Abstract

The rapid growth of online food delivery services in Indonesia, especially in Pekanbaru, has led to changes in consumer behavior. As a result, companies need to focus on various factors that can enhance customer satisfaction. This study investigates how service quality, promotional activities, and the user-friendliness of the delivery app impact customer satisfaction within this context. Sampling was conducted using a non-probability technique due to the unequal opportunity for all individuals to be part of the sample. The Roscoe approach was used to determine the sample size, resulting in 150 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale, and analysis was performed using multiple linear regression and the SPSS 21 software. The findings of the study demonstrate that service quality, promotions, and ease of using the app all have a significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to predict the price of rice in the mill according to quality (Rupiah/Kg) at a premium, medium and low levels in Indonesia. Then also to find out whether there is an effect of farmer exchange rates on the price of rice in mills at a premium level. The study used purposive sampling, namely samples in Indonesia. Data analysis using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was an effect of the farmer's exchange rate on the price of rice in the mill at the premium level of 69.16%, the farmer's exchange rate affected the price of the rice in the mill according to the quality (Rupiah/Kg) at the premium level. The recommendation that can be given is that the government can take steps to maintain the stability of farmers' currency exchange rates, especially in the face of global economic fluctuations. Appropriate fiscal and monetary policies can help reduce the risk of exchange rate volatility and have an impact on rice price stability at the mill. A robust monitoring system is needed to monitor exchange rate fluctuations and rice prices on a regular basis.

Abstract

Cash flow is an important aspect of company finances which reflects the company's financial health and ability to fulfill its financial obligations. Cash flow statements allow stakeholders to understand how cash flows are generated and used in a given period. This research aims to gain an in-depth understanding of cash flow management, financial innovation, risk management, and modern business practices. Through a qualitative approach with literature studies, this research explains various aspects related to cash flow, starting from definitions, classifications, and problems that may occur, to the analysis techniques used. There are three main categories in the cash flow report, namely operating, investing, and financing activities. Cash flow problems can occur in the form of a deficit, break-even, or surplus. Cash flow analysis includes various ratios that measure a company's financial performance, such as operating cash flow/net sales, free cash flow, and other ratios. The results and discussion highlight the cash flow analysis techniques used, such as the calculation of operating cash flow/net sales and free cash flow, as well as various ratios that measure a company's financial performance. This research concludes that cash flow analysis is an important key in understanding company finances and making better strategic decisions. Cash flow statements help identify potential financial problems and ensure the long-term continuity of a company's operations. As suggestions for future research, this study suggests exploring the impact of technology in cash flow management, the influence of financial innovation on cash flow, risk management strategies, dividend policies, best practices in cash flow management, comparison of methods for preparing cash flow reports, the influence of tax policy, and the impact of CSR on cash flow.

Abstract

This study investigates how digital innovation capability and customer value co-creation influence the performance of new products, with digital transformation maturity serving as a moderating variable. The novelty of this research is the development of indicators, especially on the variable of co-creation of customer value. This quantitative research will collect data using a structured questionnaire, employing a 6-point Likert scale. The data will be analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine the relationships between variables and test the proposed hypotheses. The sample size will be a minimum of 155 respondents. The findings confirm that Digital Innovation Capability and Customer Value Co-Creation positively influence New Product Performance. However, Digital Transformation Maturity does not strengthen these relationships, suggesting that high levels of digital maturity may introduce rigidity, reduce human-led innovation, and shift focus toward efficiency rather than customer engagement. Future studies should compare different industries (manufacturing, services, technology) to explore whether digital transformation maturity has varying effects on product performance. Future research should track the long-term impact of digital innovation and customer co-creation on new product success over multiple years.

Abstract

The growing demand for natural health solutions and the integration of digital lifestyles presents new opportunities for innovation in traditional herbal products. This study aims to design a value-oriented digital business model for an anti-migraine herbal tea, combining traditional herbal knowledge with modern digital entrepreneurship and accounting systems. The research used a qualitative approach, integrating the Business Model Canvas (BMC), Value Proposition Canvas (VPC), and digital accounting to formulate a scalable and consumer-centric business framework. The herbal formulation, consisting of ginger, peppermint, turmeric, lemongrass, lavender, cinnamon, and stevia, was developed based on scientific literature and traditional practices. Through consumer insights, market segmentation, and prototype evaluation with stakeholders and experts, the model was validated for its market viability and alignment with health-conscious and digital native consumers. The findings indicate that the integration of digital accounting enhances transparency, financial control, and business credibility, while the overall model supports sustainability, traceability, and value creation. This research contributes to the fields of digital business, sustainable product innovation, and the commercialization of traditional medicines. Future research is recommended to combine quantitative validation and clinical testing to improve the robustness and impact of the model.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the economic feasibility of producing nutrient-rich fertilizers from solid fruit bunches (FBs) and empty fruit bunches of oil palm, taking into account nutrient composition, production process, cost structure, and potential market opportunities. This study bridges the gap between agricultural science and business economics by combining nutrient analysis of oil palm solids and empty fruit bunches with a cost-benefit evaluation and market potential assessment. This study used a mixed-methods design that combined: (1) experimental laboratory analysis (nutrient profiles and processing trials); (2) process mass balance and cost accounting to develop a production cost model; and (3) market and financial analysis (surveys, price benchmarking, and financial valuation). This study shows that solid palm oil waste, specifically solid decanter cake and empty fruit bunches (jangkos), contains significant macro and micronutrients that can be converted into high-value products such as organic fertilizer and soil conditioner. Provide palm oil mills with a science-based business model to convert waste into value-added products.
