Abstract

The problem of nutrition for children is a health problem that must be solved by the government. Malnutrition is a very important problem in the development of children, especially during the growth period. Lack of nutritional intake in children will have a negative impact on resistance to the virus. This will risk death caused by malnutrition. There is direct monitoring from the government, hospitals, and health offices in looking at the classification of nutrition in children in a system. This study aims to classify the nutritional status of children using a machine learning model, which then the final result can show the classification of nutritional vulnerability in each patient at the North Aceh Hospital. The stages of the research include the identification of theories about nutritional problems. Second, data collection is in the form of symptoms and diagnosis of disease classification in machine learning implementation. The third is to analyze the data using the research and development (R&D) method according to the classification of children's nutrition. Finally, the implementation of the patient classification model with decision tree into machine learning The variables included in the system include JK(X1), U (X2), BB(X3), TB (X4), and BB (X3), which are the variables that have the most influence on malnutrition in children. The results of this study for testing weight 16, height 9.7, age 33 months, nutritional value 54,23772 which the program output results are normal. Patient Syafira Nisman, weight 9, height 72, age 21 months, suffered from malnutrition. The results of the research on the application of machine learning for the classification of malnutrition using the decision tree method make it easier for patients and hospitals to classify children's nutrition.

Abstract

The document data collection process is one of the administrative management processes that are still using manually for now. this is for such administrative management takes a long time so it is not effective and efficient. To overcome these problems, efforts are needed to provide knowledge about computer applications. With the existence of an information system for computerized document administration will facilitate the work properly and effectively. The problem raised in this service is how to make computer applications in management information systems administratively and computerized document data collection and can be neatly arranged for all documents. The second problem is how to implement a management information system in a directed manner so that the documents you are looking for are arranged properly. The problem so far is that the management information system data processing mostly uses a manual processing system, still uses a ledger and is stored in a cupboard. The system, of course, has many weaknesses and in terms of administration, poor presentation, sub-optimal service, and low data quality. The purpose of this service is to help manage data and finances to be more effective and efficient. So that the information from the data entered can be conveyed properly. The result of this service is an explanation of how the Computerized Document Data Collection Administration Management Information System with various features can be used to manage student, teacher, staff data in managing all files.

Abstract

It is very difficult to determine the eligibility of recipients of housing assistance for poor families, especially in gampongs, based on the number of gampong residents who apply. the large number of people who applied for assistance made it difficult for village officials and decision-makers to make decisions. The existence of a model analysis in the eligibility of recipients of housing assistance so that there is no subjectivity in the provision of assistance. The purpose of this research is to identify beneficiaries of housing assistance for underprivileged communities who meet the requirements using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) and Borda models. The variables used are parents' work (C1), number of parental dependents (C2), sources of income costs (C3), housing conditions (C4), status (C5) and education (C6). The results of selecting the ANP model were that Aminah got a score of 1.445, Hasanah (A2) 1.415, Baihaki (A3) 1.6148, Fakri (A4) 1.53. The recommendation from the ANP model analysis is baihaki with a value of 1.6148. while from the borda model the total values are A1:355, A2:355, A3:212, A4:381 A5:254, A6:209, with a weight value of 0.201, A2 weight: 0.201, A3 weight 0.120, A4 weight 0.216, A5 weight 0.144 and the weight of A6 0.118. The conclusion from the research results gives priority to the community for the highest value in obtaining housing assistance. this study which received priority baihaki with a value of 1.6148 for the results of the ANP model and the results of the value of the model group was A3 with a value of 0.272.

Abstract

The application of the cased based reasoning model in detecting symptoms of car engine damage can occur at any time. This is due to the condition of the car being poorly maintained, never having regular and periodic service. Therefore, a system is needed to see the damage to the car and the symptoms that cause the car to be damaged. the system can display the results of the diagnosis contained in the symptoms that arise. The purpose of this study is to detect car damage and provide alternative solutions for car owners in checking engine damage and how to handle it. The symptoms used in the detection of car damage are the ignition system, fuel system, cooling system, lubrication system, exhaust system and the result is that the highest level of damage is detected as a solution in handling it. damage occurs to the ignition system consisting of wasteful fuel, the engine falters, idling is damaged, acceleration is fast and the engine is difficult to start, based on the fault diagnosis there is an error in the car's spark plug and the solution is to replace the spark plug according to the repair manual and use free fuel lead (first). the ignition system value is 0.565217391, the fuel system value is 1, the cooling system value is 0.5, the lubrication system value is 0.56, the exhaust system value is 0.7. The highest case value is 1 with a spark plug replacement solution. The results of this study can analyze the diagnosis of damage to the car engine and car owners can find solutions to the damage, such as damage to the engine starting from the type of damage, early symptoms, characteristics of damage, diagnosis and solutions or ways of repair

Abstract

The application that was built can see the entire location of the hospitals and health centers in Lhokseumawe. The designed system can also provide information about hospitals and health centers, with an android application. This application can also help medical personnel and users to see the location and address of each hospital and health center. The method in this study is to make observations in determining the addresses of hospitals and health centers that are spread from various points in the city of Lhokseumawe. then data analysis techniques by identifying emerging themes in the form of locations and categories according to the search themes addressing the intended location. The purpose of this study was to find out the location of hospitals and health centers in the city of Lhokseumawe and can serve as a medium of information regarding data on hospitals and health centers in the city of Lhokseumawe. The results obtained are an android-based hospital and puskesmas data collection information system application in the city of Lhokseumawe. The contribution of this research, users can see the intended route and the application displays the direction of the road being passed. then the user can see the road that is passed based on android and the success rate of the application that is running is very good. The next result of this research is that the user can see the intended route from the Lilawangsa Kesrem Hospital, Tumpok Teungoh to the Kasih Ibu Foundation Hospital, Jalan Merdeka Timur, Kutabalng, and the total distance that must be traveled is 1.12. As for the Keude Cunda Metro Medical Center RSU to Dr. Hanafiah Hasan Hospital, Jalan Darusslam, Kampung Jawa Lama, with a total distance of 4.07 km. Abstract

The decision support system in the decision model is something that is needed in every institution, both private and government, this requires a high level of accuracy in the process. Employee performance appraisal is also a matter of great concern with several standard criteria. decision models can be used in the assessment process needed in a decision making. The model used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) which is carried out with the provisions of the criteria and also weighting. This website was built using the Python programming language and Flash (library). The research methodology is based on the BMKG Malikussaleh assessment system which still uses manual calculations, namely the admin calculates one by one based on an assessment. The methodology of this research is to include the overall employee criterion values which will be processed using the SAW model and the results displayed on the web to determine the ranking value of the BMKG malikussaleh employees. Furthermore, the results of the best employee performance assessment based on the criteria selected Siswanto who was in first place the best employee

Abstract

The application of machine learning in information technology has a big impact and change, especially in the health sector. Pukesmas Muara Satu North Aceh District is an implementing unit or assistant in Health under the Ministry of Health. Pukesmas Muara Satu has several polys where each poly has its own patient data, the children's polyclinic is currently one of the polyclinics with the most absences so it requires efficient medical record data collection, currently patient data recording still uses a manual system and the application of machine learning systems can complete the distribution of patient patterns in areas in the city of Lhokseumawe. The results of this study can manage patient data for the Children's Polyclinic at the Muara Satu Health Center and can make it easier for staff to record medical records for the Children's Polyclinic at the Health Center. The results of the pattern distribution can be seen in the name of the village of Blang Panyang. The number of patients is 92, C1 is 40.46488 and C2 is 2.151047, the Padang Sakti area is the number of patients is 109, male patients are 64 for a C1 value of 2.50038 and C2 is 2.151047. The final result of the k-means calculation value is Meuria Paloh, 37.9645, Blang Pulo 37.9645, East Batuphat 37.9645.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas program pembelajaran perlu dilandasi dengan kegiatan belajar-mengajar yang efisien dan efektif.  Strategi dalam pendidikan merupakan suatu  proses untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan siswa pada masa pandemi ini. Perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi pada dunia pendidikan membutuhkan proses pelatihan dan pembelajaran menggunakan berbagai metode (E-Learning, Zoom, Google Classroom, Schoology, dan Edmodo). Proses ini menggunakan kegiatan pelatihan dan pengajaran. Prosesnya ini tidak terkendala apapun karena  dapat diakses dan diproses kapan saja dan di mana saja. Proses ini mendukung kebijakan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Indonesia terkait proses pembelajaran dan mendeka belajar selama pandemic covid-19. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi pada dunia pendidikan, pembelajaran selama ini yang kurang efektif. Metode penyampaian materi yang diberikan belum efektif dalam pemanfaatan sumber belajar, penyampaian materi oleh guru secara jadwal mengajar kurang baik sehingga penyerapan materi untuk siswa kurang diterima. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dengan menggunakan teori dan praktik. Hasil dari proses pelatihan ini dapat memberikan inovasi pembelajaran secara daring dengan penggunaan berbagai tools berbagai tools yang digunakan dan meningkatkan kemampuan guru untuk mengimplementasikannya dapat meningkatkan proses belajar mandiri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and optimize bandwidth management at aminet cafes which often experience bandwidth leakage problems where users can access the internet without any bandwidth restrictions. Bandwidth management in this study uses a proxy and Queue Tree with the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) system development method. The results of the study show that bandwidth management runs optimally with balanced upload and download speeds for each user because the bandwidth distribution process has been carried out. The average upload speed is 121 kbps and the download speed is 732kbps.

Abstract

In this research, the clustering of food prone areas in Aceh Utama is based on the Index Ketahanan Pangan (IKP) indicators compiled by Badan Ketahanan Pangan (BKP) using Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) and Borda algorithms. The fuzzy C-Means algorithm was used to classify food-prone areas with three clusters: very prone, moderately prone, and prone. The Borda algorithm was used to choose the most prone area from very prone clusters, which are considered urgently to be followed up by decision-makers. Based on the research results, it was found that in the aspect of food availability, four sub-districts are moderately prone, 10 are prone, and 13 are very prone. Regarding food affordability, it found that 12 sub-districts are moderately prone, seven are prone, and eight are very prone. Regarding food utilization, one sub-district is moderately prone, three are prone, and 23 are very prone. The results of voting using the Borda algorithm in very prone clusters are obtained Sawang District from the aspect of food availability, Syamtalira Aron District from the aspect of food affordability, and Lapang District from the aspect of food utilization. The clustering system is built based on the web using the PHP programming language.
