) registering the web sub - domain and collecting materials that will be the content of the Islamic Education Management Study Program web.; 3) Installing web-based machines in registered sub-domains and creating a web-based framework for the Islamic Education Management Study Program; 4) designing a web-based display of the Islamic Education Management Study Program; 5) making menus and filling each menu with types of services, information, and activities related to the Islamic Education Management Study Program; 6) Implementation of web management training for prospective web administrators of Islamic Education Management Study Program; 7) Automation of web services published in the Islamic Education Management Study Program.

Abstract

Covid-19 menjadi perhatian yang sangat besar di Indonesia dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan di tempat-tempat umum antara lain masjid. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui tanggapan masyarakat islam di Luwu Raya tentang larangan melakukan sholat berjamaah di masjid akibat mewabahnya Corona Virus Disease, (2) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Larangan pemerintah melakukan ibadah di masjid pada masyarakat islam di Luwu Raya akibat mewabahnya Corona Virus Disease. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode literature situs online, wawancara dengan menggunakan media sosial dengan analilis data kuantitatif dikarenakan dengan melihat situasi dan kondisi sekarang ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; (1) 5,1% total responden yang Sangat Setuju yaitu berjumlah 4 orang. 51,3% responden yang Setuju yaitu berjumlah 40 orang. 35,9% yang artinya total responden yang Tidak Setujut yaitu berjumlah 28 orang. 7,7% yang artinya total responden yang Sangat Tidak Setuju yaitu berjumlah 6 orang. Berdasarkan data diatas dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kebanyakan masyarakat setuju dengan adanya larangan pemerintah untuk tidak melaksanakan ibadah secara berjamaah di masjid. (2) Pengaruh larangan pemerintah melakukan ibadah di masjid pada masyarakat Luwu Raya akibat mewabahnya Corona Virus Disease dapat di tarik kesimpulan bahwa adanya aturan pemerintah mengeluarkan himbauan atau larangan untuk tidak melakukan kegiatan apapun di masjid selama Corona Virus Disease masih mewabah di Indonesia terkhusus di Kabupaten Luwu Raya ternyata berpengaruh di wilayah-wilayah yang ada di Kabupaten Luwu Raya ini karena telah di temukan masjid-masjid yang telah ditutup oleh masyarakat setempat untuk sementara waktu ,dan ada yang masih beroprasional namun jumlah jamaahnya yang sangat kurang. Menunjukkan bahwa kebanyakan masyarakat mematuhi aturan pemerintah tersebut yang enggan untuk melaksanakan shalat berjamaah di masjid di tengah pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh paparan radikalisme yang semakin masif di tengah-tengah masyarakat pra sekolah. Untuk itu, dalam upaya membentengi para guru dan anak didik, maka dilaksanakan sebuah pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan konseptual dan teknis mitigasi Radikalisme melalui Pembelajaran Berbasis Kearifan Lokal bagi 10 lembaga PAUD di Kota Palopo. Selama proses pelatihan berlangsung para peserta dibekali dengan kemampuan konseptual dan teknis selama 2 hari yang terbagi dalam 4 sesi yang didalamnya terjabar konsep dasar, pola, model, rancangan serta simulasi pembelajaran mitigasi radikalisme berbasis kearifan lokal. Keseluruhan sesi berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan terbukti dari tingginya prosentase jumlah peserta (guru) yang mampu menguasai kompetensi capaian dan aktif terlibat dalam keseluruhan proses pelatihan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of Facebook on student's achievement at the State Islamic High School of Palopo. This quantitative descriptive research conducted at State Islamic High School of Palopo, especially class XI IPA. The population consisted of 65 students, and the instruments used were questionnaires and interviews. The study results found no impact between accessing Facebook on the learning achievement of class XI State Islamic High School of Palopo students, evidenced by the calculated r-value of the variable accessing Facebook of 0.191 with a significance value of 0.280. Therefore, the calculated r-value is smaller than the r table (0.191 < 0.339) and the significance value (p) is greater than the 5% significance level (0.280 > 0.05). The existence of activities to access Facebook for students of State Islamic High School of Palopo with internet social media can also maintain student learning achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to describe multimedia technology-based learning in increasing interest in PAI learning. This study clarifies a phenomenon and the reality by explaining the variables related to the problem under study. Researchers identified problems related to developing multimedia technology-based PAI learning media at Madrasah Aliyah in Luwu Regency. This research is qualitative. This research was conducted in six Madrasah Aliyah in Luwu Regency, consisting of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Luwu, Madrasah Aliyah Salubanga, Madrasah Aliyah Sampano, Madrasah Aliyah Wathaniyah Belopa, Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Almubarak DDI Tobarakka, Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mawatsir Padang Kalua. Sources of data in this study are classified into two types, namely primary and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques that will be used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. This study's data processing and analysis technique uses an interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman. The use of multimedia technology-based learning media in PAI subjects at Madrasah Aliyah in Luwu Regency is relatively small compared to many Islamic Educators. The number of PAI teachers at Madrasah Aliyah in Luwu Regency is 17 PAI teachers, but only 3 (17.64%) use multimedia technology in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education. Increasing students' interest in learning in PAI subjects at Madrasah Aliyah in Luwu Regency for teachers who use multimedia technology-based learning media is very good. It is because the use of multimedia technology in the learning process has a significant impact on students.

Abstract

Many researchers are confused about which software to use because there is no research on software comparisons for quantitative research data analysis. The purpose of this study is to compare the results of quantitative research data processing in the field of education management using Lisrel, Tetrad, GSCA, Amos, SmartPLS, WarpPLS, and SPSS software for small samples or respondents. This research method is quantitative and research data analysis uses the four types of software to obtain a comparison of the results of the analysis. The analysis in this study focuses on the analysis of hypothesis testing and regression analysis. Regression analysis is used to measure how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. The field of this research is education management and the research data uses quantitative data derived from questionnaire data for a small sample of 40 respondents with three research variables, namely the independent variable of transformational leadership and job satisfaction, while the dependent variable is teacher performance. Based on the results of the analysis using Lisrel, Tetrad, GSCA, Amos, SmartPLS, WarpPLS, and SPSS software, the results showed that for a small sample there was no significant difference in the significance value of p-value and t-value. There is also no significant difference in the determination value, and the correlation value in the resulting structural equation also has no significant difference in results, while for CB-SEM represented by Lisrel, Tetrad cannot process data with a Little respondents size. Abstract

This descriptive qualitative research aimed to know the strength and weakness of Oxford English Textbook “Aim High 5” By Susan Iannuzzi and Paul Kelly Based on the 2013 Curriculum. The data sources are the 2013 Curriculum, syllabus, scientific approach, Aim High 5. The resources are analyzed, examined, and explored. The results show that the scientific approach method, one of the teaching methods in the 2013 Curriculum, is found in every unit of the reading text. Moreover, the reading texts are presented in systematic way, it can be seen from all the sections in reading texts. There are 4 subtopic steps or activities in reading sections: 1). Before reading, 2). Read, 3). Understanding ideas, and 4). Vocabulary. It seems that the authors prepare the textbook well, which can be seen from the connectivity of the material, extended exercise, interesting story in every reading text. On the contrary, the weakness of “Aim High 5” Based on the 2013 Curriculum including the steps of reading sections, which are a bit monotone. It can be seen that all units, from unit 1 to 10 has the same steps such as before reading, read, understanding ideas, vocabulary. Moreover, many of vocabularies are unfamiliar, that rarely heard by some of the students especially the students who live in countryside or village, and the students who do not have access to internet and library. Likewise, structure or sentences are sometime little bit difficult to understand by them. It is because the English is the foreigner language in Indonesia, so the knowledge of the English is limited according to some area in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the bride and groom course in KUA Bara Subdistrict, Including the values of local wisdom in implementing the bride and groom course, and inhibiting factors and supporting local wisdom values. This research is research with a qualitative approach to field research. This research is located in KUA Kec. Palopo City Bara. This study's data sources are primary data sources (course participants for bride and groom), secondary data sources (KUA Bara Subdistrict files). Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used was descriptive qualitative data analysis. The data obtained that the implementation of the course for the bride and groom in KUA Kec. Palopo City Bara is administratively by the General Director of Islamic Community Guidance Regulation on Candidate Bride Course Number DJ.II / 491 of 2009 dated December 10, 2009, although, in the process of implementing the bride and groom course, it is still not by the Regulation of the Director-General of Islamic Community Guidance of the Ministry of Religion Number DJ.II/542 of 2013 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Pre-Marriage Courses; The values of local wisdom are conveyed by the method of lectures and questions and answers between the resource person and the prospective bride and groom at KUA, Bara Subdistrict, Palopo City, with a focus on three values of local wisdom, namely aju tunung (wood/birth support), waju (clothes/honor), aju-aju (inner sustenance); Supporting Factors for the implementation of the bride and groom course at KUA Kec. Bara Kota Palopo is the resource persons' ability for the prospective bride and groom course to insert local wisdom values for the bride and groom's course material. The bride and groom are serious about receiving the bride and groom's course materials.

Abstract

This research formulate the subject about the problem which is: What is Taksim's ceremony have Islamic education development role at Toraja North? How methods of ceremony education construction take at Toraja North? This research is an observational qualitative who utilizes pedagogics approaching, psychological, sociological, and normative theological. Data source which is stemmed primary data from Mapenda, Taklim's Ceremony administrator, Religion figure, and Islam Extension Agent, meanwhile secondary data taken from by bearing aught document it is with research. The instrument that is utilized in gathering data is functioning alone writer establishes and chooses the informant as the source of data, analysis is data, paraphrasing data, and instrument in gathering data is observation, interview, and documentation. Observational results and analysis conclude Taksim's ceremony role in developmental Islamic education: 1). Education that performed by taklim's ceremony at Toraja North corresponds to education concept along the body. Ages unacquainted education and were in force of coming into the world to puff out. taklim's ceremony education at North Toraja constitutes education to get society basis and gives education to society on all age levels. Therefore, ta's Ceremony education taklim at orth Toraja Nget has been utilized medium for I apply Islamic teaching points, so fade-proof Islam points with other points unsuitably. 2) learning methods that are utilized on santri children cover methodic discourse, question-answer, story, matzah, to inuring a figure of speech. The discourse method is utilized to enlighten the material reads and writes the Koran. On the same chance, the teacher also gives chance for santri for asking to chastened material. In addition, the teacher also utilizes that story method material which is taught gets is prey to by santri and stimulates santri to notice chastened material.
