Abstract

Keterbatasan lahan parkir menjadi tantangan utama seiring pertumbuhan penggunaan kendaraan bermotor. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, banyak fasilitas parkir dalam ruangan, seperti parkir bertingkat atau bawah tanah, telah dibangun. Namun, sistem parkir dalam ruangan saat ini masih menghadapi tantangan karena pengelolaan manual yang tidak dapat memenuhi keinginan pengemudi untuk dengan cepat menemukan tempat parkir karena kurangnya informasi langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan solusi efisien dalam memantau ketersediaan tempat parkir mobil dalam ruangan melalui pengembangan sistem berbasis IoT. Sistem ini menggunakan jaringan sensor nirkabel (ESP-NOW) dengan NodeMCU ESP8266 untuk pemantauan secara real-time melalui aplikasi sebagai bagian dari IoT. Penggunaan ESP-NOW mengoptimalkan pengiriman data di lingkungan dalam ruangan yang padat, mengatasi keterbatasan sinyal yang sering terjadi di area parkir dalam ruangan. Setiap slot parkir dilengkapi dengan sensor ultrasonik yang terhubung ke NodeMCU ESP8266 yang berfungsi sebagai node sensor dalam komunikasi ESP-NOW. Sensor-sensor ini mengumpulkan data ketersediaan tempat parkir dan mengirimkannya ke node server. Data dari node server dipublikasikan ke server MQTT dan diteruskan ke aplikasi. Melalui aplikasi ini, pengguna dapat dengan cepat memantau lokasi parkir yang tersedia. Dengan menerapkan sistem ini, pengelolaan parkir mobil dalam ruangan diharapkan dapat dioptimalkan, sementara pengguna mendapatkan informasi ketersediaan parkir secara real-time.

Abstract

Introduction: Vulvar hematoma is a rare condition that can arise from many causes. In serious cases, the patient is hemodynamically unstable and requires immediate treatment. Multiple factors from patients and health care providers impact the outcome. Case Illustration: P0A0 60-year-old woman presented to the outpatient clinic with a painful lump in her vulva for 1 month after trauma and observation in primary care. She had previously consumed anticoagulants for venous insufficiency. Her family’s socioeconomic status was relatively poor. She did not have a complete comprehension of her illness. Physical examination revealed left major labia hematoma with a size of 5 x 10 cm, which was confirmed with ultrasonography. Incision and clot evacuation were performed under general anesthesia and showed a good outcome. Discussion: Vulva is an external part of female genitalia composed of smooth muscle and loose connective tissue with rich vascularization. This organ is prone to hematoma, and there is no consensus published yet. In this patient, the treatment was delayed for 1 month because of a failure to disseminate a clear care plan combined with the patient’s low literacy. Conclusion: Vulvar hematoma is a rare case that can be treated with a conservative, surgical, or embolization approach. Neglected cases can become chronic hematomas that lead to difficulties in diagnosis. A clear care plan should be successfully disseminated to the patient despite many communication challenges to ensure fast and appropriate medical treatment.Hematoma Vulva Traumatik Terbengkalai : Laporan KasusAbstrak Pendahuluan: Hematoma vulva adalah kasus jarang yang dapat timbul karena berbagai macam penyebab. Pada kasus yang berat, pasien dapat mengalami hemodinamik yang tak stabil dan memerlukan tatalaksana secepatnya. Berbagai macam faktor dari pasien dan tenaga kesehatan mempengaruhi hasil pengobatan.Ilustrasi Kasus: Wanita P0A0 usia 60 tahun datang ke poliklinik dengan benjolan yang menyebabkan nyeri pada vulva 1 bulan pasca trauma yang telah diobservasi di pelayanan primer. Pasien sebelumnya mengkonsumsi antikoagulan untuk insufisiensi vena. Sosioekonomi keluarga pasien relatif rendah. Pemeriksaan fisik menunjukkan hematoma labia mayor berukuran 5 x 10 cm yang dikonfirmasi dengan ultrasonografi. Pada pasien ini dilakukan insisi dan evakuasi gumpalan darah dibawah anestesi umum yang menunjukkan hasil yang baik. Diskusi: Vulva adalah organ genitalia eksternal wanita yang tersusun atas otot polos dan jaringan ikat longgar yang kaya vaskularisasi. Organ ini rentan mengalami hematoma dan saat ini belum terdapat konsensus. Penanganan pada pasien ini terlambat selama 1 bulan karena rencana penanganan yang tidak tersampaikan kepada pasien yang memiliki literasi kesehatan rendah. Kesimpulan: Hematoma vulva adalah kasus jarang yang dapat ditangani secara konservatif, pembedahan, maupun embolisasi. Kasus terbengkalai dapat menjadi hematoma kronis yang menyulitkan dalam diagnosis. Rencana penatalaksanaan yang jelas harus diberikan kepada pasien dengan segala kesulitan komunikasi demi tatalaksana yang cepat dan tepat.Kata kunci: hematoma vulva, terbengkalai, pemahaman kesehatan, literasi kesehatan rendah

Abstract

This article discusses the natural disasters that occurred in Kerinci during the Dutch colonial period 1920-1939. In this disaster the people of Kerinci suffered enormous losses. For this reason, in the study there are several problems to be discussed, namely, what natural disasters hit Kerinci during the Dutch Colonial period. The historical method used in this research is by collecting data through heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results of this study reveal that Kerinci experienced a series of natural disasters in 1920-1939. Earthquakes, floods, fires, and others. Some events such as earthquakes were not considered destructive, and there were also events that caused material losses and casualties. Kerinci's geography is often a factor in triggering natural disasters to occur. In 1939, an earthquake that shook Kerinci served as a reminder of the potential dangers inherent in its natural beauty, especially the presence of the active Mount Kerinci. Although the community showed resilience and solidarity, disaster management during the colonial period was centered on the government, which undertook mitigation efforts and coordinated relief such as the delivery of medicines and medical and other assistance. This research provides an overview of Kerinci's vulnerability to natural disasters during the Dutch colonial period. While communities and the colonial government attempted to respond to disasters, challenges and complexities remained part of the relief effort.

Abstract

Mushrooms are a type of exotic vegetable commodity that has quite high economic value and has great potential for cultivation. Oyster mushrooms are a type of mushroom that is much loved by Indonesian people and are a food source that is popular with people and contains quite high nutrition. The factors that determine mushrooms to grow well are temperature, humidity, CO2 levels and light intensity. This research aims to increase the efficiency of oyster mushroom cultivation by utilizing Arduino Mega technology in the oyster mushroom cultivation room and using a DHT-11 temperature sensor as a temperature and humidity detector in the oyster mushroom cultivation room. cultivation room. The parameters used to test the quality of the DHT-11 sensor are accuracy and normality test. The DHT-11 temperature sensor data is processed on the Arduino Mega and then displayed via LCD in real time. The system test results obtained in this research show that the system can work to control well with temperature values between 26-29°C with humidity 70-90%. From the results of the system test, the mushrooms will grow well.

Abstract

Peralatan audio digital menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan untuk mendukung kelancaran kegiatan belajar mengajar maupun acara lomba-lomba yang diselenggarakan di Sekolah ataupun di Pondok Pesantren. Penggunaan peralatan audio juga perlu memperhatikan lokasi ruangannya (indoor atau outdoor), posisi pendengar dan spesifikasi peralatan audionya. Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur’an Darul Wafa Mataram termasuk sekolah penghafal Al Qur’an yang memanfaatkan teknologi audio digital untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar, ujian tahfidzul quran dan lomba lomba Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ) yang biasanya diadakan di aula sekolah. Namun peralatan audio yang tersedia masih belum maksimal sehingga kualitas audio yang dihasilkan juga belum optimal. Pengeras suara yang dimiliki sebanyak 1 buah dengan daya sebesar 120 watt, kondisi pengaturan audio ini masih kurang sehingga perlu peningkatan kualitas manajemen audio melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat. Kegiatannya dalam bentuk pelatihan yang dapat memberi pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam manajemen audio digital, berupa pelatihan instalasi, revitalisasi peralatan, pemberian workshop dalam penggunaan dan perawatan peralatan audio kepada Pengelola Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur’an Darul Wafa Mataram. Hasil kegiatannya menunjukkan bahwa kualitas audio yang dihasilkan semakin baik dari sebelumnya dan dapat digunakan untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar serta kegiatan lomba tahfidzul Qur’an. Selain itu daya audio yang dihasilkan bertambah menjadi 240 watt.

Abstract

A mobile robot is a type of robot that uses a wheel or leg-based propulsion system to move efficiently. This robot is highly beneficial in various industries, particularly in improving operational efficiency through autonomous movement. This research aims to examine the performance of the PID control on an encoder-based robot and evaluate its effectiveness compared to a system without PID. The research method includes designing a robot powered by a 18650 battery as the main power source, with an L298N motor driver and a DC N20 motor with an encoder connected to an Arduino microcontroller as the primary controller. An SD card module and a buck converter are also used to store operational data and regulate voltage to ensure stability. In this study, the robot's performance is tested at various distances, both with and without PID control. The test results show that without PID, the robot deviates more from the target, especially at longer distances, such as 220 cm. In contrast, with PID control, the robot is able to reach the target with higher accuracy and more controlled deviation. The use of PID also reduces variation in time and distance traveled, as well as enhances system stability.

Abstract

This research probes the ramifications of globalization on Muslim identity in Singapore since its independence in 1965, concentrating on the four economic development phases pivotal to the nation's growth. It concurrently traces the post-independence evolution of Muslim life, specifically in religious practices and social norms. Singapore's globalization-driven economic ascent, its status as a developed nation, and its competitive business environment stand as evident outcomes. However, the Muslim communities grapple with the challenge of adapting to global shifts while preserving their Islamic identity. The study emphasizes the imperative of comprehending the intricate interplay between globalization and Muslim identity in Singapore. Employing the historical method comprising heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography, the research analyzes historical records and relics. Findings underscore the instrumental role of technology and social media in shaping Muslim identity, facilitating the dissemination of religious information and fostering global connectivity within Muslim communities. While the Singapore government's multiculturalism policy aims for interfaith harmony and recognizes the Muslim community's integral role, restrictions on public expressions of religious identity reflect the state's secular stance. This research offers a profound understanding of the complex dynamics between globalization and Muslim identity in Singapore, shedding light on the challenges and opportunities encountered by Muslim communities in safeguarding their cultural and religious diversity amidst the ever-evolving global landscape.

Abstract

Kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) telah mengalami kemajuan pesat dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, yang memungkinkan pengembangan sistem pengenalan wajah yang dapat mengidentifikasi seseorang berdasarkan fitur unik wajah mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pengenalan wajah menggunakan Matlab Deep Learning Toolbox, dengan berfokus pada deteksi, pelatihan, dan pengenalan wajah menggunakan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Penelitian ini menggunakan dataset dari 10 individu orang dengan masing-masing 150 gambar wajah yang diubah ukurannya menjadi 227x227 piksel. Sistem dilatih menggunakan AlexNet, model pra-latih yang tersedia pada Matlab, dan diuji dengan parameter seperti Initial Learning Rate 0,001, Max Epochs 15, dan Mini Batch Size 30. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 100% dengan Mini-Batch Loss sebesar 0,0134, yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mengenali wajah dengan akurat secara real-time. Meskipun akurasi tinggi tercapai, penelitian ini menemukan beberapa keterbatasan, seperti potensi overfitting akibat kurangnya variasi data dan tantangan dalam mendeteksi wajah pada kondisi yang berbeda. Perbaikan lebih lanjut dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan variasi data dan kemampuan deteksi wajah.

Abstract

This project focuses on the development of a non-invasive blood glucose detection device using an IoT based system with NodeMCU ESP8266 as its microprocessor. The rising health issues related to diabetes call for regular blood sampling. This study utilizes diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, where light is scattered when interacting with human issue, enabling non-invasive measurement. By integrating a photodiode and high-brightness LEDs with the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller, the device measure blood glucose levels through finger placement. The result are displayed on an LCD screen and send to a Telegram Bot. this system aims to provide a convenient and painless alternative for routine blood glucose monitoring, especially for individuals with diabetes. After the design and construction of the non-invasive blood glucose detection device, testing was conducted, yielding an error percentage of 2.38% and a measurement accuracy rate of 97.62% based on ten data collection from different individuals.

Abstract

The mangosteen fruit has a characteristic thick skin, so it is difficult to know the condition of the flesh. Farmer can only know damage to the fruit flesh after the fruit skin had opened. Detection of the quality of the mangosteen flesh can be detected using a sensor capable of penetrating the thickness of the mangosteen rind. Flesh quality detection is carried out based on the S21 value (attenuation of mangosteen flesh value) using a portable device equipped with a sensor and capable of emitting microwaves. The S21 value of the fruit's flesh was measured using a spiral resonator that functioned as a sensor. The prototype device consists of an oscillator circuit, a power splitter, and a phase detector with 2507 MHz. Fruit flesh had divided into two conditions: damaged for fruit flesh with yellow sap or Translucent Flesh Disorder, and suitable condition for clean fruit flesh. The results showed that the fruit flesh had an average S21 value of 7.041 dB for damaged flesh and 6.007 dB for good flesh condition. The difference in the value of S21 had used as a reference for detecting the shape of the fruit flesh, with the detection threshold calculated by the Support Vector Machine, resulting in a threshold value of 6.712 dB.
