Abstract

The government as a public service provider where the community must be responsible must be responsible and continue to strive to provide the best services to improve public services. For this reason, the government trains digital-based public services so that government agencies can serve the community easily and quickly. So, in this study, it aims to see the effect of e-KTP service quality on community satisfaction in Morotai Island Regency in North Maluku Province and this study uses quantitative methods to determine the quality of services that make the most impact on people's satisfaction. The sample drawn is 100 people. The data collection technique used is a survey technique, in which data is collected through the distribution of online questionnaires (Google forms). The results show that the evidence obtained from physical evidence, impact, strength, assurance and empathy has been applied in the effect of e-KTP services on community satisfaction carried out by the Ministry of Population and Civil Registration of Morotai Island Regency. There are two variables that have a positive and significant influence on other variables, namely service and empathy for community satisfaction in e-KTP. Meanwhile, three other variables that do not have significant variables are the capacity and guarantee of community satisfaction in the e-KTP service provided by the Morotai Island government. And to improve the quality of E-KTP services from the population and the Morotai Island Civil Registry Office to examine the variables that are at the center of this research, especially on variables that have a significant negative effect (physical evidence, arrests, and guaranteed), so they can comply with the rules and mechanisms in improving the quality of e-KTP services to the satisfaction of the community.

Using the Likert Scale (1: strongly disagree, 2: disagree, 3: neutral, 4: agree, and 5: strongly agree). The analysis technique for this study uses SmartPLS 4. Result: The results of the study show that the infrastructure variables have a P-Value of (0.000), an ICT P-Value of (0.000), and a P-Value Budgeting of (0.002), respectively, which shows a positive and significant influence on the implementation of digital government in the implementation of the JEPIN application. On the other hand, the human resources variable has a P-Value of (0.998), which shows a positive and significant influence on the implementation of digital government in the implementation of the JEPIN application in Pontianak City. Abstract

This study aims to present a history of city branding: hyper-competition, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. The method used in this study used qualitative with a literature study approach. The findings in the study showed that in understanding the place and building city branding, there are at least three processes first through urban governance planning or infrastructure, then observation by looking at other places in the city branding. Finally, branding representation on social media is in the form of websites and tweets through news, while Instagram is through branding images from somewhere and several other media. Furthermore, City branding can be hyper-competition, showing that business competition is increasing. On the other hand, it can be a challenge and an opportunity considering that many cities have reimagined their competitive strategies by maximizing their internal potential, namely existing resources, to take opportunities and anticipate the threats faced. The contribution of this study provides an understanding of measurements in the city branding literature, helps researchers discover new studies, and can interpret the complex nature of cities. Another thing is that closing the gap between theory and practice presents a huge challenge for brands.

The measurement was carried out using variables from the Online Service Index (OSI) framework consisting of institutional framework, service provision, content provision, technology, and e-participation.Methods: The research method used is quantitative, with the primary data source being a questionnaire totaling 100 respondents. SmartPLS 3 software is used in conducting data analysis for this research. Results: The research results show that variable institutional framework has a positive and significant influence on the satisfaction of Bantulpedia Application users. Meanwhile, the variables service provision, content provision, technology, and e-participation did not positively and significantly influence the satisfaction of Bantulpedia application users.Novelty: This study is unique by using OSI parameters by correlating them with application-based public satisfaction assessments (online services), which the majority of this theory is only used to measure e-government development and various aspects of it. This research contributes to providing a new perspective on using OSI theory in the realm of online services (applications) not only as a predictive measurement but as a significant research object (a country). In addition, the empirical contribution is to conduct a public satisfaction test on using the Bantulpedia Application. So that later it can also be adopted and provide space for other local governments to adopt OSI as an indicator of this online service.

Abstract

The Homecare Dottoro'ta service is an innovative health service based on home visits implemented by the Makassar City Government to improve access and the quality of public health services. This study aims to examine the influence of service quality dimensions on the satisfaction level of the community using the Home Care Dottoro'ta services. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents who are active users of the service. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS software to analyze and test the hypotheses. The research results show that reliability, assurance, and empathy have a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction, with T-statistics values of 4.259 (P-value 0.000), 2.494 (P-value 0.013), and 2.647 (P-value 0.008), respectively. Meanwhile, tangible and responsiveness do not show significant influence, with T-statistics values of 6.000 (P-value 0.549) and 2.771 (P-value 0.441). These findings affirm that accuracy, trust in the competence of the staff, and an empathetic approach are the main determinants in shaping the perception of service satisfaction. This study recommends increased professionalism and humanistic communication from medical staff and a thorough evaluation of service dimensions that have not yet significantly contributed to public satisfaction to support the sustainability and optimization of Dottoro'ta Home Care services in Makassar City.

Abstract

The partners of this community empowerment program are the Cultural Village Pioneer institution located in Wirokerten Village, Banguntapan District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. Based on the Focus Group Discussion (FGD), two main problems of the Cultural Village Pioneer were found, namely 1) the lack of branding identity of Wirokeren Cultural Village, and 2) the digitalization management of the Wirokerten Cultural Village Pioneer is not yet optimal. This service uses the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method, which consists of problem identification, program conceptualization, program implementation, monitoring & evaluation, and follow-up plans. In solving the problem, this stage has carried out two activities as follows: 1) Creation of a mascot as a village identity; and 2) Development of social media, particularly Instagram and Website, to optimize digital branding. The mascot designed is a representation of Tumenggung Wirokerti, a respected historical figure in the village, used as a symbol of courage and devotion. In addition, the digitization of Wirokerten Cultural Village was carried out by creating an Instagram account and website that showcase the village's cultural potential. The follow-up to this service program involves strengthening the identity of Wirokerten Cultural Village and increasing brand awareness through collaboration with local or national influencers.
