Abstract

This research was motivated by community complaints regarding the innefective management of village funds in increasing economic growth and rural infrastructure in Nagari Aua Kuniang. The Nagari government explained the work program carried out to increase community income, but contrary to the reality on the ground, the work program carried out was not appropriate with community needs. The aim of this research is first, to find out how the village fund management mechanism, is second what are the implications of village fund managemnet in increasing economic growth and rural infrastructure, and third what is the effectiveness of village fund management in increasing economic growth and rural infrastructure in Nagari Aua Kuniang District Pasaman, West Pasaman Regency. This type of research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The informants in this research were Wali Nagari Aua Kuniang, Head of General Affairs and Finance, Head of Welfare and Services, and two community figures. The data obtained in this research came from observations, documentation, and interviews which were then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data preparation, and drawing conclusions and the research time started from June 2024 until completion. The results of this research indicate that the management of village funds in Nagari Aua Kuniang, Pasaman District, West Pasaman Regancy cannot be said to be effective because it is not in accordance with existing regulations, namely to increase economic growth and rural infrastructure. The nagari government it self has explained the word program carried out to increase community income, however people just know how it is used but it doesn’t match what they receive and feel, in fact Aua Kuniang wrote thet Vastuk’s vast potential has been explored.

Abstract

Artikel ini yang menjadi permasalahannya adalah Bagaimana Strategi Marketing Pembiayaan Haji di Bank Muamalat KCP Solok dengan melihat kondisi masyarakat yang kurang memahami tentang produk pembiayaan haji kemudian melaksanakan pembiayaan haji bagi para nasabah dengan cara ditalangkan oleh pihak bank muamalat KCP Solok dan juga kurangnya personal marketing dalam memasarkan atau memperkenalkan pembiayaan haji. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui serta menjelaskan tentang Bagaimana Strategi Marketing Pembiayaan Haji di Bank Muamalat KCP Solokdan upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menangani permasalah yang terjadi pada strategi marketing pembayiaan Haji di Bank Muamalat KCP Solok. Jenis penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dimana menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi langsung pada pihak Bang Muamalat KCP Solok. Data sudah terkumpul maka penulis lakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan pada pihak Bank Muamalat KCP Solok dimana masing-masing dari dimensi pelayanan yang terdiri dari reliability (kendalan), responsivness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), emphaty (empati), dan tangible (bukti fisik) sudah cukup baik diterapkan tetapi belum maksimal sebab masih ada beberapa kendalakendala yang menghambat untuk mencapai kesempurnaan penerapan terhadap strategi peningkatan kepuasan nasabah pembiayaan haji pada Bank Muamalat KCP Solok itu sendiri seperti persaingan dengan kompetitor lembaga keuangan lainnya, belum cukup mampu menyediakan keinginan nasabah, dan fasilitas pelayanan yang kurang memadai menyebabkan jumlah dan kepuasan yang dirasakan nasabah kurang puas. Dengan adanya strategi yang baik pada suatu Bank Muamalat maka eksistensi dari Bank Muamalattersebut akan selalu ada dan dapat dipercaya dan dikenal olehmasyarakat Kata kunci : Strategi, Marketing, Realibity, Responsivness, Assurance, Epphaty, dan Tangible.

Abstract

Background: The role of leadership is very necessary in influencing employee performance. Objective: The study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership style and career development on the performance of health workers mediated by the commitment of health workers at the MRCCC Siloam Hospital, Jakarta. Method: This study uses associative quantitative methods, namely research using path analysis models and hypotheses. The population of this study were all health workers at the MRCCC Siloam Hospital, Jakarta, which found 689 people. The sample selection used a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method, based on the slovin sample formula, there were 88 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires through google form and collecting journals and supporting book variables. The data analysis technique uses the SEM-PLS equation model. Result: The results showed that simultaneously leadership style and career development have a significant effect on the performance and commitment of health workers at the MRCCC Siloam Hospital, Jakarta. Transformational leadership style and career development partially have a significant effect on commitment and performance of health workers. Transformational leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of health workers mediated by the commitment of health workers. Career development has a significant effect on performance mediated by the commitment of health workers

Abstract

Background: One of the efforts to fulfill patient safety targets is identifying patients correctly. Identification carried out incorrectly will have fatal consequences, triggering other errors. An important paradigm for reducing misidentification requires more than two patient identifiers. Objective: The study aims to analyze the influence of management support, team work, monitoring and evaluation process on implementing the patients’ identification among nurses at Wisma Rini Pringsewu Hospital. Method: We conduct the cross-sectional study to examine the causalities of independent variable with dependent variable. Result: Management support has a direct effect on the implementation of patient identification. Management support also has an indirect effect on the implementation of patient identification, through monitoring and evaluation. Meanwhile, monitoring and evaluation can have a direct influence on the implementation of patient identification. Team work influences the implementation of patient identification, but the influence is small, so monitoring and evaluation is needed so that team work works well. Meanwhile, team work is formed due to the contribution of management support. Implication: Create monitoring and evaluation policies related to the implementation of quality improvement and patient safety activities

Abstract

Quality of life of kidney failure patients is closely related to hemodialysis. However, hemodialysis is not a therapy to cure. Hemodialysis is performed only to maintain the patient's life and well-being until kidney function recovers. This study aims to analyze the influence of family support and self-acceptance on quality of life through compliance with routine hemodialysis visits at Haji Hospital Jakarta. This research is quantitative, with a causal relationship model. This research will be carried out at the Jakarta Haji Hospital. This research will be carried out from October to December 2023, with a sample of 109 respondents using a purposive sampling technique, namely patients aged ≥ 18 years (adults) and who have been undergoing hemodialysis for at least 1 month. Analysis techniques use univariate, bivariate, and multivariate and multiple linear regression. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence between family support and self-acceptance on quality of life through compliance with routine visits as an intervening variable. There is a significant positive influence between family support on quality of life. There is a significant positive influence between self-acceptance on quality of life. There is a significant positive influence between family support on compliance with routine visits. There is a significant positive influence between self-acceptance and compliance with routine visits. There is a significant positive influence between compliance with routine visits on quality of life.

Abstract

The electoral system is a form of representative democracy which can be understood as a means of distributing power to the people. In general, there are three types of electoral systems implemented throughout the world, namely majority systems, proportional systems and mixed systems. However, this article only discusses open and closed elections, each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages. This article aims to analyze the open and closed proportional electoral systems in Indonesia. The type of research used is legal research by considering the problems of studying documents used as reference documents, especially legal regulations such as basic legal documents and other secondary legal documents such as literature, books, scientific works and scientific articles. which discusses how to analyze open and closed proportional electoral systems in Indonesia.

PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pulau Punjung is a sharia-based bank located in pulau punjung sub-district whose working area covers the Dharmasraya district. PT.Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pulau Punjung is not the only bank on pulau punjung and customer’knowledge of the new tecnology applied by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pulau Punjung and ATM is often hampered by network problems. The purpose of this research is to find out how to apply Customer Relationship Management Implementation Analysis in maintaining and increasing the number of Mitraguna Financing customer and the obstacles in implementing Customer Relationship Management. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this research were 4 BSI employes and 1 BSI customer. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection mthods used are observation, interviews, and docomentation mhetods. The result of this reserch indicate that customer Relationship Management helps PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pulau Punjung to improve good relation with increasing the number of Mitragu financing customer. The obstacle in implementing thisis that BSI cannot provide financing to ASN, PPPK, PNS if their salaries are notpayroll at BSI because the financing requirements at Mitaguna, the customer’s salary must be payroll at BSI

Abstract

The background of this study is to analyze the response of small business traders to financing in Islamic banks with a case study of small business traders in Lundar village. Islamic financing is considered an attractive alternative for small business traders because of the profit-sharing and usury-free principles it offers. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with an interview method involving 60 small business trader informants. Data were collected through direct interviews with Lundar market traders and analyzed using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of the study show that the majority of small business traders in Lundar village have a positive response to the financing offered by Islamic banks. Most informants are satisfied with Islamic financing products that are considered appropriate to their business capital needs. The positive impact of this financing can be seen from the increase in turnover and business profits as well as the ability of traders to expand their businesses and improve product quality. However, this study also found several challenges faced by traders in accessing Islamic financing, including the administrative process which is considered still long and the amount of financing that sometimes does not meet capital needs. This study suggests that Islamic banks improve their services by providing better education to small business traders regarding Islamic financial products, and continue to innovate in providing flexible financing schemes that suit the needs of traders. Thus, Islamic financing can contribute more significantly to the development of small businesses in Lundar village.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the unmanaged implementation of Sapta Pesona in the Air Bangis beach tourist destination, which resulted in a lack of order in the parking area because it took up the road and disturbed other motorists. Apart from that, there are still very few traders selling souvenirs or typical food at the Air Bangis beach destination. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely the data collected is in the form of words, pictures, not numbers, placing greater emphasis on observing phenomena and digging deeper into the meaning behind the Air Bangis beach destination. The data collection technique used in this research is through interviews by going directly to the location of the Air Bangis beach destination and documentation to obtain written data related to this thesis. The implementation of Sapta Pesona among tourist destination managers is a delusion towards sustainable tourist destinations. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the implementation of Sapta Pesona in the tourist destination of Air Bangis Beach does not yet understand Sapta Pesona tourism, which has an impact on tourism managers not being optimal and also the public still not understanding the importance of Sapta Pesona elements as a barometer of tourism around Air Bangis Beach

Abstract

This research is motivated by the slow development of business in the business of renting and selling camping equipment. This is the aim of this research to analyze and determine an effective strategy for business development in the rental and sales of camping equipment run by the F-Camp shop. The method used in this research activity is a qualitative method. Based on the results of SWOT, IFE, EFE, and Weight Score analysis, it can be concluded that the strategy needed by the F-Camp store is to utilize the strengths of the company and minimize any threats that have the potential to disrupt business development at the Tanah Datar F-Camp store. . The strategies obtained based on the results of the analysis include providing a sense of comfort for consumers and increasing the ability to compete with competitors, offering products at affordable prices and expanding market reach, increasing the amount of product inventory and establishing clear sanctions for damage to rental products, Maximizing the use of media social media as promotional media and establish cooperation with nature activists
