Penelitian ini menginvestigasi pengaruh penerapan pendekatan sosioemosional terhadap pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN 1 Telukjambe Timur, Karawang. Pendekatan ini dianalisis dalam konteks interaksi sosial antarpeserta didik serta pengembangan kesejahteraan emosional. Metode studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan sosioemosional meningkatkan interaksi sosial yang positif di antara peserta didik, mendorong kerjasama dalam kelompok, dan mengembangkan kemampuan mengelola konflik dengan bijaksana. Selain itu, pendekatan ini juga berkontribusi pada pengembangan kesejahteraan emosional peserta didik, meningkatkan kesadaran diri, mengatasi stres, dan membentuk hubungan yang mendukung. Kerjasama yang kuat antara guru, orangtua, dan sekolah terbukti menjadi kunci sukses penerapan pendekatan ini, dengan masing-masing pihak memberikan dukungan dan bimbingan yang mendukung perkembangan sosioemosional peserta didik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan sosioemosional memiliki dampak positif dalam membentuk karakter, keterampilan sosial, dan kesejahteraan emosional peserta didik. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam menerapkan pendekatan ini di berbagai konteks pendidikan.

ENGLISH: The Implementation of the Research Roadmap and Its Contribution to Lecturers' Scientific Publication Productivity in an Islamic Education Study Program at a Higher Education InstitutionObjective: This study aims to analyze the implementation of the research roadmap and its contribution to the scientific publication productivity of lecturers in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program. Method: The study utilized a qualitative case study design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with the study program coordinator and lecturers, as well as a documentation review of the research roadmap, Internal Quality Audit (AMI) documents, and lecturer publication data. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. Results: The research roadmap serves as a strategic instrument for directing and controlling research activities, strengthening the focus of studies, encouraging academic collaboration, and increasing the scientific publication productivity of lecturers as well as student involvement in research. Conclusion: The implementation of the roadmap supports the development of a targeted, collaborative, and sustainable research ecosystem. Contribution: These findings reinforce the concept of research governance through the utilization of a roadmap as an instrument to increase the scientific publication productivity of lecturers.INDONESIAN: Implementasi Roadmap Penelitian dan Kontribusinya terhadap Produktivitas Publikasi Ilmiah Dosen pada Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam di Perguruan TinggiTujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi roadmap penelitian dan kontribusinya terhadap produktivitas publikasi ilmiah dosen pada Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain studi kasus kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan koordinator program studi dan dosen, serta studi dokumentasi terhadap roadmap penelitian, dokumen Audit Mutu Internal (AMI), dan data publikasi dosen. Data dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil: Roadmap penelitian berfungsi sebagai instrumen strategis untuk mengarahkan dan mengendalikan kegiatan penelitian, memperkuat fokus kajian, mendorong kolaborasi akademik, serta meningkatkan produktivitas publikasi ilmiah dosen dan keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam penelitian. Kesimpulan: Implementasi roadmap mendukung pengembangan ekosistem penelitian yang terarah, kolaboratif, dan berkelanjutan. Kontribusi: Temuan ini memperkuat konsep tata kelola penelitian melalui pemanfaatan roadmap sebagai instrumen peningkatan produktivitas publikasi ilmiah dosen.

This research aims to determine the relationship between students' interest in reading and active discussion in the learning evaluation techniques course. This research is a qualitative type of research with an ex post facto approach with a questionnaire research instrument, with the number of respondents being 85 students of Islamic religious education at the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang, the data analysis techniques used were descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of this study revealed that the reading interest of Islamic religious education students was 20% in the low category, 41% in the medium category and 39% in the high category, so that it could be interpreted that the average student reading interest was in the medium category. The activeness of Islamic religious education students' discussions was 32% in the low category, 52% in the medium category and 16% in the high category, so it can be concluded that the average student discussion activity was in the medium category. the value of R Square = 0.885, so it can be interpreted that the influence of interest in reading (X) on the liveliness of discussion (Y) of PAI students at Singaperbangsa Karawang University is 85.5% while 15.5% is influenced by other variables which are not the variables of this study.

This study focuses on the implementation of qailulah as a strategy to improve students' learning concentration. The qailulah method is identified as a strategy that is able to overcome the problem of decreased concentration, memory, and students' ability to absorb learning materials. This study was conducted at SMPIT Al-Ridwan karawang. The purpose of this study is: (1) To find out the implementation of qailulah to improve concentration in class VIII A students at SMPIT Al-Ridwan. (2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of qailulah implementation to improve concentration in class VIII A students at SMPIT Al - Ridwan. (3) To find out the impact of qailulah in improving learning concentration in class VIII A students at SMPIT Al - Ridwan.

The learning process that is just listening, doing assignments and only focusing on books causes the classroom atmosphere to become monotonous and less actively involved in students. As a result, students become more passive, less enthusiastic, and face difficulties in understanding and internalizing the material being taught. This affects the low motivation of students to learn. This study aims to assess whether there is an impact of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model on the learning motivation of students in grade IX in the Akidah Akhlak lesson. The method used in this study is quantitative experiment, included in the category of pseudo-experiment with a nonequivalent group design that contains pretest, posttest, and two treatments. The test results carried out in this study included descriptive analysis, normality test, homogeneity, and hypothesis testing using independent sample t-test. From the results of the study, it can be seen that in the descriptive analysis between the experimental classes there was an increase of 29,96 while the control class was worth 18,23. In the normality test, both the experimental and control classes showed a normal distribution because the data produced > 0,05, in the homogeneity test the pretest based on mean value 0,197 and the posttest value 0,234 can be concluded to be homogeneous, in the hypothesis test the sig value. 0,000 < 0,05 showed the influence of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model on students' learning motivation in the Moral Faith lesson.

Kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an merupakan hal yang sangat penting diajarkan pada anak, mengingat membaca Al-Qur’an merupakan kemampuan utama mempelajari ilmu agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan: 1) implementasi pembelajaran baca tulis Al-Qur’an (BTQ); dan 2) peningkatan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an melalui pembelajaran baca tulis Al-Qur’an (BTQ) pada siswa kelas III Madrasah Taklimiyah Awwaliyah Miftahul Huda Karawang. Informan penelitian ini adalah guru BTQ dan siswa yang bersangkutan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Untuk menguji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode dengan bahan referensi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran BTQ pada siswa kelas III Madrasah Taklimiyah Awwaliyah Miftahul Huda Karawang, guru menerapkan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori dan strategi inkuiri sebagai upaya untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran secara maksimal. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan yang berpusat pada siswa (student centered approach) dan pendekatan yang berpusat pada guru (teacher centered approach). Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan variatif, yaitu metode drill, metode ceramah, metode tanya jawab, dan metode demonstrasi sesuai dengan metode Iqra’. Hasil belajar dari pembelajaran Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an (BTQ) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa kelas III Madrasah Taklimiyah Awwaliyah Miftahul Huda Karawang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan. Pada awal pembelajaran kemampuan membaca Al-qur’an siswa secara klasikal menunjukkan Cukup (39,74). Kemudian pada tahap akhir, setelah 5 atau 6 pertemuan dilakukan evaluasi dan secara klasikal menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan anak dalam membaca Al-Qur’an dengan kategori baik (63,25). Jika sebelumnya banyak yang belum bisa membaca Al-Qur’an, bahkan belum mengenal huruf hijaiyah tapi sekarang sudah meningkat dan bisa membaca Al-Qur’an.

This study aims to describe the implementation of a social awareness movement through Scout extracurricular activities in cultivating ta'awun character among students at MAN 4 Karawang. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, Scout leaders, students, and the surrounding community. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was strengthened through source and method triangulation. The findings show that the social awareness movement was implemented through community service, cleaning activities, homecoming post assistance, assistance for Hajj pilgrims, support for the surrounding community, and helping peers in difficulty. The implementation was carried out through habituation, role modeling, guidance, and direct field practice. Supporting factors included the role of Scout leaders, school support, student participation, and positive community response. Inhibiting factors included low participation among some students, limited time, fatigue after school hours, lack of self-confidence, and parental permission constraints. The implementation contributed to the development of ta'awun character through the affective stages of receiving, responding, valuing, organizing, and characterization. Students showed increased social concern, cooperation, responsibility, and willingness to help others spontaneously in school and community life.

This study aims to describe curriculum management strategies in improving learning services and student competence at SMPN 2 Kedungwaringin. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach through field observation, interview, and documentation study. The main focus included curriculum planning, organization of learning, classroom implementation, monitoring and evaluation, as well as documentation and innovation in curriculum development. The findings indicate that the school has developed the Kurikulum Operasional Satuan Pendidikan (KOSP) based on the school vision, mission, and local context. Teachers have begun to apply varied learning methods, including discussion, student presentation, visual media, and limited use of digital technology. However, several aspects still need improvement, particularly the availability of learning resources, the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, literacy and numeracy programs, and systematic digital documentation of supervision results. The study concludes that curriculum management at SMPN 2 Kedungwaringin has been implemented in a participatory and relatively structured manner, but strengthening teacher capacity, facilities, and evaluation documentation is still needed to improve learning quality and student competence.

The teacher’s emotional approach is one of the efforts to create a comfortable learning atmosphere and support students’ active participation in Fiqh Muamalat learning. However, in its implementation, there are still students who are passive and lack self-confidence during the learning process. Based on preliminary observations at MAN 4 Karawang, teachers have attempted to apply an emotional approach in Fiqh Muamalat learning, but its implementation in optimizing students’ active participation still needs to be studied more deeply. This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of the teacher’s emotional approach, the supporting and inhibiting factors, and the results of its implementation in optimizing the active participation of tenth-grade students in Fiqh Muamalat learning at MAN 4 Karawang. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The research subjects consisted of the Fiqh Muamalat teacher, tenth-grade students, and the principal. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and data verification. The results showed that the teacher’s emotional approach was implemented through warm communication, motivation, appreciation, and the creation of a safe and comfortable learning environment. Supporting factors included facilities and infrastructure, teacher professionalism, and open communication, while inhibiting factors consisted of communication barriers and students’ family factors. The teacher’s emotional approach had a positive impact on students’ comfort, motivation, self-confidence, and active participation in Fiqh Muamalat learning. Thus, the teacher’s emotional approach plays an important role in optimizing the active participation of tenth-grade students at MAN 4 Karawang.

Administrative services play an important role in supporting the smooth implementation of education through effective, efficient, and well-organized administrative management. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of administrative services at SMPN 2 Kedungwaringin. The study employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and the examination of school administrative records. The data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of administrative services at SMPN 2 Kedungwaringin has been carried out effectively and has supported the educational process. The implementation is reflected in three main aspects: the provision of school administrative services, the daily administrative activities of the administration office, and the role of the principal in managing and supervising administrative operations. School administrative services are conducted systematically through correspondence management, document filing, data storage, and regular updating of school records. Daily administrative activities include the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence, student and staff data administration, preparation of administrative reports, and the provision of administrative support for all school stakeholders. In addition, the principal plays an active role in ensuring the effectiveness of administrative services through monitoring, guidance, supervision, and periodic evaluation of administrative staff performance. Therefore, the implementation of administrative services at SMPN 2 Kedungwaringin can be considered orderly, effective, and supportive of both service quality improvement and the smooth operation of educational activities within the school.
