Abstract

This research aims to develop a digital assessment using Kahoot! in the Civics education learning of fourth-grade elementary school students that is valid, practical, and effective. The development model used is the ADDIE model which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The developed digital assessment is validated by media experts, language experts, and question experts using a validation sheet in the form of a questionnaire. The practicality of the product is measured through teachers' and students' response questionnaires, while the effectiveness of the product is measured based on the improvement of students' learning outcomes after using the digital assessment media. Trials are conducted at SDN 29 Rantau Batu Pasar, the main research at SDN 26 Bukit Putus Dalam, and the effectiveness test at SDN 04 Lagan Gadang Hilir. The validation results show a validity level of 88% (media), 92% (language), and 88% (questions), all of which fall into the very valid category. The practicality level according to teachers and students is also very high, with respective percentages of 91.42% and 92.6% (trial), 94.28% and 95.8% (main research), and 95.71% and 96% (effectiveness test). The effectiveness results show an improvement in learning outcomes from 73.3% to 85.9%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the digital evaluation based on Kahoot! in Civics Education learning for fourth-grade elementary school students is proven to be valid, practical, and effective for use in the learning process.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the use of IT available in schools has not been optimally used by teachers. Innovative and fun media for students has not been developed and technology-based learning media has not been developed. So teachers need to improve their ability to process technology-based learning media so that students do not get bored. The PBL model has never been used for the use of learning media, especially technology-based media. Based on these problems, this study aims to develop learning media in the form of Macromedia Flash 8 media using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in Pancasila Education learning in grade IV of elementary schools that is valid, practical and effective. This type of research is development research (R&D) using the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model consists of five steps, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The designed media is then validated by a validator using a validation sheet in the form of a questionnaire. Product validation consists of material experts, media experts and language experts. For product practicality, it is done by filling out a questionnaire of teacher responses and student responses. Then, for effectiveness, it is done by giving evaluation questions to students. The subject of the product trial was at SDN 17 Pasaman, West Pasaman Regency and the subject of product research was at SDN 07 Pasaman, West Pasaman Regency. This type of research is development research (R&D) using the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model consists of five steps, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The designed media is then validated by the validator using a validation sheet in the form of a questionnaire. Product validation consists of material experts, media experts, and language experts. The subject of the product trial was at SDN 17 Pasaman, West Pasaman Regency and the subject of product research was at SDN 07 Pasaman, West Pasaman Regency. The results of the study showed that the Macromedia Flash 8 media obtained material validity of 95% (very valid), language validity of 70% (quite valid), and media validity of 97.23% (very valid). Based on the results of teacher responses and student responses in the trial school, it is known that learning using Macromedia Flash 8 media is very practical with the percentage of practicality from teacher responses in the trial school being 92.5%, and the percentage of practicality from student responses being 95.72%. The percentage of teacher responses in the research school was 95% and the percentage of student responses was 96.5%. The effectiveness test reached 92% with a very effective category. The conclusion of the study is that Macromedia Flash 8 media with the Problem Based Learning model is proven to be valid, practical, and effective in supporting the learning process of Pancasila Education in grade IV of elementary school.

Abstract

Implementation of Learning Improvement is carried out because the achievement of student learning outcomes is still less than the KKM. This is because many students only pay attention, listen to explanations, absorb and accept the new information they receive, then record and memorize it and work on the practice questions given by the teacher. The author's goal in carrying out this research report is to improve student learning outcomes in grade II by implementing learning using real object media while reading material at SDN Sumber Kejayan 01. Assessment of learning activities is in the form of written tests and observations. The score sheet is in the form of individual scores, namely an increase in mastery results from cycle I with 14 students or 77.77% completeness, in cycle II it increases to 18 students or 100%. This shows an increase in mastery in the class has achieved mastery by using real object media. Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Reading Time, Media, Real Objects
