Abstract

This research aims to see how well E-government is as a public service system in South Bengkulu Regency. Testing five hypotheses, namely: ease of use of E-government, the benefits of using E-government, security risks, privacy security risks that affect public trust in the government, and trust in government has a positive and significant effect on intentions to use E-government. The research method uses quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires in the South Bengkulu Regency and analysis of data testing using Smart PLS. The results of the hypothesis test prove that there are three rejected hypotheses, namely: ease of use, benefits of use, and security risks to government trust, while the two accepted hypotheses are: privacy security risks which influence public confidence in the government, and trust in the government has a positive and significant effect against the intention of using E-government.

The government as a public service provider where the community must be responsible must be responsible and continue to strive to provide the best services to improve public services. For this reason, the government trains digital-based public services so that government agencies can serve the community easily and quickly. So, in this study, it aims to see the effect of e-KTP service quality on community satisfaction in Morotai Island Regency in North Maluku Province and this study uses quantitative methods to determine the quality of services that make the most impact on people's satisfaction. The sample drawn is 100 people. The data collection technique used is a survey technique, in which data is collected through the distribution of online questionnaires (Google forms). The results show that the evidence obtained from physical evidence, impact, strength, assurance and empathy has been applied in the effect of e-KTP services on community satisfaction carried out by the Ministry of Population and Civil Registration of Morotai Island Regency. There are two variables that have a positive and significant influence on other variables, namely service and empathy for community satisfaction in e-KTP. Meanwhile, three other variables that do not have significant variables are the capacity and guarantee of community satisfaction in the e-KTP service provided by the Morotai Island government. And to improve the quality of E-KTP services from the population and the Morotai Island Civil Registry Office to examine the variables that are at the center of this research, especially on variables that have a significant negative effect (physical evidence, arrests, and guaranteed), so they can comply with the rules and mechanisms in improving the quality of e-KTP services to the satisfaction of the community.

Abstract

The increasing influence of technology, information, and communication quickly, so that it can influence the role of government and institutions in implementing digital as a solution to speed up and provide convenience for the community. This study describes an empirical survey on public Trust using the digital precision driving license (SINAR) application. The presence of a precision national driving license application (SINAR) is a breakthrough to make it easier for the public to create and extend driving licenses online. This study tested four hypotheses: Public Trust in the presence of the SINAR application, Trust in information quality, security privacy, and regulation. The method uses quantitative research by distributing questionnaires and data analysis using SmartPLS 3. The results of hypothesis testing show that three hypotheses are rejected, including Trust in the quality of information, security, privacy, and regulation. While those that have been accepted or supported include public Trust in the application for a precision national driving license (SINAR). This proves that the community fully supports it because this application positively impacts society.

Abstract

"Peyek Initomas," as a micro, small and medium enterprise (UMKM) in Kluwih Sub-Village, has decreased its income since the spread of the COVID19 pandemic. In addition, the small business also packs products that are too simple so that they are less attractive to consumers. Furthermore, the small business does not yet have a wide marketing and packaging label. UMY staff have several program activities to handle the difficulties in partnership with Student Real Work Lectures (KKN). First, the team socialized and trained small business owners to use social media for marketing their products. Second, the team assisted the small businessman in creating location points on Google Maps so that buyers, especially those outside the area, could easily find them. Third, the team assists the business owner in creating a "market place," including Instagram, Shopee, and the Balecatur Website to market their various products

Abstract

This study aims to see the implementation, opportunities, and challenges of the Spice Route program in Aceh Province as a world cultural heritage with several indicators, namely Bureaucratic Structure, Resources, Disposition, Communication, Program Content, and Context. A qualitative method with a case study approach and NVivo 12 Plus as a supporter of the analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of the Spice Route program in Aceh Province has not been fully running well, there are many weaknesses in terms of the bureaucratic structure and budgetary resources as well as human resources, commitments are still minimal, and do not meet standards. Furthermore, in terms of activities, it was found that there were still many activities that were ceremonial in nature and did not lead to physical activities, such as the construction of a spice botanical garden as a center for agro-tourism and agro-industry of Aceh spices. In terms of opportunities, it has excellent potential to be used as a world cultural heritage with historical evidence of its herbs and its location as a gateway to the Straits of Malacca and the Indian Ocean for international trade routes. In terms of challenges, there is no good cooperation between agencies, both vertical agencies and the Aceh government and the Aceh government and Regency / City Government.
