Abstract

Analysis Teacher performance assessment is very decisive in the quality of teaching and learning, This has an effect at the high-satisfactory of college students in information the fabric provided. The problem at the time of the study was that the teacher's performance assessment did not involve students, both assessments were carried out manually by filling out the teacher's learning performance satisfaction form. Therefore, the need for a model in the assessment and the results obtained are not subjective. The development in this study applies the topsis model where the results of this model can provide recommendations for school principals in Teacher Performance Assessment. The application of this topsis model provides a solution/policy in teacher assessment by students which is seen from the ranking results in the form of superior, very good, good and unsatisfactory in the success of providing material. The purpose of this study is to facilitate, supervise, control and see the assessment of the learning performance of SMK Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe teachers in the analysis of information technology-based teacher assessment with a desktop-based topsis model. The results showed that the first rank with a value of 0.616 lia amalia, the second rank with a value of 0.614 and the third rank with a value of 0.605 on behalf of Nazaruddin. The consequences of this test are obtained from the assessment of the topsis version of the trainer's performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide understanding and training of web applications for students to be able to implement web applications into tourism applications. Furthermore, to search for accommodation locations, there are directions for walking using GIS. Furthermore, the GIS application is implemented for locating services on mobile devices and can be accessed via web and mobile networks. The problem with this service is that students do not understand how to make web-based tourism destination applications that produce Location Based Service on web devices and then help to find information and tourism locations from the user's starting point location to the route that can be taken to the tourism location. Furthermore, the use of web media as a medium to find hotel information combined using a web-based mobile application which is a Location Based Service (LBS) according to the user's location to get the location and route to the destination hotel location quickly and easily. The results of this service are students can understand how to make web in applying the web by searching for tourism places by having several main views, namely finding the location of the closest tourism place according to the user's location. Thus this system will make it easier for users or the public to see tourism locations and help the Aceh Culture and Tourism Office in increasing the number of tourism visitors so that it can indirectly increase regional income, especially in the Aceh area.

Abstract

AbstrakSebagai  daerah yang rawan bencana dari tsunami, dan abrasi gelombang laut, dibutuhkan suatu lokasi yang layak untuk dapat dijadikan suatu daerah pemukiman untuk mendukung perkembangan perekonomian, sarana dan prasarana, serta sosial ekonomi di pemerintah kota Lhokseumawe. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan penentuan kelayakan lokasi pemukiman yang layak untuk direkomendasi menjadi sebuah pemukiman yang akan dibangun. Sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap areal fisik pemukiman, sarana dan prasarana, dan sosial-ekonomi yang akan direkomendasi menjadi suatu lokasi pemukiman. Masukan dari masyarakat sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui masalah lokasi yang akan direkomendasi menjadi sebuah pemukiman. Hal ini dilakukan agar pihak pengawas mengetahui dan dapat mengantisipasi masalah-masalah yang terjadi pada lokasi tersebut. Penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan kelompok atau Group Decision Support System (GDSS) yang dibuat menggunakan  metode VIKOR (Vlse Kriterijumska Optimizacija  Kompromisno Resenje in Serbia) dapat membantu para pengambil keputusan dalam melakukan perankingan nilai masing-masing alternatife solusi, entropy sebagai pembobotannya dari setiap kriteria.. Sementara metode Copeland score, sebagai salah satu metode voting yang tekniknya berdasarkan pengurangan frekwensi kemenangan dengan frekwensi kekalahan dari perbandingan berpasangan untuk melakukan voting terhadap solusi yang akan di ambil para decision maker. Kata kunci—  GDSS, Vikor, Entropy, Copeland Score, lokasi pemukiman.  AbstrakAs a disaster-prone areas of the tsunami, ocean waves and abrasion, it takes a decent location to be used as a residential area to support economic development, infrastructure, social and economic development of Regional Goverment of Lhokseumawe. Therefore, it is necessary to have feasibility determination of viable residential locations as recommendation to be a settlement. So it is necessary to evaluate the physical area of settlements, infrastructure, economic and social development that will be recommended to be a residential location. Public suggestion is needed to determine the problem locations to be recommended to a settlement. The application of group decision support systems or Group Decision Support System (GDSS) are made using the VIKOR method (Vlse Kriterijumska Optimizacija Kompromisno Resenje in Serbia) that is able to assist decision makers in the ranking value to each solution alternatives, entropy wih weigt for criterias, the method of Copeland score, as one method of voting is the technique by reducing the frequency of victory with the defeat of the comparison frequency pairs can be used to vote for a solution that will take the decision makers. Keyword— GDSS, Vikor, Copeland Score, Entropy, location determination.

Abstract

Lhokseumawe City is one of the cities on the east coast of Aceh. The Lhokseumawe City area is the result of the expansion of the North Aceh region, where existing transportation facilities and infrastructure need to be optimized for development. Development is expected to improve the economy of the population around Lhokseumawe City, especially in the road construction sector. Considering the population growth in the Lhoseumawe City region which continues to increase every year, so that optimal road construction is expected to facilitate the mobility of the surrounding population in carrying out daily activities. To find out the condition of the existing roads around the city of Lhokseumawe in this study, the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) will be used to measure the degree of saturation of a road section in the Lhokseumawe City area. And the optimization is then used Greedy Algorithm, where this greedy algorithm is an optimization algorithm commonly used to solve optimization problems even though the results are not always optimal. The Greedy algorithm applied in this application will try to optimize by finding the nearest path from the Simpang Len road to Riyadhah Park by taking the coordinates (latitude and longitude) of the nodes to be passed. From the search results of the node that is depicted into graphs then it produces the optimal path that will be passed by the user is A → B → C → D → F → G → K → L → M → Q with a total distance of 9.8 km.

Abstract

Abstrak Tekstur merupakan karakteristik penting dari penampilan objek dalam pemandangan alam, dan merupakan syarat kuat dalam persepsi visual. Pemahaman tekstur merupakan bagian penting dari memahami visi manusia. Pada  objek 3-dimensi pemberian tekstur merupakan hal yang harus dilakukan agar objek terlihat lebih realistis. Maps berwujud gambar tekstur 2D dituangkan ke permukaan geometri/objek untuk membuat penampilan objek tersebut tampak halus untuk detail permukaannya. Pada pengembangan grafik realisme tingkat tinggi diperlukan lebih banyak lapisan tekstur, agar hasil mapping mendekati kesempurnaan. Sebuah tekstur maps yang diterapkan (dipetakan) biasanya dipakai untuk permukaan bentuk objek polygon, proses ini mirip dengan menerapkan texture pada kertas berpola kotak putih yang polo. Pada penelitian ini proses pemberian teksture pada objek 3-dimensi meliputi lantai, furniture dan gedung. Abstract

The strategy of increasing the salt business in the development of the marine (coastal) economy is very significant in boosting the productivity of the salt. The business of salt that located on Coastal has very good prospects in the future because it is supported by a lot of potential for vacant land, climate, human resources, market opportunities and abundant raw materials for the manufacture of people's salt. Socio-economic potential is the basic capital in the development of salt production in North Aceh Regency, especially Aceh Province. The current issue for most salt farmers is that the quality of salt is still low which is caused by the existing access to capital by farmers, other problems, lack of capital is one of the causes of the decline in salt productivity so that the salt produced is not in accordance with market demand.Salt farmers experienced the impact of a decrease in the productivity of business capital, which became an obstacle for the investor of capital. This can be resolved by the financier. Then the bank can provide funds to salt farmers according to their needs. Therefore, the importance of research in implementing a banking strategy in increasing the productivity of salt farmers in accordance with the business of the farmer group. It is very important to analyze the productivity of salt farmers after being given capital to assess the success of the capital provided to salt farmers. This research method begins with a survey of strategic information in providing business capital for salt farmers which is useful in increasing the productivity of salt farmers. The results of the analysis are entered into the K-Nearest Neighbor classification model in the feasibility of providing capital using a classification in order to see groups of productive salt farmers after being given capital. The results of the test with the k-means clustering model are in the form of group 2 classification values with a distance value of 0.210 based on the criteria included in the strategy for providing business capital.

Abstract

Problems that often occur in the nutritional status of children can be done prevention in the form of input to the people of north Aceh on the importance of fulfilling nutrition in toddlers in order to avoid stunting. Lack of nutrition is one of the causes of problems experienced by toddlers in north Aceh. The role of local governments, hospitals and health services is needed in looking at the amount of nutritional status of children, especially areas in northern Aceh. This research aims to be able to determine the nutritional status of toddlers and can provide convenience for hospital officials and doctors in handling gradually and how to treat on a scale in diagnosing diseases with child nutritional status. The first method of this study is to group toddlers identified nutritional status of children who are classified as stunting or not and then grouped areas that are malnourished children using hierarchical agglomerative models. The results of this study can diagnose nutritional status in children with Machine Learning using complete linkage agglomerative hierarchical clustering whose final results can see areas prone to stunting. The data to be modeled consists of 12 sub-districts with samples taken in the form of the number of cases of baktiya 12, dewantara 21, kuta makmur 83, meurah mulia 84, jambo aye 87, nibong 83, sacred store 68. the process of complete linkage agglomerative hierarchical clustering Baktiya method from Scaling Data (standardization)-1.344354111, Kuta Makmur1.376783706, Meurah Mulia 1.415109591, Cot Girek -0.462858762, Simpang Kramat0.801895435, Nisam Antara0.648591896. Based on the results of distance calculations, Prosedure was carried out up to 11 times resulting in cluster groups of 3,21,7,14.15 with a result of 0, clusters 17,23,8,13,18,20,11 with results of 1.6628305 and 1.4,10,19,26,2,9,5,12 with a value of 2.720995. The final calculation of 19,26,1,4,10 is 2.11633.

Abstract

Pola adalah  intensitas yang terdefinisi dan dapat didefinisikan melalui ciri-cirinya (feature). Ciri-ciri tersebut digunakan untuk membedakan suatu pola dengan pola lainnya. Alif Lam Qamariyah yaitu bertemu dengan salah satu huruf hijaiyah yang masuk kedalam golongan huruf qamariyah. Pada umumnya tidak banyak orang yang mempelajari dan mengetahui macam-macam alif lam qamariah di dalam kitab suci Al-Qur’an. Oleh karena itu, Sistem Pengenalan Pola Alif Lam Qamariah Pada Citra Al-Qur’an dapat membantu penguna user untuk menemukan pola Alif Lam Qamariah pada citra Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cosine, sistem ini bekerja dengan cara menginput citra Al-Qur’an dalam bentuk bitmap (.bmp) selanjutnya akan diproses dengan proses resizing, grayscale, konvolusi dan akan dihitung dengan metode cosine untuk dapat mencari kemiripan antara citra Al-qur’an uji dan Citra Al-Qur’an latih sehingga pola Alif Lam Qamariah akan terdeteksi pada citra Al-Qur’an. Hasil pengujian sistem pendeteksi Alif Lam Qamariah menunjukkan bahwa keakuratan sistem ini sebesar 50%. Metode cosine  dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu pendekatan untuk pendeteksian pola Alif Lam Qamariah pada citra Al-Qur’an. Kata Kunci : Pengolahan Citra, Resize, Grayscale, Konvolusi, Pola Alif Lam Qamariah, Cosine.

Abstract

Security and confidentiality of data and information is the most important aspect of human activity undertaken. One way to maintain the security and confidentiality of personal data and the group is through cryptography and steganography techniques are believed to provide protection to the data and information held on the parties concerned. Through the incorporation of cryptography and steganography is expected to improve security on the data and information. This research was conducted by combining methods MMB on cryptography and steganography method of LSB in that run on Windows-based operating systems and can only hide a message with .txt format bitmap image format. MMB method is the development of IDEA method that uses 128 bit keys along the subblok divided into four pieces, each of which has a length of 32 bits. LSB method is a method that inserts the last bit of each pixel with a bit of the message.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an merupakan pedoman hidup kaum muslim yang berisikan firman Allah dan di dalam Al-Quran terdapat kumpulan surah-surah yang tersusun dalam bahasa Arab, dan dalam setiap surah terdapat beberapa ayat. Hampir semua umat muslim di dunia mampu membaca Al-Qur’an bahkan ada yang bisa  menghafalnya, akan tetapi terkadang tidak dapat mengetahui ayat surah apa yang sedang di bacanya karena mereka hanya sekedar membaca surahnya saja tanpa mengetahui ayat berapa yang sedang di baca. Oleh karena itu  sistem Pengenalan Ayat Al-Qur’an diperlukan untuk membantu pengguna mengenali ayat Al-Qur’an. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 10 ayat surah Al-Ghaasiyah dengan metode Laplace yang di ukur unjuk kerjanya berdasarkan nilai energy suara. Hasil pengujian pengujian menunjukan bahwa keakuratan system ini adalah efektif dalam pengenalkan ayat Al-Qur’an. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan sebuah kesimpulan bahwa persentase keberhasilan sistem pengenalan ayat Al-Qur’an Surah Al-Ghaasiyah ayat 1-10 melalui suara menggunakan Transformasi Laplace yaitu mencapai 76,2%, sedangkan persentase rata-rata kesalahan pengenalan ayat mencapai 23,8%. Dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem pengenalan ayat Al-Quran Surah Al-Ghaasiyah menggunakan Metode Laplace tidak mampu mencakup keseluruhannya dalam medeteksi suara latih, disebabkan masih adanya false positive rate (tingkat positif kesalahan) pada proses pengujian.
